First the review: First thing we walked into was the smell of a toilet. Even though it was 2 AM when we checked in, you would have sworn the last guests used the toilet hard within the last 15 minutes. That smell didn't go away, so I assume it's in the building's veins. The hotel was lacking several amentities, including a water resistant shower curtain. Everyone in our 1 room limited the shower to 5 minutes because water just dumped through the cloth curtain. Floor was soaked. We would have loved to dry it, but Hotel provided 3 towels for the 4 adults sleeping. We just slushed it around and took off our socks before using the room. Beds seemed fine but were uncomfortable and hard to sleep on. With 5 hours to sleep, I think I had about 3 hours of it. Neck and back were killing me in the morning. Tip: Manager comes in at 10, and will dodge phone calls as long as he can. Triple check reservations, because he gives 0 cares about guests. Huge issue which is why you should not book here: Due to a booking error on Orbitz side, 2 rooms were booked instead of 1. After discovering this booking error at check in, I had two different front desk workers tell me they'd help me sort it out. In the morning, the front desk lady told me she didn't see the other room on my tab. Hoped it was fixed! Called Orbitz, and they said the manager is refusing to refund one of the rooms, So I called the manager, after 10 calls over various days (he was there but refusing to answer/return call), he finally took it. The manager then explains that he is trying to stick it to Orbitz by keeping my money. So if you want a hotel that would rather keep $90 to stick it to a corporation than do what's right and refund it to the person traveling to a funeral who was double booked by a website. Come to this toilet of a hotel.
