My room smelled so bad that I puked. It was a permiating smell of eggs and urine. There were a lot of people in the halls at 10:30 pm blasting music. I didnt really feel comfortable. Staff gave me a refund for the room but I was looking forward to staying. Wasnt changed to another room and I was not going to pay $100 for a really gross room. Can’t say that I can recommend.

My first time coming here. I love it… it was very clean. Maze was very helpful and very friendly. He made me feel very comfortable and welcome… love his personality ans strive to make sure I had what I needed. Very good employee.

Excellent place to stay nice and quiet. The staff was great, Maize at the front desk checked me in he was very informative and helpful. I had great hotel experience.

I love this place been for some weeks now they treat you with the most respect the front desk guy he goes by the name kevin he such a sweetheart I give him a thumbs up keep up the good work.

My family and I have been here for over a month. We have received nothing short of EXLEMPLARY service. From our first encounter with this hotel, Kevin has been nothing short of FANTASTIC! He is warm, engaging, helpful, and very professional. He is the reason that we chose this location.

Front desk staff were very helpful and polite. My room was well cared for, and cleaning quality was reliable. Morning coffee was always good.

The room are not clean properly. Bed had stains and pull out bed had no bedding at all. When we went to lobby wait about 20 mins for someone to show. Another guest waiting also literally had to call the main phone number for someone to come to the front. When front desk finally showed… No bedding for the pull out all she gave was the top comfort no flatted sheet no pillows no sheet. The front stovetop doesn't work even when they came to replace. From the pictures THEY IS A LIE unhappy drove 200 miles for disappointment.

My family and I stayed a the hotel in Pompano Beach. The hotel has a very nice and welcoming staff. The rooms are extremely clean and spacious. Great experience, I would definitely come back. Five stars!

Of all the "by the week" options for road warriors, Extended Stay America offers the most comfort and quality for the money. This particular ESA (located just off 95 on Cypress Creek) continues the tradition. Good beds, recently renovated rooms, and a friendly efficient front desk staff made my visit a pleasant if not a memorable one.

Nice site, excellent care, human quality, The Manager excellent person, they make me feel at home. The comfortable room and excellent space. The area is very good, here there is everything.

Ok to stay for a night. Be prepared to bring your own ice, since this place is the first hotel I stayed in without an ice machine. Wi-Fi is very slow, swimming pool needs a serious cleanup. Breakfast non-existent. On the other side a room was clean and front desk guy was very kind and helpful.

Pool was a mess. Rooms dirty. Hotel double charged me. Room phones were disconnected so the front desk could not be bothered. Front desk clerks were asleep in the back. Night guard was sitting in the dark watching T. V. Instead of patrolling. Grounds are filthy. Strange men allowed to hold a party in the parking lot three nights in a row even though they had no business being there. Very dangerous neighborhood. One guest was assaulted while riding her bike next to the hotel. Stay away and stay home instead of booking Extended Stay America in Pompano.

Quality of service and hotel has gone down tremendously, yet prices seem to go up. My 1st room had roaches, my 2nd room smelled like old cigarette smoke, my 3rd room only had 1 working ac unit which is by bed however if you're on the other side of the room cooking it'll be hot & stuffy due to lack of ventilation. I dealt with it because I was tired of lugging my things from 1 room to another. I won't be back. Take my advice, this is the cheapest room in Broward for a reason. It's not worth it just pay the extra $20 — $50 and go to the Marriott up the street. I should have.

Worst place to stay very expensive than the rooms has old furniture, carpet, & television. It small bad, if you pay more at least it would be comfortable. Never again.

Needs help with maintenance, cleanliness t. V. Cracked in living area saw roach come out from behind t. V. In bedroom on our parting morning, no dishes or utincels in kitchenettes had to eat out of cardboard boxes.

Shanice is the best front desk clerk ive come encountered with in along time and I just wanted the company too know that they are lucky too have her at this location she is just awesome and soooooooo helpful.

Nice place, very nice and safe, the staff are very friendly and welcoming, but did not do the cleaning, not working the microwave and the hair dryer, plus an ironing board uncomfortable … finally the breakfast is a joke.

It is what it is, a mid-range heavly used facility, which does have some housekeeping issues but I think they try hard. Lots of construction guys of various sorts. Friendly and hospitable staff from my encounters.

Hotel is well kept, everything is neat and clean. Rooms are nothing fancy and pretty small. Breakfast is granola bars, muffins and coffee.

This a the WORST hotel in tbe world. Roaches all over old counter tops… rust Microwave. This extenday stay it is not no even 1 STAR. FRONT DESK PEOPLE TERRIBLE and the Manager Kayla very rude and liar. Do yourelf a favor DO NOT STAY THERE.

Made same day reservation traveling from the florida suncoast for a getaway weekend and couldnt have been more pleased with everything at arrival. The front desk was very helpful with guiding us in the direction of points of interest as well as meeting our guest room needs abd makibg everything overall a very accommodating experience. I would definitely recommend this property.

A great experience. Clean very accommodating, courtesy is there to motto. Highly recommended for conveniency (near everything I needed). Also took care have everything accessible to being able to handle my neice who is disabled. We come here again, the next time I'm in town.

At the entrance of the hotel, there was no one at the front desk. In the lobby area there was a smell is someone smoking weed and a few teenagers running around. No security anywhere and the door doesn't lock quickly enough. Entering the room, it didn't smell clean. We found bed bugs on the pillows, which we thought were small roaches at first, so we put it in the sink to see it better. There were cookie crumbs on the sofa bed, which was extremely thin and you could feel the coils as you lay on it, pillows and bed covers were dirty, old out dated AC. I think for a double deluxe suite, it has a lot of improvements to make. I know this is not the four seasons but a little bit of Lysol and soap wouldn't hurt. Defentily NOT, I repeat NOT extending my stay. This is definitely the last I ever look into staying in one of these America stay Hotels. Save your money AND the trouble!

The lobby where they serve their complimentary breakfast was absolutely filthy. The floor looked like it has not been swept or mopped. The cleanliness definitely needs to be improved. They did not change the comforter on the bed as I noticed a makeup stain from the previous guest. The floor was not vaccuumed, and there were crumbs and debris alongside of both beds. The shower was not cleaned whatsoever. For the money I spent here, I could of went to a motel 6 to get BETTER QUALITY/ SERVICE. Please be aware!

This was by far the worst hotel I've every stayed at. Problems: 1 — arrived, check in and were given a room key to a room that had someone in it already and we key in and walked in on them, so embarrassing. 2 — the first morning we were there I went grocery for our week long vacation and stocked up our fridge (the whole reason we stayed here was because of the full kitchen). After taking an Uber to the store, buying a ton of groceries and then going to the beach we came back to find that the fridge was not working and all of our food went bad. I explained at the front desk and the manager was questioning me and giving me a hard time. Zero costumer service. They called to have a new fridge put in our room and the maintenance man said there was a ticket for this before from the last person and they never fixed it. I confronted the manager and she denied ever knowing about it. After demanding that something be doen for all the food that went back she finally agreed to credit me $80 (that would take 7-10 business days to hit my account) and a free night to be used within a year. I have not received an of this and I have been trying to contact her. 3 — our neighbors had a dog and it barked non stop 4 — hot water was a mess in the shower and only worked if you got the handle "just right" Worst experience I've ever had. do not stay here.

I would never stay here again. The room had a horrible smell and no water pressure. Find another place to stay!

Stayed here. For 14 days, we caught a great deal from priceline. We. Had a great time the room was impecable, and beautiful. Staff was amazing. I stayed in room 228 great room! … the only thing is Dont hold your breath for the breakfast… but good coffee!

Decent place for the money. Breakfast is a carbohydrate fix. Nice quiet location. Easy to get to and from quickly. Pillows could be better.

I have stayed here before and will continue to return. The rooms are clean and sufficiently up to date. The staff is pleasant. Although the rooms have a kitchenette utensils, cookware and plates must be requested from the front desk. This is not a negative to me as this is standard at all Extend Stays that I have been to. As well house keeping is only done once a week or when a room is vacated. This is also not a problem at least for me. I see a lot of people complain about the previous 2 notes. Understand this is not a "regular" hotel, no daily house keeping and you may have to ask for towels or more soap etc. One again, none of this is a negative to me because for this type of establishment it is pretty normal even outside of Extended Stays particularly. Don't think twice this is a great place to stay.

Worse customer service ever! The guy was never at the service counter no matter how many times we tried to get his attention he would just act like we didn't exist. We waited over an hour to check in and over an hour to check out. We finally just left without getting the receipt because it was so ridiculous. I will never stay here again. Maybe they should consider hiring someone who will actually get off of their a**es and things would be different.

I got an awesome deal through Priceline and scored a room for $47 a night. I never got a chance to use the pool or anything, but my room was awesome. Quiet, clean, fridge, stove… everything I could expect. Staff was friendly and also there's free breakfast lol.

This place has not been maintained. It is deplorable.

Going back to get a new key everyday is a pain in the butt, also the next door neighbor hotel caught on fire. Service was bad in the mornings, the lady working there made me feel like I was bothering her everytime I asked for help she screen at me a few times which makes no sense since I was a guest. Very rude.
