Great hotel, exceptional customer service, great pool with a slide for the kids.

Fale and rude staff had to ask for my room get maintenance! water if freeeeeeeezzzzzzsing!

The staff is the best! The rooms are always clean and ready.

Everything about our recent stay was wonderful. The hotel was spotless, the staff was so friendly and the kids had a blast at the pool. Sebastian was super accommodating to our family and was so kind to our daughter who had a breathing incident — he made sure several times that she was ok and that we didn’t need anything.

Pool with water slide that the kids love. Bigger sized hot tub. Room was nice and clean. The bathroom is on the bigger size. Continental breakfast was okay, all your average food but has many options. A nice sports bar called The Boot is within walking distance. Front desk was great when checking in. I noticed they have a small area to buy snacks/drinks. Overall a little pricey but we will definitely be staying here again!

Very clean, it has indoor pool and breakfast!

First night we had to change rooms due to the air conditioner not working. Next morning we moved our stuff back to the original room because they was having the air conditioner fixed that day. Needless to say it was never fixed and we had spiders in our beds. Not to mention every room key we got didn’t work. Not exactly how we planned to spend our nights in a hotel.

Great staff. Helpful polite. Best breakfast I’ve ever had at a hotel. The ladies in the kitchen take pride in their job. Immaculate rooms.

I immediately got a great vibe walking in the front door. The front desk staff was attentive and checking in was a breeze.

This was one of the best if not the best Holiday inn Expresses I've stayed in. During check-in, the desk clerk recognized that I was a hotel member and greeted me accordingly. She also annotated my member points on the room key envelope. This has never been done for me before. There were several food options for the complimentary breakfast. We were very pleased with the room accommodations. The towel shaped bunny rabbit on the bed was a cute touch. The only negative I have is what ever room freshener they use was a little over bearing. It smelled nice but it was just too much.

For the (high) price, it's dated and economy finidhes. We really wanted this to be awesome, the staff was very nice, but in 4 days and 3 nights, we had some sort of issue every day. Every day. For almost $200/night, the location, location, location did NOT make up for the issues. Too many choices close by to settle for this. Don't believe the TV commercials about an improved breakfast. Not good. Wish that I could say it was great, but I'd avoid this one.

We had 2 rooms while we were in Loveland because we had a booth at the Larimer County Fair. The rooms were very clean & comfortable, the staff was professional and courteous, and the breakfast was delicious — great selection and the counters & tables clean and tidy! We will definitely stay again! Thank you for a very comfortable stay!

Great place! Fun water slide, comfortable beds, whole place was very clean. Nice patio with gas grill to cook your own dinner. Breakfast was fantastic too.

Best staff I have encountered at holiday inn. Water slide in pool is a bonus. Breakfast and rooms are in need of a slight upgrade but the staff make it enjoyable.

A delightful place to stay! Relaxing, friendly staff that go beyond their duty to make you feel comfortable and effortless. My executive suite was even more than I expected. Comfortable beds. Sheets so soft! Service and stay exceptional. Will return.

I've stayed at this hotel twice. Both times were awesome. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The pool is fun, and the staff is great. The breakfast is always good too.

I stay at this hotel every time I come to visit my friends and family in Colorado. The service provided by their staff is second to none! The general manager, Sebastian, and his staff were especially helpful during our most recent stay. We will definitely be returning customers! Did we mention the biscuits and gravy?!?! Or the water slide?! Such a great find!

This is an excellent place to stay. The staff is very helpful with anything needed and are great for referrals to activities and restaurants. The pool and slide are terrific!

Intresting experiece. Didn't know hotel managers make a practice of changing your king suite reservation over to a regular double queen. Didn't know until we walked in the room. They did reduce the price though. Money doesn't cover deception. Won't be back.

Staff are very nice, helpful and accommodating including the housekeepers. Unfortunately, I have to rate it a 3 stars, nothing like having a good night sleep. I can't sleep well because the bed and pillows are not comfortable. It's an old bed with indentation.

I stayed here for 2 weeks and it was great. They have the friendliest staff, really clean and comfortable rooms, and a great breakfast. I don't think I ever saw a staff member without a smile on their face and everyone said, "Hello, " when you passed by. There was always someone available at the front desk, always newspapers available in the morning, and a snack area near the front desk where you could easily charge snacks to your room. They often had cookies at the front desk too! I was here for training with a large group of people, when we got back from training on a Friday they had put together a pizza party for us. It was a really great and unexpected surprise after a long week. I can't say enough good things about this place.

Everything we needed and more. The front desk staff was very nice. It was great to have extra snacks to purchase onsite for the kids. Delicious breakfast, great pool and slide. Perfect walking distance from restaurants. Comfortable, clean rooms that were quiet and plenty big for our party of five. I would highly recommend for a family.

Always nice and clean, conveniently located right off the highway, and a good selection for breakfast. Plus the pool has a small slide for the kids.

Nice place, clean and friendly staff. Love the rooms with bunkbeds and beanbags for the kids in their own walled off room. The pool is small but the kids loved the waterslide. Close to many shopping and eating areas and hockey.

I came to pick up a friend for dinner. The reception was very friendly and had obviously taken good care of my friend, as they greeted her by name. The lobby was clean and welcoming.

This place is okay. It's not as nice as other Holiday Inn Express hotels I've stayed in. The beds are way too firm and our bedding was all stained. But the staff was very nice and the free breakfast was pretty good.

Easy to find, close to I 25 but no problems with traffic noise. Facilities were clean and up to date. Staff was incredible. We had a problem with our room and we were promptly moved into another room and the staff took care other needs. Beds were comfortable, room was clean and our kids loved the waterslide.

This location is clean, comfortable and quiet. I have to say the staff is exceptional Allison and Lexi at the front desk are great assets. The manager is Sebastian the General manager is a total professional and just plain nice. I am a platinum member and they treated us like kings. I will be back here again because of the great people that work at this location. They are just the best I have encountered in a long time.

I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn in Loveland because my boys were having a martial arts tournament close by. We chose to stay at the Holiday Inn because of the slide in the swimming pool. We stayed on a Friday night, so my boys wanted to go swim. As soon as we walked into the pool, we could not smell chlorine, and the pool didn't smell clean. We went ahead and went into the pool. As soon as we came back to the room, my husband's back started itching. We thought nothing of it. The next couple of days my husband starting breaking out with a rash on his back and butt. The red bumps continued to his legs and stomach. After a couple of weeks with this rash, he went to see his doctor. As soon as his doctor saw him, he asked if he had been in a hot tub. My husband told him that he had not but had been swimming at the Holiday Inn. The doctor told him that the water was dirty, so it caused him to have a skin infection. My husband was given antibiotics to take for the next 14 days. Because of all of his stress with his rash, he had missed work, he had to stop his Tae Kwon Do school. This has been very stressful for my family. I understand the importance of keeping a pool clean at all times especially on the weekends, because I manage an apartment community. On the weekends, maintenance has to make sure that the chemicals are are balanced.

The conference room was so clean and well kept.

Stayed 2 consecutive nights. Very friendly staff. Had an issue with the heater in room 105. They discounted our bill after they were notified. Would stay again if I am ever in the area.

I'm a HIE rewards member because I always have good experiences at these hotels. Clean, quiet and new facilities. The best part is that pets are not allowed. I'm allergic to pet hair and I applaud HIE for their no pets policy. Good job keep up the good work!

Positives: It's a decent, clean place with friendly staff. TV is very good. The beds are comfortable and you get plenty of pillows. The managers and staff are very attentive. The bill was accurate. Negatives: Street noise every morning early. Breakfast is very very average. My room had three problems — — a desk phone that didn't work (but was fixed), and two problems with the bathroom. Also, they charge your credit card for $25 up front for incidentals, instead of waiting til the end of your stay. Then you have to wait to get the money back. (Other places do not hit your card unless you actually charge some incidentals. ) The jacuzzi and the pool both had visible dirt in the bottom. No manager's reception/hors d'oeurves. Summary: It'll do in a pinch. Pretty comfortable — — but there are better places to spend three digits a night.
