Check in process was easy. Rooms were clean, bed comfortable, and great water pressure in the shower. Overall great stay.

Room and service were great. The carpet may need a little work but my room was very clean.

It feels like your home away from home. Everything you need with a staff that will attend graciously to your requests. The signature Lobby fish tank add serenity for breakfast time and anytime you are enjoying that space. There is a pool and it is close to a ton of shopping and restaurants.

Very clean room, friendly staff, evening social was well attended.

Do not stay at this hotel! From the moment we walked in I had a gutt feeling this place was not good. The lobby area is old & not updated. Looks like it's from the 70's & that goes for the entire building. We walked into our room to find wallpaper coming off, kitchen utensils/pans were dirty. The crib that I requested for my son was from the 70's and the rails were dirty. The walls/ceiling were dirty. The dust on the A/C vent was so bad who knows when it was cleaned ladt. There was such tape holding parts of the carpet together… I could go on and on. We gave them the opportunity to re-clean our room but by our 3rd day we had to relocate to a new hotel bc we had sugar ants crawling all over the walls of the kitchenette are. We felt as though we were an inconvenience to the staff & we were not being taken seriously. Very dirty place! I would not recommend this place at all. What a disappointment!

I loved it! We stop here with my family (5 people in total), we were given a very large suite, well clean, breakfast and even the courtesy dinner 4 days a week were of good quality, the location is surrounded by shops, but not too far from the beach. And the attention of the staff was the best of all, very helpful and willing to help. I recommend it.

This is a great place and looks very up-to-date and modern, but still feels like home … good breakfast, very friendly and efficient staff.

Prime location, huge rooms, comfortable bed/pillows. Makes your forget your in the road for a little bit. And good food with happy hour monday-Thursday.

Homewood suites was a pleasurable experience. The rooms were so spacious, and it felt like we were at home. This place gave me cozy and warm vibes. The lobby was so gorgeous and I specially loved the unique fish tank. There was different snacks in the lobby everyday, I really enjoyed that. The hotel itself was so gorgeous. I gave this hotel 5 stars and it was defiantly worth it❤

Excellent quality service, fabulous accommodations. Had the king suite with kitchen. Their social nights are Monday through Thursday, and it helps with not having to eat out!

I will always stay Here when in Fort Myers. Clean rooms, Aquarium in lobby, Free Breakfast with great choices, Ultra friendly Staff from housekeeping to front desk made for a very pleasant stay, Comfortable beds, large u shaped building with 3 floors makes it nice for taking walks in any weather. Fitness center, Executive center with 2 computers and printer, and Guest Laundry are all open 24/7. Coffee, including Robust (MY Favorite) available 24/7. My Home away from Home. Also has nice Wood in Lobby. I Wonder if that's why they call it Home Wood? Conveniently located among many restaurants and shops.

One of the best ever experiences. Room was exceptional. Managers special included beer, wine, and a healthy snack.

We had a breakfast here and for free, dinner was OK, nothing special.

Suite was perfect for our needs. Beds were comfy and the layout of the room was good. Only negative was the air conditioner was loud.

Very disappointed. We had a great stay from Sunday to Friday — great continental breakfast, pool and spacious rooms while vacationing in Fort Myers. However — I noticed by Wednesday I had these itchy bumps on my arm and leg/foot — I thought they were mosquito bites, but everyday I kept getting more and more of these bumps in localized areas and was starting to think I was maybe getting some sort of rash/allergic reaction. Long story short, come to find out they were BED BUG BITES. I did not realize that this was what it was (I have never had bed bug issues before ever) until I went to the doctor upon my return and they determined I had bed bug bites from this hotel. I am totally mortified and now extremely worried that I have brought bed bugs into my home because of the carelessness of the cleaning staff. These beds should be checked thoroughly before booking guests. I travel frequently for work and have always chosen Hilton for my overnight stays, and would have never guessed this would happened. I called the hotel and the woman was completely nonchalant about it. She said she'd send technicians to check the bed and "call the company they normally use to take care of this. " NORMALLY? So this is a reoccurring issue. Extremely disappointed and looking forward to hearing from a manager.

The hotel's location is great, it's a 15-20 minute drive to the airport. Amenities are nice, they do offer a slow free Wi-Fi service (fine for emails, facebook, twitter or basic web browsing) then charge of you want more bandwidth (streaming movies, down/uploading large files). At 5 bucks a night, that's more reasonable than other Hilton properties I've recently stayed at. There was a large tour group of some type there while I was there, so not sure if it was just that group or other guests. But people were taking advantage of the hotel's social hours. The room could have used some new carpet, but the kitchen area has granite and stainless appliances, including a full fridge. Biggest issue was the room door took effort to get it to fully close. The popcorn ceiling goes to the age of the building. Overall great experience, staff was friendly and helpful throughout my short stay.

Rooms are spacious and comfortable, free breakfast is really good.

Loved my room, clean and spacious with a TV in the living room and 1 in the room. Kitchen is ready to use as well. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Loved the place. We had our family reunion here. We had 27 rooms. Our whole family collectively agreed this was a very nice hotel. Rooms emaculate, 2 flat screen tvs, nice little stove, refrig looked new, coffee maker, a list of other nice ammenities. I personally couldnt be happier with the place. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I would definitely stay here again. The rates are very fair, for the services received. I almost feel guilty. Thanks for the GREAT service. Hope this helps someone in need of a great hotel.

This is our second stay at this hotel. It is in a great and convenient location and the suites are awesome. A kitchen and sitting area occupy one room and bed and bath occupy the second room. Two 42 inch flat screen TVs are provided. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Every one is so friendly it's refreshing. The Breakfast Buffet is awesome with variety enough to suit any taste. We stayed here 4 nights and wanted to stay longer but had no more time. We love this place and highly recommend it. We will stay here again.

Amazing little extended stay hotel. Has possibly the best free breakfast that I've seen at a hotel in years. Rooms are generally a nice 1 bedroom apartment. Everything is generally immaculate and clean. I'm usually not there for long but have not had any problems with the staff. Hotel van is quick and prompt. Gym is good but tiny. Only downside.

One of the nicest hotels Ive stayed in. Flew into Fort Meyers stayed for one night and then took the Key West Express Ferry to Key West for a friends wedding. On my return, I stayed at Homewood Suite hotel again. Everything was awesome. Plan on staying again next time I am here.
