Staff was incredibly RUDE, my group was verbally assaulted by a man at the front desk. We had bed bugs in our bed and the pull out couch was coated in dog hair. Kindly asked the man at the front desk to please send someone to clean our room or get us a new room. The man at the front desk then proceeded to promise my friends and I a refund, and then took it back because we were “being little jerks” and if we didn’t leave he would call the police because we asked to have a more in depth conversation about our refund. All we did was ask why he suddenly changed his mind about no longer giving us our refund seeing as we were only checked in for an hour and fifteen minutes. There was another family on the first floor on the left side of the office that was complaining of cockroaches… This motel is filthy and the only kind staff member my group and I encountered was a woman that was there around 2pm. — 0/10 would NOT recommend.

Do not stay here. Unimaginably rude staff member who is a middle aged man with glasses. We had bugs in our room with dog hair on the pullout. He refused to clean the room and said we can either deal with it or " get refunded and get out". He then proceeded to charge us for the whole night. He also threatened to call yhe police on us if we didn't leave when he was questioned on why he charged us when he stated he wouldn't. I have never experience this level of hostility and rudeness.

Rooms very outdated. My daughter and son in laws room is AWFUL! Have tried to get them moved for 5 days out of his room but they say they can't that they are full. I have seen so many people leave right after they check in some run! The rooms are nothing like you see online, I don't know where these pictures came from. You have to wear socks with the nasty carpet in rooms. A perk is pet friendly. I believe most people here have pets. We have a total of 7 rooms, we are staying because its to difficult for everyone to move. No lights outside, gets dark early pool closes I guess because no lights. Says laundry machines but they are out of order. We come for a week every year at Thanksgiving. We have found a different place next year already. I believe some people live here. Very unhappy with this hotel.

This is a little gem on Treasure Island. I am a local that was looking for a nice staycation. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room are nice, but one negative is the carpets need to be cleaned. And the staff was wonderful, but very loud outside of our room for the 2 days we were there. But all in all, great place and experience. And tiki bar was amazing, butnot as great as the barmaid, Crestin. She is truly a gem. As soon as I ha ve time off again, I will go back.

The worst ever! Asked where to park, was told anywhere you can find. Door to room wasn’t lock. Sit on the couch with a towel. Was not going to sleep in the bed! Packed up & returned home. Asked for a refund after getting there at 1pm & told no chech in before 4pm%!, would not recommend to anyone!

Amazing little gem in Treasure Island. I highly recommend Treasure Island Resort. I spent two nights after working extra hours and 5 months straight. I needed a little get away from my Orlando grind. I felt like I was in a Caribbean island. This will be from now on my escape place. Thank you to everyone, the staff, the owner super nice, just great ambiance and friendly people. Loved it.

Worst experience. Got there, the room was gross. Had to clean the kitchen and oven before we could use it. Was told the kitchen came with cooking pans and silverware (which is why I paid the money for the kitchen! ) didn’t have anything in it… was told they don’t provide that. Trash all under the bed. Air didn’t work at all during the night. TV didn’t work until they finally fixed it on night 3. My card was charged something at least once everyday that we were there. Took pictures of the room condition and showed them and all they said was wow. Never again.

Over charged for room they werent very clean. Staff was rude and not helpful at all.

Customer service was great. Rooms very clean. Anything we needed they got for us. Pool and bar was great. We definitely plan on going again!

A nice clean, economical stay. A beautiful 2 min walk to the beach, assorted free coffee 24/7. And you can walk to so many restaurants with minutes.

This has been our spot for years. The concierge are great, very clean, great location and always a great time while visiting.

The outside is a little dated. The room we had was spacious and clean. Checking in was quick. Maids were friendly and helpful! Would stay here again!

We checked in Friday checked out Monday! Overall it was a great mini getaway for us. The staff was very friendly, the grounds were kept up very nice, the pool was nice and big, the bar was convenient and the bartender made delicious drinks, quiet and relaxing, pet friendly, so we were able to take our dog, the front office has a great coffee section for coffee drinkers, the trail and the beach are only a few steps from the rooms, the room was great and yeah the bathroom was a little small but what do you expect, you're at the beach! Overall we had a great time and plan to return in the future. We live in Tampa, so its only a short ride for us and enjoyed every minute of it. Treasure Island is our home away from home. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Out second time here we just live the atomsphere. And price reasonable. So close to the beach and scenery awesome.

Im a local contractor which I over work and have not been giving my beautiful wife, my queen the time she deserves and needs from me in which it caused us to almost lose each other recently so I booked a room for 3 days. It was the most relaxing place ive stayed im years, right on the beach, pool, bar on site and was the best relaxing time ive had in years. Staff was awesome and price was beyond fare. Clean place and I'll definitely return.

There is a reason that their rooms are so much cheaper than other properties! I checked in at about 4 pm. The room was somewhat dated… the bathroom needs a complete overhaul, but it was clean. My kids showered and one of them used the pool. At around 10 pm on the same night, we turned the lights out. About 10 minutes later, I turned on the nightstand light to find about 10-15 baby roaches in my drink, the side of my cup and several more running away on the night stand. Seriously, it is not like it was just 1 roach… there were so many running around that I immediately went to the front desk and asked for another room. They had none available. I booked a room at another hotel and left 45 minutes later. There was no way I could justify letting my 2 children and myself sleep there with a bunch of baby roaches running around on the nightstand literally 2 or 3 feet from our bed. They refunded all but one night. I guess they figured that the 6 or 7 hours with A LOT of roaches 3 feet from our heads on the nightstand and no other accommodation available was somehow our fault and didn't feel the need to refund the entire amount. I understand that things happen, but when they could not provide an alternate room… One would think they would have refunded the entire amount for our having to leave in the middle of the night! It is just hard to believe that ANY hotel would still charge a guest when THE Hotel could not provide another room or some sort of solution!

This place was the sorriest excuse for a hotel I have ever stayed in. My wife and I almost never get time away from our kids for a getaway. I chose your place and it was a huge mistake. I was promised a King sized suite with sliding glass door facing the ocean and a short walk to the water. What I got was a cramped room with a king sized bed crammed into it, a closet sized bathroom dated from the 1960’s, no view at all, no parking at all. It was a hike to the ocean. I have made sure to circulate real photos of your “resort” to social media, all of my colleagues in the I. B. E. W. AAA, and all friends and family so fewer people will be fooled by the false advertising you promote on booking sites and Facebook.

Not like the pictures. Dirty floors, walls, bathrooms, tubs, toilets, sinks. The doors are so old they have holes in the bottom and large spaces between the bottom of the door and the floor so I had to put towels in front of them. The towels are hard. The water temperature changes drastically on its own. Housekeeping didn’t come by. Paint on walls are peeling off. Toilet seat is worn down. Rust in the tub. VERY dirty and VERY outdated. Could use a good, thorough cleaning and some bleach.

Worst hotel experience ever.
Staff is absolutely horrible.
They have charged me three times for one nights stay and will not fix.
Hotel is crap and the staff seriously needs to be replaced. Am reporting to the BBB!

My room was not cleaned. There were ants, cockroaches, and a bunch of flying bugs in the bathroom. I was there for a total of 8.5 hours and didn’t continue my stay because I felt that gross. When I went to leave though, Grant was super understanding and helped me out a lot. He was super kind and it was very much appreciated that he was so understanding. I called this morning though and was told I should get a refund in 3-5 days. Hoping I get that refund.

Wonderful stay. We are long time guests and really enjoy the new renovations and amenities. New Coffee Bar makes the morning great with many choices of top shelf coffees. Rooms are redone and totally new. The pool looks Brand New and well cleaned. The beach is right there, and a spectacular Beach at that. Have a Tiki Bar by the pool and The Treasure Island Beach Walk, a great paved walking and bike path along the beach and other attractions. Erica, the manager, has a great crew there. The employees are always taking care of something and the place looks great. We feel very safe and at home there, and we trust these workers here. Enjoy this place, good luck, Tina and Micky…

This is an older motel that is well maintained. The grounds are beautiful the pool is open 24 hours and it is on the beach. You do have to walk a bit to get to the ocean but you can not complain for the price. The staff are a great group of people. The only minus to this beautiful place is the beds are hard. I would come here again.

We didn’t like our room, so they were very accommodating and changed our room to a great room. This made for a very special 17th wedding anniversary! Under new management now and the new manager (Erica) is a sweetheart and really helped us to make sure we are happy. We are very happy now. Thank you!

Stayed here for 2 days. First room was terrible but they happily moved us to the top floor looking at the ocean and the pool, which was perfect. Older rooms, beds and pillows need to be replaced but location, on site tiki bar, friendly guests and the leisurely attitude if the place made up for those things. Would stay again but Id bring my own fluffy pillow! Excellent for kids.

The stay was great had the best beach view room 24. Everything was perfect. The only thing I would change is too add door handles to the sliding door going outside. The bar the pool the beach the views one word can explain it… WOW!

This is a decent place. The view of the beach here is gorgeous and it’s really close to some great restaurants. We stayed in a standard king room. The room itself was very roomy and came with a small little kitchen/dining area that had a sink, microwave, fridge, and breakfast table. It seemed like they put some effort into trying to update this older style hotel. The bed seemed very clean, it was just the rest of the room’s cleanliness I had a problem with. There were these super tiny bugs crawling on the wall and counter of the kitchen area and one morning I found a pretty big roach in the same area crawling on the wall of the same area. Also, the shower had some pretty large steaks of mold growing in the tile cracks in the shower. I am pretty tolerant of stuff like this (especially considering our original plan was to do a tent camping trip outdoors instead). In my opinion, I thought it was a decent place despite the bugs & mold. But I didn’t feel the rate we were supposed to pay was adequate for the quality. Thankfully the pool was down that weekend & we were offered a discount. Overall it was okay.

Cozy, maintained property including the updated rooms. Staff is kind and helpful. Only downside is pool was closed for renovation which we didnt know about. But we were able to use the pool right across the street at their sister hotel without a problem. Overall, I would definitely stay here again :)

The staff was very nice. Stairs ONLY to get to the top floor. I booked this place because of the pool and its on the beach. The walk to the beach was REALLY FAR! We couldn't use the pool our whole stay there. They offered across the street but I had kids. I didn't book this place to walk across the street evertime I wanted to use the pool. Very SMALL parking lot and parking spaces!

Beautiful place my family and I come every year and stay in room 32 perfect for a big family and they make you feel at home. I can honestly say my room has never been as clean as it was with this stay and I absolutely love the housekeeping supervisor Amy she is such a great person she cleaned are room personally and checked on us all week you don't get that at most hotels and from a Housekeeping supervisor at that. Amy even helped my mom with all her groceries and refused are tip so sweet we will be back of course it's are family tradition.

No complaints at all. Agnes was great. The other lady that worked in the office was amazing! (The one that will call you, "love". ) Everyone was helpful. Not too far from the beach. Beautiful sunsets.

Great location. It ends there. Disappointing place and have moved to St Johns Beach Motel which is family owned. They have smallish bathrooms too but spotless and well appointed. The Ocean club's are old, dirty and falling to bits. The desk staff are nice (well one lady in particular) but the manager is awful. If you do stay here use a booking site… DO NOT book direct and be careful if you use your card. At least this way if you have a problem it is covered. See previous posts on this but it happened to me too.
The ST JB feels looked after, the Ocean club feels and is neglected.

Its a great location, in walking distance of the beach. It also has a swimming pool. We stayed only a night there but the restroom was not clean, there were no clean towels and no coffee maker. I wish they had the room service correctly, otherwise it was a pleasant stay.

Clean. Calm environment. Perfect view of the ocean. Room had a patio that was on the beach. Definitely worth every dollar. Although the grounds and rooms need an update — paint, decor, etc — this hotel is not one to overlook due to appearance.

If you just need a place to sleep at night but are practically at the beach or pool, this would be the place. Our king-bed room and bathroom are clean but the closet sliding door is missing. On the positive side, the pool is heated — nice during this time when the water temperature could only be be in the 60's. They have all-day coffee but do not serve breakfast.

The pictures online looked great, but it was a different story when we arrived. The first room they put us in, the bathroom hadn't been cleaned. There was hair on the floor and feet prints of dirt in the shower. Then they moved us upstairs. Let me just say, it wasn't much better. There were dirty streaks on the wall behind the trash bin. The bathroom floor was sticky, like a Saturday afternoon at a movie theater. There was mold in the grout in the bathroom tile, water damage in the bathroom, empty cigatette packages thrown around the private balcony. But the topper, the door's lock was falling out of the door and the bottom of the door was splintered and kicked, as if someone kicked the door in and it ripped out the lock and they just put it back up. Pass this place up! You can do much better.

We had a great two night stay at the Treasure Island Ocean Club Hotel. We were able to check in late when our trip didn't go according to plan. This staff's extremely friendly and pleasant. Our room was clean and had more than enough of everything stocked that we needed. The room was quiet and had the basic necessities. Bed was comfortable and sleep was restful. There's a beautiful little courtyard, lush and green, that opens up to a nice, clean, well lit pool with a tiki bar. The grounds were clean and well-maintained. The best part is that it is literally only a few steps away from a gorgeous beach with powdery white sand and clear blue waters. We will definitely come back again. The location is not far from a couple of other cities with lots to do. And there are restaurants in walkable distance. We had a great trip!

An amazing place in a paradise! My favorite place in Florida is Treasure Island, the hotel is great, the people are incredibly friendly, always with a smile, I will definitely come back!

My Husband and I stayed here for a couple of nights in July. It was perfect & cozy. The staff was amazing, kind, friendly and let it be known if we needed anything they would be there. Ladonna walked us to our room and made us feel very welcome :D. Agnes was also a great help to call a taxi for my Husband and I when we just wanted a number :) she did all the work. The only thing that was a little rough was parking. It is VERY tight. We were very thankful we brought our car instead of big truck. (THIS IS NOT THE STAFFS FAULT) Looking forward to staying again soon.

Great view. The room that I stayed was very clean. There's a lady at the front desk that's super nice but there was another that wasn't very rude everything else was nice. I recommend the place.

We had a girls night here and was not disappointed. Everyone was so nice and helpful. Tiki bar was great. Outdoor seating was awesome! Just needed music! Beds were comfy and rooms clean.

Agnes! That's all you need to know. She's probably the best employee I've met in a long time. She cares about making your stay the best possible. If I was rating it off just her would be 5 stars for sure. They are in the process of upgrading the amenities. We had a few hiccups but nothing AGNES couldn't fix! All and all couldn't beat it for the price and environment.

Great place! We locals stay here to enjoy the beach life. Great heated pool for the kids. Rooms are updated and clean, everything works. Plus they are at the right price for the value. Chill Tiki to watch Sunset from.

Awesome place to stay! I was waiting for my condo to be renovated and it took longer than expected, (during Christmas holiday! )! The ladies in the office were extremely helpful and kind. Explained things clearly and worked with me in a reasonable manner. The rooms are very nice and up to date. I will gladly stay here again and will recommend to anyone!

I recently got married on the beach behind TIOC and I have nothing but amazing things to say about this hotel! The staff was so accommodating and so pleasant to interact with. We had a small group of people who celebrated with us and everything was beautiful. The courtyard made for a fantastic backdrop for pictures as well. The rooms were updated and comfortable, the coffee in the office was amazing. I have nothing negative to say about our experience. We cannot wait to go back to reminisce!

The Ideal place for a quiet holiday.

We've been coming here for years. Every time there are new renovations that improve our quality of visit! The tiki bar by the pool is hardly busy and offers a low key energy on your pool day, the beach is right in front of you, walk to the right for an almost empty spot in the fall. Rooms 209 and 216 are huge and comfortable for 4. Looking forward to coming back.

Everything was great. I'd come back 100 times if Barrie is our bartender. She was so much fun and so great. She made us feel so welcome. If I could give 10 stars for her, I would.

John at the front desk is awesome! The hotel is cute and the landscaping is pretty. It is right on the beach and perfect for a weekend getaway. Beats a high rise condo anyday!

This is a great place for anyone looking for a simple place to stay right on the beach. The staff were friendly at check in. The rooms are small, but clean. Fixtures are a little dated and I did wish that A/C got a little cooler. (I belong in the arctic so others may not even notice. ) The outside areas were beautiful and had lots of available common space including the pool and tiki bar. The beach is a bit of a walk down a well kept path as are all "beachfront" properties on this stretch. Just don't expect to dip your toes in the water from your porch. Absolutely would stay here again!

We stay in a suite with king bed. Had a ocean view and was at pool side. Room was very large with bedroom being separate from living and dinning area. However bathroom needed an update with repairs. Staff very friendly. Enjoyed our stay.

I brought a few friend and my sister up from Orlando to celebrate he 17th birthday on the beach. I was surprised how great it was. I’ve been to plenty of places in the area and his will definitely be somewhere we come back. The room was large, the pool was opened all night if you weren’t loud. Shout out to Kim for being so pleasant when we checked in and Grant the Manager answered all of my questions. They were fantastic. It says no pets allowed but they do allow pets for 20$ a night, had I know I wouldn’t have needed to find a sitter for mine haha. The beach is right there, the view is great. I’m impressed and entirely satisfied. A lot of value. Had a great time!

Barrie at the bar and LaDonna at the front desk rock. Definitely make it worth the stay! Owner's could update rooms and have housekeeping clean better. Would come back just for the outside pool and bar area!

The pictures on the website is a bit deceiving. It doesn't show how old the hotel is. They really need to do some renovations and this place could be great. Definitely need to pay more attention to details like deep cleaning and updating the rooms. Pool is nice but needs a deep cleaning around the inner sides. Staff is very friendly and a manager frequently walked around the pool area checking on people etc. Not enough parking and it's sorta a tight squeeze. I most likely won't return unless they upgrade a few things.

The property was great for the price. The pool and landscaping were very welcoming. The room was nice with ample closet and dresser space. The bed was comfortable. The room was clean and welcoming. The bathroom was small and in need of some updating/renovations but was clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful, from the Front desk, to the Tiki bar, the housekeeping staff, the maintenance staff all spoke and made you feel welcome. We will be back. You could tell the pool / patio furniture were all newer and the maintenance staff were updating/renovating in the rooms. The beach was great. The properties in Treasure Island sit further from the beach than St. Pete Beach but just as nice. Thanks for making us feel so welcome.

Do not stay here! pay $20 more to stay at the thunder bird. I've been here many times and have enjoyed my stay as well as rooms and atmosphere of the hotel. However this will be my last time staying here because they did NOT RETURN my necklace that I KNOW I LEFT IN THE ROOM. I called many times, left my name and number with the description of my very sentimental necklace and never heard back from anyone!

THE PRICE IS AMAZING! The pool was great! Really enjoyed time there and on the plus they are in the process of upgrading their furniture!

For the price it was a steal. I've never been happier with the money I've spent on accommodations. This is the most for your money hands down. It's not a 5 star resort but neither is the price. And with so much to do in the area we had more $$$ to do things. Right on the "boardwalk", you can see the beach from the resort, walking distance to so many attractions. And also pet friendly! We can't wait to go back!

Just picking up a friend that was staying there. They said the place was ok. However it's cool that it's a throw back hotel/motel and not one of the new hotels going up that block the views of the beach for all the locals.

It was my second time visiting Treasure Island Ocean Club and it was just as good as the first. Great rooms, really close beach access, a really nice staff, and a nice pool always add up to make this a great experience.

This is a great little beach hotel! Right on the sand with lots of outdoor sitting areas. The pool, tiki bar, and beach are all within steps of any room so you don't have to walk long to reach anything. The rooms are large and in the process of being updated. What makes this place stand out is the friendliness of the staff and how helpful they are. We visit this area frequently for weekend getaways and this was our second time at this hotel and we will make it our return hotel. As for complaints about the parking, most of hotels on the beach have tight parking, unless you want to pay a fortune at one of the bigger hotels.

Simple but very cosy accommodation.

Room 2bed/2bath full kitchen apt is perfect! The staff has been very helpful and courteous. The grounds and rooms are well kept and maintained. Clean and bug free too! There is outdoor seating… sofas and tables, patio table/umbrella sets, 2 gas bbq grills in the pool area, tiki bar, a concrete bike trail along the beach which is lit, shuffleboard, laundry and pets allowed. Very family friendly. It's an older hotel with many upgrades but what more could one ask for? A hidden gem in our beach paradise! I will definitely be returning!

Very nice room, just enough space for the two of us. Walk to the beautiful beach behind the resort. Nice pool and hot tub. I took off 1 star because it took almost 5 minutes to get hot water from the kitchen faucet or shower.

This hotel is really well taken care of on the outside. Pool is really nice and warm, also has a nice patio with a tiki bar. You can grill your own food by the pool. But the room we stayed in had a strange smell to it as if they are trying to cover up a bad smell with a lot of cleaning products. The smell I didn't mind at all compared to the horrible lighting in my room 102 it was so dark in the room I was having headaches because of how much I was straining my eyes to see in the there. If you drop anything black on the floor good luck finding it.

The rooms was pretty clean. It smelled like cleaning products so at least I know they used them. Unfortunately, there are a lot of ants. I had some leftovers inside the microwave inside a box, and somehow, the ants were able to get inside. I had to throw it all out. The shower knobs felt like was about to fall apart and so did the doorknobs. I'll stay again, just won't order food. The staff were good people. I appreciate the service.

Great views, clean and conveniently located close to several places to eat! There's also a nice patio area on the sides of the pool that you can watch the sunset from. Really nice definitely recommend!

My 1st time here! The staff was very nice, rooms we're clean. Yes, it's an older hotel, but most of them on the beach are. This one is well kept & I liked that the hot water was actually hot! It's ON THE BEACH, so don't let other comments steer you wrong! I will be returning :-)

Affordable beach front hotel with amazing views and beach! Clean! Staff was fantastically nice and helpful! Close to everything from VIP Mexican, Sloppy Joes and John's Pass! Pool is great and clean! We will stay here year after year!

The room we were in our first two nights didn't have enough air conditioning units to keep the room cool. Found a bug in the shower both nights. Was told the manager would call twice, he never called, altho they did credit us $50 from our stay. The 3rd night we were moved to another room which was better. We won't be back, just a little to economy for us.

The location is the only good thing about this hotel. I notified the front desk of the room being too warm since the ac was not working good. There was already a fan on a stand running to help cool the room down but didn't help much. The receptionist said the manager would contact me the following day. Never happened, even when I complained again. It's been about 76° in the room the whole visit. I would not stay here again until this place has a major renovation.

Good for the price. Not the nicest or newest place, but it was clean and comfortable. Parking is too small, and they never cleaned the room during our stay. But hey, it was budget friendly.

This place use to be a great family get away. Didnt look the best but was functional. Could get a room with a full kitchen for the whole weekend for an affordable price. Now the new owners have ruined years of tradition. The prices are to high. The changes while cosmetic. For a family with kids not very practical. Plus your not even right on the beach. Its definitely a walk.

The location is not far from a couple of other cities with lots to do. And there are restaurants in walkable distance. We had a great trip!

We needed a hotel last minute and Page Terrace came through. We were in town from Ohio and stayed one night. The family that owns and runs the place are extremely professional and courteous. The rooms are very nice and well maintained. You are about 20 feet from the beach when you walk out the backdoor. The prices for their rooms are unbeatable, they cost a fraction of what other hotels in the area were charging. I would highly recommend Page Terrace. A++

Absolutely the worst hotel we have ever stayed in. I have walked away from better places than this but was not able to find a room on short notice and they would not return our fully pre-charged room fee. Dirty, appeared and smelled like nothing has been upgraded since the 50's. Wall plaster cracking, beds with just a mattress on a frame, no night tables, stained carpets, torn arms and cushions on vinyl couch's (yes, vinyl couch's) bugs and door didn't even seal tight. Rear door in one bedroom you could actually see out of the top and bottom there was so much space around frame. Horrendous parking situation, not enough spaces for number of rooms. Couldn't find a spot upon our return from dinner and asked desk clerk who was standing outside smoking if there were any parking spaces available and he very sarcastically said "like the one behind you" which was against a planter and my vehicle would have been sticking out into the very small office drive-up and I said "is that a parking space? " his reply was "take it or not, I don't care". This is a dump and I will be making a complaint to the county. There is no way this should be allowed. I have pictures and will try to post online.

We are locals and love treasure Island beach we frequently visit sloppy Joe's for their great food and drinks and they usually have a live band on weekends.

My future husband and I stayed here for a couple days and we loved it. It was a last minute thing and they gave us a great price. We plan on having our wedding here soon. Also wanted to say Eric at the front desk was great…

Comfortable very clean friendly staff Great pool and tiki bar. A good deal for the money. Don't listen to the naysayers. We will book here again for sure.

Nice pool, friendly staff, right on the beach. Only issue was the shower was cold and wouldn't get hot. Kinda sucked to take cold showers.

I flew to St Pete to stay with friends of a friend and discovered it was not a safe situation for me. I booked TIOC to get away and they squeezed me in so I would have a place to stay until I could leave. The night desk person was especially nice. I walked next door to a soda vending machine at 2 AM and he stood on the sidewalk to make sure I made it back safely. The room was comfortable and clean. The staff helped to point me in the direction of the best attractions, the closest restaurants and souvineer shops and explained the trolly system. The only downside was the motel, although on the beach, was about 100 yards from the beach — note that the other hotels were the same. If I return to the area, in better circumstances this time, I will be sure and book TIOC because they went above and beyond their duty to make sure I was taken care of properly. Thanks guys!

This was the best vacation ever. I loved the beach right in our back yard. The pool was nice. The building was set up for easy access to every thing. The staff was super helpful and friendly. I would love to come back for a couples getaway.
