It really nice and clean friendly customer service.
HORRIBLE! Ocala fl location
I don’t know who is saying anything good. Absolutely the most disgusting place I have ever seen!
Needs to be shut down, the most shady hotel I have ever seen.
Once we checked in we immediately checked out.
I tried to get help at front desk no one ever came out. We packed up and found another hotel immediately!
There are no words to describe how horrible it was.
Mold, roaches, drugs, rooms were so dirty, bedding had pee stains everywhere, everywhere you looked was roaches. It’s a horrible thing to say but believe they rent rooms on an hourly basis.
Just needs to be shut down.
I am demanding a refund. Do not go by pics or even reviews. They have to be people that own it because never in my life have I seen anything like this.

We enjoyed our 4 nights stay (June 2022). 2 yrs old hotel. Clean, comfortable beds, great hot breakfast and friendly staff, especially Paul Khara (assistance manager) and Petronia (hotel manager). They went above and beyond to make sure their guests are happy. Because of the managers, we will definitely be back next time we visit Destin.
