My family and I stood here for 8 nights last week and we loved it! Nice staff from Housekeeping all the way to the awesome maintenance guy Angelo. The staff was very helpful, friendly and accommodating! Angelo always was happy to help and would constantly ask if we needed anything and if we did he was there in an instant. Our interactions with Kayla, Shannon and Breanna were also always pleasant! Great staff! Keep up the great job! Would definitely stay again Perfect location as well. Thanks guys.

My stay here at the hotel was outstanding, Natalie in the Front reception was especially helpful. I’d recommend others to stay here. The room is clean quiet and comfortable safe and secure location.

This is surely once of the best place to stay away from home. Staffs are very courteous and helpful. Kayla Fuce in particular is a great example of how a hotel manager should take care of their occupants. She is very helpful in getting the issues fix and making it cost less than what it should have been. Shannon is another example of how a hotel staff should be. Always welcoming with a warm smile and following up every day to ensure our stay is comfortable.

My friend talked me into coming to this hotel because it was better, the rooms were bigger, and the staff was awesome. (Kayla, Shannon, and Jamar, Angelo, ) The customer service is great, and if you have a problem it gets fixed right away. I would tell all my friends and family about this place and what a nice place this is and the customer service is great. This place will make u feel at home. Kayla is ALWAYS there to greet you with a smile. Kayla is a true example of a great hotel manger and a great leader for her employees to follow. Shannon always have a great personality and willing to help attitude. There no problem that Shannon cannot solve when it comes to your room. I definite see Shannon as a hotel manager very soon. VERY VERY VERY EXCELLENT STAFF! I’ve stayed in ESA all over the US. By far this is the best! Super friendly staff. Fast service. Everyone from Management (Kayla F) to Front Desk assistance (Shannon) even down to Housekeeping… I would definitely recommend this hotel to any and everyone I promise you won’t be DISAPPOINTED!

We enjoyed our stay. It was beautiful and the perfect setup we were looking for. The people were so friendly. The pool was kinda disgusting but that wasn’t why we was there. I have two children under the age of three so we loved the kitchen. But we checked out a day early and were ready to hit the road due to our 14 hour drive home. I forgot my make up bag in the second drawer to the right cabinet in the bathroom. I called four hours after we left because I had realized I did not check the drawer and my father or step mother could come pick it up to ship it to me. For two days and four phone calls later saying they could not find my belongings, and after threatening to speak to a manager a review would be made I hung up for the next call to be the manager. I got a phone call back not even three minutes later saying they had found my make up bag but nothing else. It was awful coincidence that it all of a sudden come up. Some one in the hotel is a thief. Whether it be the housekeeping or the lady at the front desk I asked to check. They had found my stuff earlier before I checked out at 5 something and the room was already cleaned and rented to us the next day till 10. So at four I clock after my final talk with customer service they called me. It’s hard to believe it took them that long to get the room ready for someone else and didn’t have my stuff.

This was very clean and roomy. Had an emergency during spring break and they had a room for us. Again clean being very important.

I have been staying here for over a month now while relocating for my new job. Kayla, and including the WHOLE staff (I can't remember all the nice girls and guys names) have been very accommodating while I adapt to my new city. Thank you and keep up the great work!

I had a chance to go to the extended stay on 6th way in ft lauderdale fl. I literally have never experienced such hospitality in my life. The Representative Jonessia and Jamar assisted me with such patience and so much insight… and the assistantt general manager Kayla was able to assit me with every need during my stay… Hands down the best place ever and the best workers ever! I love extended stay 5 star quality and 5 star service!

The customer service is great the room is great the kitchen is great the atmosphere is great the people are great especially a person by the name of jamar every person working hete is amazing the manager Kayla went out if her way to help my family I will never stay anywhere else.

I came back from Christmas holiday and they took care of me. The manager Kayla is always they to help and Shannon is the best front desk, she should be promoted!

Love this hotel. You've got everything you need. The rooms are spacious, with a lot of cabinet space in the kitchen +big refridgerator / freezer, stove, oven, microwave. Easy to cook your own food here. Quiet hotel outside and inside too. Very friendly and attentive employees that will go above and beyond to help you, Jamar especially. Great management. I've enjoyed my stay here for a few months now.

I didn't want to give this hotel any stars. Arrived after Hurricane Irma. Front Desk seems overwhelmed at check in time. Due to technical difficulties we couldn't use our key to enter the room for almost an hour. No linens for the pull out couch. Only 1 set of towels in the room. No flat sheet on the king bed. No kitchen items in the unit. You have to call down to the front desk to request all additional items. A/C unit in the bedroom wasn't blowing cold air. Room had a musty smell. Even the blow dryer didn't work. Reserved another room at another hotel. Not impressed with the way this hotel was ran at all. The only plus, the staff seemed helpful but overwhelmed with all the requests.

Was trapped during the hurricane here n there were no emergency lights or generator. We were without power, food, water or communication for 4 days. No came to checked on us. My blood sugar levels were low & the obstacles I had to face were beyond belief. Other than that, the staff was friendly n helpful.

I didn't receive a room key the machine is broken. No clean dishes.

Decent hotel, it's new. Rooms are smaller than other extended stay hotels. Good location, friendly staff.

My family and I just recently spent our vacation in fort lauderdale and we stayed at this location. It was easy to find and check-in was quick the lady at the front desk (jonnesia) was wonderful and helpful. The room was great and it was spacious and the kids loved it. Will definitely stay here again.

Very nice clean hotel. The hotel was clean and perfect for a long stay with kitchen utilties, plates, silverware or whatever you needed to cook and eat. The receptionist Taylor and Shannon and manager Kama were very helpfully with anything I needed. Thanks again.

Honestly the staff has been friendly and helpful. The rest of this hotels is terrible. I had a reserved a room for 12/29/2016. I recevied a call around 4pm asking if I had planned to honor my reservation (I gave CC in my reservation) and asked if I could give them more time to clean the room. So I called back around 6 and the room wasn't ready and asked for how much longer? (I had food that really needed refrigeration) She told me at least another hour. So I went and grabbed some dinner down the road. Waiting on THE CALL informing me my room was ready. Around 9:40pm I got THE CALL. So I went back, waiting another 15 minutes while the front desk girl was helping clean rooms and dealing with a ton of issues. I eventually got to my room about 10:45pm. So I venture up to the room, there is no remote for the TV and pretty much one of the worst cleaning jobs and dirty floors in any hotel. There was no silverware, plates, forks/spoons, cookware, and garbage can. The sleeper sofa look like something they found at a homeless camp. The carpet has many stains on it. The walls have white spackle or paint on them. The closest wired shelves with apparently pulled from the wall and the top shelf had nary a hanger. The bed sheets looked old and stained. And lastly the room smelled. I cleaned the kitchen floor, wiped down some of the walls just to try to get rid of the stench. I eventually bought a can of lysol and been fumigating this room.

It took about 10 minutes to get service at the front desk because there was no one there. There were roaches as well during the night and the bed was way too firm.

This hotel is just ok. Staff was friendly, the deluxe room was very spacious with sofa, recliner and sitting area for dining. The kitchen and bathroom was also nice. The hotel needs some update, there was a weird odor throughout, electricity was gone for a few hours during my stay, front desk did a good job to take care of it. Breakfast is very basic. I also notice they do a poor job at keeping the lobby and hallways clean. There was always something on the floor and staff would step pass the mess as if it wasn't there. Overall, I got a great deal for my stay and they meet my basic needs.

Friendly staff. We came there from a cheap hotel down the street and we slept like babies in the comfy beds. Coffe always hot and tasty. New remodel and the place is clean. Did not have to worry about up all night guest, the rooms keep the sound out, really felt like I was home with my own kitchen! Special thanks to Kama and Yasmine the Managers for their hospitality! Overpriced, lobby was a mess, room beds are hard, they charged a extra 44 dollars because they said reservation had one adult but there's 2, queen bed looks like a full size bed, you wouldn't think this from looking at outside either.

TERRIBLE PLACE! Please think twice before staying here. Not only is the Staff horrible and rude, but my car and 5 others have gotten broken into. They let anyone here and it's scary especially if you have children. They don't clean your room and staff gives you attitude about everything! it's disgustin! don't waste your time money and safety.

The room was comfortable, the staff was helpful, and the available extras were nice. The lobby was rough but you could tell it was under renovation. Still a very nice place to stay.

This Extended Stay was very nice. The staff were very friendly and helped with any needs. The rooms had much newer furniture and amenities. It is definitely a nice & safe place to stay in Fort Lauderdale. I will advise that the included internet is pretty slow but able to manage through a skype call. They do have options to increase your internet speed some as well. I had problems getting calls with my T-Mobile Carrier. Outside was fine. This location also includes a pool and some exercise machines.

Hotel needs an overhaul. While the rooms are obviously cleaned and the staff has done what it could, the carpets had permanent stains, there were scrapes and flaking paint on doors and door jambs, water damage in the ceiling, and generally haphazardly done repairs (holes patched but not painted or textured to match, elevator vents missing screws etc. ) Towels had holes in them. The Wi-Fi was a bad joke. Upon first signing in there's a note that to get 2 Mb "high speed" Internet an extra charge applies. What you get without paying it is close to dial-up speeds, and one night the network didn't work at all (90+% packet loss. ) Do not plan to rely on the hotel network. Breakfast was "grab-and-go" so there's no breakfast room. Laundry vending machine for detergent took credit cards, the washers and dryers required quarters. Showerhead was high enough that at 5'11" it was actually comfortable to stand under and water pressure was excellent. Kitchen and room were functionally laid out. Hotel is conveniently located across from several high-tech businesses and by a Tri-Rail station, and there are plenty of restaurants and strip malls within walking distance. Staff ranged from very friendly and competent to OK. Would not recommend this hotel until it's been renovated or cost is of utmost importance.

The pictures on the web site was much more better than the reality. Hotel was dark, old and needed serious repair. We had free breakfast but we took coffee just once and it was the worst coffee in my life. And the breakfast was served on the pretty small table. So I can not call it breakfast! In our Standard Studio was awful smell and it was really small. In Bathroom smelled smoke, someone stole our "do not disturb" card twice. Under the bed we accidentally found the packaging from used condom. We didn't find extra bed sets for the sofa and the lady from the front desk was surprised too. We lived there 9 days, and nobody cleaned our room, didn't change the towels or bed, we didn't have hotel's shampoo, soaps, or something like this, which we always had in other hotels. They gave us room for persons with disabilities, btw we are not. And I was ok with it, but my husband got frustrated. Wifi was so slow, so we even didn't use it. So I will not recommend this hotel for someone.

Its cool and comfortable I know where its located and what to expect so I had no great expectations.

RUN AWAY FOR YOUR OWN SAFETY My keycard stop working and no one at the front desk could make a key. So without asking my name or who I was or took a look at my DL they let me in my room. If you want to stay at a place that will let people in the rooms without even knowing if they stay there or not good luck this is the place for you. just poor and unsafe no fair.

Terrible location, this hotel is nowhere near the main airport and they get away with saying they are an airport location. Also, it's the worst extended stay deluxe I've stayed at, basically a glorified motel 6. Don't waste your time or money.
