Staff here was great. We really enjoyed Christian at the front desk. He was knowledgeable, friendly and always had a smile on.

Perfect for what I needed. JUST a place to spend the night. Quiet, comfortable, inexpensive with my Veterans Discount; $94 with tax. NO breakfast BUT I didn't want one. Only took 1 hour from hotel to Denver airport. Nearby multiple restaurants so plenty of options for dinner. Kitchenette was in room in case you wanted to cook. I'd stay here again.

What a wonderful place to have stayed. Very comfortable bed and comfortable room. I had a fridge, microwave and stove. There was also a nice leather chair to sit in. Great flat screen TV too. Very comfortable room. Bring your own pots and pans or they sell them there.

The front desk was very helpful and polite. We had a different hotel cancel our reservation and give away our room and My Place was able to get us a room and make sure we were good to go even at 2am. Highly recommend that travels consider it as a great option to stay!

I was certainly unhappy when I left My Place in mid-January after a 4.5 month stay. I expected to remain there until I moved onto a new home this summer. However, beginning in early December things took a turn for the worse. I was being harassed by the maintenance man, my room was continually being passed over for cleaning (they are supposed to clean ever 4 days) and the Wi-Fi, which had worked fine the first 3 months, began working intermittently. I would get bumped offline about once every 30 minutes and I would have to log back in before I could continue what I was doing. I never had a problem with the Wi-Fi at any other of the 10 hotels I've stayed at during the past 6+ months, so I was certainly not pleased when the manager told me I was the only one having a problem. That was the first of many lies because one of the housekeepers had already told me he had to help one of the other guests reconnect to the internet. The maintenance man began harassing me and he did so 3 times. The last 2 incidents occurred at the front desk. I know he has a lot of free time but he definitely shouldn't be dealing with guests when there are plenty of other productive things he could be taking care of. Perhaps he's the guy in charge when the manager is out of the building because the manager was not present on any of the 3 occasions the maintenance guy harassed me.

Ever heard looks may be diceving well that's this place. They Like to suck you in and with there good look and their so called "friendly" service, become good friends with you and then back stabe you in the back. Me and my fiance really liked it there in the begin, but then. Our car got stolen from there and crime there every thing got worse the cop are there quite a bit for prostitutes and drugs and the will cause you of as much as they can. So if you need a place to stay in Loveland co don't to My Place Hotle or the Woodsprings next door.

Amazing rooms and the service was by far the best I seen.

The guy that works at night is rude as hell dont ask him gor anytging inless you want to be told that he cant do anything and u have to wait till the next day.

My place is the cleanest and has the most wonderful and cheerfull staff out of all hotels iv'e been at so far. And the service behind the front desk is unbelievable like nothing you'll experience anywhere else. And thats a promise. So anyone thats in town or coming to town check it out for sure. I promise you'll be more than happy and a 100% satisfied guaranteed…

The rooms here are so nice. It's like walking into a small studio apartment. Best thing about the place was the bed. I've been in a LOT of hotels and the bed here was the most comfortable one ever.

This is a great hotel! Clean and quiet with really comfortable beds. There is also a recliner in my room with a 40" HD TV with many channels including HBO. The staff here is very friendly, courteous and helpful. You won't find a better deal than the My Place Hotel in Loveland.

I could live here! Clean, comfortable, affordable, spacious, and everything you need for an extended stay. It's like a studio with lot's of storage.

The only difference between this place Extended Stay America and Studio 6 is that your rates are 3 times as high and you do not provide anything for the kitchenette. Studio 6 and Extended Stay both have much cheaper rates and provide everything needed for the kitchenette.

We stayed here while getting my daughter settled at CSU. The room was very roomy and clean, the staff was very nice even though they were in the middle of a software upgrade.

Amazing stay. Four people we stayed one night and the room was cheap and great. Very clean and very friendly service. Also they have gorgeous flowers. 10/10 would recommend.

Good price for a one night stay. Room was clean, spacious with a functional decor. The sink drained slowly but the full sized refrigerator was wonderful. My very early am check in was quick, easy and included a security measure of having the front entrance locked with no wait for admittance. Hallways and the lobby restroom were desperately in need of cleaning as they must of had a busy evening. Due to interstate construction it is a little difficult to get to. Normally it is probably very easy. Very close to the Event center and fair grounds.

This place is just OK. Friendly, nice clean rooms but that is it. As stated in other reviews there are 2 things listed as amenities: free Wi-Fi and a BBQ grill out back (and that is about it). There are kitchenettes in the room but NO PLATES, UTENSILS, COOKING IMPLEMENTS, ETC. Essentially nothing to cook with or eat off. How this place got 5* is beyond me.

While I didn't actually stay here their customer service is exemplary! Because of computer glitch they were overbooked by a few rooms. I had to wait for the manager to return and had a nice conversation with the man at the desk. When the manager returned he had already booked and paid for me to stay at another hotel just down the road. He was very apologetic. He took what could have been a very stressful experience for me and turned it into a very pleasant one. This hotel is very bare bones but that is reflected in the price. The hotel I ended up staying in was nicer in terms of amenities and more expensive but he made up the difference for my inconvenience.

Very friendly and welcoming staff! Extremely comfortable beds. I left something in the room and they mailed it back to me free of charge! I recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a great night's stay and wonderful experience!

Amazing rooms with kitchenette. Got a great price from expedia.

What really made the room 5 star worthy was the small kitchenette that came with a microwave, toaster, coffee pot, full-sized fridge, and ample storage. The rest of the room was a standard hotel issue room; two bed, one bath. All in all a very relaxing and reliable visit.
