I would like to start by saying Juan and Gabriel from the front desk are awesome, they are very helpful and friendly staff. Thank you both for always looking out for my guest. Secondly, Veronica the mgr. Was so sweet and very helpful and always with a beautiful smile. Thirdly, but most importantly I will like to thank the morning breakfast staff they always served with a big smile and great sense of humor: Elisa💕Daniella💕Joeli💕 and the rest of the team all were on point. Handyman’s were all excellent and very attentive to my needs and the needs of others. Valentina and Sofia were so helpful with all my room needs. This is an awesome place to be, I was truly sad that I was leaving 🌹💕💋 Thank you all so much for your kindness.

This place was average at best. We literally got the last room on the ground level and was told they were sold out and we couldn’t change rooms. Ok fine no problem. Then at breakfast my husband was in line and the server offered the person in front of my husband a large to go container which she kept behind the counter. When my husband got up there he asked for one and the person had the nerve to ask how many people it was for to which he replied multiple. She didn’t ask the other person and besides why are you keeping them behind the counter and picking and choosing who gets one. Or do I assume if you don’t speak the language you will get different treatment? On top of that I left stuff — and that is totally my fault — but I call the hotel a week later and although they have a 30 day hold policy they said there was nothing there. Again it’s my fault but I know for a fact it was left there as that’s the only place I stayed. Guess they just toss stuff or hold on to it. At this place who knows.

We really liked this hotel, we were 5 members of my family from Chile, the attention of all the staff very good, and clear my compatriot served us excellent, if I would recommend this hotel.

1st room was filthy 2nd room had someone's blood snot from their nose on it. Stuck there for 9 days because they won't give me a refund. HORRIBLE place do not book here it is not a nice place it is broken down and filthy. Can't get ahold of customer service been on hold for over and hour. Great way to spend my vacation.

This is supposed to be upscale and it’s not. The rooms smell, long hike to the rooms due to only elevator, the elevator is old and hot, the rooms look cheaply and badly renovated. The tried to paint over crappy work. Our original room had a huge water puddle on the floor when got inside and the room smelled like urine. We drove over 10 hours and came here. We don’t even want to say in Florida anymore bc of this experience. I’ll upload photos of this mess. We are paying a little over $650 for three nights. Not worth it.

My family and I stayed here for 5 nights, the hotel was very dirty, we did not see one employee sanitize anything. We had mold in our bathrooms, nasty faucets, hair and dirt behind toilets, carpets were absolutely disgusting, we all bought brand new white socks and a few minutes of walking on the floor and they turned black. Staybridge gave us a small refund, but that does not justify these nasty and unsanitary conditions, it ruined our vacation please. Fix this.

Overall, the room just was not clean. There was what looked like spilled food all over the wall, TV stand and floor. I went to grab a coffee cup and it was filthy. The hard surfaces were not wiped down. My night stand had sticky stuff on it. Some sort of red liquid on the room AC. There was food inside one of the kitchen cabinets. Something spilled all down the dishwasher.
The room looked nothing like the pictures on the website when booking. The bathroom was tiny and needed work. The bathtub leaked onto the floor. I went on a wild goose chase to find an ice machine that actually worked.
I understand the housekeeping service was not available due to Covid, so I called to get a towel exchange and I had to go to the front desk myself and exchange towels. I’ve never had to do that at any hotel I pay $100 a night for.
When checking out, I told the front desk about the poor cleanliness and our bad experience, and all I was told was ‘We are sorry about that, here’s your receipt’. I contacted IHG management and never heard anything back from them.

First of all I was told they had a shuttle from airport to hotel. That waa a lie. I had to take Lyft. Customer service was horrible. Got to my room late in evening because it wasn't ready when I got there. Walked in that night a big puddle of water in floor. Almost slipped. The next night I get back to hotel I can't get into my room. I was very very very tired. Had to go to front desk and found out they only had me booked for one night when I paid for three. Went back to room and saw two roaches in bathroom. The next night I couldn't get in my room again. I am just about fed up with this place. No apology whatsoever.

We just stayed there in June 2018 and we enjoyed our time there. The hotel was nothing super fancy but it was clean the staff were friendly and they had a great breakfast that changed daily. The pool is a fair size and they are doing renovations to the hotel. The location is good about 15 minutes from all parks with alot of stores and restaurants close by. 1 word of advice do not order pizza from the menus left under the door it was nasty! Behind the visitors market there are food trucks way better!

This place is amazing. Hotel suite has 2 full beds in a closed off room (if you want to close the door), A full kitchen, a table to sit and eat, a living room with a pull out couch and the bathroom. It's so comfy that I wish I could just live here forever. The staff are super friendly, especially Izzy who sells attraction tickets in the lobby — she's a riot and loves what she does. Drinks at the cabana bar by the pool — happy hour, happy guests, oh and two TV sets too. The free breakfast was adequate, but we were satisfied none the less. I would highly recommend this property for anyone to stay at, especially those with kids!

The guy at the front desk is a idiot. Needs to be fired. Coffee was Luke warm and tasted so bad in the lobby nobody could drink it and he wouldn’t even get somebody to replace it. He don’t know how to do his job very well. Was not helpful at check in. The eggs at breakfast tastes like there powered eggs. I would definitely not recommend this place.

This was our second time staying at this hotel, and we love it! The first visit was in June 2016, and we were on the ground level across from the pool. The 2 bedroom suite was spacious, and super convenient for 7 people traveling together to be comfortable. This second time was just a few days ago, and this time we were on the very top (5th) floor, and (again) thoroughly enjoyed the room. Two bedroom suite for 7 travelers, very comfortable beds, and we absolutely loved the view on the pool at night. We especially love the Happy Hour at the pool from 5-6 pm, and the breakfast buffet is much better than other hotels, with a large variety of food to choose from, and its all included in our stay. We love the value, we love the comfort, the staff was friendly, location is superb. We will be back!
