Great lobby with quick check in staff. They do charge for parking but it's fifty percent off if you're Spg platinum. Rooms was fine but could use some updating, as could the club lounge. Can't beat the convenience of the location near the airport. Would stay again.

From the parking attendants, shuttle driver, Courtney at the bar and especially Jazmine at the check in counter made my brief stay incredibly memorable. From the Friday when I parked the vehicle at the hotel and left to Maryland and upon my return, the staff at this hotel has made me reconsider staying with Sheraton and its affiliates instead of my prefered competition The Hilton. Thank you especially to Jazmine for her incredible kindness, professionalism and attention to detail. Jazmine has an incredible spirit and drive and I believe she has the perfect customer service drive that makes people like me the guest feel like family. Thank you again and look forward to see you all again in the near future.

Other comments are right. Even the "upgrade room" smells like mold / mildew. Tired place. No sound proofing. And for the price… Avoid.

This was the perfect hotel. We arrived at 8am from our cruise and took a short 6-7 minute cab ride to the hotel (they had aa free shuttle but we didn't call ahead). We stayed the night before our flight home. Had a double bed room. 4 adults. Spacious enough. Comfortable. Our view was towards the airport, so we could see planed taking off and arriving from our window.

We stayed at the Sheraton Fort Lauderdale because we flew into Ft Lauderdale for a cruise out of Miami. Very convenient for that purpose. Staff was friendly but hotel looked old & used. Carpet on steps in middle of dining room had holes. My cloth napkins had a couple of holes. Bed was not comfortable & sheets felt ruff. But my husband said he had a good nights sleep. It served it's purpose & I would stay there again.

Loved every part of our trip. The Sheraton was a super great place to stay while we were waiting for our cruise. The restaurant was exceptional and the prices were reasonable. The room was super clean and the bed very comfortable. The pool and hot tub looked great, but we did not have enough time to enjoy it. When returning to Ft Lauderdale, we will choose to stay here again.

I work in DCOTA which is across Sheraton, and sometimes I walk to the hotel to get some lunch. BIG MISTAKE! I looked at my bank account this morning to pay some bills, and when I checked on my bill from Sheraton it was 6 dollar over what my bill was. I guess someone wanted a better tip.

Worst hotel I have ever been at. Rooms were filthy. Not to mention they smelled awful. Which I believe was from lack of cleaning and dirty carpets. Also got stuck in the elevator. Food at the bar was decent but way to over priced. The breakfast the next morning tasted awful. I was extremely dissapointment. Over all I would have to say poor management.

Im a fan of sheratons but this is the oldest hotel in the block. Avoid if you can.

No refrigerator or micrpwave in hotel.

The 5 star raters are frauds probably management putting in fake 5 star reviews (check their profiles) The room internet speed is from 1995 (. 43 MBS) @ 10$ a day. I talked to IT support and they said this is the speed it is set to. ARE YOU KIDDING? I talked to the hotel manager and he acted like I was the first person to complain. I would not recommend this hotel. The rooms are sub par, no microwave, no fridge. I think the only reason it stays busy is because of all the cruise ships near by. For a business traveler its is not a good choice.

When we booked the hotel through Starwood, they could not say enough about how wonderful this place was. Not so. The hotel is extremely dirty. The carpets I believe have never been cleaned. We placed items in a safe, which is so outdated, and when we went to claim our items, our cards which we had signed were missing. At the time of check out, our bills were all wrong, they had charged us for everything that were suppose to have included. The servers in the restaurant, are very incompetent. I do not recommend this hotel.

Very nice place, very close to the beach, very nice room only bad bad renew not the bad tube.
