Amazing experience. Beautiful hotel!

We attended a training held in the resort, but extended our stay because of its amenities and close proximity to Disney. They offer a (limited) shuttle to the parks, but Uber rides weren’t too expensive. The pool is amazing and has a great place for small kids. Evening snacks and happy hour as well as the free huge breakfast (Mickey waffles! ) were fantastic as well. We’ll stay again.

Horrible service… do not book here. You will not get the room you paid for and room 209 had a huge dead cockroach in the middle of the floor. Carpet torn up and wet vac was on. Furniture disheveled. non smoking rooms are a joke. Horrible smells and we will never book here again. it took 1.5 hours on hold with customer service to transfer the reservation. done done done! corporate will get a call from us!

Lots of space, full free breakfast and evening reception w drinks, gorgeous pool, pool bar and kids splash pad!

Flight canceled. They tell you no worries. We understand and still charge your credit card and tell you it’s a no show charge. Then will not return your calls.

Very friendly staff. Lots of activities for the family and happy hour for the adults.

Great staff … awesome complimentary meet an greet with cocktails. Perfect breakfast (Michael) the Chef made some perfect tasting omelets,

I was bitten by bed bugs and Brian Gillison, said they didn't find any. So there will not be any compensation. Of course this small pest control company that works 4 Embassy Suites will give the report necessary to favor their client… I was bitten in several places. They declined to accept this happened by the diplomatic conversation I had today 2/5/22 with Brian. I didn't ask for a large monetary resolution. I 1st needed the acknowledgement & a response from someone. I asked for a refund & few weekend stays. I get nothing. No apology, just politely dismissed. I told Brian, "I won't let this go & that he has a good evening" & hung up. I don't debate, I pray! I can/will fet more thru praying about this issue! I FEEL DISMISSED, DISAPPOINTED & IGNORED! I will not come back.

Very nice. Tv didn’t work and when I tried to call desk, just kept telling me to go online. But everything was awesome. Great continental breakfast. Delicious. Rooms were very clean.

The customer service at the front desk was awful. They were rude when we tried to ask questions. They were discriminatory towards my son in their comments because he doesn’t look like me when we were at the desk. One night I asked for 6 towels, so my family could shower. They only brought me 4 and said I couldn’t have more until the next day because they ran out. However, the maintenance man who was trying to figure out why we couldn’t get hot water went and found us more towels. We took cold showers every night because we couldn’t get hot water. They did not explain parking charges when we checked it until it exceeded my incidentals, and I asked about it. We will never stay here again. I am completely disappointed in this location, and they have made me question whether I ever want to stay at Embassy again.

I will never be staying here again! Our first room was dirty with chips left on the floor, the carpet was soaking wet. We were moved to another room where it was just as dirty. My family and I went out and bought our own cleaning supplies and cleaned the room ourselves. The bath does not drain and hair was in the tub prior to our arrival. Staff is unhelpful and kept hanging up when we called. My brother also stepped on broken glass that we learned had been there for days (it is still there). I could go on and on but… 0 stars. Find somewhere else in Orlando I’m guessing anywhere else would be better.

Nice relaxing atmosphere with great food and beautiful workers.

The room was dirty when I came in. I had to ask them to clean the dirt and bugs from window. Advertising that they have heated pool but I guess they are saving $ by not turning it on. So we couldn’t enjoy the pool bec Orlando weather cold and with heater off and fans going in the indoor pool made it unusable. We are here for 8 days so we are supposed to have one day of cleaning. I gave them 12hrs to clean the room but they only made the bed. Floor dirty, tables not wiped down, towels left for me to put away. They also have bugs in the room. The next day I had to leave my room for 4 hrs waiting for them to clean the room. My kids were crying bec they wanted to rest. Asked to talk to manager but told he was out for lunch and not sure when he would return still no response and it’s been over 24 hrs. Would never stay here again.

The staff, the manager was wonderful! The water was warm for a cool Florida night! The kids loved the movie!

This place has a clean, fun family friendly atmosphere, but there are adult perks from 5-6:30 all you can drink free… we'll be back!

All around a nice hotel to stay at. Rooms are nice, breakfast provided in the morning and the pool area is clean and open until 11pm.

Terrible, fire drill before breakfast, lack of staff. The only good are the rooms and the pool.

Definitely my favorite hotel ever! Love all the activities available for the kids. Kids loved the Movie nights by the pool. Social hour is a plus for adults. I miss the breakfast that was offered before the plandemic scare. Please bring that back! No more made to order omelets and buffet style and didn’t offer unlimited fountain drinks this time but still had a wonderful breakfast. Rooms are nice. Staff was great. Definitely will be back.

We had a great stay there this weekend! Everything was clean, sanitized and felt safe during this pandemic and the staff was out of this world amazing! Marco and the evening bartender were fabulous and made our stay beyond perfect! We had such a good time and will be back soon!

The staff here is amazing. They are all so nice and helpful.

The staff were exceptional. The rooms were very clean. Complimentary Happy hour and snacks provided every night. Breakfast was made to order and included. Hotel had a shuttle included to local parks.

Everything was excellent: room, service, activities…

No air conditioning for 4 hours now. They are working on it. Prompt my door open because it's cooler on the hallway Phone doesn't work. Not even a resort. Resort fee lol. Very disappointed.

Our party of 8 absolutely loved our stay here! We didn’t want to leave.
The staff are all amazingly accommodating, we breezed through check in, enjoyed breakfast more than we should have, and swam for hours!
I can’t recommend this resort enough, and if you can grab a lanai pool view room, do it! You can see the nightly movie from the chairs on the deck.
We will definitely be back!

The rooms were spacious and accommodating with comfy beds and 3 sink areas. I enjoyed the door separating the bedroom from the living area, desk, and bathroom. The pool was great — a perfect temperature with plenty of lounge chairs around. My 3 year old had a blast in the splash pad area and loved the water slide. My favorite part of this hotel was the food. I really enjoyed the free snacks and drinks in the evening. We actually filled up on chips and salsa, veggies and hummus, and popcorn. We skipped dinner completely. The breakfast in the morning was amazing. The made to order omelettes were delicious and the staff making them were entertaining! Pee Wee had us cracking up as he cooked for us! I also enjoyed that staff cleared the tables after breakfast because it’s usually a handful for me to do with a cup of hot coffee, a 3 year old and several plates and bowls. I got a really great price on this hotel through Hotwire but I’d probably pay the full price to stay here again — it’s a wonderful spot. My only complaint is having to pay to park — there is no shortage of parking here and I feel like it’s just a ripoff to have to pay to leave your car there. Why though?
