Rude staff, late to check us in and not Covid clean.

The rooms are always clean! Pillows are to die for! Clean bedding! Pool area is just the right area for kids. And nothing better than the shops in town and the beautiful Rocky Mtns and the Thompson River a small walk from the front door!

Great location, super close to family friendly venues and Downtown. Super spacious suites and a good workout center.

Great experience! Booked last minute and had so much fun!

The walkways were not shoveled I mean others were shoveled but not the ones leading to our unit. Our unit had bad carpet, 4 full size towels in a unit that sleeps 6, was going to grill but grill had an empty tank of propane, and the front gate was closed but they failed to mention that during reservation setup or when I was emailing them. Also when I checked in the lady manning the front desk was rude. I’m sure there are other job opportunities available if they don’t want to be doing that job. Worst experience ever with this company and I’ve been an owner since 2002.

Great location right outside of a Rocky Mountain National Park. River flows right next to the park and it has a great pool and hot tubs. Best part about the park, no calls for us to come down for owner updates. Woohoo! Definitely a great place to stay.

We just had an amazing experience with the front desk at WorldMark Estes Park. We were having some difficulty with our Airbnb host and Kyle and Paul were both so helpful and making sure that our honeymoon started on the right foot. Thank you to both of those kind souls for all that they did to make sure this couple has a very memorable honeymoon! Also, the rooms are gorgeous, the fireplace is perfect, and the views are breathtaking. Highly recommend this place!

Located along the river so nice however our bathrooms smelled of urine I cleaned them again myself they did offer to clean again. I loved the amenities perfect for family. The concierge could have been more helpful and friendly it is a hospitality industry. Remember not to take your guests for granted. 4 stars for facilities 3 for staff.

Great resort! Lovely mountain views, several hot tubs, free movie library, billiards, ping pong, and a beautiful creek running along the length of the property. Our rooms were beautifully decorated and the staff was friendly and helpful.

Great place. Close to town yet far enough away to feel peaceful and quiet. Rooms are clean, but that should be expected from worldmark since they charge their timeshare owners cleaning fees on top of their dues.

We are on day 2 of our 3 day trip. We were able to check in early, got a free movie rental and have plenty of space in our room. This is our first stay at a WorldMark since becoming owners. My daughter and I went hiking this morning along the river. We have a grill & hot tub at our building. We are looking forward to using both this evening. We can't wait to grill the trout we caught at the Trout Haven Fishing Pond. Our only complaint is the lack of curtains on the windows and a weird humming sound at night.

Nice property, especially the grounds. Nice pool. Good location but not walkable to town. Staff were great and helpful. Our 2br unit was fine, super clean. Not many kitchen amenities. A better coffee maker, and more comfortable living room furniture would improve the unit.

One of the best WorldMark properties I've stayed. Very cute, clean, and friendly staff. Highly recommend.

Beautiful place, river running right by the property. Cute little town to walk around.
Did not like my studio room very much, there was no place for me to sit outside, had to walk around to find a table outside. Would have been great to have some kind of porch, patio, deck for the building with the studios. All that wonderful water, but could not see or hear from my room.

Pizza is tasty, but service has a lot to be desired. Took 45 minutes to get pizza when other couple received there's in 30 minutes. Place was not busy… so have time to spare if you go.

Great location, close enough to the downtown area that you can easily drive over, but just far enough away that there isn't nearly as much traffic. The room was well appointed with almost everything you would need for an extended stay. My only complaints would be the hot water seemed lacking, it normally took 10 minutes of the shower going on it's hottest setting before it was warm enough to use. The other is the loveseat in living area. After a day of shopping or visiting the national park, it would be nice to have a little better area to relax. The loveseat was very "short" feeling, like you are going to fall off the front of the seat. Other than those 2 little things, amazing location. We would stay here again anytime.

This was the worst experience. Called and booked the room the staff guaranteed us a specific room on the river and when we checked into the room was not the room guaranteed by the staff. The room was super small compared to the room guaranteed to us by James. The staff said that they could not fix the problem by moving us rooms. I will not stay at this place ever again or ever recommend this place to anyone else.

We stayed at this place last year and absolutely loved it our room was spacious and the staff was friendly, however this time around the staff was horrible. They did not stand behind what they guaranteed us and they were very rude. We definitely will not be staying at this place ever again and will not recommended it to anyone.

Beautiful location along the Thompson River. The rooms are exceptionally clean and comfortable. The staff is friendly and anxious to assist you in any way. They have provided a wonderful resource book for amazing hikes and local attractions. Definitely a WorldMark winner!

One of our go to quick vacation spots. Great location in Estes. Easy to get to downtown and up into RMNP.

It’s nice. The amenities are good and the rooms are modern and clean. Paying for the Wi-Fi is a pain and we initially had issues with the connection. Price is reasonable for the quality but perhaps slightly higher than surrounding places.

This is my third stay at the WorldMark and they always make my stay a great one. I'm close to everything I love to do, and the amenities make my downtown great too.

I'm easy. All I need are SUPER friendly people at the resort, clean facilities and access to all activities. 5/5

The room was a little late but they made up for it with a pool table and ping pong table. The room was amazing, cleanest hotel I've ever seen. They provided soap, shampoo and towels of great quality. Amazing activities to do including mini golf, go karts, trout fishing and many more. Overall I rate it 5 out of 5 stars.

The rooms were nice. One room smelled of stale marijuana smoke. We informed the front desk and they said they would look into it. Nothing more came of it. The kitchen was clean and stocked. The Wi-Fi was not free. The hot tub near us was hot but the other two hot tubs were luke warm. Location was convenient and overall I would recommend this facility.

This is one of the most beautiful places in the country. It is kept very clean and the people are wonderful. The scenery is what it's all about though, just utterly gorgeous!

Above average Sushi at a reasonable price. The staff is really nice too. We visit this place a lot when we don't wanna do something as expense as some of the other good places around town.

It's a good place to stay if you're in Estes Park. Rooms a clean, comfortable, up to date and of good size. Three stars because this resort doesn't have much in the way of amenities. No restaurant no activitys of any kind. You get a pool/pingpong table, workout room, outdoor pool (seasonal) and a hot tub (year-round). That's it. Pretty much your standard hotel stuff but huge rooms.

The WorldMark is up to date. The cabins look nice and new. The rooms are conveniently located so you don't have to walk too far to get all of your stuff to your cabin. They have a fitness room, a recreation room, pool and hot tubs. It also has places to walk around the area and everyone was nice. Thanks Jan, for all of your help while we were here.

Came right after Xmas and it is beautup here. The town is lovely and the customer service is perfect. There's still plenty to do even in winter.

Nice and clean rooms, but just a tad dated. The bathroom in our room needed some love and care as the fixtures were a bit worn. The bed was comfortable (thank goodness). The TV in the living room was anemic but that was ok because we were with great friends. The hot tub was more of a "warm tub" and could have used a few degrees more heat. Overall we enjoyed our stay and will come back if the opportunity arises.

Stayed in a one bedroom studio and was perfect. Fully furnished, didn’t need anything. Multiple hot tubs were exceptional, close to town, and saw wildlife on multiple occasions. Great place to stay in Estes.

The Estes Park location was beautiful and quiet. The check in process was quick and the front desk staff was so nice and thankful for being their guests. Our unit was on the 2nd floor we had stairs to get to it, but we knew that before we arrived. It was very nice to turn on the gas fireplace in the morings. We ventured to the hot tub and it was awesome looking at the view while enjoy the nice soak. Bonus was the large number of cow and bull elk through the area in the evenings. We will for sure be returning.

Clean modern rooms, friendly staff, multiple hot tub locations and a good size pool. We stayed in building 17, which is less than 20 feet from the river that you can fish from. It has everything you need and easy quick drive to downtown Estes.

Absolutely exceptional! Check in was smooth & friendly. The condo was immaculate and fully stocked. Wish we'd had more than one night.

The only Worldmark I've stayed at where we had to wait hours to check in. Location is great however. Estes Park is beautiful. Really fun town. Rooms here are also smaller than anywhere else.

We had the one bedroom cottage, which was nice. Bedroom was a little small but still usable and acceptable. It was close to the river and pools. The resort is close to town. Worldmark is always easy to check in and always helpful. We have been here plenty of times and will go back again.

Stayed the week in a 2 bdrm unit. The decor and furnishing are nice and what I've come to expect from Worldmark. The only downside is the unit is quite small. It seems much closer to the size of a normal one bdrm. Other being cozy, I can't complain. The property is beautiful. It is located right on a nice river, there is wildlife all around, and the mountain can be breathtaking. All of the resort amenities are nice including gas grills near the units, spas, and a heated swimming pool. The staff is polite and helpful. We will certainly be back.

Room is nice balcony. Or patio would be great and gave to pay for Wi-Fi.

I can't say enough about WorldMark, or Estes Park. Right next the river for fishing or just relaxing listening to the water. Very clean and comfortable cabins/rooms. The local amenities are excellent, with trout ponds, tours, trails, nice dining and entertainment halls. Beautiful views and beautiful people.

Good place and house but it was different than the picture posted. Said 3 br and was provided 2br and said living room as 3br.

Great location, great accommodations and spacious rooms.

The room was reasonably priced. Internet was not included, which was annoying. We arrived earlier than our check in time but they were able to swap us out to an equivalent room which was ready for early check in.

The WorldMark is up to date. The cabins look nice and new. The rooms are conveniently located so you don't have to walk too far to get all of your stuff to your cabin. They have a fitness room, a recreation room, pool and hot tubs. It also has places to walk around the area and everyone was nice, helpful and were there if we needed them. The area the resort is located is a perfect location in Estes Park. The rooms were very clean and staff was courteous.

Worldmark Estes Park has always been a nice getaway for me. Their staff is friendly and they recently upgraded some of their rooms from the last time I stayed here which was in October. The only complaint I have is that they have the old school bath tubs/showers that get EXTREMELY slippery. When I asked the staff if they had rubber bath mats, they said that the company has phased them out and are no longer available. It just seems like a pretty big safety hazard and a lawsuit waiting to happen. Aside from that though, no complaints!

Great location in relation to the state Park, fully equipped kitchen, cool place.

The accommodations were nicely appointed. They had the necessities and some. The beds and pillows were too soft for my liking but not awful. The place was clean, staff was very friendly and the location was excellent.

Even though the room was supposed to be updated everything was outdated.

Just got back from 8 days. We brought our older daughters and grandkids. The reception was great and people were nice and helpful. Stayed in one of the 8 bedroom condo's backing up to the river. Had Elk in the back by the river on several occasions. All the rooms were well kept and clean, plenty of amenities. Grate playground for the grandkids as they just added a new Swing set. Fishing from the back yard was ok however, fishing up in Estes was much better. Great location as the cottages are just a few miles from the entrance of Estes Park and a mile or so from down town.

Love it there. We stay in studio and its perfect size for us!

Nice location. Loud loud loud. Can hear everything through walls. Rooms nice, clean, not impressive, no wow factor. Customer service not friendly upon arrival. Better Rci option in Estes Park. Quite disappointef.

I have a time-share here and absolutely love it. Great accommodations.
