Very nice quiet and clean away from all the noise and the staff is very friendly I was helped by Lashandra. She made the check in very convenient. I will would stay here again if I’m ever in town in the near future.

Elita and David kicked off the beginning of top notch customer service. From the 1st phone call to out check out every encounter was pleasurable. We are at the onsite restaurant and the food and service was great — even met a Chicago native, our waitress. Check out process was great. Although we had checked out, we was able to leave our luggage in a secure area and leave the hotel before our flight and get shuttle service to the airport. This staff was very personable and friendly and made our stay enjoyable. The rooms were also, nice. Excellent service.

Ohhh man. Coming from a mega resort in the Bahamas as an employee and giving excellent customer service at the Atlantis this hotel is on par. This should be a 5 star hotel. This hotel is clean and it’s staff is friendly. The pool is nice and the food is amazing. The rooms are always cool and clean. I’ve never had one issue here. I have recommended this hotel to a number of people and everyone loves it.

Customer Service is nice, we arrived early at our check in & they took care of us as best they could. The rooms are quiet and are spaced pretty nice.

Labor day weekend, every ice machine didnt work, the pool area smelled like it was next to a rotten garbage can. Gave us someone else's room bill when we left. Otherwise everything else was good.

We stayed here 8 to 11 July on a visit from Australia to catch up with friends in the area. I based my selection on TA reviews, and the reviews are spot on — this is an all round great hotel. The room we were originally allocated was not suitable for the family, and once I raised this with Matthew at the front desk we were changed to a room perfect for everyone. Customer service at it's best, Matthew listened, understood and fixed my problem, thank you Matthew. The hotel foyer is welcoming and has a great lounge area and computers for printing boarding passes etc. There is a bar and a great restaurant for dinner. The pool area is nice and everything is very well maintained. We really appreciated the laundry facilities. The room we had was spacious with lots of room to store our suitcases and hang up clothes etc. The room had a fridge and a microwave and the bathroom was spotless. Lots of points to charge all the electronics, and a TV in each bedroom and the lounge area. We were staying here in between a stay in Jupiter and flying out to Dallas, and whilst this probably isn't a 'destination' hotel, if you need a stay before a cruise or a flight I can highly recommend this hotel. There is a large shopping centre about a 10 minute walk and we had no trouble finding some nice places to eat. We left here wishing we had booked for a longer stay.

Beautiful, exquisite, clean, great customer service personnel. This is by far the best choice hotel. The hotel is loaded with everything; pool, an all you can eat breakfast buffet, free for elite members. Also 7 minutes drive to the Dania beach. There's a restaurant in the hotel as well. Keep it up guys!

This establishment is gorgeous. The ambiance is great. It's in a great location. Comfortable and spacious rooms. Friendly staff. And a $9.00 breakfast to boot.

Great experience at the Cambria! The hotel's complimentary shuttle picked my wife and I up at the airport and brought us back to the airport after our stay. The hotel food was delicious! The hotel was clean and the staff was very courteous. Very comfortable bed. We loved the little bar on the 1st floor. Highly recommend!

Nice rooms, friendly personnel, even text updates. Shower had amazing pressure, plenty of towels — and super comfy beds! The whole experience with our family was a wonderful time at Cambria. Highly recommended.

Very nice hotel. They were clean, had very comfy beds, and a nice pool with a hot tub. The bartender was super friendly and made very tasty drinks. The breakfast was really good too, even though it was $10 for the buffet.

I travel often for work, today was an especially long and tiring travel day. With that said, I want to acknowledge the exceptional customer service I received, upon checking in, from Matthew. He was so friendly and accommodating that it was worth taking the time to write this review for him. I assume the rest of the hotel staff must also be similarly exceptional when it comes to customer service, and I'd recommend this hotel to everyone passing through in need of a place to stay. Wonderful Front Desk Staff/Beautiful property — We were greeted by a young lady and a gentleman by the name of Shaq. I didn't catch the young lady's name, because Shaq assisted us. They both went out of their way to help me and my love who were stranded in the area after our flight was oversold. This hotel is very very nice and the bartender was amazing. It was a wonderful experience and we will try to get back down here for a vacation at this property! Cambria has won us over. *The shuttle bus driver is a reckless. After he dropped us off he later almost ran us over by nearly running a red light. Thank God for a good brakes.

This place was nicer than I expected. The rooms were very modern and clean. There was no waiting for checking. Customer service was good. We stayed here as a pre-cruise overnight. The nightly rate was high but that was our fault because we reserve this room about 3 weeks from our trip. We saw that you could get this room for a better rate if you plan well in advance. We didn't give it 5 stars because it was a little hard to find and you had to go through an ally of sorts to get to the entrance of the hotel. We were from out of town and use their GPS to get there.

Rooms are very nice very nice staff location is good about 5 min walking to the oak wood plaza clean has a built in restaurant with good food nice bar also good airport shuttle has nice pool also it has a little snack bar rooms have safe and mini fridge also has a microwave and two TV very satisfied.

Very nice place to stay, rooms were updated, lobby was very inviting, and the breakfast buffet was delicious with freshly made omelettes. Service was excellent, our AC was not working and they couldn't switch rooms because hotel was fully booked so within 30 mins they replaced the entire unit!

The room was great and clean. It did have a strange smell like a man's cologne. I loved everything else about the room though. I did experience some bad service however. I made a reservation in the early morning and close to check in time I called the hotel to ask about early check in and shuttle rides from the airport. The lady that answered was rude and seemed as if I was bothering her. She was firing off one word questions back to back without answering any of my questions. Then for both rides to the hotel and to the airport, the driver drove like a maniac. Speeding around corners and tailgating other drivers. I thought we were going to flip at one corner. He even hit a curb right next to some pedestrians! I was thinking about cancelling my reservation once I got to the hotel because everyone had a sour look on their face and bad attitudes except for Chris. He smiled the whole time and was extremely generous. When leaving the hotel in the morning, the person at the desk was rude as well. I walked up at 4:45 for the 5:00 shuttle and asked if the shuttle is supposed to arrive at 5 hoping I didn't miss it. The desk person just said, "there's still 15 minutes" in a bad tone without looking at me. Also, you'd be better off getting takeout. They offer food but the prices are ridiculous. $5 for fries and $12 for a burger. Overall, I would not stay here again. I experienced tremendously better customer service at the best Western Plus off of Stirling road.

I had a wonderful stay at the Cambria Hotel in Ft. Lauderdale for a few days before my cruise took off. A great staff, clean and comfortable atmosphere makes it a peaceful retreat for the chaos of trying to get to Port Everglades. Free shuttle from the airport and plenty of parking (if you rent a car) make it convent. The suites set up give you extra space and the have HUGE bathrooms so no one it tripping over each other. The refrigerator and microwave (food for the micro for sale in lobby) make life easy as well as the small restaurant and bar on site. Kristine.

Love the room set up. There is a small living area with couch and wall TV for a relaxing moment. The plugs in the wall allow to hook up your computer for streaming. The bedroom is separated and allowed a bit of privacy. Very comfortable beds. I will continue to return here. Restaurant and bar downstairs. Work out room is great. Nice pool.

Our room was very nice and they recommended a good restaurant. Several times tho there was no one attending the bar and we had to wait quite some time. It wasn't a deal breaker on coming back for a visit in the future… HOWEVER… When we stood at the airport waiting for over an hour for the shuttle to show up and they never did. They kept telling us they were on their way every time we called. Finally after an hour we called to be told they waited for us and went back to the hotel because we didn't show up. They had our phone number and Never bothered to call … Never again will we be back!

I loved the hotel good service and good food.

This will be the first review I have ever submitted and it is soley to prevent people from including this hotel in their vacation itinerary. While planning our vacation, we spoke to two separate individuals who ensured us they had car seats available for shuttle use to transport children. Upon arriving, we quickly found out this was not accurate. We had early check in for three rooms, two with king size beds, one with double queen beds. Only one room being available when we arrived at 1045. We were ensured that the two other rooms would be ready in a short time. The second room was finally available 130 in the afternoon, and was not the king size bed we reserved. The third room was to be ready within 15 minutes of the second. After multiple phone calls, three trips to the front desk and excuses from the staff our third room was ready at 345, also not a king size bed that was reserved. Not once did we receive an apology, let alone anything to make their mistakes right. Quite frankly, no remorse at all from the staff for the endless mistakes. In fact we received rude treatment from the front desk staff throughout the day. So with that, you can take a seemingly beautiful hotel and ruin it with poor attitudes and customer service. The customer should never feel like they are inconveniencing someone, when the only requests are the simple necessities to be expected when booking a hotel room.

I really like the room it is divided into 2 sections with a art deco divider. Great fridge & microwave, a nice roomy shower and the staff are wonderful! Also has a nice gym, pool and the food in the restaurant is very good. We definitely reccommend this hotel.

I was hopeful when I saw the nice lobby. We checked in and they gave is 2 queens instead of the king which was fine because there were two of us. I was soon disappointed when we entered the room time had forgotten. Frayed carpet, stains on the couches, pop splatter on the walls, shotty paint job, dirty growdy outlets (how do you get anything but dust on an outlet is beyond me), a closet you can't use because the bed was too close to the door, and to top it off we were greeted but two cockroaches. I paid 200 for 1 night based on reviews; thinking I'd get better quality than Super 8. The hostel I stayed at in my youth was better than this. The only upside was that the shower and beds were clean. I just pray that there were not other cockroaches that crawled into my luggage. I'm giving two stars because the clerk recommended a good sandwich shop and Cuban restaurants down the way. I'll post pics later.

Here for business, no choice in what hotel to stay at. Was happy with the reviews until I checked in last night. Was shutting the blackout curtains and see spots of blood on them. Also there's mold or something black on the shower ceiling. Reported it to the front desk at 7:00 this morning and they acted like they were going to immediately do something about this. Just got back from a full day of work and nothing was done They did move me to a suite and apologized for the inconveniences. So that helped with my dissatisfaction.

I left my tablet in the hotel room and was called shortly after we left. We were headed on a cruise and wouldn’t make it back to the hotel. Management was nice enough to mail to my house. Greatly appreciated it. Thank you! Very nice staff!

The only thing Cambria suites does that upsets my wife and I is there is not enough of them. We have never been disappointed by this hotel brand. Again they came to our rescue while visiting Hollywood Fla. For my cousins 100th Birthday party. From the front desk to housekeeping my wife and I were extremely happy. Thank you all who work here. Please keep up your spirit and diligence it is why we search for a Cambria when we travel. You make us feel like royalty and all we are is a blue collar couple living in your castle for a brief time. Excellent hotel! Great Wi-Fi and very quiet. Rooms are well constructed can barely hear anything outside of your room.

Very nice stay. Well equipped gym. Comforting sleeping area. Big charging desk with mini fridge and microwave. They also are eco friendly and offer bath body work shower amenities.

The rooms are clean and spacious, bed was very comfortable. I had no issues during my stay for a 2 night business trip. I would stay again as well as recommend this hotel, due to good price for the area.

Nice, big rooms. Convenient location. My only fault is the lack of signage. It's off the main road with only a tiny (very easily missable) sign.

It's a lovely hotel we were there last year. However, I was surprised that we didn't get the disability room we asked for. It's hard for me to get my knees to bend up to get into a tub/shower. The room we had previous had a wonderful walk in shower made it a lot easier for me. Also, the lunch we had in the restaurant was over cooked almost burnt out wings and the veggies on the plate looked like they came from the stone age! we got photos of it and I intend to post them on trip advisor. Stark contrast to breakfast which was a lovely buffet, however the price to pay for breakfast is outrageous. Five or six dollars a person is all you should be charging for it. My daughter hardly ate anything and yet we had to pay ten bucks. I only wanted fruit and toast but I wasn't going to pay ten bucks for that! The pool was being used constantly, no one was keeping track of the cleanliness. I own a pool, I would step one foot in that pool! It was so cloudy and greenish I was so mad! Also my daughter and I were going to workout then night we were there, but kids were over running the place! No one was supervising/monitoring it! Some security… One more note, although the rooms are nice the beds were not as comfortable as the king bed we had and the sheets did not feel clean at all. We are going to the Miami location for Cambria next time, I am hopeful to have a better stay next time.

I love this hotel. Very nice, the bar is awesome and the grilled pork chop served here is delicious! I stay here often and will continue too. The staff is nice and the hotel lobby is cozy. I have witnessed a lady wrapped in a blanket cozying up on the couch in front of the TV in the lobby. That is how mellow this had tell is.

One of the best hotels in Fort Lauderdale. Great breakfast and very nice rooms. The restaurant downstairs has amazing chicken wings smoked Atlantic white fish dip and salad. I would suggest this hotel to any weary traveler who would like a comfortable place to call home for a night.

I was bumped from my flight from FLL to BUF and I was put up at Cambria Hotel and Suites. To start off I arrived at the Hotel at about 1am after waiting for the shuttle driver for almost an hour and a half… when I got to the front desk the gentleman that was there seem very frazzled with phones ringing and a couple of people waiting at the counter to check in (I was one of them) … it took almost a half hour to get checked in. When I got to my room I noticed many things, … the mirror in the bathroom was rusted and there was mold on the floor near the the tub. The refrigerator looks like the outside was never cleaned as with the phone and some other furniture. The one bed had hairs in it that were not mine … Not happy at all …

From beginning to end, our experience at Cambria was delightful. Chris was so friendly and even helped us with an early check-in. After putting our things in our rooms, we were able to relax in an almost empty hot tub and pool area which were clean and spacious. After some swimming, we were able to relax in our beautiful rooms. The rooms are spacious and include two tvs, one by the bed and the other separated by a dividing wall in a living room area. There was a fridge as well as a microwave which came in handy after visiting the handy convenience store in the lobby. I would absolutely love to come and stay at this hotel again in the future, in fact, I didn't want to leave in the first place. This hotel would be perfect for extended stay.

The breakfast and dinner is great. The hotel is extremely clean and the decor is fantastic.

Enjoyable stay. Clean room, free Wi-Fi of good quality, free breakfast (and apparently dinner, though this is a work trip and I don't return in that time frame), and an easy check in process. I suppose the only con is that I ended up in a handicap accessible room, and the shower/bathroom design was not created with any thought of draining water that splashes out over the quarter-inch rim into a slightly concave bathroom floor, so I have to shower without any sudden movements or I end up with several puddles.

Uppn out arrival we were greeted by a very friendly and attentive staff. The hotel lobby was very clean and appeared to be well maintained. Our room was very nice and had an updated decor. The only issue was parking. We arrived at around five p. M. And there were only about 10 available spaces. We went out for dinner and drinks and arrived back to the hotel around 2 a. M. And couldn't find anywhere to park. We even drove to an adjacent hotel parking lot and couldn't find anywhere. We went inside and complained to the desk and one of the front desk workers was kind enough to go and move her car so that we could park in the front lot.

My experience at this hotel was an excellent one. From our arrival and to our departure the staff were very polite and helpful. I was very impressed by how much the staff care about the little things that will make your stay more comfortable. The room was amazing, every detail eluded elegance and class. The kitchen area was very efficient and they literally you saw that they keep you in mind because everything you needed in terms of utensils were at your fingertips. The breakfast and dinner options were great. I loved the variety and quality of all that we ate. Like I said before they were very helpful and I didn't get a hint of attitude from anyone so I appreciated that greatly. This is definitely a hotel for families to book because it is children friendly and well equipped for extended stays. I did not give five stars because I was a bit disappointed with the pool maintenance. But other than that this is a great hotel.

I have stayed on 4 starts hotels before but this hotel is beautiful and the people that work there makes it a 5 start. Excellent installations, great from desk people. Would stay always there if they were every where.

Great staff, comfortable accommodations and a really funny bartender (Alex? ) The hotel is right across from a shopping plaza, plenty of restaurants and only about 5 minutes from the airport and another 7 or 8 minutes from the cruise port so it's a perfect location if you're flying into FLL.

My wife and I stayed at the Cambria Hotel in Fort Lauderdale. We found the rooms nice and clean spacious. We ate dinner and had drinks in the lounge at the hotel. The chef was fantastic. It was a meal that was made by a world-class chef. His name was Leon.

Don't count on the shuttle. Waited for 30 minutes before shuttle arrived and when it did it was full so they could not take us. Had to wait almost 30 more minutes before they returned. Mediocre breakfast which you have to pay for.

Great hotel! Nice location near the airport. Good sized room and friendly service.

We waited over an hour for our shuttle. When they finally arrived the driver was very rude, threw our bags around carelessly, and drove in a very unsafe manner — which caused our bags to be tossed around more. When we raised the issue with the front desk, absolutely no apologies were made and he more or less said it just is what it is because they only have one shuttle. I would recommend anyone who wants to make their flight or cruise departure, or anyone who doesnt appreciate their personal items being banged up and/or broken not use their shuttle service. The front desk is unhelpful, and if you express even slight dissatisfaction or even ask a simple question you are met with a defensive and condescending attitude.

Timely pickup from the airport, to the hotel. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff were incredibly nice. $20 (for 2) for cruise port transportation. Highly recommend!

Convenient location, the room was clean but has several broken items, the heat wasn't working properly but I felt comfortable here.

Had a weekend stay here and was pleasantly surprised that the property was right by the highway, yet shielded by palms and a lake. Service was great and suites were clean and cozy, very quiet. Did not eat here because I know the local places for food. A very pleasant stay.

The staff was amazing and caring. Being reserve flight crew we were sent here but there was a mistake with the company. The staff fed us free of charge, called the company and made arrangements for us to stay. Beautiful rooms, workout facility is FAB, and the staff who treated us like we were one of there own… Feeling extremely blessed to be welcomed and taken care of! Thank you Cambria Suites! We appreciated your kindness and your hospitality.

Stayed at Cambria Suites for the 1st time this past August and I must say what you see is what you get! Staff was very pleasant and the room was very comfortable, beautiful and CLEANNNNNN! My family will be back again and again and again! The front desk staff was incredible and the most helpful thus far.
