I Love this Extended Stay on Andrews. The Staff is the Awesome as my granchild says! You will hate to leave here. They make feel welcome and keep the inside and out side Amazingly Clean.

Been staying at the extended stay for about two weeks now. And I can truly say it's been the greatest. I did a review days ago and put it under the incorrect person name but if you were to visit this site ask for Lynnie hope I didn't cut your name up too much, but no seriously this guy is awesome helpful and so very friendly. Love the ES family. You will not be disappointed. Thanks Lynnie.

Great hotel, very clean! I had some problems during my stay (my card got denied at first etc) and Shameki from the front desk helped me soo good with everything I asked her. She is truly the best person for the job there. I don't know what I would have done without her during my first stay in the US!

Lenny the night manager was very pleasant and professional. I would definitely reccommend a stay here for future guests. Check in was smooth, and he made sure things in the room were comfortable. Great stay! He needs a raise!

I've been staying here off & on for 2 months now. I would rather stay here than any other extended stay location. All of the staff is super nice. Especially Teairal & Shameka. Their customer service skills is A-1. If you are looking for friendly staff, clean living, fur baby friendly, smoke free rooms extended stay living. This is the place to be. Thanks Extended Stay staff for the hospitality.

Better than I expected for a 2 star hotel. Rooms are clean and don't smell bad. Friendly service at front desk.

I want to commend Lenny the night manager for providing such great service getting me checked into my room, hand-delivering my pots, dishes and appliances. He also did a great job going above and beyond by answering questions, and being knowledgeable about the local area, and available resources. I would definitely visit with Extended Stay Cypress Creek!

Loved the room. It was big enough for me and daughter. The room was clean. A/C worked well. Kitchenette worked well for what I needed with a full size fridge. Keeping lots of water and juices in there. Closet was spacious with iron and ironing board… Cool. Bathroom was surprisingly good size also. Desk clerk was so pleasant and helpful. Alsywas with a smile. She was awesome.

In 42 years of traveling, I have never stayed in a worst Hotel. When we arrived at 11 PM in our room, the room was totally a mess including the bed. They gave us another room and the bathroom was filthy with lots of hair on the counter. Avoid this place at all cost!

Really enjoyed my weekend here! Nice people and a nice environment.

Shameki is awesome! She checked us in quickly, and was extremely accommodating. We've been in extended stay hotels for a month now while traveling around Florida, and this is by far the best one. Clean rooms, awesome service, 7-11 right across the street is very convenient. She got our dishes gathered very quickly, and was excited to talk to us.

I stayed there for 10 days. The room was very clean and the staff was very friendly and professional! They also show alot of love to my kids, this is a great place to stay!

We really like this hotel due to the staff. They asked for a review and we are here to tell you all about this wonderful people at this hotel. We thought we weren’t going to like it but the rooms were actually cleaner than normal and the staff, ohhh my exceptional group of black people who made sure we enjoyed our stay!

The exceptional hospitality started before I even stepped on the property. My first interaction was with Ms. Teairal. Due to flight issues I would be arriving several hours before check in and was exhausted. She communicated with her staff and I was in my room and comfortable within 15 minutes. The staff interactions with one another was lighthearted and refreshing. They made me feel like I was right where I needed to be.

I was on the 3rd floor overlooking 711 store. Bed was maybe a full size and the room was like an efficiency. It had a full kitchen but when I opened the cabinets they were bare, no cups, no dishes, no silverware it was very strange having a kitchen but nothing their.

Went through all the comments and I'm not sure if people are being buttholes are if they're ignorant but this hotel is clean I'm on vacation been here for a couple days and I love it. It's quiet and very clean rooms.

Was a little unsure at First, But the Staff here is great! Security on site everynight, rooms are clean. Very helpful staff, I Stayed here a week and Teairal ensured my stay was pleasant. I will be returning… Thank you.

Great place for a couple. Of nights stay. Kama and the staff are great.

It deserves zero stars. Roaches somewhere everyday. Shady people hanging around the property. The phones dont work in the rooms to complain about the roaches so you go to the front desk to inform the front desk about the phone and the roaches and there's nobody there 3 days in a row. The place is right next to 95 with cars beeping all day and its right near to the airport. Dont expect to get much rest during the day.

Some very undesirable people staying here. Loud noises, shooting, people throwing their trash on the ground instead of putting it in the trash container.

First of all, This black lady at the from desk, I guess she works at night. She is AMAZING! but she is the only good thing about this place… NO POOL… breakfast is just snack bars. AND OUR SHEETS WERE DIRTY, I mean make up on the pillow hair on the sheets type of dirty. The bathroom was not even cleaned. Hair all over. Kitchen is sooo tiny. And u have to walk in the kitchen to enter the bathroom. This hotel had more of a motel vybe… RED STAINS ON THE FLOOR. … Yo… we checked in last night and we r checking out in the morning. This is mad nasty…

Very unprofessional, ignorant & vindictive group of females behind that front desk. I can not, for the life of me, remember this so-called assistant manager's name but she is clearly psychotic & she also is a LIAR! A boldface LIAR! And Alicia needs an attitude readjustment if she is going to continue to work at the front desk rolling her HUGE fish eyes. I do not appreciate being kicked out of my room, after staying there for 2 months, just because she doesn't like me. Not my problem hun. Note, I do not know this lady outside of Extended Stay. It doesn't make it right for her to straight up & down LIE about an imaginary conversation about the smell of smoke in my room, that me & her never had. It really baffles me that someone in such a position can set such an ugly example for this establishment. Don't believe me? Just watch the company video recording of what happened at the front desk on 8/23/17 @ around 7:15pm-7:20pm. totally exclude bosslady eunades, shameeka & big hair tiara. I still & always will love you 3 ladies.

This hotel is easy access to the highway as well as the Tri-Rail. There is a 7-11 located directly across the street from the hotel. Its great for an overnight stay 3 day weekend and even a bit longer excellent for out of town guests it has kitchenettes a coffee bar laundry on premises and dishes upon request staff is likable a little abrasive depending on the time of day and who is on the front desk.

Stay away! We recently stayed here For two days with out 3 young children ages 3 and 15 month old twins. We checked in late and everyone was tired and cranky. We get everyone in the room and set up the pack and plays and lay the twins down. My 3 year old never made a peep and passed out. The twins on the other hand fought sleep and cried for maybe 10 minutes. Lets say 15 to semi justify the BS that came next. A security guard was called to come to our room by the front desk. The same person who checked us in a few minutes ago requested this. The officer came in and asked me to quiet the twins which were quiet at this point. She then told me they had several complaints of noise. I get it, it's late and they were crying. But THEY ARE BABIES! Come on now! She didn't seem to care that we just checked in. We were later told if they get noise complaints again that we need to leave. The ONLY people here are people who LIVE HERE YEAR ROUND! They are all scum drug addicts and dealers. They are up all night long making noise outside of the rooms and fighting but my twins crying for 10 minutes is the issue? I just think we weren't the right color to be staying here and were harassed the whole time. Never again! Now on to the dirty ass room! They shoved car air freshners in the air conditioning unit to cover up the moldy smell. The carpet was covered in stains so the kids stayed in shoes the whole time. All I can say is thank god they walk well!

The location is very convenient for the reason I am here. The room is good, no real complaints. Again, I have no complaints about the service either.

Meh… Two stars is being generous. When I got here they had lost my res. When they finally sorted that out and I got to my room, the place still smelled of cleaning chemicals. At least I know they cleaned it I suppose. Turned on the TV and there's only about ten cable channels, most of which you could find on regular broadcast TV. The furniture is dated, and the desk is not much more than a bargain-basement end table. The office chair is one of the cheap $39.99 ones you can find at WalMart. Oh yeah… the Wi-Fi is slow too. Looks like they only have one repeater for over a hundred rooms. For $110, it really really was not worth it. You can get a nicer room at the Quality Inn most nights for around $70.

Nice and convenient. 7eleven in parking lot. Beds just ok. Good price!

Checked in on Sunday August 21st. By Monday at 3 am, I had to check out my Room, because of Bedbug bites. Even though the Night Manager came and saw my Bites and the Bedbug, before we Killed it, they Denied that there was Proof of Bedbugs. ***For those of you who get bit by Bedbugs, Extended Stay should Compensate you with a check for $250.00. *** My girlfriend got 1 in California. I got bit 6 Times, and you can Look at the Picture.

Stayed for a month and a half. MOST of the staff is friendly. Housekeeping is consistent in quality of work. No pool. Smoking facilities away from building or there is a $250 fine for it. The part of the facilty facing the highway needs more attention to cleanliness and hazards such as leaky AC causing wet floors on the stairwells. Not trying to give anyone ideas but decent people just like to have dry shoes when it hasn't rained. Don't look for breakfast… just dont. Rooms are clean and full of essentials. And another highlight, there's a 7 eleven only steps across the street with almost anything u need.

Drugs everywhere! Just caught a man smoking crack next to my 16 year olds vehicle. I find it strange that a non smoking property has smelled of crack and other drugs the entire stay!? I'm a recovering drug addict who certainly would appreciate a better environment for me and my children to sleep! For the money we paid I expected much more!

We stayed here because it was pet friendly, but it's actually pet punitive. $35 a night in their "designated pet rooms". Never mind the nonsense about charging such a ridiculously high rate for a room that was supposed to be pet ready, the housekeeping staff still acted like a small dog in a pet carrier was plague carrying vermin. Even though he only went in and out of the designated pet room, the housekeeping staff called the front desk several times to say we were seen near non-pet rooms. It was complete harassment. Evidently since the housekeeping staff only cleans rooms when they turn over or once per week, they don't have enough to keep them busy so they pester guests. Of course, the cars parked in the fire lane, the dirty clothes and shoes piled around the stairs and hanging over the rails, the pot clouds coming out of a room right near the lobby and the over flowing garbage cans weren't a problem. Just a little dog in a carrier. The staff here was rude — and crazy. Back to LA Quinta for us!

Rooms are smelly and dirty. They debited $100 from my credit card with out any notice. When I checked online and asked them, they say it is fine for smoking. When I demanded that we are non-smokers, then immediately they said they'll refund it. So, please beware of such fines they charge on you. You might not notice at all until you check your credit statement. They just want your money the easy way for nothing.

Prior to the renovations, I would have to agree with the negative review. I'm enjoying the renovations. Come checkout the changes… they even added amc… I can watch walking dead now!

Hated everything. 3 a. M. Had a drunk couple walk into our room! An idiot at the front desk mixed up the room numbers and gave them a key! Did the same to our neighbor too. Did nothing for us to make up for it. 90% of ppl there are shady ppl. Lotta drugs and nighttime activity! Room was gross, ppl are worse. Stay away!

I gave It one star star simply because I had to in order to write a review about this horrible prostitute infested drug haven. The management is rude lazy and incompetent. And more then willing to call your room in the.

I didn't have a problem with the staff but I was getting my house tented for termites and I am pregnant and wanted a quiet, clean, and comfortable place to stay and this was not it! The ceiling is starting to cave in due to water damage above the room I was in last night and mold was surrounding it. I tried to go to sleep after a long day of working and all I could hear was workers banging on the wall at 7:30pm. Airplanes flying over and also The bed was not comfortable one side caved in more than the other… I could have got another room somewhere else for the same price $73…

I was very disappointed with the location. The rooms need to be renovated. The furniture was very aged and needed to be replaced. The room smelled like a cats litter box was previously there. The Staff were friendly and its in a convenient area but unfortunately the rooms need serious work.

The water hot never works the rooms are very noisy.

Stay away. Breakfast my rump oatmeal and coffee. Rooms look nothing like picture. Might as well sleep on the highway. Dont waste your money.

No Fox News. Why is there no Fox News? Rooms are okay for what they are, location is convenient. Why is the cable so crappy? As a professional, I would like to see the number one news network. Maybe it's personal bias by the employees.

The hotel is ok. The staff very nice but the neighborhood horrible and some of the people staying there too. El hotel ok el personal amable pero el barrio horrible y alguna de la gente que se hospedaba tambien.

I wish I could post a picture of my friend who is staying at this hotel right now who got bitten all over the body. He complained to the management but they are not doing anything to compensate or resolve the problem. Don't stay at this hotel. Nasty rooms and services.

Stomping ground for drug dealers, drug addicts and a staff that can't seem to ever pull it together. We were on vacation and needed a place to stay for the whole week. We understand it's cheap and you get what you pay for, but we didn't expect such an awful and unsafe stay. We had a busy schedule, and every night we would return to our room with both of our keys demagnetized. Every night would be the same story of, "you were only booked for one night. " We were here for a week — we stated this every time we had to magnetize our keys nightly. Every single time they would slide our card to charge it once more which seemed awfly sketchy. We unfortunately had to stay a handful of nights because it was high cruise season for the city. If we had the opportunity to get out of here we would have immediately. Obviously this is not a great place to stay. Definitely not worth your money — DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOU WANT TO FEEL SAFE. So many better, safer options when staying in beautiful Fort Lauderdale, FL. Safe travels.

I think others are giving this place a bad rap. My room is clean and comfortable.

SEMI-CLEAN ROOM/ VERY RUDE STAFF! If you are a Navy Seal or Green Beret, you may be OK in this establishment. It has plenty of hair for camouflage, and some roaches for your viewing pleasure. The staff don't acknowledge you standing at the front desk and when they do, they have no problem carrying on a personal conversation in your face, rather than addressing your needs.

This place isn't bad. Getting service is challenging, but the staff is clearly trying. It's like they're understaffed for the work they have to do. There are no hair dryers in the rooms (a big deal for one guest while I was there). The rooms are cleaned weekly, not daily, so it's not so much like a hotel as a maid service. The rooms all have cooking utensils and such, but you have to do your own dishes. All of this is fine, but this place gets just as expensive as everywhere else, so it's not really worth it in my opinion.
