We stayed in Orlando @ 7389 Universal and we were on the 12th floor, we had absolutely no water pressure in the shower or the sink. One of the elevators was broken for 2 days and the line to get on the elevators were crazy. The hotel has very poor signage so it’s very hard to find your tower and your room. The television was tiny and the reception was very poor. The couch the room was dirty. Bring your own soap and lotion because what they supply is very cheap. The room was decorated nicely but the devil is in the details and that is where they fall flat. The exhaust fan in the bathroom is very loud. Be aware that there is a charge for housekeeping daily even if you want just want your sheets changed.

Stayed here several times. Love the staff and pool area. Rooms are in need of remodeling. Carpet is terrible. Maid service never cleaned the room during my stay.

Stayed here and found out the free shuttles to theme parks were discontinued. Also can't purchase theme park tickets here but yet still have a sign and room up saying get your tickets here. Rooms are outdated and not cleaned well. This is my final time staying here and I know others will stop going here as well. When I booked the room they said shuttles to Disney but when we checked in they discontinued it. Would recommend staying at Disney or Universal studios. It's got restaurants within about 1 mile but can also walk to get their. I Rate this place as 3. Have stayed here 3 other times and experiences were ok but time to find another hotel to stay at.

Great service, excellent facilities.

Dirty, dark, and dingy rooms. Rude staff. Would never stay here again. Actually paid to stay somewhere else the last two nights of my trip. Was told room had balcony and fold out sofa. It did not have either and staff refused to aknowledge or change anything.

Another great stay but disappointed the normal buffet breakfast not available. Also our tower only had one elevator working so time wasted waiting in queue, made worse as covid regulations limiting number of guests in elevator, or walking up and down staircase. Stayed 7 nights and never saw an engineer trying to repair elevator. Will still continue to visit this hotel on next visit from England.

The rooms were beautiful, the hotel is very clean, and the pool was awesome. Very close to everything in the Orlando eye, and all of the parks.

Very good comfort in the room all clean and the best get to the room.

Great Place to get away from the everyday routine highly recommended.

Horrible experience, overbooked, gross, lots of problems, people walked into our room multiple times, they overbooked and put us in the wrong room. My personal Facebook post describes 4 out of our 7 days here. This is absolutely the worst hotel I've ever been in.
On the First day they put us in the wrong room, so we obviously went to the desk to get it fixed. There the "manager on duty" told us they must have over booked it and put us in the downgraded room instead. When I asked how come they didn't notify me in anyway the lady didn't answer.
So that ruined our first night along with some other unfortunate events.
On the second day I went and got us our ORIGINAL room and $80 back. And some really badly reviewed breakfast vouchers that we are literally afraid to use.
On the third day the kids come wake me up to tell me that someone just walked in our room. I of course was like what not that's crazy but I brushed it off. (Which I shouldn't have but I had figured it was just housekeeping but when they saw us sleeping they left.
Today, I went to park, and literally all the handicapped parking spots are taken by vehicles that don't have plates or tags, so I immediately went to the front desk to complain because that's not okay in my book.
Then we are in our room getting ready for bed and someone literally walks in here again. Jadon got up to figure out who it was this time and went looking down the hall.

Our stay here in December was HORRIBLE! I have videos and pictures to prove it. Talked w the hotel manager SEVERAL times. Which was no easy task. Also talked w manager over house keeping. If you are looking for a cheap, DIRTY, out dated hotel. This is your place! if you enjoy undercooked breakfast and half ass cleaned rooms! book now! they will not wipe your kitchen down before you stay, prob skip out on the vacuuming, pray they clean the bathroom because when you arrive to your room after a long day at Universal you better hope they have a room to move you to. Or you and your entire family will be up way past bed time while the security guy revacuums and wipes down your new room.

Good hotel that’s close to anything in Orlando. Polite front desk staff. Only issue was the setup of the TV in the room. The position was on one side of the room.

Decent stay — poor service though. More of a small, rundown hotel. They ran out of towels during our stay which was very frustrating. Our phone in the room was broken, multiple outlets broken, safe in room did not work. Our toilet overflowed and flooded our room. It took 15 minutes for someone to come help. If you are looking for a cheap/clean place to stay for a night or two it’s fine but anything longer I would look elsewhere! There are much better hotels around universal and Disney.

Very nice place to stay. Really enjoyed the spa tub.

This hotel is great. Staff are awesome. Location is perfect. The lobby smells amazing. We are still trying to find out the smell they use. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone heading to Orlando.

Very nice hotel friendly super clean.

We had to call front desk from our cell phone because the room phone didn't work so therefore we couldn't order room service about the jetted spa in our room it wasn't working either. And breakfast is not good and they had Starbucks but the only thing you can get was the coffee. You couldn't pay for any meals with cash you had to use the voucher they gave you. If you stay more then one day they only offer you clean towels no housekeeping at all. It is not worth the money I spent on it.

The Point Hotel & Suites is a real nice Hotel. Our family highly recommends staying here. The rooms are really nice and clean. The staff are so friendly and helpful. Great pool area is awesome. It has a large pool, hot tube, outside bar and food and pool tables and much more. We really enjoyed our stay and we will always stay here when we come to Orlando. Thank you all we truly enjoyed are stay.

This place is AMAZING all of the staff. Darius was one of two employees, along with the woman running solo at the cabana restaurant were two employees, I am so sorry I didn’t catch her name, that have stood out and want to make sure that EVERYONE has the best possible stay. Thank you both, we will be back!

I stayed here for business and it was a very enjoyable and comfortable experience. Super clean, large suites, and close to everything. Would love to stay here again.

Very nice hotel. We had a suite and the room was fantastic. The pool good. The food okay but find another place to eat dinner.
