Checked the mall hours three places online (Google, Facebook, and Simon website) and all said open until 9pm. Drove an hour to and arrived just after 6 pm. 90% of the stores had closed at 6 and most of the rest closed at 7! What a waste of time! I understand that there are schedule changes due to COVID but you really need to share the changes with your customers.

The surrounding area is nice. It was very hot outside when I went but they had the AC blasting. Very refreshing. There wasn't any roaches which was a plus, although the front can smell musky at times. Four stars.

The staff was very friendly and helpful every though they could fulfill my request. Is stay there, recommend the hotel to others and will keep them in mind for our future events.

Horrible! dirty rooms, mold, dirty carpet, hallways on all the floors are Hot /all that money you spend no bellman. I met 3 staff members that were so sweet! The GM was not hospitality oriented — on the defense for the horrible experience I had 5day stay 4days room issues… Not Hilton standards at all… Save your money… Breakfast was good though.

I'm a very frequent and very loyal Hilton fan… normally. I've stayed here twice now and can't wait to not have to again. It's the only option in the area for now. It's old and filthy. The service is terrible. The included breakfast is not edible. It seems like they are always completely full and have no rooms or time for their guests. Only reason for two stars is that it's better than a Super 8… But not much.

Staff was so accommodating and great that's why the two stars! But the room not so much. Had to kill the bug upon walking into the room. Hairs all over the bathroom and toilet. (I'm a platinum blonde, so they are not mine) and blood stains on the pillows. Won't be back.

Only because there is nothing less than one star. Arrived at 2:45 for 3:00 check in. Was told the room we reserved wouldn’t be ready until around 4. Very understandable. Returned at 4. Was told it would be 5. Returned at 5 and was told 6. Came back at 6:30 and recieved a room that was not what we reserved, smelled like mildew, and was not clean. After 10-15 minutes at the front desk for the fourth time in one day, we finally got the room we originally reserved and paid for. All trash cans in lobby were over flowing, the water in the “complimentary water” was out, plates were still stacked up on the trash cans from what appeared to be breakfast. Terrible experience from what used to be a very nice property. Good news is that the gentleman at the front desk advised me that they had been having a “bad day”. Will be our last time there.

It was in a great location. Lots of restaurants and shopping to be seen/had/done. The hotel itself was above average. It had a lot of accommodations. However, the room in which we stayed had a lot of wear and tear. Handles were missing. The AC unit sounded like a tortured cat every time it started whirring. I didn't get very good sleep because of which.

Pretty typical Homewood in a very nice part of town. There were a few things missing from the room that would have made it better — paper towels, dish detergent to wash my dishes.

A more than continental breakfast, wine tasting in the evening with a snack. Clean rooms but dark carpet (pet friendly)

Very clean and staff is courteous and nice. Breakfast included is amazing (not continental). The workers in the cafeteria area works very very hard. They’re constantly cleaning and continuously cooking and restocking the food. Very nice hotel doing some remodeling but doesn’t interfere with your stay would definitely recommend and come back.

Great hotel stay! Right in the middle of the town center, so you are walking distance to shops and restaurants. Rooms and beds were very comfortable and staff was super friendly. Would stay here again.

When occupant above took a bath/shower, water poured in in our shower area. We moved to a new room and they upgraded us to a King room, two tv's for the inconvenience. Hotel needs some fix up. Free breakfast is nice.

I recently stayed at this Homewood location because of the area/location. I previously stayed at the Homewood Suites downtown Jacksonville and loved it! This experience unfortunately was not so great. This is a high traffic location, so I expected better service and room physicality. The wood floor in the room buckled and made a noise each time you walked over it, the top of the refrigerator looked like it had not been dusted in months, there was ring around the kitchen sink from water build up, and the noise from the room above kept us up at night. At 1:00 am in the morning I could hear the people above us walking and had to call downstairs. The trash can outside at night was over flowing with trash on the ground, and muddy foot steps I saw the night before. Were on the floor by the elevators the next day. A visible stain on the curtains that needed to be cleaned or replaced. The front desk clerks were very nice, but over worked because it was just one person at each shift. I am in Jacksonville at least once each month and am a Hilton Honors member. Overall, it appears this location needs a little care and attention. I had hoped to have a better experience so that this would be my location and hotel brand of choice; however, unfortunately I may have to try and different hotel next time.

We had a great experience. The room was clean and well organized (queen bed/sleeper sofa). The breakfast was great!

Horrible over all experience. Got my money, order my contacts, but the wrong ones. Had to call, because they won’t call you. Came to the store to discover their mistake. Was promised it was going to be fixed and the correct ones would be overnighted. Had to call again… after 15 minutes on hold they hung up on me, no answer and no call back. Came to the store and the Manager or so Martha said, NEVER apologized once for all the mistakes, first said the contacts were shipped, then said they weren’t and that I NEEDED to wait. So much for customer service and Management titles. I was the once that apologized for her not been made aware of the situation regarding my order… now she says she will call me and she better before it escalates more. It is more than clear that I paid in full for my order… now get it right or lose a customer of years upon simple mistakes of yours, your unapologetic attitude and the delayed fix. I’m my opinion is less that 0 stars, but I didn’t get that option. Shame on you and all your staff Martha, but at the end, the staff is a reflection of their leader.

Stayed at this place for a month. Amazing staff. Right from people at the reception very very helpful and friendly to the people in the kitchen and the housekeeping staff too. Rooms r spacious. Kitchen utensils are also available in the mini kitchen that they have. Always recommend Hilton.!

This place was a dream, and doesn't skimp on its amenities. Delicious breakfast served daily, swimming pool with BBQ and even a well lit half court for basketball. The room itself was immaculate, king size bed, a sofa and recliner. Kitchenette with dishes and flatware as well as full size fridge w/ ice maker and 2 burner stove. I highly recommend this hotel.

One of my favorite hotels. The location is awesome and the staff is friendly and efficient.

Front desk staff needs better customer service skills — some personnel were very rude to my daughter and wife. The suite was humid and carpet was dirty and stained, the shower door would not shut and the front desk did not keep coffee brewed. Due to this bad experience I will not be staying here again. Hilton should remove their name from this hotel (more like motel) chain. Highly not recommended and way overpriced! Stay at the Hampton Inn South — Jacksonville Town Center location, much better experience. This entire facility needs to be remodeled and re-staffed. I do want to make it a point to give Scott the night shift front desk clerk a 5 star review as he went out of his way to make me and my family feel right at home!

The location is great. It is located at the Town center. So shopping and dining is all in walking distance. I haven't seen the rooms but the lobby is nice and the coffee is good. We.

Deerwood park location in Jacksonville Florida, really great service and staff. Room was great, clean and comfortable.

We enjoyed the rooms and layout of the space was nice, however I felt congested when I entered the room and feel the air quality could have been the cause. We were only there 2 nights, so I didn't make a fuss about it. Kayla, at the front desk, was amazing for being the only person working that night with check-ins and room deliveries (towels, sheets, crib, etc. ).

After having an extremely long and hard day, this hotel lived up to it's name because as soon as I arrived, from the enthusiastic greeting despite it being 315am to the clean comfy and quiet room, to the BEST service from Gayle @ breakfast — I felt like home.

The rooms are nice and clean the staff is super friendly and the location is great we will definitely say here again.

This Is the worst place to stay! PLEASE DO NOT WASTE TIME & MONEY here. The management sucks. Especially THE manager ROBIN!

Clean and friendly. This specific building is a bit older, room is extremely small, some lights don't work and the closet door doesn't work well either. Breakfast is good and the staff are responsive. Good value for a family stay.

The boss is rude and very unprofessional.

Disappointing management. The room is a standard room for this hotel class, no issues there. I made a mistake and booked my room for one day earlier than my actual arrival. This happens occasionally, especially when booking through third parties or at the last minute. I have never had a hotel refuse to simply move the reservation to the new night without a penalty. In this case, Stephen Nunley, Assistant General Manager, did just that — charged me for the missed night and again for the night I actually stayed. While that is horrible for me — it is my fault so I can only be mad at myself. However, when you are going to charge someone as extra $400 (2 rooms) when you have could have chosen to simply move the reservation, you should have the decency to speak to the guest in person and explain why you made this decision. Instead, Stephen hid in his office and spoke to me through the desk clerk like a child. When I told the desk clerk that I was disappointed in this decision, Stephen then slammed the door between the office and the front desk. Yes, I am mad about the double charge and mad at myself for having made the booking mistake — but that is on me. I am writing this review because the total lack of decorum and professional handling of this subjective decision is not acceptable in any situation and Stephen Nunley should be fired for his pathetic and childish treatment of a guest.

Night 1, no water because of system testing, fire alarm at 12:30am, and only cold water in the shower in the morning Night 2, water pipe broke and 1st floor flooded. No water for shower in the morning. Night 3 no issues. They made amends with a some extra Hilton points, but overall, not great.

Suites are very clean and comfortable. Each suite has kitchenette plus work space area. Staff very friendly.

Great place for business travelers. Spacious rooms. Great breakfast and managers evening reception.

My wife and I stayed there with our 2 dogs, a standard poodle and Kerry Blue terrier and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The front desk people were all very informative and in the morning the room keepers were just delightful in understanding our needs for our pets. The mid town mall is awesome and some fine outdoor pet friendly dining. We will stay here whenever the need arises in Jacksonville and we look forward to staying at other Homewood Suites.
