Very pleased with the room and love the location. Rooms are clean and comfortable.

TRAVEL AGENT HERE — DO NOT STAY HERE! Unclean and unsafe during covid! There was blood on the floor near the elevators, walls covered in grime where buttons where, couch absolutely covered in stains, hotel reeked of trash — room smelt worse. Smeared handprints on mirrors (form previous guests! ), switches and handles sticky! Fully operable double hung windows on the 3rd floor! A child could lean and fall out if windows unlocked! Room does not look like photos at all. Absolutely unacceptable how filthy it was on any given day but ESPECIALLY DURING COVID! We paid for 2 nights and left after the first — we couldnt take it anymore — owners unwilling to refund. Absolutely deplorable. I do hope Disney pulls their good neighbor status — I would never reccomend to a client. Stay at Wyndham Syutes across the street — 1000% better with great customer service!

Horrific, dated and disgusting rooms. The pictures in the websites must be from when they first opened. If I could figure out a way to post the ones I took, I will. Don’t ruin your vacation. Book elsewhere.

Reposting for my sister in hopes of finding her ring. "First, I didn't like how housekeeping stole my wedding ring. Second, the hotel is falling apart. The elevator didn't work, the carpet was nasty, the rooms are dirty and moldy, and the pool/spa is covered with green slime/mold. Third, the staff is not helpful. For example, let's say you took your wedding ring off when you took a shower and forgot to put it back on before you left for Disneyworld and upon returning, it was gone. Only housekeeping was in my room. Dont expect any sympathy or assistance from the hotel staff or GM. Apparently, it is unreasonable to expect your items to still be in your room when you go out and about. Also, the hotel outsources their housekeeping. So basically you have people without background checks coming into your room and the hotel simply says, they aren't their employees so they cant do anything about it. Last, Breakfast was ok but make sure you use a little bit of waffle batter so your waffle actually cooks through. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else that doesnt have a theft problem and with a company who will appreciate the business you bring them. In 38 years of traveling, I've never had anything stolen from my room. This experience has traumatized me to my core. I feel violated and the hotel staff does not care about this. On our way to Hilton, cant wait to check out of this hell hole. "

This was our second stay at Quality Suites and it was good even though it was a bit rough at first.
Our room was very clean and quiet however there is a big bright light shining in the window as we were in the top floor so it was hard to fall asleep. Overall comfy beds and clean bathroom and kitchen. Breakfast is provided however the first day was horrible. Cold cold cold hard boiled eggs and very over cooked bacon with no flavor and frozen tater tots that were not cooked ve…ry dissatisfying. However the second day whole different breakfast. Hot sausage and scrambled eggs and homefries cooked to perfection. Not sure why the day before was off but glad things were better this morning as this is what we are used to. Overall great hotel and great shuttle service.

Probably the worst hotel I have stayed in. I recommend everyone not to book in this hotel. They are looking to charge you by any possible way. Even if you order an online package, they will charge you 10$. They also charge 5$/day claiming that it is for the service of the room. The AC is very load. They hold amounts on the credit card until it has zero balance. Very bad experience do not stay even a night.

This place is amazing! The beds are so nice and Comfortable. The break fast is so good as well.

The guys that checked me in were great. Put me in back on third floor middle so kids wouldn’t be running around in front (it’s Disney lol). The room was great, bed combfy, AC was great. They had a port for Apple charge. Pool was nice with a view of lake. Very central to everything. The breakfast was good too, eggs and waffles. For 74 you can’t beat it…

Clean rooms, nice set up and breakfast options were nice & plentiful. The check in process took a little while. I was charged for a room that I had already paid for 2 weeks in advance when I booked the reservation. I did make a slight change to the reservation, but still it had been PAID for. I was told it was just a temporary hold, but once I explained to the front desk that I had already paid for the room, hence the money had already been taken out of my account, the front desk person double checked & then apologized & informed me that I would have to call Choice Hotel's the next business day to see if a refund could be issued. At any rate… the 2 stars come from the details I mentioned at the beginning. Customer service (front desk) needs work. More then likely I will not stay here again. P. S. If you've already paid for your room, received a confirmation & receipt and the money has already been withdrawn from your account, DO NOT allow them to swipe your card at check in or you WILL be CHARGED again (a temporary hold as they say)

What a great place to stay. A lovely welcome from the receptionist who was very helpful. The breakfast was also very good with plenty of choices, which we enjoyed. The hotel we found was a good location with a good selection of places to eat close by. A very enjoyable stay would return.

Loved this hotel. Great price and good breakfast and everyone was very nice there. Would definitely stay there again. Our first time to Disney as a family and we were at the different parks and this was the best hotel for its location!

Can't beat the price or how close it is to Disney. All of the employees were extremely friendly and helpful. Only complaint would be the desperate need to be updated. When we checked in the poor maintenance guy was running around like crazy because multiple locks stopped working on doors. A few of our outlets didn't work… the living room furniture was terribly frayed. I would definitely come back if they update it a bit, otherwise I'd go somewhere else.

It was a lady minute thing for my family to stay over night. They had rooms available. Very nice clean rooms. For a good price.

We had one of the suites on the third floor, the quality was very good. There were plenty of amenities such as a dishwasher and a stove, and the waffles at the breakfast were delicious! The only thing is, the transportation desk were not super helpful, and the transport bus was late enough that we had to catch an Uber. Having said that, everything was exceptionally clean and felt quite fresh, and the staff was friendly.

The hotel is fine. The rooms are spacious and complete with kitchen fridge microwave and utensils. Room service is everyday. They have to improve customer service and change the air conditioning system as it is very noisy and the compressor is inside the room! Annoyed at the time of wanting to rest. Breakfast is good. But little variety.

Really a high quality/price. The hotel is located in a quiet area, immersed in the green of the manicured gardens of the district. Free parking adjacent to the property. Really strategic location for parks and mall. And possibility to buy packages for parks. Shuttle service from the hotel to the parks. Nearby minimarkets, restaurants, gift shops. The room was a mini suites with a living area and full kitchen. Huge room with two queen size beds. 2 flat screen TVs. An exaggerated amount of bath towels. Towels and sheets scented clean. Good overall cleanliness. The breakfast Staff in reception nice and fast. Recommended!

Bugs, lots of tiny bugs, rooms smell badly and dirty, online pictures shows nice rooms but they are not, fridge very noisy you can’t sleep properly. Night time if you want something they always says please come and pick. My recommendation stay away from this hotel. Front desk specially working in day time she is cooperative and good.

A night step before going to Orlando. Ideal accommodation for a family of 5. The Spirit Motel is there and that's what we were looking for.

Bugs. Lots of little tiny BUGS. Not sure what kind of bugs they are but they are very tiny and lots of them. They kind of looked like micro ants but they were so small and so fast you couldn't really make them out. The first day we noticed a few of them running around. And we didn't think to much about it but when we woke the next day there were hundreds maybe thousands all over the counters, the floors and our stuff. Had to throw away all of our snack food (like opened bags of chips) as the BUGS were all around everything. We were very upset to say the least. We told the person at the desk and he told us we could move to a different room. So we did. But it took way longer then we wanted and did not make it to our destination at the time we wanted too. No apologies or nothing for our troubles. Oh, and guess what. The second room had them too. Just not as bad but still there. I had a hard time sleeping at night because I thought I felt BUGS on me all night. And truthfully I probably did have them on me. The breakfast was ok. But the same thing every morning. The floor was so sticky it would almost rip your shoes off. The floor slightly less sticky on the 3rd day but still sticky non the less. It seamed like every room on the lower level was under construction with construction workers taking up all the good parking spots. Staff was friendly. Especially the guy at the information desk. Fully stocked kitchen (with dishes) was awesome. Rooms were ok. The location was awesome.

Clean rooms and nice staff, breakfast buffet typical American (eggs, sausages, potatoes, waffles, yogurt, cakes, coffee, tea and orange juice). TGL towels, parking lot big and the hotel complex was also nice. Direct free Bus to Disneyworld (duration CA 40 min). Good restaurants in the immediate vicinity!

Old school, very noisy air conditioning, very average breakfast. OK for families, because spacious rooms with kitchen.

4 stars because one morning we were left without hot water (the whole floor). Other than that, service was very good. The breakfast is the same EVERY day, but there was a small kitchen in my room so we could vary what we ate.

Very nice very friendly all cleanliness very good comfort. Full of squirrels is common.

Excellent hotel! Well located, very clean, good sized rooms and super comfortable beds! The breakfast buffet is good but lacks variety it is still rich! 100% recommended!

Perfect for the parks, but a bit old and dirty. The breakfast always the same and with little choice.

Rooms were clean. Daily turn down service was excellent. Morning breakfast was pretty good and included with nightly rate. Only thing I would request would be to extend breakfast until 10:30am. If we are on vacation and want to sleep in, it would be great to have a late breakfast. Ending it at 930 seems to be quite early.

Very clean and comfortable. I just wish the gift shop would have been open more and wish they had bacon at breakfast. But I still give the a 5 stars!

The. Hotel. Divine. Beautiful and spacious rooms. Excellent Location in close proximity to Los. Parks… The. Grove to get to the hotel makes you feel fresh air… The only thing I would change is the. Breakfast… Vary it a little, it always is. Same… and basic sooo. Would come Back with gusto!

We stayed here for a week during our vacation to Orlando. We loved how close it was to the parks. Free parking at the hotel was a plus, especially since some of the area hotels charge for that. They do have a shuttle service to the parks, but we did not use it as much. Our hotel room was very spacious and always clean. Housekeeping made sure our beds were made everyday, we always had fresh towels, and our trash was always taken out. Having a full sized refrigerator made it convenient to put groceries into it without having to cram everything in. Everyone at the front desk was very courteous to us and we got a great deal for the room. We did not have any issues during our stay. I also loved how quiet it was while staying there! When we come back to the Orlando area, we will definitely be staying here again! :)

Very functional room with kitchen, sofa and king bed. Comfortable, silent as well. We loved the breakfast its really time saving having at the hotel. Packages perfectly received from online shopping. Room service is ok. Hustle free.

We stayed there last year for several days and it was wonderful! This year the bed was extremely uncomfortable, the continental breakfast only ran to 9:30. Would of been nice if it ran maybe an hour longer. Also, we stayed in the same exact room as last time. This time the lock to the bathroom door was broken. The doorknob and the door to the bedroom didn't work properly and the Jacuzzi was not the cleanest. We had to skim it before getting into it because of leaf debris and bugs.

Unclean bathroom. Breakfast was pretty abysmal. Not sure which was colder: the not completely unfrozen potatoes or the unthawed danishes.

Excellent room for the price… loved the suite set up. BUT ice machine and vending machines didn't work, which was a slight inconvenience. We only stayed one night and will stay there again. Good breakfast and close to Disney parks.

Very nice stay. We stayed for a week and the staff was helpful and friendly. They all say goodmorning smile and get familiar with you. Also if you are going to the parks they sell them more discounted than at the park door! Free breakfast. Nice sized swimming pool. Workout room. & clean!

This is a great hotel! My family enjoyed our stay and we will most likely stay here again in our next visit to Orlando. Key points are: clean and elegant rooms, professional staff, and great overall service. I particularly enjoyed the spacious cafeteria court where we ate the nice complimentary hot breakfast everyday. This place also has a very good ambient and vibe, you feel safe and tranquil. This review is the least I can do to say thank you.

This hotel is very clean. The employees are helpful and over the top nice. The shuttle service is ok. There are only select pick up and drop off times that can be random. We used it for two days of the four days we stayed. Breakfast was great! They had a wide selection. The rooms were very spacious and comfortable.

All I'm going to go back I loved the service, the area, and most importantly, the human warmth that there is trabajanfo.

We were staying eight days. We reserve the king suite. The room is fabulous, as is shown in the photos. The cleanliness is excellent, the equipment very good and very well taken care of everything. The breakfast is full, varied and abundant. The Wi-Fi worked perfectly. The location is strategic, these only minutes from all the attractions and the place is very nice surrounded by lakes and groves. Very close to Orlando Premium Outlets — Vineland Avenue. The parking lot is included in the room rate and have service of advice and sale of tickets to the parks, here I highlight the excellent care of Miriam, we facilitated a lot our stay. The pool perfectly meets its purpose. Has a laundry room very piola that, for a few dollars allows you to get around if you have clothes to wash. Really had a great time at this hotel. Would come back definitely.
