Spend a week here and I was impressed, clean rooms and wonderful service. I can wait to come back again.

All you need is here, the area has shops and different restaurants. Location is everything!

The manager was extremely accommodating. Absolutely fantastic. We booked online. However when we arrived the room was not what we originally thought it would be. Trevor was fantastic!

The customer service is over and beyond our expectations. The Breakfast is very accommodating and I highly recommend staying here if your in the area…!

Very nice room. Separate sleeping area and living room area. It has a real kitchen. Didn’t get to try the pool but it looked very nice. Our flight was to early for breakfast (left at 4:30am) but it sounded good. We would definitely stay there again.

So friendly and awesome. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Wi-Fi is great too!

Love their quiet rooms and design. Most of the rooms have clean built in kitchen. Bathrooms have plenty of space reminder of small studio apartment. However, they are under staffed as most non-full service hotels are. One or two person working to resolve check-ins, selling pantry items, resolving guest issues and answering phone calls. Inefficient process are expected at front desk area. This hotel is big enough to staff minimum of 2-3 personnel at all time. Breakfast is complimentary and was chaotic and weekend were worst. Overall though, hotel was clean and friendly atmosphere just staffing level was not.

Clean hotel and rooms. Friendly staff. Beds were comfortable. Price was right. Recommend staying if you need to stay close to airport or going on cruise. They have a free shuttle to and from the airport. Also they have a paid shuttle tk the port as well.

Nice hotel. Very clean but very rude hotel staff to include Diane the General Manager. The hotel is incredibly stingy with pool towels. They never restock the cabinet which holds pool towels and when guests ask the front desk for pool towels they are told they have none clean. I then ask for bath towels as an alternative and although they did provide them they were very rude and not happy about doing so. The employee then told me to pick up all the dirty towels on the pool deck. I told her they were not used by us and she rolled her eyes and walked away. And NO I did not pick up the other guests dirty towels. Gross! Another issue we had is that we specifically booked at this hotel and paid the higher nightly rate as opposed to staying in a Hilton or Marriott brand hotel in the area because of the nightly complimentary snacks and drinks that have always been served. This is our 3rd year choosing this hotel. However, up on checking in we are told they no longer offer the snacks and drinks. This was a disappointment. Had we known this upon booking we would have booked elsewhere. This hotel has definitely gone downhill in the past year and we will not be staying in the future. It seems as if it under new management.

Enjoyed the clean upscale environment. Hot breakfast was excellent and prepared ontime. Maid service needs sprucing otherwise it's by far one of the best I've found. Will stay their again and recommend others to experience.

Had a great stay here during Rolling Loud weekend and the hotel was quite welcoming! We arrived around noon and had our room ready as requested in advance. The one bedroom suite was VERY spacious and ended up being less expensive than a standard two queen room. Had everything you'd need to stay any amount of time — full kitchen was awesome! Beds were great, housekeeping was timely and unintrusive, and the bathroom was one of the biggest I've ever seen in a non-luxury hotel. Breakfast was pretty good as well for a free hotel spread!

Beautiful room. Super helpful and friendly staff. My mother and I stayed for 5 days and we had a great time. We'll definitely be going back.

Front desk staff helped with luggage storage and early check in, the suite was large, clean, and comfortable. The amenities are excellent including a pool, laundry, computers, and store. Would absolutely stay here again.

Our flight was cancelled and Delta put us up in hotel for the night. It was spring break and hotels were limited. I was concerned at first but quickly pleased by the attention and hospitality. Starting with the hotel shuttle driver to front desk, we were treated with a friendly smile and very helpful. Room was very comfortable and clean and the complimentary breakfast and happy hour the night before were a pleasant surprise. Looking forward to finishing construction and having walking options for dinner and shopping. Would stay there again if had to.

This hotel is what you would expect from the area. I tired the place a few weeks ago and was sorely disappointed, this experience was not much better. I loved the Hyatt house in Chelsea and the staff but this location had me wanting more for a maid then a view … all around the hotel is not well kept … there is hair in the bathroom behind the toilet, dust on the pictures, the pillows are half size of a normal Hyatt, the floors are dirty and I could see some stains from a previous guest when the shower steamed up. The bed was a dream as always but at one point I could hear the neighbors TV and conversation. The front desk resolved this issue, it's just not worth 300 a night. As a frequent traveler to fort Lauderale, I don’t recommend either property. However the Hyatt centric south beach is amazing.

Value for money was poor. I would have expected much more for $280. The bathroom nozzles were about to fall off (and one did). Everything about the hotel was worn. I’m not sure why this place got such raving reviews, but I definitely would not repeat.

We had our flight cancelled due to mechanical issues and Delta got us a room here. It was a beautiful room with a kitchen and a huge bathroom. So much more than expected. Great free snack and wine hour as well as a nice breakfast. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

The Hyatt was slightly overbooked. They did not have our room ready at check in time. Therefore, my husband and I had to settle for a room with double best instead of a queen/king bed. The complimentary breakfast at the Hyatt was good and had a lot of breakfast options available. It is a short walk away from some shops and great places to eat. It is a wonderful place to stay but is very busy and cannot always accommodate what you originally asked for even months in advance.

I wish I could rate this hotel — 0! I booked a reservation for two nights for my family and I to ring in New Years. The hotel to turned around and sold my reservation to someone else! I received a phone call at 6:22pm (NO voicemail was left as if I know who they are) I'm guessing about my reservation because the credit card declined. The hotel NEVER gave me an opportunity to update my payment! I got off work after 8pm and was in route to the hotel and I spoke with Andrew (supervisor) only for him to tell me he sold my room to someone else. He said he could accommodate me with two rooms just without the full kitchen. I didn't ask for two rooms. I want the room I originally booked, idiot! Called corporate and it turns out the people who work there are idiots too. I deleted my membership and I'll NEVER stay at another Hyatt hotel again. Had Marriott not been booked. I would've been there. There's a reason Marriott is the largest hotel chain in the world. THEY KNOW HOW TO TREAT THEIR GUESTS AND GIVE GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! I hope this property crumbles and they never make another penny!

Beautiful hotel and room in a good location. It was near the beach, shopping, and sightseeing areas. The staff was friendly, and the room was large, comfortable, and clean.

I stay here often for work. There are rare occasions when I arrive that everything in my room is functional, but usually something is broken. Last visit for example, the suitcase stand was broken… That said, this is still one of the best hotels in Fort Lauderdale, which doesn't say much for that state of hotels in Fort Lauderdale. The staff is very friendly though, and they have a nice free breakfast.

Wonderful experience during a very emotional time. We booked rooms for close to 30 people gathering for the memorial of a family member lost after the hurricane. Not only were the rooms reasonable, but booking directly through the hotel was the most affordable way to go. Everyone was so hospital. From Maylin who helped during the chaos of the booking process, the personable housekeeping ladies, the late night security guard who allowed us all to be together on the pool patio a little after hours, and all of the amazing front desk hosts. You all made our stay warm and stress free. I can not thank you all enough!

Really a very convenient hotel for those who pass by the airport to Fort Lauderdale free shuttle to and from the airport staff very nice environment.

We have visited this hotel several times in the past. Unfortunately, during our last visit 9-13 october our room (320) was kept uncleaned during our stay. No new soap or fresh towels, no clean sheets, no coffee supplies and garbage was not removed from our room.

The rooms are comfortable, with kitchenette and a small TV room, the bathroom is very spacious. The pool Area is small but quiet.

Wow wow wow. Only way to describe it is "affordable luxury with cozy comfort" beautiful hotel with all the amenities of home. Down to a dish washer! Totally worth it. My new favorite hotel.

We got displaced after hurricane Irma and we ended up staying here for a week which was comfortable during that stressful time. It has great service from the staff, along with comfortable rooms. We had a kitchen with a full size refrigerator and all the basic needs to make a quick meal in the room. The hotel is close to FLL with a shuttle that goes to the airport and the shopping area right across the street. Very good breakfast with full hot breakfast with an omelette station. The afternoon has very good food and cold beer and wine.

Great staff. Room was AWESOME. Great location to local restaurants. Daily breakfast is hot and varies. Laundry facilities were clean and reasonable. Desk offers quarters. Pool was clean just didn't get to enjoy it.

I stay there all the time for work. The staff is very friendly and helpfull and the hotel is nice, clean and modern. Also is very spacious.

Very quick pick up from the airport. Free breakfast but they don't make the omelettes for the first hour breakfast is served (which sucks). Nice happy hour and clean rooms. Good for a quick layover.

Beautiful hotel, close to downtown Hollywood and full of amenities. Super easy to get to and is so quiet, you may just forget that the airport is only 2 mins away.

The hotel rooms are fine in themselves. They are clean and large, but in some cases they are already very worn out in some places: For example, you see this on the cupboards. Otherwise in the whole the room is very nice. Now we get to the slightly worse part, which is: Breakfast is the purest disaster. Breakfast should be made at 10 o 'clock but has already stopped a quarter of an hour earlier. I could only approach myself from a serving of egg, the coffee was almost cold, you ate from plastic tableware. So for the price it is really unreasonable. If you just want to stay there, that should go OK. A little note: As in many other American hotels, there is no shower gel but only a piece of soap.

Not very pleased with this location at all. Just checked in last night after a long day of flying and driving only to turn back the sheets on my bed and find soiled sheets. Having spoken with mgmt yet this AM will do so later this morning. Not happy at all with the Hyatt brand at this moment.

Fantastic for a multnight stay where you like to be able to cook and relax in your room a bit. A very modern feel. Wonderful staff and rooms. Great pool. Very relaxing environment. Wonderful perks like a free dinner happy hour.

Location is perfect, convenient restaurants and the beach is within a ten minute drive. Service is perfect the staff is very professional and friendly. Rooms are updated with plenty of amenities. I plan on coming here again next year.

Well located hotel. Shopping Centre 200 metres and near Aventura, Miami Beach and sowgrass. Free airport and port transport 10u/s. Very spacious rooms, with kitchen. Clean and in very good condition. Full breakfast and Monday through Friday from 5.30 pm to 7 pm meals and free drinks! FREE parking! Attention in reception (thank you, Fantacia) and house keeping excellent (thank you, Olga)! HEATED pool! I highly recommend it.

The location is conveniently located next to the FLL airport. The room was equipped with a kitchen, living, and bed room. Great look although some places showed wear and tear. The service was amicable and well mannered. Amenities include heated pool and gym. Overall a great place to stay when in Fort Lauderdale.

Great location near the cruise port/airport with several shuttles running to both as needed. Rooms are clean and large, the free breakfast is typical HH fare. This is a 8000 points per night hotel, using points is a no-brainer when the nightly rates are $300+… Internet speeds seemed capped at a very slow speed. All in all, HH is consistent and remains my favorite brand in the Hyatt chain.

Stayed there for 5 nights and had a wonderful time. Can't say enough about the staff, especially the front office. Kitchen was well stocked with the basic items required, although we barely used it, as they had a great breakfast. About 1/2 of the mornings, they had a custom omelette station, where you could choose from egg white or normal eggs, along with ham/cheese/onion/spinach/etc; I also loved the waffles. 4 nights a week, they had a "social" in the evening; basic pizza or wings, along with 2 free beverages a person (I had 2 tall glasses of beer). I also ate dozen of cookies, as I grabbed one every time I passed by. Between the socials (4 nights a week), the included breakfast, we didn't use the kitchen much. Room was great, and very comfortable. They did what they could and included everything to make it feel like it was your "house" with all of your normal convenience, plus housekeeping. If I had any complaint, it would be the laundry (cost $5/load, in quarters, older machines; compared to rest of place it was a let down and belongs in a 2 star venue). We enjoyed our time there, and would like to thank the staff.

This place is very nasty dont change seats employee steal from out your room drop food on floor and still cook it police been called to this place plenty of times.

Are you planning to stay longer. Take the house. Break fast, social food and wine or beer. Ppl are great here.

I felt right at home. They managed to make the most of the space available in the room to make it feel like a very modern apartment. Had a great stay.

I like the hotel. The rooms are clean, modern, simple. Breakfast is delicious and happy hour Monday-Friday in the dining area is a good place to relax and eat and drink free light fare.
