Tonya is very hopeful at the front desk not only does she greets us with a big smile but always asking if we need anything to let her know. She's always make sure everyone is doing just fine… I give her 5 stars…

I was bit confused while booking this hotel room since I am new to Orlando. I also read few reviews and that confused me more but once I arrived at the hotel it was so relaxing and welcoming that my family felt this hotel is our home away from home. All hotel executives deserve special thanks from all of us but it will be injustice if I don't mention Yaniris and Fabbienne. These two wonderful front desk officials are so helpful and supportive that made our 13 days stay nice and comfortable here. They are always smiling and extended unconditional cooperation to all my family members. We convey our sincere thanks to them for their generosity. I wish to come back to this hotel again and again.

I did not know how it would go from the beginning. I was very hesitant about booking my mini vacation with this hotel because of the ratings. However, I was very pleased with my stay! It was amazing because I guess the reviews were the complete opposite. I met this young lady named Fabienne D, she was very pleasant and simple friendly! She gave me recommendations within the area and the hotel was well worth my money!

I love this hotel. Stuffs rooms breakfast all are superb. You get plenty of options in breakfast. They have a pool which is nice. It is not far from the highways. Disney parks are 15 mins drive away. Sea world are even closer. Lots of food and shopping options nearby. I will stay here again next time visiting Orlando. We stayed with kids and it is safe and smoke free.

Bathroom stinks like a sewer. Refer has to be on 60 to cool room. Must get your dishes from the front desk very inconvenient. Phones don't work more inconvenience. Jacuzzi is not warm hand rails in pool will burn your hands I got a first degree burn. Service people are nonexistent. Won't stay here ever again!

The staff is very help full. We have been here for a year now. The best people you will ever meet. Our company has 8 to 10 rooms here very clean pool is also very nice laundry room new washers and dryers. I can't say enough how great they are. Thank you all for everything. K. A. My overall stay here was great. My room was nice and clean. The staff was friendly and welcoming. Peaceful environment!

The staff was kind but the hotel was dated and musty. They had industrial type fans running in the hallways with the power cords laying uncovered creating tripping hazards. The hot tub was actually a cold tub. Nothing in the kitchenettes to eat or drink with. Probably afraid people will steal it. Also all the lights in the parking lot were out for some reason making it dangerously dark. Another Priceline fail.

We had a great staff who was very friendly and helped us with everything that we needed. Breakfast is all carbs which didn't work out for 2 of the guests, but the rest of us were good. The shuttle to Disney was very helpful although you can't stay until closing as the latest leaves at 9:45, but overall the stay was awesome.

We got a great price for our room! We were on a budget while going to Disney and it really helped with us staying. We stayed 5 days and paid $55 a night on a package deal. Parking was included and they didn't mind when we had someone visit for a day. We had a kitchen so were able to buy some groceries to help cut down costs on park food. Breakfast is included, it was toast and cereal but we chose to make our own breakfast. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. The rooms get cleaned before the next customers and daily cleaning is available for extra charge. We chose not to just to save. We kinda wish there was laundry machines available because we started running out of clothes. The ladies working at the desk were very friendly and helpful. If we can get the same package deal next time we will definitely stay again.

I had the most amazing experience with this hotel there was a wonderful young lady Fabianne she had a amazing customer service also helped with great restaurants my stay there was warm and comforting.

I love being there… our home until we get a home here in Orlando. Come here for the very best service and comfort! Diane and the WHOLE staff are WONDERFUL!

Eh. It's OK pretty clean room. Shower sucks, no soap provided. Nice to have a kitchen. Pretty basic, good for an overnighter.

According to the hotel staff they didn't have enough towels and bed linens so trying to get towels every day was difficult as was getting linens for the pullout bed. Only one burner in the kitchenette worked which made cooking for 5 people difficult. Part of the outlets in the room didn't work. The bathroom sink clogged and despite notifying the front desk twice it was not fixed so we had to fix it ourselves. There were obviously intoxicated men in public areas of the hotel who made comments to myself and my teenage cousins on more than one occasion. Someone on our floor was smoking marijuana which could be smelled very strongly in the hallway outside our room and when we notified the front desk they didn't seem very concerned. Needless to say we won't be staying there again.

It has a great kitchen for use and a moderately spaced room. The free breakfast is good and the cinnamon rolls are to kill for.

I stayed for one night. Karen greeted me with such kindness and most of all she made my trasisson Smoothe. The room was Simple and clean.

I've stated at this hotel a few years ago and was clean and pleasant for the price. Now it's just kind of gone down hill. The stairwell and rear entrance has not been clean the last 2 tines I stated here. Room is spacious but my bathroom had an unpleasant smell near the toilet. I wasn't sure if it was the toilet itself or the shower curtain. The Wi-Fi was frustrating because it was not fast enough as most hotels typically are. I don't think I'm staying here again since this was my 2nd time now experiencing unleanliness.

It became like a second home in a few days while I was there with my fiance. The staff was very friendly. We only had an issue with the milk that it was spoiled. Other than that it was a great stay. Would book again.

The front desk staff is remarkably, I love’em. They take the time to actually listen to what I have to say, and respond to my questions not just giving a reply back. Housekeeping doesn’t come everyday, but they clean my room so well I’m afraid to mess it up. I love this place, the manager and assistant manager are very friendly.

The staff was very friendly and helpful and the Serca was very good.

We fully understood that this hotel was a budget hotel when we made the reservation however we had no idea how bad it would be. The room smelled like an odd mix of food and stale cigarette smoke. The staff was less than attentive or helpful. Around 4am on our second day our smoke alarm began beeping. Which indicates to me that they don't perform the regular maintenance of changing batteries every six months. I called the front desk and the woman who answered told me that I'd have to take it down off the ceiling because she was too short and she'd come get it. So I got on a chair and tried to take it down. When she showed up my husband let her in and she was taller than me, which I suppose is neither here nor there but annoying all the same. After we were able to successfully remove the detector she took it and said she'd give it to maintenance to fix. I was under the impression, mistakenly so, that she would return shortly. She didn't. We went about our day and when we returned around 5pm there still was a hole in our ceiling where the detector should have been. My husband went to the front desk to ask about the situation. It was the GM's first day and had no knowledge of the situation. She said "oh that explains why this smoke detector is here. " She asked the maintenance man about it and he stated that they didn't have 9 volt batteries for it so they'd have to take the detector out of room 103. Which is what they did.

Very nice for the price, very useful the kitchen complete with dishwasher, microwave, extractor and burners. It is very close to the Vineland Outlet (700m), places to eat, supermarkets and 15 minutes from the parks. Breakfast is quite complete, yogurt, games, toast, sweet, coffee, milk, cereals, oats, etc. The staff at the hotel are very friendly and you can send Amazon packages to the front desk.

Good option to sleep when they are few nights.

They were were friendly, I love the fact that the hotel has it's own small kitchen. We could fix meals when we were fed up with fast food. There were 6 of us and we could fit in the room.

Amazing place with a great price for staying in the Orlando area. Disney Springs adjacent so you can bus to all the parks from there! Look for good deals on Hotwire you can often get a room for about 50!

This is a very good hotel I love thing here and plan to come over this back here I love it everybody here is great the attention they have her.

Nice quite place. Rooms are clean and comfortable great for a family vacation. Pool small. Breakfast is included quick donuts and drinking products. Staff are friendly.

Rooms were nice beds comffortable and staff was very friendly, under the tough hurricane conditions they were very pleasant to all the guests waiting.

You always find comfortable rooms with no stupid hidden fees for parking or "resorting". More, the standard rates are almost always quite sensible and the locations are pretty pleasant, as well as being a convenient distance from attractions. You should give a call to the Inn if you are interested in a shuttle to find out if they have one. A couple of places do, but several do not. You have a full kitchen to utilize, which can save you a bundle, or just be a big convenience. There are ticket sale services, and there's a decent pool and Continental breakfast each morning. In every stay, I've found service to be respectful and quite satisfactory in quality.

This location was nice it could use a little updating but the room was clean and very large which was really nice. It actually had a full kitchen with a full size refrigerator and a dishwasher so could easily be used for a longer stay than just a weekend Hotel. The pool was nice and clean again the area could be a little updated but overall this was a nice location close to a lot of amenities and Disney World without having the hustle and bustle of the Disney traffic. Thanks for a good stay.

Nice hotel located at a favourable distance from all the popular attractions. Service was average. Complementary breakfast was limited. Room service was not done during our stay. Strange! Attached kitchen in the room was really helpful. Would suggest this hotel to any family with kids, who would not expect too much luxury.

My experience at this hotel was NOT BAD at all… My room was clean and everything worked fine. It may have a funny smell at first but. HEY! its a hotel and a lot of people come in and out but with some Lysol will fix the problem… bathroom, kitchen and beds were clean! Only thing is that if you want cleaning services during your stay at the hotel you need to pay extra, the breakfast is just milk, juice and coffee with toast or bagels and cereal or yogurt. I would definitely stay at this hotel because the price is not that high and I prefer to spend my money at something else during my vacations and not pay at an expensive hotel. This hotel is cheap and during my stay I did not had any trouble at all. Also Disney Springs is really close and Universal Studios is just 10-15 minutes away, there is a lot of restaurants close to the hotel that you can even go walking.

If you're booking because they have breakfast… Don't. It's just toast, bagels, coffee, and cereal. It is cheap. And here we definitely got what we paid for… Just a room. The pool area is dirty. There gym has one treadmill and one stair machine. My advice… Spend a few extra bucks and get a better hotel. Clarion right down the road was cheaper and way better.

Do not stay here! Nothing in the room works. The first room we were in the shower did not work. Then they moved us to a room that the A/C and garbage disposal did not work. All the faucets leaked. The room smelled like feet and body odor. Our room key got deactivated daily. The girl at the front desk said it was because I had the key nesr a cell phone or credit card. Never heard that excuse before. The security is terrible. You are not safe. The back door from parking lot to hotel was always unlocked. Strange looking people in and out of the building. The customer service is aweful. The Asst manager, Diane Minton, put a note on the orange juice machine dictating the amount of juice you can have. "What a joke. " Not to mention she is very rude. Everytime I was passing through the lobby there was a customer at the front desk complaining. This was the worst experience ever. We checked out a day earlier on our vacation to go home. Do not stay here!

I made a reservation for 6 days, but due to the uncleanliness I checked out the next day. At fist glance the room exceeded my expectations, but as the evening continued I was unsatisfied. I woke up on the first night to find bed bugs in my sons bed and then checked mine and my husbands bed and found them in ours as well. We went to the front desk and informed them that we had bedbugs and he acted like he didn't believe us. They changed our room to a handicap accessible room that had a mini fridge, needless to say all of our food that we bought for the week didn't fit and the toilet was dirty. The night assistant seemed like he was new and didn't know how to handle the situation. I asked if I could have quarters to was and dry and they told me I had to pay for it and would have to speak with the manager in the morning to be reimbursed. The next morning the manager said they didn't find any bed bugs, but I let them know I showed their employee that worked the night before. They wanted to reimburse the money I spent to wash and dry on my card, but I told them I spent cash so I would like cash back. Overall it was a waste of a 7 hour drive.

Really very distressed we stayed in the month of April at the hotel but lost us a very important man for our family suit, since the use in graduation; in earlier days disappeared from our room bathroom slippers as notice it returned, we never imagined could be checking our shopping.
always traveled to Orlando we love, but never had had bad expecriencias as well that have to be very careful if you arrive to the hotel all with key and check every day purchases.

Friendly, helpful staff. Room was clean and comfortable. Overall an enjoyable stay.

This is the first time I used extended stay. Stayed for 3 days. 15 mins drive from Animal Kingdom and Disney's Hollywood studios. The hotel had stove, microwave, dining table and a refrigerator, free parking and free breakfast. Microwave was not heating. The service guys did not fix instead and left a message that there's no problem. Called front desk evening to see if they could arrange another one for now until it's fixed, said they can't. They replaced microwave 3rd day, but it was too late for us. Asked front desk for a saucepan. They told me someone will deliver to our room. Saucepan never arrived. I wasn't surprised because I had low expectations based on previous reviews.

If I could give negative stars I would. When asking questions to the front desk, they always seemed annoyed. Our reservation was supposed to have a crib but they said they didn't offer it. Fought to get a cup for tea, an extra towel, and toilet paper. Hot tub didn't work the entire 5 days, when we were told it would get fixed the next day. Room had a bathroom that was moldy, water smelled bad. Only offered a shuttle to Disney, had to cab it to other parks and airport. Never will stay again and advise others to avoid this hotel at all cost.

Good location close to parks excellent price-service ratio, transportation to the parks, including breakfast and comfort.

Worst experience. Everything outdated. Switched to two different rooms due to the fact the a/c was not working! Not worth the price never again.

Excellent relationship price comfort. A full kitchen. 1 room and a half. Very large. Excellent attention at the reception. Very good swimming pool. Free parking as in all of Orlando.

Very clean nice place. Friendly staff, no bugs. You need to request dishes, we decided to get our own disposable at the supermarket. Near attractions. We definitely will stay here next time.

Great place to stay while attending parks.

Nice location 10-15 minutes from Walt Disney World. Likely better options in the area. Especially for the money. Kitchenette does not come w/ coffeemaker, plates/bowls, utensils, etc. Really basic breakfast spread.

During the first day I discovered the free internet is 0.5Mb download and 0.2Mb upload — that's when internet is working, which is only 50% of the day. Bathtub has a handle ripped out, kitchen has food baked into the appliances and into a side of the fridge, bed sheets had hair in them. It wasn't until a second day I discovered a roach. Enough said.

Even I woudnt give 1 star! For 85$ its very bad hotel the breakfast was full of junk and the fruits were only small very nasty apple and orange and few bread and muffin nothing else! The pool was very ugly and the room service sucks no cleaning or changing sheets! The appliences are very old and everything u touch breaks so dont touch anything! The sink and toilets very in very bad condition. Plumbing works are needed there. I stayed in a very luxury 2 bedroom apartment resort for only 75 bucks and this hotel just sucks dont go there.

Im from Ohio and went during the end of march. Everything was nice, no bed bugs, clean sheets. Only problems I had was that small ants were coming out of the wall near the kitchen sink and the "breakfast" was meh, but better then nothing. The ants did not seem to bother us much because we ate out the whole time but I understand it would affect others staying using the kitchenette.

1 elevator for whole place. Nothing left for breakfast at 8:30 and nothing being replaced except frozen waffles. No syrup. Milk machine out of order. Juices were undrinkable artificial flavored powdered water! no fruit or yogurt. No bagels or pastry. We only had coffee both days. A/c loud and obnoxious and one of the two bed lamps had no light bulb. Curtains filthy with scary stains. Definitely recommend you pay 20 bucks more to stay elsewhere. Plenty of lodging to choose from in this market.

Great location and good choice for access to parks with own transport. Access on foot to Win dixie near mcdonalds and other restaurants, cozy and quiet.
