Pretty decent hotel actually, better than alot of named brand hotels. Little over priced I think but I stayed for 2 days and it was all good. Directv, bed comfortable, fridge and microwave in room, shower was great, very clean and very nice people who run it. I will without a doubt stay here when in town. This is my new hotel to stay at.

We stayed last minute in the middle of the night, the room was very clean and better than most motels! The man running the desk was kind and helpful, we definitely would stay again.

Clean rooms that smelled nice. Towels that smelled nice. Nice big room. Itty bitty bathroom.

Horrible value and one of the worst motels I have ever stayed at. For 70 bucks you get a stinky room with no art on the walls, no breakfast, and abysmal service. The family who owns this place speaks almost no English, which is fine unless you need something, or when one of the owners beats on your door to yell at you for something you can't understand. I have never been treated so rudely at a motel. Do yourself a favor — drive the extra 10 miles into Denver where you actually get some value for your money, and treated like a guest instead of a pest.

Friendly staff, peaceful, and allows pets, just be sure to tell them about your pets and how many, they charge $10 per pet, but if you don't they will charge you $50 per unauthorized pet and doubtful that you will get any security deposit back, so be honest :) I had a wonderful stay, clean room, plenty of towels, husband loved the shower head, and room was good sized, only thing keeping me from rating it a full 5 stars is that the rug had a burn from an iron, there was a mysterious stain on trim near bathroom door along with a hole in door frame of bathroom and there was a small gap in outside door that you could see light coming through, door did not feel like it was shut/secure, but may have only been that room and maintenance had been by for a work order (didn't know why) but was surprised to see it occupied, front desk rented it out and must not have told him because he opened the door and had a look of shock as I did and then apologized repeatedly. Harmless mistake but luckily it didn't happen to someone else who would not be so understanding :) 1St shift needs to communicate with 2nd shift (night shift) better. But all in all, good place :)

Clean and efficient room, good price and allowed my 2 dogs. Was able to park my uhaul as well. Really good spot when you’re on the road.

It's fine. Bare bones, not fashionable or trendy, but clean and safe and fairly priced. Fridge, microwave, satellite TV. I've stayed in a lot worse.

Only stayed here based on an ad in those highway hotel books you get in the rest areas. Said newly renovated. Hah! The room was tiny, but we killed at least 7 flies in the first ten minutes. It must be an ongoing problem because the room came with a fly swatter. No soap dish/washcloth bar in the tub, the tub faucet was so loose it took 2 hands to pull up the shower lever. The hair dryer was present, but the plug had been broken and it did not function. We did not try the microwave, but I felt inside the refrigerator and it was only barely cold. I may have been able to make it colder, but didn't try. Ugly orange paint on the walls, nails where are may have once been, baseboards lacking, bathroom door damaged. Old outdated tub and poor caulking. Old stains made it look dirty. That being said, the bed was comfortable and the heater functional. Not worth the coupon price of 55.95 for 1 bed. Only places nearby to eat was a bar and an overpriced Mexican restaurant. Plan your trip to skip this one.

The desk staff was very cordial and good humored. He did did is best to accommodate my handicapped Mom. The room was clean and very comfortable.

It has the basics… Relatively warm water in the shower, an almost comfortable bed, but the TV didn't function in my room.

Great place to lay your head. Lowest price even when all the other hotels are full. You won't find the perks of large chain motels. You will find nice staff and clean rooms (although they seem to be in various states of repair or updating). Good customer service gets an extra star.

Stopping @ 3am to get out of a snow storm. Clean, cheap, comfortable, no funky smells, owner was fantastic, no bed bugs. Nothing special or spectacular but was exactly what we needed. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

Not bad for a local joint. Clean and comfortable. $60 With AARP rate, but they dinged us $20 for our two cats, which is not totally unreasonable; some animals can be destructive. Would stay again.

Great place to stay. Nice new upgrades new carpet paint new lighting and tile in most rooms. Very clean and pet friendly. Flat screen tvs and fridge and microwave coffee pots in rooms … Office staff is great and great prices!

Nice Place to stay. Years old, but it is clean and Beds are OK. Just a place to shower and sleep. Just beside is Lulus inn, a very good Bar with live musik!

They accept cash and clean, quite. Little outdated but considering the age its good.

Cheap, but still overpriced. Dirty. Needs basic repairs.

Could use a better weekly rate but judging the area we are in, it's probably the best we'll find.

I would never ever stay here again. We booked our room for two nights through priceline and prepayed so we were stuck with it. The shower wall had some unidentified goop on it, the fan in the bathroom was open with wires exposed, the bedding is older than I am and for a non-smoking room there were ciggarette burns on the blankets. The location was super creepy only a run down diner and a crusty truck stop around. I literally slept with a can of mace in my hand because there were no dead bolts of any kind on the door and that is one of the nastiness areas around Denver. All around horrible experience.

A little dated but cheap and clean.

The hotel used to be a Mom and Pop operation. As they aged out it got a bit ragged and they sold out to the US ethnic minority buying up independent hotels to squeeze every penny out. Had the classic under-wattage light bulbs, heat that needed to be fully turned off by the husbands wrench and a front door that was hard to latch (and no safety latch). Way overpriced.
