This is one of my favorite hotels. The front desk are amazing and gets the job done fast. I have been staying here with my dogs for a couple weeks, this place is modern style rooms and dog friendly which is a big plus for those of us with dogs or cats. They do serve coffee and the mornings, free Wi-Fi, also have a nice size laundry area that stays clean and machines work great. There is also a security guard around premises at night which is nice as well. There is a nice cleaned pool as well. My stays here are always a pleasure, have been using this hotel for 8 years. And trust me when I tell you it has improved tremendously!

My room had a very modern look and it was clean. The staff was super friendly and very helpful. Check-in was fast and easy to do even without a reservation. They have hardwood floors… which is a plus to me as I feel they are cleaner than carpet rooms. It had adequate towels and toiletries supplies. On my next trip to the area… this will be my pick. I read some negative reviews about the motel and found them to simply be not true for my experience.

Not a bad motel. Budget. Rooms with a fridge. Not far from the beach. Own pool with towels. Clean every day and make water fences. Attentive staff. What's important is it's possible with animals.

Amazing hotel! great staff especially tiana at checking me and my wife in, very cheerful and quick. The room was fair for the price. And the pool was nice when it wasn't raining.

Great location in the middle of everything. Nice staff. Rooms are basic they have a bug problem. A lot of wildlife behind motel which is nice to see. Great people there.

My husband is here working and the rates fit in our budget. The staff is great and help with any problem. I have enjoyed my time here. Within walking distance of food, close to beaches and shopping. If you your down here give them a try.

Clean, safe and comfortable. Lots of places nearby that offer a few more insignificant amenities but charge twice the price or more Free parking and a pool and close to a lot of places. I like no carpeting because it is cleaner. The bed was comfortable. My family enjoyed it. If you don't smoke be sure to ask for a nonsmoking room. If you do smoke they have smoking rooms and pets are allowed.

I really enjoyed my stay. The price was a great value to stay in Miami. The staff was friendly and very helpful. I will stay here again.

Room was clean but bath tub was stopped up. It was really gross to have to take a bath in your own bath water when you didn't plan for it. Asked manager to switch the room or fix it, they said they'd be up soon. No one ever came. I guess you get what you pay for. It was 420 so we needed a smoking room for a good price. And they had the best rate. Check in was very simple since we made a reservation online.

Until today I would have given the motel 3/4 stars. Yes the rooms are musty smelling, no fridge or microwave. Not real safe area at night but it allows pets. Most of the staff has been very nice and polite. Today I finally experienced one that was mean and very rude. After staying here for 11 days and no problems and the staff understanding our situation and paying for our room as required we encountered a "floater employee". He banged on the door yelling that we needed to get out. Never asked if we were staying or even tried to listen to what I was trying to tell him. Very rude, unprofessional and poor customer service. I called and found out that we would need the room another night our RV was not gonna be ready intime. I went out to tell the man and he was gone. I did have my door keys and he had already disabled them. I had my phone and my dogs now locked in the room and I was outside unable to get back in. My dogs were in a panic. Once we went to the office to update them on situation and pay for another night the regular employee at the front desk was embarrassed and apologized. She did not know it was our room that he came to get "tough with" and told to leave. That male employee has terrible people skills. I can say this and know how he should have acted because I was in the Corporate Housing/Property Management/Real Estate field for over 30 years. I would not have allowed any of my staff to treat a customer that way.

We've had a reservation and arrived at 0 o'clock at night after an overseas flight. We were tired and wanted to get to bed quickly. The clerk (Peter? ) at the front desk gave us the roomkey and we went to the room. Unfortunately, the door of the room does not open. The watchman saw us and said that this is already known. We went back to the front desk. Peter then tried to open the door by himself, but could not open the door. He could also not offer a another room either. He then phoned someone and could not help us afterwards. We stood at 1 o'clock at night, tired and exhausted without a room on the street. Luckily there are more hotels in the area and they rented us a room. Motel6? Never again!

Cynthia is awesome! We had landed at the Ft. Lauderdale airport after a red eye at 5am and were looking for a hotel to get a couple more winks at, but no one wanted to give us a room before 3pm. This motel 6 helped us out after calling 10 other places. We were able to get our extra sleep, we were out by noon and the hotel beds were actually very comfortable.

The location was very nice. Close to beaches and recreations. The motel had plenty of parking spots. The service was good and quick at check in and check out. The rooms were comfortable BUT smelled strong to tobacco. When I left all my staff smelled like it. Cleanliness is a great part for me, just for that I don't give it a 5 star. P. S. To give you an example with $30 more I could have gotten a good hotel with breakfast included.

Very nice surprise. Close to the beach. Also close to US 1. Very clean room. Excellent office staff. Very helpful and courteous. Small room, no amenities and no elevator were the negatives.

If I could give this place negative stars I would. We stayed a week. There is absolutely no housekeeping. Never made the bed, emptied the trash, changed the linens or towels or cleaned the floor, even after we asked nicely at the front desk many times. Would not recommend for families. There were several extremely loud and large parties in rooms next or above ours through out the weekend we stayed. The only nice thing that I can say is that they allow pets.

Check in was easy. The staff was exceptionally pleasant and helpful. I would stay at this Motel 6 again. However the floor was not as clean as I would expect and there was no shampoo in the bath. Otherwise it was great. It was quiet, the location was great for access to the airport.

Honestly, despite poor reviews, we had a great time. Maid service was great, our girls Nina and Debera were top notch! Pool was clean and feeding the monkeys out back was a highlight of the place… Will be back next year for sure! A perfect place to stay for spring break college students on a budget.

Two agents at the front desk were outstanding. Hoping you can determine who those were by check in time and thank them for a great job. Would have been a 5 but was missing towels in the room. Otherwise, great job. Thanks again.

Good for one night, excellent for proximity to Fortlauderdele Airport They do not put shampoo, the soap was one only for the three days we were there. We should have bought in general well. Excellent to spend the first night if you arrive from the airport late, and to get back to the airport on your way out.

First I have to say staff were absolutely lovely and nice. However this place is rough. Within first 10 minutes of being there two ladies told us they were robbed and working it out. Twenty minutes later the cops were there and arrested someone after drawing guns and going into his room. Did not feel safe the entire night given this event. Thought maybe this was a once off but when I read other reviews I realized this is pretty common at this place. No sleep all night worrying about family’s safety. Do yourself a favor, pay more, stay elsewhere, and get some sleep.

Not a fancy Motel, but was great for precruise stay. Room was small, but clean. Paula and Nicole were great during Check in. They have worked here hard all day, Landscaping and painting. Everyone been friendly. Nicole recommended we walk to Grandpa's for late breakfast. Great recommendation.

It's pretty good for the price. I do not give 5 stars for the only lack of breakfast, although I know this as a condition in the reservation, would be a plus.

Simple Hotel. No fridge in the room. The microwave is at the reception.

The only good thing about the hotel was the friendly staff. I booked a smoking room. No attempt was made to air out the room all I smelled was tobacco. The sheets had burn holes and bleach stains. I understand a smoking room is for smoking, but presentation is everything. Invest in those room odorizers that spray every so often. Make sure the sheets are presentable. The room had roaches. The small ones and the little brown ones. Didn’t know it was a residential hotel so there was all kinds of noises day and night. Dogs, people, etc.

No wastebasket. I told the receptionist right away and he said that he didn't have any. There were two right there in the lobby, don't you know. It took 15 minutes to get hot water out of the sink. The shower was dangerously slippery. There was no pad or friction strips. The Wi-Fi was so poor that I asked for and got a refund. I could see that I had email but I couldn't open anything.

All very well. Thanks the facilities very well.

Room had mold growing in the bathroom and behind the bed. When we checked in, the floors were moist and a strange smell, but we thought the room had just been cleaned and had used different cleaning product. Upone returning that evening, the floors were still moist and the room still smelled. Half way through the night, I woke up congested. Started looking around for were the smell was coming from. At 3am, we packed our bags and left the motel.

I frequently come to Motel 6 and usually enjoy my stay as well, love the privacy, rates are great … with my Veteran's discount. Please upgrade the bed linings though. Overdue. Keep up the great work.

Zimmer was clean, but it smelled rather stank enormously of chlorine cleaners. Me and my wife got an enormous headache after a few minutes of stay and unfortunately I could only sleep 3h for h. In addition, the shower bar was only provisionally attached, has fallen off after every small touch. Personnel very friendly, value for money with 95dollars we paid at the WE, definitely overpriced, during the week you can stay there from as little as 55 dollars. Summasumarum we wouldn't be coming back.

Richard, in maintenance is always there with a handshake and "welcome back" greeting. It is obvious that the management is working very hard by raising the bar of excellence that is associated with the Motel 6 brand. Special recognition to Fabiola at the front desk who made me feel like an extra special guest. The entire staff has always been very welcoming. Wish I could give Motel 6 Dania Beach 10 Stars because they have certainly earned it.

But that was easily resolved for me after lightin a scented candle and blasting the air conditioning as low as possible. Thank you to the staff of Motel 6 for a pleasurable, enjoyable, and relaxing stay while we awaited for our power to return back.

Excellent front desk staff and cleaning staff. I came to the Dania Beach Motel 6 after Hurricane Irma passed through. I was without air in my house for 8 days. My room at Motel 6 was AWESOME! I stayed for 3 days and left refreshed. Thank you for this experience!

I almost always stay at this motel Dania Bch. This motel is my home away from home. My only problem is the price keeps going up. Other than that this is the best place to stay with the most wonderful staff, including Housekeeping.

I use Motel 6 allot when I do travel. But this place was crazy. Front counter staff was good during check in and the Manager was there helping and she was nice. After that it was all down hill. Stayed at this hotel for an early morning flight out of FLL. With family, people walking around all the time on different floors. Kept getting waked up in all hrs of the night and early morning. There was a fight and people recording it. We ended up getting up early and checking out 4hrs before the flight.

I arrived Friday night, 7/28/2017 and left Tuesday, 8/01/2017. The toilet seat was broken and almost threw me off. The room was full of tiny ants including the bed. I went to the front desk the next morning and complained and they were very good about fixing the toilet seat. I asked housekeeping to change the bedding on Sunday, and she refused saying not until Monday. I asked about the ants and she said they came from the trees behind the Motel and they couldn't do any thing about them An exterminator might help. I received several small bites from the ants. All and all not a very good experience. I have stayed in this location several times before, but never this bad. It may be a little more expensive, but next time I'll choose Super 8.

I have stayed at this particular Motel 6 many times over the years, and that's the reason I always return. It's in a good location, the rates are reasonable, and the staff is always very pleasant and friendly. Special recognition should be made to LEAH, who checked me in on Thursday, July 27. She was very welcoming, friendly and helpful. It's for reasons such as this I use this Motel 6 whenever I'm in the Dania Beach area.

Your staff was non welcoming, unprofessional, and VERY irresponsible! The beds were never serviced, and additional towels were denied. I was told "my towels are accounted for", on top of that a roach can out from under my daughters bed. I was so disappointed, because our family uses your motel during our family vacations. In addition to be rushed out our room, My wife left a satin robe that was gifted to her as a wedding gift. I called multiple time inquiring my lost item, and I was given the poorest service from your staff. I was told let me ask the girls then I was told I'm leaving let the next shift person attend you, for Which finally I got a name of your staff. Ms. Took the call and said I wasn't here but I will ask around and call you back. I NEVER got a call! I'm so infuriated with that location and my experience! I'm STILL calling and NO results! Can YOU please help me?

It was refreshing to come into town early and get an early check in The employees were very efficient and professional. The room smelled fresh and the price was affordable. I will probably turn up again in the next month or so. I would recommend staying here.

The hotel was very good, but it was quite the opposite in the week. While stopping in similar numbers on this network, there was no such negative. The number gave 120 he was from the yard and on the corner of the building, I'd say on a walk, which means at night you can hear the flooding and tell half tourists or locals. The room was terrible. No fridge, no microwave, no small, dirty, bathroom, which, bed and ceiling, dust and web, stains, etc. They called to see if there was a comfortable room in the hotel. The next day you could say you escaped from him and settled in another.

Pet friendly and without a pet fee, great price for what you get in that area, very friendly staff. Nice pool, nothing fancy, but good value. Would stay again.

This was a last minute decision coming back in from a cruise, we wanted to stay an extra day near Ft. Lauderdale. This was the only thing available, so reluctantly we took it. Though skeptical this Motel 6 shocked me. From jump, my wife popped her ACL and was in alot of pain, Keesha (sp) seen us struggling out of our Uber, offered us a spot by the pool, hooked us up with an ice bag and though they were at capacity got us in well before check in. We were even more surprised with the cleanliness of the room and the staff are all super nice! I am a trainer for a hotel company, and though this is not my brand, Keesha I would hire you any day of the week. I hope you see this. Outstanding service! Way to set the bar!

I Terrell Jones checked in to motel 6 on 2/12/16 at 9:30pm. I reserved a non smoking room about two month ago, so when I checked in the lady at the front desk told me that theirs no more non smoking rooms available. I am very disappointed, that I had no choice but to stay in a room that smells like cigarettes I can't stop coughing so I had to by some air freshener witch did not work at all it's very disappointed that I had to sleep in these conditions.

Either the interior of the bathroom toilet bowl was yellow or there was urine in the toilet when we entered our room. There were 3 cigarette burn holes in the bedspread and it was badly wrinkled and unappealing. I saw a large brown stain on my pillow where the pillow case opened as I looked over at the bed. An occupant in the next room periodically bellowed late that night, easily heard by all in the room. The concrete hallways were rife with dirty, dark stains. In my son's room, he awoke in the middle of the night to a blaring smoke alarm in the next room and called to request that it be fixed. The employee on the phone said no one else was on duty and he couldn't leave the office, so he recommended (my son) go back to sleep (with the alarm blaring? ). My son had reserved two non-smoking rooms, and because one of his rooms reeked of smoke, two of his children had to sleep in our room instead of the smoky room. Our schedule did not allow time to report these problems yesterday or we would have.

Sade Washington the general manager acted liked a spoiled brat beast. I was a guest who was assured by Motel staff that I had the right to extend my stay over persons who the motel were on an overbooked list, Instead of providing a 70+ year old senior with the legal rights and responsibilities of the motel and the guest to resolve the situation, she insisted it was against Motel 6 "company policy" and just CALLED THE SHERIFF to threaten my arrest. I was informed that Florida was a state which did not give such a right to a guest and I politely left with out incident. However I have been "banned" from the motel in the future. on a scale of 5 stars I give it a minus 2

Here's how my 4 day stay went. Day 1: checked in and was accused of lying about being active military to get a discount. Showed my ID, no apology. Then listened to other ppl partying all night through the paper thin walls. Day 2: had the maids pound on my door and try to get in 3 times, 3 times asked them to please leave me alone. Day 3: 2 strangers walked into my room at 3am, with keys, scared the piss out of me. Then the front desk called 30 minutes later and accused me of being an an unregistered guest. Day 4: by this time my garbage cans were full and all my clean towels were used up. Not once in 4 days did anyone bother to clean or even restock my room. P. S: when I checked in a guy was politely asking for an extra pillow. They kept refusing until he resorted to getting upset. When I checked out, they were arguing with someone whose cc was charged for nights he didn't stay there. This place is an unbelievable disgrace.

Good rooms, good price; but his service was dropped, so they did not accept cash only credit cards. And no self-service machines running either…

Price was top, after most of the night cost hotels in this area far beyond 100 euro, this Motel 6 was our first choice. We booked this hotel for 7 days, and thus paid a discounted weekly rates with almost 70 EUR per night including tax. It is unusual that the Wi-Fi costs extra. Location is very good, after Miami 10 minutes 30 minutes to beautiful beaches. Room service every 3 days, very clean and ok, even though it was a bit small for 4 persons. Towels can be vewechselt if necessary.

The Hotel room had a strong cigarette smell. He is assumed that it was a smoking-free room. The motel did not have any security guard and to some extent gave a little scared by the easy which is access to rooms from the street. The bathroom did not include courtesy, only soap shampoo. The desahue of the sink was half broken. When a bloower is connected to dry hair, the breaker for the protection of the power receptacle is himself. Fortunately we had one night. Frendly staff. Clean modern rooms. Great price. This Motel 6 has the best staff that I've seen. Stayed while at the Fort Lauderdale Boat Show. The rooms are New Modern motel style. Super friendly staff. Plus its one of the lowest prices in Ft Lauderdale.

New rooms, nice staff over all great value. But they do NOT offer free Wi-Fi I feel like i'm back in the 80s. When I check in the last thing I want to do is go back to the front desk and request internet access charge an extra 5.00 a night and include internet it's 2014. You can't get anything accomplished without internet. Also you have to pay for each device so in my case I had to pay for my laptop, girl friends laptop and my phone in-order to access the internet. Paying isn't a big deal but the internet is not stable and cuts out all the time and paying at the front desk is just very incontinent.

For a motel 6 this one is about average. The manager and staff deserve a special recognition for their courtesy and prompt attention. We were given a smoking room when we had asked for nonsmoking, but the manager came up and apologized and prompt moved us to another room. The rooms have wooden floors. They were probably cleaner than carpets but walking around bare feet felt grimy. I wish they had airport pickups. There is no breakfast and Wi-Fi is $3. The pool was clean but a bit too cold. There is no refrigerator. The AC in our room was not working either. Beds were about average quality.

This is the most HORRIBLE experience I ever had. I have my body full of bed bugs bites, actually I added a pic of them. The swimming pool is all green out of service (picture of it also posted). I have to stay there for two days and they didn't clean up the room for the second day. The toilet got clogged on the second day. And the a/c just keep the room one degree below the outside temperature. I complained about all this when I checked out, and the lady in the front desk ofered me a 15% discount for my next visit. Ironic I guess, because I rather sleep under a bridge than there. I wish I can rate this place with — 5 stars, but I have to give them one because this rating system requirements. Keep driving, go somewhere else. Is for your safety.

You must not forget it is a motel and a hotel and at worst hurry just fucking neighbors. I think it's the best Motel 6 what we had in Florida. 1.2.2014 everything is newly renovated. Forget not the roaches Florida with tropical Klina clearly you've got here but then kaufste just fall and after the 4th day, which ignore anyway. The service is very nice and who movies on your laptop or cell phone has can it connect via USB or HDMI to the TV. The walk to the beach are less than 3 km at 40 crad I would need to go walk me there to burn on the way. In the surrounding tropical forests life which like accept monkey bananas but caution there are just wild animals. I would come at any time. Greetings from Florida, and not so very german thinking this is America there are many things different.
