This place was awful! Dirty, smelly and outdated. When I checked in, I was nearly overcome with the strong smell of incense. The smell was even more strong in my room, which I later decided was to cover the smell of mold. I had been "upgraded" to a bigger room with a Roman tub. I thought it would be nice but it was horrible. The tub was literally next to the bed. The surround leaked so there was a large moldy area that was hard to miss, so there is no reason for it to have been as big as it was. The tub stopper was inoperative, so taking a bath was not an option, and even though the room was large enough to workout in unimpeded, the carpet was sticky and gross. I had to wash my hands afterwards. The refrigerator froze all my food, and since the thermostat was broken, there was nothing to be done. Staff were friendly enough but irritated and unconcerned when I asked for help with the door lock upon check in, so I didn't bother them with anything else. Spend the extra few dollars to stay somewhere else.

Never will I go here again I rather sleep in my car if all the hotels are booked out. Theirs roaches everywhere and the beds are worser then the haven hotel on light house point across the dealership. You can't even put your food in the fridge without the roaches forming a union in their and their TV from offer up are horrible this place is a complete joke.

Very run down hotel. The front desk Clerk was burning incense that smelled horrible and made me cough. This hotel is pretty gross especially for the price we paid.

Room locks are too traditional that u cannot lock the door without key-card. Sleep quality is also bad. The mattress felt like a soft box spring. Air conditioning works weird. At check out day, the Spanish lady called the landline at 10:07 AM asking to leave the room in 45 mins. When asked for a late checkout she told we cannot say at 12:00 noon that we are taking shower. I checked out at 11:00 itself and complained her unprofessional call. I havnt had a such terrible wake up call from asny of wyndham hotels. Rooms are too expensive bcoz of season. Neighborhood is okay but saw 5 cop cars at mid night. No stores at walking distance.

I'll start by saying the girl at the desk was very friendly and gave us a great local reccomendation to eat which was delicious. That being said, there was nothing else I enjoyed about my stay. The sheets and pillow cases were covered in stains and cigarette burn marks. The bathroom had roaches and was so gross that we walked a few blocks to subway just to go to the bathroom. The walls and carpets had stains all over them. The bed felt like it didnt have a good spring left in the mattress. I slept for a short 4 hours and woke up with a sore back. Then I decided to get breakfast and the gentleman at the front desk was complaining that I was up at 6 a. M. For breakfast when they are supposed to have their breakfast open at… wait for it… 6 a. M. Breakfast is what I was expecting from a budget hotel, some toast and cereal and juice and coffee. Not good, not bad, it served its purpose. Im not a stranger to staying in a hotel, but I do expect that I at the least have clean sheets and a clean bathroom to use regardless of price. I would never stay here again and I wouldn't recommend anyone stay here at any price. UPDATE — I was denied any refund or compensation due to "policy". This place is atrocious and clearly the management doesn't care that they have such a disgusting and unwelcoming establishment. Avoid this place at all costs. I wish I had never set foot here.

Absolutely horrible place to stay. Beside the very nice African American LADY at the front desk, the black MAN working the night shift asked my girlfriend if she wanted some breakfast "early" and brought her back into the breakfast room to get her a "drink" at 11pm. He then squeezed her buttocks. We will be pressing charges. Not to mention the fact that this incident is on camera and disregarding the event completely, the motel is INFESTED WITH ROACHES and I would ask your doctor for a prescription of preventative antibiotics (prophylaxis) to avoid MRSA or other pathogens when using the showers. All of this is 100% accurate, I stayed twice. I specifically asked for a second room upstairs hoping the roaches were just getting in from outside… NOPE! DO NOT BRING A CRUMB OF FOOD INTO YOUR ROOM. They're already in there, and there's a healthy army of them in the upstairs hallway that is rarely cleaned properly. Zero star organization. Wyndham should be ashamed to own such a mess of dereliction and post-apocalyptic depravity.

Price is right for the old hotel smells… need to be cleaned better, vending machine sells expired stuff, those tvs very old school…

For the price they are nice but they should clean more the rooms.

Very outdated, shower is in the actual room which was odd to me. Stains on the carpet. Uncomfortable bed. Disgusting toilet area (felt like a prison bathroom). But it served it's purpose, we needed something cheap for one night. Just proves you get what you pay for.

I'm a Diamond member with Wyndham and on average I stay at a Wyndham property 4 nights a week all across the country. This Super 8 is by far, hands down the worst I've ever stayed at over the last 6 years! Rude staff, filthy rooms and a breakfast selection that was comparable to gas station food. For $130 a night I expected more from Wyndham.

The night clerk was very nice. Nice room, decent prices.

Last minute check in due to no power day 7 at home. Staff very friendly however this place is gross. The were roaches and the tub was never cleaned. Non smoking room yet cig ashes in tub. Dressers never wiped down. Tv channels limited. Then to top it off waken by false fire alarm at 4am… Only stayed to have a warm shower and sleep in A. C. For once.

It is, by far, the 9th level of "Dante's Inferno". Nothing about this place is "nice, relaxing, joyful or has anything to do with the memories that pop into your head when reminiscing of a vacation, the vacation, our vacation, ETC. I apologize for trolling so hatefully on this site. But I'm seeing these reviews and they are blatant lies, fabrications the owner has put up himself to lure unsuspecting tourists who want to enjoy South Florida. Our life blood here in south fla is tourism (and oranges) and I'd hate to see a poor unsuspecting family get Rolled their first night here.

I detest roaches, and 5 minutes of being in the room, there was multiple baby roaches around the microwave which was on the refrigerator. A big dead roach in the display of microwave timer. Tested to see if the microwave worked, just to see, and only one button worked on it. I get it, you're mainly paying for location since it isn't too far from the beach but come on, super 8. Front desk staff was cool, but the room was not. Probably other negatives too but roaches alone was enough to share and give my warning.

The place is run down. The no smoking rooms smelled like smoke. The carpet was dirty. The bed spreads were stained and had cigarette burns in them. A dresser draw was broken and so was a wall lamp. To top it all off the place had roaches. It's only one step from being an hourly rate. The people that work there are very nice but I could not stay one night at this place. Oh yea and you can hear the people walking in the room above you.

The best thing about this hotel is Kim. She is not only very professional and pleasant but super helpful and knowledgeable about the area. Given that my stay was due to a sad family emergency — her demeanor made a tremendous positive difference. She is a leader and the hotel is lucky to have her! Thank you, PT.

This place really gives you your money worth. We were here at the beginning of spring break, so this location didn't necessarily need our business, but they treated us well just the same. We came in from a late flight and the front desk manager was very nice. Got us a room quickly and we got to the room. The room was clean. No complaints, but the room could use an update. Not that it had any effect on our stay, because we had ZERO COMPLAINTS!

The Wify never works I stayed there for 1 week and never never works on iphone and ipad … If you alwats use wify I dont recomend you the super 8

Since 1/4 ☆ was not an option, I had to give it one to post my comments. My power went out due to a storm so I checked into this hotel a mile from my home. I've stayed at lot of motels but this place is hands down a complete and utter disgusting dive. Front desk clerk = Rude, Asked for a discount at 11pm, gave me 10% after asking 3 times. Asked for the 2nd floor room, gave me a first floor room, had him change it. Ice maker =broken. Smelled like mold. Bedside lamps for reading =broken. Would recommend staying in the Burger King dumpster next door which may have better accommodations.

I WANT MY MONEY BACK! There were 3 lights not working in the room. The bathroom ceiling exhaust fan was filthy and clogged with dust/dirt/dead bugs. Bedsheets had large burn holes, and I had to unplug the fridge because it was making a loud ticking noise all night long, keeping me awake. Also, the a/c intake vent is located right next to the office entrance, and I kept smelling diesel exhaust fumes whenever trucks and pizza delivery cars arrived and sat there idling their engines. Front desk staff was notified of these issues at checkout, but no compensation was offered.

The price you see above is only if you book two weeks in advance. The hotel was OK. I don't kn if we got tht room with the tub slightly flooded cuz my bf asked for a discount. He can be really cheap.

Please listen to me and take my advice… DO NOT STAY IN THIS HOTEL… I never saw a room that was so filthy and in such disrepair. I have been working with Super 8 corporate on this disaster of a hotel and they have been very responsive — so hopefully this is not indicative of the entire chain… REPEAT… DO NOT STAY IN THIS HOTEL.

Place is garbage. In the 45 mins here ive seen crack heads and homeless walking in and out.

This place is nasty filthy and smelly all furniture very old no flat screen TV the bed sheets are dirty and smelly in need of extensive renovation. the lobby smells like mildew Bactria and breakfast area sucks and breakfast is awful i couldn't sleep for 2 nights I slept there if you insist to go then make sure you see a dermatologist when you return home.

An expensive disappointment :/

My personal experience was great. It has everything you need if u are staying for two nights like myself and the price is just right. The staff was really nice and the breakfast was not great but I think for the price, it was enough. Maybe people expect too much for a small price. My room in particular was clean and drama free.

It wasn't as clean as it should have been we feel and some of the staff was courteous and then again some of them were so courteous… The rate was very fair but I think it's an extra 20-30 $40 to stay and a more comfortable place where you know you are not going to be coming down with something a week later lol.

Stayed in WAY better places!

What a dive. Spent 2 weeks because there was nothing else out there. After that we got right on the beach for 80.00 less a week. We had changed our room 3 times because of broken toilet and other reasons. The best thing about the place was the staff, they were smiling and friendly as they took my 380.00 a week (I'd smile too). At one point the cops came through and arrested a couple. We would never had known but were in the middle of our 3rd room change while the couple was spread eagle on the floor in the hallway. Bed clothes were ripped and burnt, dirty. The only good thing I can say about this place is it is located close to better hotels so it won't take you long to change locations. I hated it!

The place sucks. Crappy breakfast, dirty rooms crappy location, roach in microwave.

Disgusting and gross. Bathroom is dirty and filty, toilet bowl stained with feces like it was never cleaned in months.
