We just checked in so far so good units are clean front desthis in front desk is extremely helpful very close to shopping and night life across the street from the beach pool looks fantastic Nick hoping to have a great 5 days here.

After spending over $300 per night to stay at this hotel it was a nasty room. Thank god we have our own Lysol wipes or we would of left. All doors and walls and deck look like they have mold. The furniture is disgusting. We called and they said they would come clean and all they did was made the beds. This is not a resort it’s a motel don’t be fooled. So sad cause this town is so beautiful will definitely stay somewhere else when we come back. The staff does not care and that shows. Hoping this review will help you guys to do better cause the best room in the hotel is definitely the most dirty in this case. Especially with Covid-19, this place should be shut down for cleaning.

Our room is absolutely gorgeous and the price is fantastic! I couldn't believe it when I walked in! customer service is fantastic! nice little get away from home for a night with my wife. So clean! I highly recommend this place. We will be back for surw.

Place was very accommodating, with lots of amenities, 2 bedrooms & 2 baths, close to beach & John’s Pass.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL! I wouldn’t even give it a 1 star review.
Upon arrival the room was DISGUSTING! You could walk across the floors and your feet would be black. I made my kids wear socks and shoes it was so bad! The bathroom had a USED Q-tip in the floor, tags from clothes that wasn’t ours, bath tubs were nasty, etc. The beds were even dirty. The TV’s didn’t work, nor did the dryer.
We called down to the front desk numerous times. The first guy we spoke with was super nice. He said he would send someone up to come and clean it while we were at the beach. We came back the room was still in the same shape! Dirty floors, qtip still in the floor, etc.
We called back down to the desk and told them that the room was still disgusting and no one had cleaned it. They were RUDEEEE about it. We told them about the used qtip and everything still being in the floor. They never came that day either. The next day we went to the beach and my mother stayed in the room with the baby. She said someone came and knocked on the door and said, “I’m here to get the Q-Tip” my mom showed them where it was and she never said another word. Very rude once again and very unprofessional.
I went to the front desk to complain and I’ve NEVER complained about a hotel before and we travel a lot. There was a sign that showed they had another hotel and you could call them after hours if you needed anything.

Filthy and disgusting! We’re told we would be compensated but were still charged full price!

The staff is the best the housekeeping staff is wonderful.

Well appointed! pleasant surroundings, near everything.

Me and some friends came for the Crabfest and this is the best place to stay, our room is so Big and spacious, kind of make you feel feel like you’re at a Timeshare, we love it, will be back next year❤️❤️

We were very pleased. Everything was as described. Clean rooms, the pool was great. The resort is located in a very good place for beach and restaurant locations. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Our family will be back. Thanks for a great experience.

This is our 2nd visit and we truly enjoy staying here. It's so nice in our suite to have 1 1/2 baths and an extra styling station. I love the great ambience. We enjoy walking around the strip and patronize the different bars and restaurants. We enjoyed the walk to St. James Pass. We have no complaints. We plan to visit again next year. Our service was outstanding!

Our room was perfect and the view from our balcony was amazing! Our girls weekend was awesome and the stay with at your place made it great for location.

We stayed here just for an overnight wished it could have been longer, you have your own dedicated parking space, the staff were very pleasant and helpful and could fault nothing in our room, we had two bedrooms a good view and large kitchen, washing machine etc, would definitely return.

It is a great location on Gulf Blvd. Nice rooms and friendly staff.

The location was good, it was walking distance to the beach and boardwalk. The housekeeping service could be improved. The floors has crumbs on it when we checked in, and the maid service was supposed to come every second day, but they weren't coming at all so we had to make a request from the front desk for new towels and toilet paper, and we had to take the trash out ourselves. They did eventually come the day before we checked out.

Awesome place to stay. Staff was very pleasant. Great location. Only thing I didn't like was the fact that the room above you could hear the chairs sliding across the floors.

Very nice place to stay. It's condo style stay suites. Pool/hot tub very clean. We stayed in a 2bed/2bath suite, which had everything you need including fun beach stuff for kids. Boogie board, sand toys and a noodle.

We stayed at Crystal Palms after our previous resort overbooked and we were moved. The rooms were beautiful and had all the needed amenities. The front staff and GM were both very friendly and helpful through the whole change. Loved the pool and balconies that looked out to the ocean. We would definitely stay here again!

This hotel was so good when we came last year we decided to return. Was just as good this year. We have stayed in the 1 & 2 bed rooms both are up to an exceptional high standard, hope to return next year. Thanks to all the staff.

The room was big, complete with kitchen, washer and dryer, plus a big porch. Parking is under the garage. The pool was nice, not huge. And the walk to the beach was a little bit of a hike. It's across the street from the ocean and it's a wide beach. Ocean water was beautiful. Maintenance guy was super nice and quick, but cleaning crew was just average.

Great place to spend a week at the beach. Roomy 2 bedroom condos, nice pool and easy access to the beach. Units are quiet. Pool area is nice… be aware there is a lot of street traffic noise at the pool. It's bearable. Looking forward to my next trip.

This place was fantastic. The rooms are like apartments, super nice! Staff on duty were very friendly and helpful. And the beach is right across the street.

We stayed here Valentine's night after getti g married on the beach… The pent house suite was roomy… however the is Jacuzzi didn't work… nor did the cable in the master suite. Tv said cable signal not enough strength. Was unable to watch the Olympics or use the Jacuzzi… I read prior reviews reporting the same. So I assume management doesn't care. They were very prompt to knock on our door and call when it was time for check out. The coffee pit in the room inside was all moldy… BIG DISAPPOINTMENT.

Extremely clean with outstanding balcony views and spacious accommodations! Beautiful and contemporary furnishings with large flat screen TV s in all rooms excluding bath and kitchen of course. Located directly across the street from the beach with large swimming pool and jacuzzi. The jacuzzis temperature maintain a level of 104 degrees and both jacuzzi and pool were kept very clean. Their deck was spacious. The views from anywhere on their property for beautiful and it's located 5 minutes from the sand at the beach!

The stay was excellent overall. The facility is clean and spacious. Walking distance to all Treasure Island has to offer. The stress relief products are a real bonus. The only flaw in the hotel is the toilet paper, which is abnormally thin.

Nice rooms. Couldn't hear any of the neighbors. Could just barely see the gulf, but had a good stay.

Very nice hotel. The rooms are very large, and are condominium style. The view from the balconies is a clear sight line of the gulf and you can easily see far north and south. The pool and hot tub are decently sized, and the the staff isn't strict on the hours. The hotel is located in a wonderful area, within walking distance of several gas stations, grocery stores, and st John's pass to the north. The beach is almost a quarter mile deep, with soft, white sand and little to no washed up seaweed. It's a great area that feels safe at all hours and I'd highly recommend it.

Got an amazing deal. This place is ideal if you have a family and you want to do your own cooking. Highly recommended.

The apartment is spacious and comfortable. Is far… To make programs you have to have a car. But the place is lacking in maintenance. Not good service, none of reception speaks Spanish and not a lot of effort to satisfy your necesides. Very bad cleaning! They go to collect the garbage day by half but do not clean anything or make the beds.

Great place to stay in Treasure Island! Love the 1 bedroom condo. Very spacious and clean. Large balcony with table and chairs and lounge chair. Great for morning brunch and coffee! The kitchen has all the essentials for cooking and making three meals a day. The pool area is beautifully surrounded by palm trees and is very private. Great for afternoon swim or and evening dip! Very close to all the the shops and restaurants and the beach is a short walk across the road. … The only con is the high traffic noise as all units face the road. You can't hear it inside but if the patio is open it's loud… but it didn't bother us to bad.
Glad we stayed here. I would recommend this to anyone young or old visiting Treasure Island!

The first time in my 14 years of living, the hotel has clean floors and the roons are amazing and there are perfect views to see the whole beach and the service is amazing!

We picked this location for our vacation and we were extremely pleased with our selection. This hotel is very nice and offers a very classy ambiance. Upon check in, the staff was very nice and provided A+ service to us. We loved our SUITE; very clean and comfortable with modern facilities. I really loved our 2-bathrooms with the stand-in shower. We enjoyed our ocean-side view. Although they're doing some upkeep on surrounding properties, our view was still nice. Also centrally located!

First impression is the beautiful landscaping fronting this resort. Can't miss it anywhere in Treasure Island. The staff is outstanding, very welcoming and quick to check us in.
On the 5th floor, the 2 bedrooms 2 baths suite facing the pool and beach blew us away. The best I ever seen. It gave us the best vacation getaway. Totally in our books to always reserve again and again on the West FL Coast for getaways!

Nice building, very clean rooms, granite counter tops, nice couches, comfortable beds, super clean bath rooms, frosty cold a/c, professional staff, great area. Nice gound level parking. Clean pool, couldn't ask for more. You won't be disappointed.

Great experience. Room was very clean and bigger than expected. Check-in was a breeze, and they allowed for an extra hour to check out later. Will definitely visit again. Highly recommend anyone with a family to get the suite, plenty of room for a family of 5+.

We are here now, (from July 17th-21st) we checked in Monday July 17th and I would like to write my review now. First thing first we arrived here from Fort Riley Army Base Kansas at 9am. I wanted to take my husband on a special anniversary getaway as soon as he returned home from his 9 month deployment and I'm so glad I found this resort! Our room wasn't ready when we arrived (very Understandable) Hannah at the front desk was very nice, professional and so helpful, she let us sit our luggage behind the front desk. She even gave us some cool things to do while we wait for our room! The condo itself is immaculate and beyond that. This place is very peaceful and the workers here at the front desk are very professional. I can't remember the guy name at the front desk but I forgot my key (I had a lot on my mind) but he was very understandin, plus patient and got me taken care of. If you want to stay somewhere that's worth every penny then this is your spot! Washer and dryer, dishwasher, cooking utensils, 2 bathroom 2 bedrooms, spacious, and did I mention great customer service? What more can you ask for? Also no it's not off the beach, but the beach is literally across the street. No more than a 5 minute walk and from our balcony we can see the beach. Thank you Crystal Palm beach for such lovely stay! This is our wedding anniversary getaway and we are so pleased to be a guest!

It was great. It was one of the best places in Florida that I was. My sister accidentally dropped her bathing suit on to the floor below us. The service was great and the manager got it back within the day. I personally really liked the pool. The pool was better than the ocean that was across the road. The view was great also because you could see the ocean from there. Their was also a coconut tree witch I thought was pretty cool. Over all best hotel I have been to.

This is our second time here This place is extremely clean very well kept. The staff are very helpful. Has on site pool and hot tub. The view from the balcony is unbelievable. 180 degree veiw of the beach that you're right on. We couldn't ask for anything better than this. I hope we can come back again next year. We would love to have this as our yearly go to spot. Many thanks to the owners for allowing us to stay here.

Great condo, very roomy for a family, clean and quiet, great pool & hot tub… wonderful view from the balcony… our room was on the 5th floor! Would stay again in a heart beat! Staff was wonderful!

Absolutely loved our stay! After having a few problems at another hotel down the street during my family reunion, we decided to move to the Crystal Palms because we had experience there before and loved it! We stayed here a few years ago as well. Both times we have reserved a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom and have been very happy. The walk to the beach is nearly the same as it is when we stayed at another popular hotel across the street on the beach side a little further down Gulf Blvd. It's literally a few extra steps, and because it has a little bit of distance (1/2 mile) from Treasure Island Causeway, crossing the street to beach is more simple… it's not as congested as the "T" there at T. I. Causeway & Gulf. We have started to recommend Crytal Palms to family & friends as well, including to those in the area, so they have a great new hotel to recommend to guests traveling! It is fabulous for a getaway for a couple, but as a family with young kids we LOVE it. The full kitchen, washer/dryer in the room, and 2 full bathrooms makes it feel a little more home!

The rates are reasonable and the suites are very spacious all the amenities for a long weekend or weeks vacation. Nice pool and hot tub. Not the most comfortable beds and if you like a dark bedroom don't pick one with a balcony. These are minor details.

Great and very well-equipped apartments. With a bit of street noise is to be expected, but it holds closed in the heat of Florida, the doors anyway.

The room was very spacious and nice. The only issues were that we called the receptionist for an extra blanket and they had none available, and they also had no extra towels available which was frustrating. Besides that, it was a nice suite that was across the street from the beach.

The room we stayed in was filthy. The floor grouting, which was an almond when new, is now black, the carpet was dirty, and the light brown leather sectional was black from the dirt being ground into it. I would not recommend this place to my friends.

Excellent location right beside the beach and walking distance from nightlife and activities. The building and rooms were clean and the staff was pleasant and helpful. Overall it was an excellent experience and I could not have asked for more.

Wow, this place was awesome. We had a great view of the beach and down Gulf blvd. To John's Pass. The condo was gorgeous, clean and modern. What a beautiful building and a great stay we had. The staff was friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend this place and will stay here again in the future.

5th floor suite very nice and clean.

If you don't need absolute perfection, but want an affordable beach vacation then this place is for you. The rooms are very clean, they are all suites with plenty of space to relax and unwind. Full kitchen available with dishwasher, full stove and fridge. Apartment size washer and dryer are available. If you are sensitive to city traffic noise you may not like the proximity to the street, but I hardly notice it. Not all rooms have a great ocean view, the higher up you are the better. On the 3rd floor I am able to see a bit of sand and water. My balcony also overlooks the pool and hot tub, which is surrounded by palm trees for privacy. The staff have been friendly and accommodating, we've had no problems so far. I would recommend it to others.

Excellent Costumer Service. Not overly crowded, with reserved parking. The rooms are nicely decorated and are very clean. All of the employees were very friendly. Not directly on the beach, but just across the street (short walk). The pool is average size, but they have it nicely decorated, with free pool toys for the kids. The resort is right on the main street, but the noise is not an issue.

Great views on the ocean. However there was a building now blocking the view. Scince I am on the 2nd floor that may not be a problem for people that are on the 6th floor. But overall very nice hotel! I love the rooms and open and full kitchens. (I.

Nice place but pricey. When we asked for maid service after our son turned it away early in the day we got a pretty nasty attitude from the cleaning staff even though we just needed trash removal. I would stay there again but would probably try to go a little cheaper next time. It averaged over $350 a night with no amenities.

Brides, search no more! This is the perfect place for a bride to stay the week of their wedding! I can't thank Crystal palms enough for their great effort of keeping high standards. Just the moment you walk in you feel welcomed. The staff is great, the lobby smells like orchids and it's super clean. My penthouse was even better. There were three rooms three bathrooms. My room, the master room had a Jacuzzi and a Big closet just like every girl dreams! The patio is amazing. I felt like a millionaire lol. The day of my wedding when my photographer, makeup and hairstylist came they were stunned by how stunning the penthouse was. The bet part was that there were multiple windows making the whole Penthouse really bright, heavenly like is another way of saying it. My photos came out super cute! I tell you brides you need to check this place out. For the price and quality, yes you are going to love it.

This place is great. We stayed in a 2 bedroom with my almost three year old and parents. From my first interaction on the phone with the front desk to check out they have been more than pleased. Every person who works here has been friendly. The pictures on here are very accurate of our room. The couch is a bit worn out but clean. Pool was warm and clean. There is a crosswalk to the beach just outside the front of hotel. Housekeeping was an unexpected bonus. We were on the 6th floor so we didn't really hear the traffic.

We just had guests from New Jersey stay at Crystal Palms and they left raving about the accommodations and the beauty of the facilities and the beaches. The staff was courteous and informed. We will recommend you to all our out of towners friends and family. Great suites.

Read the reviews before booking your stay at this resort. Yes, the resort is nice and yes the customer service is horrible. The manager at this resort, Heather, is a perfect candidate for unemployment! Not only did she not have any regard or respect for a customer, but she didn't have any respect for her employer either. CPBR, business must be good in order for you to ignore the poor customer service reviews posted AND for you to continue to employ the poor management staff that you have.

We stayed in on of the 2 bedroom rooms. It was very large and comfortably slept all 4 of us. It had a full sized kitchen and large wraparound balcony (get an end unit if available). It's not on the beach which I believe I read somewhere before we initially booked the place, but it's a short walk across the street and from our balcony we could see the ocean and beach. I'm surprised a couple people had issues with the staff because throughout our 3 night stay, they could not have been more helpful and friendly. I highly recommend this hotel if you need a place to stay in the area, we booked it again for our stay in a few weeks.

I am a Treasure Island resident and book colleagues from my Atlanta company often at the Crystal Palms. I have always received compliments on the spacious suites and hotel staff from my colleagues. In fact, one of the VPs brought his entire family back for a vacation! Heather and Dion are always helpful when I book the reservations. There is an abundance of activities here in Treasure Island or surrounding beach communities such as St Pete Beach, Madeira Beach, Indian Rocks Beach and Clearwater Beach. Wonderful restaurants and shopping galore. And the beaches are fabulous. This hotel is new and has beautiful suites and great views! If I was not a Treasure Island resident, I would definitely book here.
