I had a reservation for last Saturday because I had a wedding near there. When I got to be checked in they asked me for an ID and since I live in Collier County they did not let me stay and they canceled my reservation without caring about anything. Nowhere does it say that people who live in Collier County can not be accommodated there.

Just nice facilities, DQ a cross the street.

Rooms are decent could use a lil updating, batteries in both my T. Vs remotes were dead. Beds are soft but seemed like my room was half cleaned or received a rush cleaning there were strands of hair all over the bed and sofa, and soap scum rings around the bathtub. The breakfast was okay, front desk staff was great. Overall still not bad for the price.

I stayed here for a few nights during a work trip. We booked two rooms, one for my colleague and a suite for me. And everything was fine, except the front desk person on the night I checked in told me he could enter my room without notice and for any reason. He was trying to flirt with me even though I mentioned I was married. What an awful experience! Now, I travel a lot for work. I've never had anyone at any hotel say such thing and the way he said made feel unsafe. I had to put a chair by my door at night, and I wind up having my husband drive here to stay with me the second night. I barely got any sleep because I was so scared this guy would go in my room in the middle of the night! I go to Fort Myers quite often for work. And I had heard great things about this hotel but I'll definitely never be back here. As a woman traveling alone, I did not feel safe here.

I would give this best western 10/10! My room was very clean, and comfy. Love the beds and the fluffy pillows! The pool is amazing! Heated and outside! IVAN at the front desk was simply amazing. He’s so sweet and is quick to take care of any need! So happy I chose to stay my 2 nights here!

We stayed at BW for 6 nights. We were there playing baseball for Perfect Game Series. The hotel was very clean and extremely helpful. The pool area was clean and pool towels were offered daily. The breakfast selection was large and yummy! The hotel desk were more helpful than any other hotel we have stayed at this year! The front desk went over and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The rooms were normal hotel rooms and clean. This hotel was near all the parks we played at during our stay.

Great location, close to Hammond Stadium and Century link fields. Pricing was great. Two queen beds were good for 2 adults and 2 kids. The room smelled musty, and damp and hallway smelled of cigarette smoke. Door closed but with a gap so it let in more noise/light then it should of. *** IVAN at the front desk was excellent. Our team had an 8am game, breakfast didn't start until 7am, he offered team to go breakfast bags. I wish Lee County when tourney uses them to require hotels to have breakfast early for teams.

Front desk service was very pleasant. Check-in and Out was very quick and easy too. The morning breakfasts was wonderful, fresh, and different every day of our 4-day stay. Our room was cleaned EVERY DAY and made to smell nice and fresh! We will most definitely be returning very, very soon!

Rooms are clean and absolutely ok. However, it is very clairvoyant, the Pool is not nice and the Breakfast is very modest (typical American Continental). All in and out of Plastic. All in all, the Hotel is very lovingly equipped. Wouldn't come back. The Location is too far outside, rather what is for business Managers.

Clean hotel with nice rooms! Fridge, microwave, and I'm pretty sure there was a coffee pot, too! Conveniently located and I would definitely stay there again.

Every happy. Breakfast Was better than the usual continental breakfast. Clean room new carpets looks like that was just renovated pleasant staff will come back.

Good hotel for 1-2 nights. But a little bit in the years. Carpet and proper airing are not possible anywhere. It smells a little musty! Breakfast is good, unfortunately not enough room to sit when many at the same time have breakfast. Pool looked okay.
Otherwise everything worked out great!

Great hotel, our room was clean and the beds were comfortable. We were on the ground floor, so our balcony went right out to the restaurant/bar and pool area. Waterfront veiws, Great Food, Drinks and the pool just steps from your room! Love this place!

Very nice updated and clean rooms. Staff is very courteous and helpful. They have a little kiosk with snacks and frozen lemonade which I love. Very cheap prices for what you get.

If you're looking for luxury/pampering this place will not be for you… If you're looking for a place to sleep/shower at a value price this place should be fine… We stayed 4 nights in April 2018… We drove into Fort Myers Beach and up to Indian Rocks Beach near Clearwater… Free parking and good breakfast. Small clean pool. No hot tub.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. All staff was pleasant and very accommodating. The room was very clean and comfortable. I only wish I had a softer pillow. This hotel was easy access to so many different sights, restaurants, beaches, islands, Cape Coral,. I would definitely stay here again. The view out our window was not that great? But we spent little time at the hotel.

I have nothing good to say about this hotel.

Good value. The room was nicely furnished and very clean. The staff were friendly, helpful and professional. There were some minor problems with the room which I didn’t report, except in the survey I filled out after I returned home. The breakfast was the usual hotel breakfast-no surprises. But we really enjoyed eating outside in the area provided poolside. They also have an indoor breakfast area for those who prefer that. One of their two computers in the business center was working. The Wi-Fi worked the 9 days I was there. This isn’t a top of the line hotel and there are a few signs indicating they’re working with a tight budget, but overall, it was a pretty good experience. It was clean, friendly, felt safe, and was in our budgetary comfort zone so all around, it worked well for us.

The hotel was well located, next to a good place to dine as well as close to fast food places. The rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff were all pleasant and helpful.

Weekday Breakfast woman was very nice. We looked forward to seeing her each day. Very cheerful. Room was modern and spaciousOnly complaint is that they changed out the key cards one day without warning guests. I was holding two handfuls of shopping bags and trying to enter my room for about 10 minutes till I gave up. Had to go to desk and they let me know they had changed our key cards out. A Warning would have been nice. Other than that, it was a great hotel. Cant go wrong with a best western.

Hotel was clean. Staff were friendly & helpful. Breakfast was very good. Room was clean; beds comfortable. The hotel was located in a safe area and close to I75 and other major roads.

My husband and I stayed here just one night on New Year's Eve. It was neat and clean and seemed to be a nice enough hotel overall. The bed was comfortable and breakfast was tasty and free. However, the problem came after we checked out. We got home that same day and discovered that we had accidentally left our portable speaker. It was on our bedside table the night before when we fell asleep, so we knew it was there that morning. We called immediately to let them know and to make arrangements to retrieve it. However, they told us that it was not there and no one had seen it. (Right) We knew then that it had been taken, more than likely by the cleaning staff. Needless to say, that we are very dissappointed. This has never happened to us at any of the many hotels in which we have stayed. This was our first time staying at a Best Western, and will definitely be our last at this one. So my advice to anyone planning to stay here is to make double sure that you don't forget any valuables, because there is a very slim chance that you will ever see them again.

Nice hotel with slightly heated pool. The rooms are very large and clean. Refrigerator, microwave and air conditioning are available. WLAN works perfectly. The breakfast is top big buffet but there are not enough places available. A good hotel at a good price.

This is a nice hotel at a reasonable price. It is not new but appeared to be kept up well. Breakfast is just the standard premade items, not great but better than having to go out every morning. The only thing I could say that I wasn't thrilled with were the pillows, not bad but could be better. That being said, I will go back to this hotel.

My BEST Friend Aka My Boyfriend n I loved this place. Rooms are super comfy, cute and clean. Staff is very friendly and the complementary breakfast was very good. Definitely would recommend this Hotel.

My wife and I had a wonderful stay at the Best Western in Fort Myers, FL. The location was very good because of a dinner show that we were attending. All areas of the hotel were in clean and good working order. The room was very nice and comfortable and amenities such as the free hot breakfast and internet was excellent. All staff members that we dealt with were friendly and helpful. If I had to list a negative issue it would be that the bed was too soft for us. We would happily stay at the Best Western Fort Myers again when the occasion comes up.

Just stayed the night here and I was very disappointed to leave in the morning. This is by far the best hotel I've stayed at in a long time. The room was immaculately clean, the beds are superb, and the rooms have a very premium feel to them. All in all I was very impressed and would GLADLY recommend this hotel to any and everyone.

Rooms are clean, bed was pretty good and the staff that I dealt with were all very nice and polite. The breakfast was just OK. Two of the days I was there, it was slim pickings. Went to McDonald's next door. Not a big deal, but was hoping to get a waffle. The security at night is absent. I came in later in the night around do 11, no one at the front desk and some shady people hanging out in the parking lot. I just rushed in and went to my room. There are signs all over the parking lot saying to park at you own risk and the hotel is not responsible for theft or damage. Really? That's a nice assurance of a safe area. The hotel next to them is well lit up and appears to be a little more secure. Overall, the hotel is OK, especially for a short stay. 3 stars is about right.

A great Best Western, a cut above most. The suite was really nice and there was a great breakfast too.

Easy access from Colonial Blvd. Rooms are very clean and modern. Standard breakfast, high speed internet is good. There is an outdoor pool.

All around wonderful place. Employees were great. Facilities were perfect. Decorations were perfect, breakfast was great, bed and bedding comfortable. Couldn't find anything wrong.

Wow is all I can say! My company put me here for a night due to a HVAC project in the area. Most of our guys stay at the super 8 and I did once and I said if you want me to stay in fort Myers anything but the super 8. From the get go this place is the ritz compared to that dump down the street. The staff is here is very nice and the rooms are CLEAN CLEAN CLEAN. No smells or anything! Nice hot water in the shower. This place is nicer then the room I stayed at in Disney Coronado springs. Highly recommend especially for less then $100. If this place was on the beach it would be a $500 a night place.

The are no words. They recognize my name in the reservation on 07/10/17 and when I came thru the door she automatically greed me with my name she remembers me from the last 2 times I felt like family the crew is amazing. The lady at the breakfast area wss making sure everything was in order and clean. Love all the upgrades they did to the hotel I went for 1day ended staying 2 days. If you want to be treated as family this is the plece.

Loved my stay. I never checked a room into a best western before. Beautiful site, close to freeway, clean room and caring staff. Breakfast was delicious. Very modern interior and quality gym. I honestly thought the stay here was a steal in comparison to neighboring hotels. 80$ for a king size bed and large room, breakfast, fitness. The other hotels nearby were incomparable to the quality here and almost 100-150$. Highly recommend best western ft myers.

My experience staying at Best Western Fort Myers was really good. Staff is really professional, and they really committed to help and serve the guess best possible. What impressed me the most during my second week staying there was the amazing customer services they have. During my first week I left my pillow on the room, I really cannot sleep well with any other pillow. I left the front desk staff know my pillow was left in the room the week before, they say they'll look for it and let me know, when I returned from work On the next day my pillow was not only found but it was already on my room, awesome customer services on my experience. The staff and crew are amazing. We stayed there waiting for our first grandson to arrive. Once they found out about his imminent arrival, everyone asked how our oldest daughter was doing, and celebrated with us when we went to the hospital. Pictures were expected, and everyone greeted Wyatt when he came to visit. They were our extended family support during this time. It was a pleasure staying here, and we will be back. Our youngest daughter who is special needs received direct attention as well, and everyone interacted with her at her level. They even gave her a nice surprise on our final night by specially arranging her stuffed animals on her bed. It made her night.

The staff was excellent. Rooms clean, spacious and comfortable. Only complaint would be the mattress… it was worn and dipped in the middle. But the staff and cleanliness made me forget about that. We will be back.

The hotel itself is clean and the breakfast was ok. However, they are renovating and we were woken in the morning by drilling directly above us. The noise was so bad that we couldn't hear each other speak. When we spoke to reception about it, they were extremely blasé and dismissive. Seeing as we had booked in advance, we should have been pre-warned at the very least or placed in a different room.

Got a room here around Oct 2015 and our experience was horrible. The front desk clerk did not greet us at all didn't even bother trying to be nice while checking us in. The next day our keys didn't work so went down to CS to get it fixed. The clerk was rude began to yell at me about the key system not being her problem and she can care less if I had an issue. The clerk became so angered when I ask for a manager that she began to follow me down the hall threatening and inviting me to fight. I was so shocked I called the 800 # for the Best western to get help. I will not recommend this place to anyone. The room was nice and clean and the breakfast was great. Unfortunately Customer service ruins the experience.

Staff was professional and friendly. Room was spacious and clean. Great breakfast, the perfect variety and selection. They didn't cheap out where most hotels do with the simple non filling muffin, apple, packages oatmeal, tea & coffee "continental breakfast". Would stay there again.

It was a very pleasant stay! Everyone was exceptionally nice, especially Michelle. Soft towels, clean rooms, good location. Only complaint is that the shampoo and conditioner didn't suit my olfactory.

Quite old… shower, beds, pillows, rug. Was glad to find clean but over priced. Nice check in girl.

Good: Not expensive, Friendly staff, living space very clean. Good location not in a bad neighborhood, easy to find.
Bad: bathroom looks like its in the 1980s poor water pressure and are nasty mildew on ceilings crack in wall. Definitely need better management on deep cleaning. Plus Hotel is Under renovation.

Not bad at all, not bad. Staying 3 nights for work I have in the area; I usually have my company book my in an extended stay so I can cook my own food but there weren't any reasonably priced ones in the area for these dates so they booked me here. Room is VERY spacious, I'm sure I could do a cartwheel in here. Instead of a random chair near the bed, they have a recliner. Let me say that again, the room has a RECLINER. The ac unit works perfectly, kicks on quite often to keep the room cool but isn't overly loud. What sold me was the breakfast, they spare no expense. Upon check-in the breakfast area may not look like much, but they have eggs, sausage patties, fresh (not waxy or tiny) fruit, yogurt, and muffins I would normally expect to see behind glass at starbucks. I really like to get a good amount of protein in the morning, which many hotels lack, but they deliver in droves. Stay here.

It's a great affordable sttay, close enough to everything. Shopping, eating, beaches and movies.

We stayed at this Best Western on June 19, 2015. We stayed in a suite and were very pleasantly surprised with the high quality of the hotel. Matt was very efficient and told us all about the dinner train that we planned on visiting. He remembered us the next day to ask if we had enjoyed our experience. We were not able to swim as it was raining, but we heard others talking about how nice the pool was. The lovely full breakfast was complimentary. We will definitely tell our friends about this hotel and we recommend it highly.
