Very Accommodating and well kept. Very helpful and nice staff as well.

Stayed there two nights about a week ago. Great hotel. Very clean, comfortable and welcoming. I was traveling with a dog and they were kind enough to give us a first floor room close to the exit. I definitely recommend this hotel.

Think Homewood without the free breakfast and separate bedroom or sofa. You get a full kitchen minus an oven, clean comfortable room, laundry room on site, fitness center. We'll definitely be looking for these when we want to stay multiple days and cook our own food.

While in Loveland on business, I was at this location for 2 weeks. I have to say the free fruit, biweekly free donuts, and free coffee are just a bonus. The rooms were very clean and the staff were always friendly as well as readily available for help.

My fiance and I were in Loveland, CO for two weeks for a business trip and we were assigned to stay at Candlewood Suites. First off, our pet fee was waived due to high business volume via the company she works through, something they didnt need to do. We were allowed to pick our housekeeping schedule to accomodate our pet and were given advanced notice as to when they would arrive. The Candlewood Cupboard was ALWAYS stocked and had fresh coffee and fruit as well as fresh, delicious donuts every Tuesday and Friday. The laundry room never had a wait on the machines which was also nice. Our rooms were cleaned with care and always felt like home when we returned each day. Also, how could one complain when there was a great view of the Rockies outside the door! Overall, a very delightful two week stay in Loveland at your hotel.

The location of the room was very convenient since we had a dog with us. And the facilities were nice.

Not far from the interstate. Friendly, down-home atmosphere. Not luxurious, but adequate, with some nice touches like outdoor BBQ grills, a gym, etc. Pet friendly. No pool. We only stayed one night, so no in-depth review.

Yikes, this is a very unpleasant hotel. The rooms are run down, furniture falling apart and since it’s extended stay housekeeping doesn’t come every day. Head to embassy or residence in for a better stay.

Nice room. Very spacious. Kitchenette in room. No continental breakfast, but do offer fruit and coffee.

This hotel had the only competent employee within 25 miles. The employees at the other hotels seemed like they were stoned not like the funny haha type of stoned either.

Very comfortable stay. Service was great as well. There was noise from the road at times but it wasn't unbearable.

Very nice room with extremely friendly staff. Full DirecTV and free internet with very usable speeds.

Great view of Fireworks from our 3rd floor room during the Larimer Co. Fair. We have stayed here 3 times in the last 12 months & it's one of the best finds right off I-25. Convenience store/gas station, & several restaurants within walking distance, including the famous Boot Grill. Covered outdoor patio with 2 gas BBQ' s for use & aptly furnished kitchenette. Benson Sculpture Garden just down the road & several parks, lakes & walking trails close by. Did I mention the Budweiser Biergarten is here too?! STAY HERE! ❤

Staff was great and so was the room. We had never stayed at a Candlewood Suites before, but now that we have, we definitely will be a repeat customer. Love how they have a "locker" where u can borrow kitchen gadgets and bored games. An above average hotel for sure!

Friendly staff, nice location, I had a nice room with full kitchen but the room was VERY small, decent rates, would visit again.

We did not stay at Candlewood, but did go to the Suites for a wedding preparation party. The hotel seemed very accommodating for what we wanted to use it for. The bride and groom spoke very highly of the hotel, but what we noticed was that they had a nice, clean facility, the hotel was very quiet, despite the high number of guests, and the staff was very friendly and accommodating for us, making sure we got to where we needed. Again, I'm not sure about the overnight aspects of this hotel, but I saw some very good signs that this would be a great place to stay.

During the blizzard on March 23 our power went out and was scheduled to be down a few days. We called around to different hotels and found this one. Zach at the front desk was very helpful getting us a room, a crib, and movies and games for the kids. We had a great experience!

I booked a 2 queen bed room 10 months ago. 3 hours before check in they call me and say they over booked. After much arguing They say they will give me the room I booked and when I open the door… One queen bed, for a family of 5. Then today I show up after a softball game and there is no clean towels in the hotel. You also can't call other rooms from your room.

This is our second time staying here and have truly enjoyed it. This is why I reserved this stay last May for our special event this weekend. The absolute BEST STAFF EVER! My family had a 2 month stay and they went above and beyond. Amber, Sean, Jason, Christina and Sydney… they make you want to come back.

The rooms are beautiful and very clean. I love the little store they have, and on the honor system. I would stay there again.

Very dysfunctional staff. No one seems to know what or how to do anything except the housekeeping staff. You will never see the manager. She is always in her office. She needs to be at the front desk training and come back at night to see what the employees are doing. You always have to ask for the simple things like sugar for the coffee, making sure both computers in the office center are working for the guest, and hold guests accountable for barking dogs. If they can't control them, they should be asked to leave. Never pay for anything with a debt/credit card. You will be overcharged and angry with the time it takes to fix it. For the rates they charge in this area, they need to get it together with the customer service.

Awesome place to stay. Stayed on my way back from Sturgis, free laundry and a full kitchen were a plus. Clean rooms, helpful and friendly staff.

Great amenities, nice staff. Pretty good bang for your buck. Free laundry services too. On site pantry with free coffee. I would give a five star, but some of the recliners in the rooms and lounge area need to be replaced. Either way, It's a winner in my book.

This was the worst place I've ever been to the rooms are small the curtains wouldn't cover the windows for the lights coming through the bedding was dirty like it was slept in and they didn't change the sheets the rooms thermostat not user friendly the towels felt dirty and when I complained they just ignored me.

I've spent over 6 months of my life here, as has my dog. The staff has never been anything less than tremendous. And a 1 time 50 dollar pet fee.

Great suits for an extended stay. Cozy rooms, plenty of amenities. Friendly staff.

After spending the last eight months in Hotels (3 of them at Candlewood Loveland) I can say that this place is, by far, the best extended stay hotel around. I really miss Candlewood Loveland and I highly recommend staying there.

Don't rent here. They confirmed this morning they rent rooms by the week and the fee would be $159.99. When I confirmed that my son would be able to get there I called back to confirm the reservation to be advised that the fee would be $693.00 for the week. They refuse to make any better accommodations to the price to get it closer to the quoted amount and said that the person they left to answer telephones in only on his second day of work and that he doesn't know the prices. Very poor customer service and not willing to work with you when they make a mistake, they say it is your fault. I even spoke to the corporate office and got the same response.
