No stars. Don’t go here if you want horrible customer service. Made a reservation and came still within booking and they gave the room away. They agreed to give us a room in 30 minutes then they decided to take it back after us mentioning how unsatisfied we were. Asked for a manager and couldn’t get one instead we had the lady at the desk YELLING at us. Thank God the Rodeway inn had better rooms available anyways. Clearly they had intentions to ruin our trip but it was a winning situation with us avoiding here.

Do not be fooled! The hotel was not by any means hyegenic. The carpets are disgusting and obviously not cleaned. There was no proper bedding (no bedding) for the Murphy bed in one room and the other room we had did not have working air conditioning. The towels for the bathroom did not look clean and the shower was in poor condition. If you are on vacation and want to relax after a day of fun… this is NOT the place to be. Splurge on the extra $20 and stay at a better hotel.

The absolute worst place. As the pics show, our room had a cracked ceiling, holes in the walls and smelled awful. The property was not enclosed by a fence and looked like it was next door to a closed building. I didn't feel safe at all. But it was our last night and thank God for seeing us through safely.

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING! This hotel was bar far one of the most disgusting places I've ever stayed. The front door would not shut all the way, so that made everyone a little bit uneasy. There was hair all over the floor in the bathroom and in the bathtub. There was makeup on the sheets so it was very clear that had not been changed. Was told they did not have any clean linens to give us either. If I hadn't already paid in advance, we would have immediately left. Definitely not worth the price I paid. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to ANYONE!

This is the nastiest hotel I've ever stayed in. The bathroom had hair in the shower and all over the floor. The tub dripped and the toilet ran all night. Three pillows one blanket five people. Didn't sleep at all. We'd have been better off sleeping in the car at a rest stop. I wouldn't even give it a star if I could post this without it.

I'm staying here as of right now. The motel really sucks. Asked for blankets, extra wash cloths. Extra towels. And when we went to the front desk, we were told that there weren't anymore. There is mild throughout the bathroom. It looks like they put used amenities from somewhere else into this motel. I will never bring my family here again.

Very worn. Floor has soft dpots and it is only one floor. Very nice office staff. No frills but cheap.

Budget Hotel in Paso. He needs remodeling. He's old. Attention Front desk disinterested. Housekeping are careful but the place has cockroaches and fleas.

I would have expected a little bit more for the price the truth is it just reminds Me Too! Much of a sex motel. It wasn't the best place to put a guest for a night. However friendly staff and at least the place was well kept.

I wish I could give this place negative stars… it was run down, no extra lock on the door, and bug infested… The only decent things about this place were the price (though it still was NOT worth it) and the office staff was nice. Their "breakfast" was coffee, concentrate juice and powered donuts… just a scary looking place all the way around.

I really didn't like the place at all. The rooms were very dirty. The carpets looked very gross. The walls looked gross. The corners and the corners of the ceiling and the corners of the floors were filthy. The place were we hung out clothes right by the vanity area … The light covering was missing and it looked especially filthy up in there. Don't get me started on the bathroom. The paint from the walls were chipping. The fabric shower curtain had hairs stuck to it. The floors were gross in the bathroom and as my husband was using the bathroom a visitor came to visit him… a cockroach. Then around 2:30 am someone thought it would be fun to sit in their car and blast their music with heavy bass until the walls of our room shook. I've stayed at other knights inn at other locations here in Florida and this one seemed the most dirty compared to the others. Needless to say, this hotel (along with motel 6 on Irlo Bronson) is not a place I would be staying at again.

The pictures posted on the website are either extremely old or shot for effect in a room painted just for the occasion. My wife and I were planning a last minute trip to meet with my daughter in Disney Springs. We decided to try them despite the 50/50 ratings. First the the entrance-If your not looking you will drive by. It took 25 min to get checked in. Our room 401, from the exterior we decided not to stay again. Old run down building and room. Old wood placed around the door frames by someone with no or little working experience. The door between the rooms has a one side dead bolt that won't engage. The handle can be opened from the other room from a child. You get the TV remote at check-in, it didn't work, but my cell phone can control the TV just fine. I'll not dog them down completely, but will say across the street and down a little is another low budget hotel that has so much more to offer.

Disgusting! Doors spat, bathroom walls smeared with faeces. Clientele as at the Zoo station. Employees like crack-junkies. This hotel is the true definition of a Drechsloches. Our booking was not refundable, although we were promised. Liars and scammers. Don't go!

Attended a seminar nearby. Could not find another hotel to stay in during Valentine's Day weekend. Would have preferred to sleep in my car that evening if I would have known how bad the hotel room was. The only thing decent about the room was the television set.

Great place if you smoke. Not sure if there is another hotel that allows it. Me and my husband like it. Not the best but I already brings sheets everywhere.

Very bad experience rooms connected with other customers, the folder with lots of moisture care with the mushrooms, broken doors do not clean it every day, cockroaches dead on the floor there is no good breakfast and also has no bus to all the parks very hot water not cold, enclosed pool with padlock.
Realy bad experience, humidity in carpet, room connected with unknown guest, roaches, water to hot not enough cold water, pool locked, worse place to stay.

The office staff in the evening was nice but the morning staff not so much. The rooms are outdated. We plug the sink and stuff tp in the overflow holes to stop a lot of little flies from coming out. They have a free shuttle to Disney that was good in the morning but 30 min late at night, not only late but he stopped two times and only took certain hotel guests leaving most of us waiting.

Only one star because you cannot leave 0. Worst experience. Found this hotel as a last resort booked it, spent the day out and about. We checked in very late, and tired in hopes of being able to relax and sleep. Table had cup stain on it, bathroom was dirty and the shower head had rust and unclean. Not very happy about that but, when we finally where settling in there where roaches coming out of everywhere! The mini fridge and microwave were infested. That’s the main area they where coming out. There was no where to go to. When I complained to front desk all I got was an I’m sorry. Asked for a number to complain, wasn’t given one. The wouldn’t give me a receipt because I didn’t pay them directly. Couldn’t cancel my reservation because it was the day of and nothing could be done. But they said if I wanted a refund I had to call the company I booked through. The company was willing to refund but they needed the approval of the hotel, which of course they denied. Don’t waste your time. My stay was on the 10th of this month. Never again. The roaches got on the bed and our food we brought in. There are cheaper hotels, that are a lot cleaner. Advise look and research before you book, and never travel without a reservation. Disney resorts are not even 70$ more than this place, I wish I knew before hand. Hope this helps save anyone from a headache with this place.

The place was poorly lighted at night. The only good things good I can say are that the bed was comfortable and the staff was friendly. The facility lacks upkeep and needs maintenance. Believe the reviews…

It is a place to spend your nights, it is comfortable, has what it takes to go to vacation to Disney and to sleep in this hotel, it is cheap, includes breakfast, has pool, this close to supermarkets, gift shop, restaurants and more!

Great place to stay when the plan is to make the parks like Disney and universal. The employees speak Spanish and are very well prepared. It has No luxuries but what it has works well!. It also has transportation to the parks, that is very important as you save $22 per day parking.

This place was a complete dump! We were initially charged $55.00 on Thursday; then, the front desk increased the price to more than $100.00/night on Friday! The front desk customer service was terrible. I could tell that even the employees disliked working at the hotel. No working TV remote controls were available. There was a big gaping hole in the bathroom. The hotel was more of a hangout area than a hotel. The Wi-Fi didn't even work and the carpet in the room reeked of a musty odor. Finally, the towels and the bed sheets were dingy. We had to use our own towels. I'm surprised that this hotel is part of the Wyndham Hotels family because it definitely doesn't live up to Wyndham standards.

The entrance is half hidden and has a strange appearance but if you're looking for something economical step is an option. Not the best, but then.

Economical, close to the Disney parks and has just the right to spend the night, includes parking and breakfast, although it is only a glass of tea or juice or coffee + doughnuts.

It's good to get to sleep alone. Breakfast was just a few doughnuts packed with coffee/tea. It has transfers to all the parks which made us save a lot.

Cockroaches without end, clogged drain pipe, no cleaning of rooms, breakfast consists of the cheapest mini donuts and water with taste for something similar to coffee. Probably deserves a star for the parking lot and the location.

No breakfast only mini sugar donuts and 6oz cups of coffee… every single day!. Although breakfast is advertised, and included in the price, I would suggest budgeting your cash to buy breakfast for the duration of your stay. The rooms are smokey and the infrastructure is not maintained. The lady at the front was helpful in switching our rooms the night we checked in (our original room smelled like a bar however our new room was falling apart. The location is good. That's it!

The location is excellent, the ideal price for those who do not want to spend a lot on accommodation. The service is basic, do not expect luxuries, if you pretend to spend many hours at the hotel, I suggest you choose another place. We used it simply to sleep, we did not intend to rent anything ostentatious.

Lousy natural ventilation in the rooms, that added to the old of these, makes it have an unpresentable smell to serve guests.

Stay away! I've nicknamed this place the meth lab motel. Absolutely horrible in every possible way. I've stayed in hostels way nicer than this. For starters, it's filthy. There is dirt all over the walls, the power outlets and face plates, the shower curtain rod is completely rusted, the shower curtain is torn, the headboards are filthy, the picture frames, everything in the room. The ceiling going into the bathroom looks like it could collapse. The mini fridge was unplugged immediately as it is making a horribly loud noise and is decades old, as is the microwave. No remote for the TV and only 2 towels for 3 guests every night, despite us asking for more. Bathroom door looks like a dog ate it up, and smoke free room reaks of cigarette smoke. Wouldn't stay here again. Wouldn't send my enemies here for that matter.

Coffee and a donut doesn't qualify for breakfast. This is false advertising. Rooms were clean. Good location. Very average hotel but expected for price paid.

If you want to sleep in. Hell is here. This hotel is the grandfather of hell. The room and the air conditioner smells of hell.

Do not stay here. It is really affordable, but it is really grimy in the rooms. We had a nonsmoking room and it came with a microwave and fridge. The room smelled like smoke and the outlets for the microwave and fridge kept sparking. There was a dead roach carcass on the floor, and I saw a live one scurry under the fridge at one point. Dust all over the baseboards with stains on the carpet as well. Stains on the walls and pictures. Bits of food on the bed skirt and tables. We checked the bed for bedbugs and everything was fine there. The lobby where they have their breakfast is small and dirty too. Just go to the McDonald’s down the street. We kept our bags in the car unless we needed them. We also asked for them to vacuum while we were gone. I stay at a lot of budget hotels since we go to Disney often and this is by far the best location but DIRTIEST of them all. A lot of potential here, but the money is not going into the hotel for repairs or cleanliness. ALSO, there were only 4 working outlets out of the 10 in the room. I added a review to yelp with photos.

5 stars for a 42 dollar room. LOL can't complain when you get a room for 42 dollars. Its nothing fancy but well worth 42 bucks. I'll be back. Staff was friendly.

I put 3 stars because the beds were gigantic, comfortable and new, the internet signal Spectacular and the mini donuts of the breakfast very rich. After that, it's all wrong. Full of cockroaches, the door did not lock, the phone had no cable, the dryer did not work and several room lights (very abandoned) either. We chose it for the cost and proximity to the Disney parks. It's 5 minutes from Animal kingdom.

I would not waste time staying here for the price. You can find a much nicer facility at the same cost. We stayed in building 5 and our room smelled musty and old, it was not clean, the sheets and towels were stained, and the bathroom was a scary place to use. We checked the room for bugs and didn't find any, however woke up with several bug bites on the bottom of our legs. The outside was dirty as well with cigarette butts everywhere. The entire hotel was VERY run down and out dated. The breakfast was mini donuts and orange juice. If a hotel is going to charge prices like this then they need to offer something nicer than what we experienced. We will never use a Knights Inn again!

It's a little far from the parks but at least it was in a safe area. I never saw a homeless person in our parking lot and it was quiet all night. I liked the fact that it was clean. I stayed here with my boyfriend for a few nights in the summer as well and can assure you that their AC works just fine. It was okay for the price.

It was the worst hotel in the world, and it was found on the bed and toilet paper. The body is bitten are all bags, especially special itching, the day out to have no mood, are itching, itching, itching, the picture is only part of the bite, after the bite of red area are very large, 7.8 days later still have traces in, really is too horrible, living room under the door still leak seam, sink is also bad, then gave us a room, but still be bitten.

HORRIBLE lousy service and lack of cleanliness is the worst thing, all the pictures on the internet are a lie and they charge you for cancellation, look for another better place, a total scam.

Very very nice clean rooms for the money it's the best deal yet I've been saying in the Orlando area for the past two weeks related to work I've checked into three or four different motels this is by far the best for the money by far!

Not even worth the price. They do not offer a shuttle to the parks, as advertised. The room had many broken elements & you have to "check out" a remote control for the TV in the room. They reset the room keys at 11am every day to make the "long term" customers pay, which is very inconvenient when you have spent an entire day at the parks. They did have a nice, clean pool which is the only good thing I can say.

Pictures must be atleast 10 years old bathrooms tiles were coming off. Do not recommend.

Door didn't work, guy said he'd have to let me in but couldn't leave. Ended up giving me a different room. TV didn't work at all. If you can stay somewhere else I would.

So my family decided to stay here for a few days and it was terrible. They offered "complimentary breakfast" which consisted of a box of Entemans doughnuts, a few pieces of fruit, and a pot of stale coffee. The rooms were very outdated and although the room had a safe we wouldn't touch it because it appeared to have fecal matter on it. When we notified the front desk they said maintenance would take care of it but when they cleaned it they only got most of it off. The pool was full of leaves and dirt at the bottom and the parking was terrible. I guess you get what you pay for. The only positive thing is that it's within walking distance to some stores and restaurants.

Staff friendly. Rooms are out dated but very clean. We had no bugs and it didn't smell. They only give u coffee and juice and mini donuts for the breakfast. The pool is really nice. Beds are comfortable. Has a fridge and microwave and heat and great air conditioning. It was very quiet at night. Washer and dryers do not work well. Otherwise our stay for the price was great!

We booked this hotel knowing it wasn't the Hilton. With that said, it met our expectations for the price and location. The room was clean and fresh. While the mattress wasn't the most comfortable, it served it's purpose. And we were there for only one night. The location is less than 5 miles from Disney, which is where we spent our time. The staff was friendly. Like I said, if you go in with the appropriate level of expectations, you won't be disappointed. It could use a bit of an upgrade, but it was a pleasant stay and we'll book them again.

Wonderful rooms at an amazing price… Refrigerators and microwave's in every room. Along with free Wi-Fi unlike motel6 where you have to pay for internet by the day… a relaxing and mainly quite heated pool that's open till 11pm which is wonderful for a night swim for those who have sensitive skin and can't always swim when the sun is out… A sweet and caring working staff. I would recommend this hotel to everyone especially at the low and affordable price that they charge…

This was the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. The room was disgusting. It says free breakfast, but all you get is bagged chocolate donuts dumped into a plastic container and orange juice. It smelled terrible in the room. The bathroom floor was close to giving out, the tile was broken. Bars on the Windows. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

Only giving 1 star because it's the minimum required to leave a review. What a God awful excuse for a motel. I booked four rooms well in advance. Though I paid for them in advance, I arrived after 2am so he sold my rooms to someone else. I had to wait until 3pm the next day to check in for the remainder of my booking. I finally got into the rooms to find a nightmare featuring bed bugs, moldy bathrooms, and general filth. Also found 20 year old broken furniture and a tube TV which had no channels that you could make out any kind of clear picture. The bed had what looked like dried blood and stains, not to mention the mattress was hard as a rock and ancient and worn out. There were exposed wires and no working light fixture. The manager, Francisco, is a rude and inconsiderate jerk. Explained our concerns to him and told me to take it up with the owner. Please don't go here. No one in their right mind would feel safe here.

The front desk staff were very friendly, and the floor for the most part was clean. The sheets and other bed linens were old, but very clean. The Wi-Fi was amazing! Unfortunately, the breakfast is only donuts, the walls are very thin, and the ceilings were full of dust and cracks. While we had an okay, uneventful stay, I'm not sure I would recommend this place until they make some major updates to the rooms.

The room smelled moldy and felt damp. The floor bowed when we walked on it. From the looks of the people hanging around the office it seemed like some live here. The place looks like it hasn't seen an update in 20 years. Do yourself a favor and pay the extra $20 to stay at the Ramada across the street.

I'm not really a review person but this review is much needed. I stayed here because I'm from out of town and a family member booked a room for my family with good intentions due to some of the positive reviews on here. Please don't be fooled too, this hotel is gross. It smelt bad, floors made your socks black, towels smelt like they haven't been washed in over a week, dead roach on the floor, beds were definitely not cleaned from the prior visitors. The blankets were stained and there was dirt all in the bed. I had a very hard time sleeping in these uncomfortable conditions. Thank god I brought my own pillow and blanket because if I did have those I would have slept in my car. In the morning we realized there was no toilet paper in the room and NO extras. I went to grab a tissue to save me but there was none in that box either. It was nice seeing a fridge but when I opened it there was old food a beverages from once again the prior visitors. I get that it's a cheap motel but the staff could put a little more effort into cleaning. I pray no one ever has to feel the way my family and I did that night. I refused to check back in for my second night. I went elsewhere. On a positive note, the check in lady was very friendly and helpful.

Watch out. Had a reserved room from wyndham website and got delayed in traffic on 75 south. Got to motel and they had canceled my reservation without reason. Not cool with 3 kids and 15 hours on the road. And I had stayed there 4 times before without incident. I won't be back… ever.

Terrible. We wanted to save money, but it doesn't worth. We saw a cockroach, it's bad for who has rhinitis and the website says "room for 5 people", but the receptionist said we had to pay extra charge for the fifth person. We confirmed before checked in and they said it would not charge! Besides that, we booked a better room, but it was not available at the first day we arrived. Terrible! Don't save your money for this.

STAY AWAY… You can find better for same price… Try motel 6… It's the same price and better customer service across the street … They were doing construction in the room next door started at 7 am… I told front desk I had come in at 5 am… If they could please stop the noise (loud drilling noise) … They told me there was nothing they could do… The phone in the room did not work… I found two roaches in the night stand… Curtains full of holes as well as bed sheets…

Cont. Breakfast was small powder and chocolate donuts coffee and orange just every morning. We booked a week. Floors are stained with red stuff, bathroom door would not close all the way. Ice machine broke except building 5. Have stayed at other Knights Inns and had better a true cont. Breakfast. Better Wi-Fi, same general price just a lot better stay. I would not recommend this place if your looking to save money. Unless you don't mind small donuts and coffee or orange juice every day. Had to go buy extra stuff just for breakfast.

We extend our stay on Thursday for another week with Rita for June 26th til July 3rd (front deck lady — night shift). She was out going, respectful, quick with the transaction (which ment a lot to us since we were in a hurry but didn't want to rush her), very funny to both my wife and I. I am glad to see employees such as her even though it's so late she has a great attitude. We will stay here in the future because of her skills and also because of 309.99 for weekly rate (as of Friday June 26, 2015) The owner also allowed my pet to ssay with us even though they have a strict NO animal policy but once we explain our issues he actually cared and let us pay a deposit for her. It is amazing to see this from people since she is our family and didn't want to go to a different hotel. Don't bring a pet and expect the same outcome! We were told by multiple employees that this is the first time in months/years they ever heard of an animal allowed to stay. Pool was great with tons of people we met from kids from Russia to a fun family of 4. It was fun and clean other Tha disrespectful people who did not pickup their trash (beer cans, clothes, cigarette buts, other) which I don't blame management for but I do blame the people. They do clean up the pool during the morning which is good. Also the pool is heated. Room was clean, smelt great (not smokey), beds didn't have bugs (thank god lol), had microwave/fridge, had constant hot water for showers, two beds even though we only used one.

Super cheap motel! Beds were small, but very comfortable. 2 adults fit fine in one and 4 kids laying horizontal in the other just fine as well. We seen fireworks from the corner of our building, which was awesome! Pool is nice, free Wi-Fi, fridge and microwave in the room. Bathroom is tiny, but no issues. AC worked great. Mr. Harold checked us in and was super friendly. We left a day early due to personal issues. We did not ask for a refund, but he was willing to give one. Very close to everything. We will be back again! Also, the souvenir store across from the office and down was very cheap. The one on the opposite side was not though. :).

Took my family on a very limited budget to Walt Disney World and were hoping for at least an ok bed with a roof and a door. This motel exceeded our expectations by a lot. The rooms were clean, had a fridge, tv, a/c worked fine and wasn't too loud, hot water with good water pressure, all towels and toiletries were replaced as needed by housekeeping, and the pool was very clean and well kept. For a room that cost $28 a night my only "complaint" would be that the mattresses were a little lumpy and thin. But for this price, i'm over it. The gentleman at the front desk also had no problem 1. Checking us in when we arrived ahead of schedule (8 AM) on our check-in day 2. Extending our stay by two nights. We also didn't pay any money for a TV remote, no mention whatsoever, maybe there was a policy change since the preceding posters' stay? Very close to the attractions for an off site hotel for about 1/3 the price of one of the "value" resorts onsite.

This was a great hotel for me. I stayed here for cheer worlds 2015. Low price and affordable! Glad I found this. It wasn't the hilton, marriot, but it worked. :) I give it 10 stars.

Do not stay at this hotel. The manager and maintenance man admitted to having serious problems in their hotel. We were promised a refund that was never granted. The plugs had no outlet covers. The one lamp had the wire cut off of it n just hanging there. We then found said cut cord taped to the hair dryer in the bathroom (FIRE HAZARD! ) and still the dryer didn't work because it would pop the fuse. The "breakfast" was coffee served in 6oz cups and hard donut holes. The fridge was missing the temperature dial subsequently freezing our food. Also the air conditioner was missing the stickers for the control panel so you have no idea what was heat or fan or anything just had to guess. Least of the problems was that the floor was not vacuumed at all. We will be reporting this hotel to the state of Florida do to the blatant fire hazard it poses. Cheap hotel or not (it wasn't cheap for us $60 because the wouldn't honor their coupon in travel saver) do not stay here.

People need to face it: this is a cheap hotel. It really overdid my expectations when I saw how good bed and pillows were. Heating was excellent, microwave and fridge in the room, and it is located less then 10 min from Disney's Parks. For a cheap hotel, I was expecting a lot less. No one broke into my room, safes were safe. What else could I ask for? I see ppl complaing about bad brkf? Come on, get your savings and go to a Disney Resort next time, this place is for those who want to save their money in a decent place to sleep at night only.

I have no complaints, very quiet, clean, people do not is because speaks of more! It is a cheap hotel but it worth, total. One will only sleep regularly.

It's was horrible I do not recommend this even to my most hated enemy it was full of roaches the room was smelly and the towels looked like mops I prayed before I went to sleep thy there no thicks or fleas in the sheet I HATED IT.

You people. Are you serious. So let mr. Smith break down a few facts for you cheapo's. # 1. (and most importantly) this is a $30 a night hotel right next to disney. What more do you expect! # 2. (keep listening you penny pinching whining rejects) extras include : microwave, fridge, and breakfast. STILL FOR $30 # 3. Wi-fi didnt work at all times, but if you came to sit on your butt and facebook. You could have been even more cheap, not paid anything and stayed home on your own internet. You come for the disney parks right? give cyber space a break along with your complaints. They have a pool. PRICE STILL $30 Where in orlando can you stay for $30 a night that includes all that. Oh yeah. At home in your trailer. Lol. The sign says knights inn. Not hampton suites. You get what you pay for, from room, to breakfast, to service. And for what me and my family paid we were extremely satisfied. I stayed here during the busy x-mas season and still paid just $49 a night. In september just $30 a night. Rooms are clean, with 2 beds and they have the best prices by disney. We will definitively return. Lucky number 7. Lets be real. People come here who are on a tight budget. For how clean the rooms are and those little extras you should not be complaining. If you wanted to be treated like richy rich then you should check into a bigger hotel like the hilton or something. But then again if you had that kind of money you would have went there to begin with. Right?

May stay was $40 a night I stayed for 4 nights and it was great. Has everything it says heated pool, mini fridge, microwave, rooms are clean. It has, I wouldn't call breakfast but more like breakfast snack, which is mini donuts, orange juice and coffee which was ok with me. The people that work there are great because one morning we missed the shuttle to Disney World and they called the shuttle place and asked if they could send for another bus and they were coming to pick us up. So if you're looking for an inexpensive hotel this is a good one I think so.

The only thing is the bad smell across the room. Cheap SOAP used to wash the sheets and that smell bad. Old towels and also smell bad. The bathroom stinks because the cleaning liquid is also cheap poor quality. In short, it is true if I want something better, since I pay something more expensive, but nor was it cheap for that Friday and Saturday I charged to 150. OO each. And so cheap, there is no right to dirt and foul odor.
