I recommend them just steps from the beach. They are very comfortable villas perfect for a vacation, the very comfortable space had everything we need we will definitely coming back.

We have been coming here for 20 years. I love this place. Low key, has a pool, and the ocean is just across the street.

Love the area and how cute it looks! And love that close to the beach and other stuff definitely will stay here again!

An absolutely beautiful location with an intimate atmosphere. From the street it’s just a community of cottages. Outside your back door is a beautiful pool with palms and common areas for chatting with new friends and grilling with your loved ones. Leighanna was an absolute pleasure to work with the cleaning crew were pleasant and smiling. This hidden gem is the best.

Great! Spent 5 Days there last week! Extremely Clean, Updated and Tastefully decorated Cottage. Each Unit has their own Drive way for parking. Nice Clean Pool steps from unit. Cross the street and your at the beach! Affordable also.

Change nothing this place is paradise. Perfect place for families had a wonderful time the grounds are beautiful the rooms perfect can’t wait till next time. And the welcoming committee was awesome. Met new friends had family time relaxing fun the place was clean and had everything needed. The resort manger was present and made sure everything was perfect for my family and I.

Cozy beach cottages! Nice little set up with cottages surrounding a common patio & pool area. My sister rented a 2 bedroom cottage and was very pleased. During our visit with her, we observed the place to be clean, quite and nicely appointed. Very short walk to beach, crossing 1 small side street. Will stay here ourselves next year.

We recently came to Florida for our destination wedding. Blue Waters was the perfect location for my family, friends and myself to stay during this special time. We rented most of the property and thoroughly enjoyed having such a nice place to stay. It felt like our home away from home for the week. The property manager Terris was wonderful, he was very quick to respond to calls or emails throughout the entire process for our entire wedding group and then even assisted with check in process. He went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was perfect and all of our needs were met! The condos were clean and updated, and each condo has its own parking spaces. All of the condos have access to a central courtyard area with a nice pool, multiple grills, tables and chairs. The courtyard area allowed our group to spend time together while still having the privacy of our own condos. The pool and lighting of the courtyard area made it feel and look like paradise! All condos are equipped with everything you will need for your stay including appliances, dishes, beach towels and there was even a community basket of pool/beach toys that we could use during our stay. The location can't be beat, just a short walk across the street and there is public access to the beautiful Sunset Beach and a short drive to both St. Pete Beach and Treasure Island. I can't say enough about our stay at Blue Waters, our wedding week stay was unforgettable and we will definitely be back!

The only complaint I had was the towel replacement. We stayed 4 nights and was given four towels and washcloths. My daughter alone uses two towels every time she takes a shower. Since there are no washer and dryer in the units. My recommendation to the owners is to supply fresh towels daily.

Absolutely the best place to stay on Treasure Island, Hands down! Steps away (literally) from the water front, extremely clean cottages, fully furnished kitchens, beautiful sitting area out back and perfect for families visiting treasure island. We will absolutely stay here EVERY time we visit!

An amazing place to stay. Fresh Clean smell, the ceiling fans and bkinds were even dust free. Pet friendly, completely equiped for any length of stay from kitchen to grills. No palm leaf unturned. I would recommend a stay for even 1 night. Yo u will NOT be disappointed. The pool is only steps outside of every condo door. This is a 5 ☆☆☆☆☆ …

Perfect for our family reunion of 18. We had eight of the 13 units for 3 nights, ranging from studio units, 1 bedroom, to 2 bedroom cottages. They were clean and neat, but the rooms were small as in bearly walking room around the beds. We had breakfast served in a studio unit one morning, a 2 bdrm the next, in shifts, which worked for us. People scattered to the beach, returned to the pool. The staff were friendly and unobtrusive. The only problems were many burned out lights (there was only 1 working in our living room — which I failed to report, I was too busy having fun) and the power outage in the middle of the night due to a thunderstorm. I would definitely go again and recommended it to people who want a nice place to stay right across from the beach.

We had a great time staying here for a week. The location is amazing, the beach is right across the street. The pool is heated and fantastic, there’s an on-site laundry room and the full kitchen was wonderful! The staff was friendly and helpful. Everything was perfect! We are hoping to come again next year!

We loved it here. Everything very clean. Rooms were great. Just didn't care for the Murphy bed but other rooms do not have this. Grounds were very pretty. Great beach access. So peaceful. Nice quiet area and close to e everything you need.

My family and I were there last week, even though they have stayed there prior, it was my first time, I was so impressed with everything especially how nice and clean they keep everything, the staff was super friendly and accommodating! So close to the beach, but the pool was really nice and I loved the little courtyard with the tables and grills! Loved my stay there (especially since I’m not normally a beach person lol), I’m now converted and would love to stay there again.

Fully renovated, furnished studios (dishes & cookware too), 1 & 2 bedroom vacation rentals. No physical front desk on site. Self serve laundry on site. Assigned off street parking. 1/2 block walk to the Sunset Beach access.

Such an amazing place. It's so clean! It felt like home. We will definitely be coming back for mre visits.

Of all the places I’ve ever stayed this by far beats them all! I had my 2nd stay there this passed weekend and this time I rented the 2 bedroom cottage and oh how very nice and clean. It had TVs in both bedrooms as well as the living room. The couch was comfortable to sit on and it had a fold out bed in it. The kitchen was fully equipped with all the things to cook with, toaster, regular coffee pot (with coffee) and a blender, dishes and silverware. They provided shampoo, conditioner and lotion to. Outside the front door was a porch with chairs to sit In. The facilities manger was very kind and professional and all the service workers do a wonderful job! The pool is in the center of all the cottages and studio apartments and it has such a nice oasis. Nicely lit up at night. Plenty of tables chairs outside and nice bbq grills. I could’ve just stayed there and been just as happy. The beach is across a none busy road and isn’t around a lot of commercial businesses but not too far from stores and shops. Johns pass is less than 10 minutes away driving. Thank you and we will be back!

It is the best place to vacation and have fun with family The hotel is very beautiful and warm we spent super all clean and organized.

Absolutely LOVE IT! This is my second time staying at this amazing cottage, cleaned, full kitchen, nice BBQ area, across from the beach few steps away, the cleaning staff when above and beyond my expectations, I recommend this Paradise cottage to everyone that one's to enjoy it a family vacation.

Our family rented out all of the cottages for our son’s wedding weekend two weeks ago and it was perfect! The cottages are super clean and comfy. Everything you need is there. The pool and outside courtyard is fantastic and has numerous grills, lots of shaded seating, pool toys and so private and quiet from road traffic. The Gulf of Mexico and beautiful beach is just across the street. Bertram is extremely helpful, courteous and professional for booking and any questions or concerns. We all absolutely loved our stay and now plan to make Blue Waters of Treasure Island our family reunion stay in the future!

The one bedroom is very small and cozy. Beautifully painted and decorated. We got a complimentary bottle of chardonnay when we arrived. Nice heated pool, free laundry mat, and beach access right across the road.

Great get-a-way! Our efficiency was a large 2 bed 2 bath. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed including a blender to make a few tropical drinks to enjoy at poolside. Just a short walk from having your toes in the sand. Several beach bar/restaurants are within walking distance and very quiet area which made this an ideal location. The only thing remotely negative I could say is that we arrived by noon and were not allowed to check in early, had to wait til 3. We did however manage to change into our swim suits and enjoyed the pool. We are locals and always on the lookout for a weekend get-a-way, we will revisit Blue Waters again.

Small clean cabin. Had refrigerator stove, microwave, and all dishes needed for cooking and eating. They even had gas a charcoal grill to use. The pool is small but very clean. Best of all public access to the beach is access the street and less than a five minute walk.

Very nice. Very clean. Management was available if you needed anything. Plenty of grills and seating in patio areas. Just a short walk to the beach. Everything in room that you could possibly need… dishes… pots… pans… wine glasses… complimentary bottle of wine upon arrival… beach towels… just everything. Very quiet throughout the entire stay. Only wish I had a dish towel to dry the dishes (used a lot of papertowels). They were provided. Really enjoyed our stay in bungalow Would definitely come back again and again! If considering Blue Waters Treasure Island… you won't be disappointed!

Great place! Very nice rooms and very clean! Has all the kitchen amenities you could ever need way better than any hotel. Right across from the beach! Only negative was the bed. Futon style not comfortable at all. Other than that great.

Of course it's absolutely positively very beautiful here.

I've gotta say, I was very satisfied with this place! We loved it! Super nice amenities and soooo close to the beach! Even on peak-time in the sun, that part of the beach wasn't busy at all! So nice!

Quiet. Private. Very clean. Comfortable. This place is very well-maintained, and the location is perfect! I felt like I was in a home, not a hotel. And, beach access couldn't be easier. It's located on a very quiet street, but is right in the center of anything and everything you could possibly want for in a beach town. We will absolutely be staying here again and again. Especially for the price! In fact… we've already booked another stay, and are bringing additional guests with us!

This is a quiet facility with very clean rooms. It is more of an apartment than a hotel. The room was small with a Murphy bed and full kitchen. I was glad we brought our own towels as the only towels were hand towels. The shower is very small so you cannot turn around. It is across the street from a small shell covered beach. It is down the road from two bars. I would come here again but not if I want a hotel experience.

Bungalow unit was nice and newly remolded as advertised. Property management staff are not customer/tourist friendly. Wouldn't allow, like other resort properties do, early check in if room/villa is clean. They were adamant no check in before 4 p. M. Even if the unit is ready for occupancy. In our case there appeared to be no one on property at 11 a. M. Cleaning any of the units despite a must 10 a. M. Checkout. At 3:30, housekeeping had not even started cleaning our unit. At 4;35 housekeeping supposedly finished cleaning, but never came outside to let us know they had finished despite the threat of afternoon storm with lightning and rain. Property management was not willing to make any concessions for a late checkout to compensate for not having unit cleaned and ready at 4 p. M. Said having the ability to park car at the unit while at the public beach across the street was consideration enough. These people need lessons in hospitality management. Housekeeping did not thoroughly clean. Kitchen floor was not swept clean nor was the front porch of sand and shells. The coffee pot had mold on unemptied grounds and there was question if one bedroom's linens were fresh. Nice property across the street from the beach but property management's poor hospitality skills and customer focus plus late and poor housekeeping would not incent me to come back. Rented the bungalow for daughters and family here on vacation from out of state.
Not a good rental experience.
