The hotel itself is nice enough but the staff has no idea what customer service looks like. They were hateful and rude.

I have never had a bad experience while staying at a Marriott hotel but this one was below expectation! First thing we notice in the lobby area was what smelled like natural gas! The clerk just seemed to blow it off when we mentioned it! The bathroom floor and entryway was filthy! the carpet was old, worn and stained and the couch and ottoman were so dirty/stained! I didn't want to sit anywhere! The room temp would not stay regulated, the thermostat was set at 72° on heat and it would get cold then hot then cold then hot smh… then kids were running through the halls and at 3: 00 am all we could here was doors slamming and what sounded like people stomping! By 4:00 am we just couldn't sleep anymore even though the bed was comfortable! I will never stay at this location again and I do not recommend it! Oh and the standing lamp did not have a switch to turn it on and off, it had to be plugged into the wall and then unplugged!

Coming from MS heading to the CO mountains on vacation. We parked our truck at the front door with a trailer and 2 sxs on it. During the night someone stole things off of our trailer. We spoke with someone at the desk and they told us “oh sorry” and that was it. They said they didn’t have cameras. All in all, rooms are nice and so were the receptionist. I would recommend this chain installing cameras for the HUGE parking lot that they have.

Excellent service! awesome room!

This is our second stay here in the last 2 months. We have stopped here to do some activities in the area. As we are traveling to Denver for medical care for our daughter. The rooms are clean staff very pleasant. We will likely stay here again. It helps to have a nice place to stay while we explore the area.

Nothing of this hotel is a SpringHill Suites. The design is from a Cambria Suites. No one at the front desk is allowed to issue refunds unless they have approval from the owner. The GM is very unprofessional and will yell at employees in front of everyone. Stay away from this place.

I stayed here with my family a few weeks ago for a wedding. The staff was courteous and friendly. This hotel has nice, big rooms with deep bathtubs which is always a plus. The gym is clean and accessible 24/7. I was happy with my stay.

Nice inexpensive hotel. Hot breakfast included and very friendly staff. They had some plumbing problems when we were here and the PVC/hose clamp repairs looked a little sketchy to me.

Each quarter Marriott International asks its Springhill Suites properties to host Art of Local which is aimed to celebrate local artists in the community. Pueblo has a robust arts community and Art of Local is free of charge so artists and arts supporters can come together and share in this great tradition. The photos below were taken at the Art of Local Summer Edition which featured a fashion show on the closing evening. The event also draws strong support for visiting guests who are staying at the hotel for business or leisure. Gh.

We needed to stay here when we moved to Pueblo as our home wasn't ready and we had sold and signed papers on our old home. This hotel and the staff were so accommodating and friendly. They understood our young children were somewhat out of sorts relocating and they gave us a larger corner room which was extremely helpful. The breakfast is hot and varied, they have a bar for those who choose to partake in cocktails, and an indoor swimming pool for whatever you might need it. It's near I-25 which wasn't to noisy for us, but the train that goes by several times a night and morning is a hard one to tune out. If you can wear yourselves out so your tired enough to sleep through noise, I make a hard suggestion to do so. Otherwise, it's the only hotel In which I would stay.

I was pleasantly surprised by Pueblo. We were driving through when my kids had the "end of driving all day" meltdown so we decided to stop here instead of Colorado Springs. Honestly the big factory off the highway almost deterred me but I had to get out of the car so took a chance. The hotel is next to the highway but the noise isn't too bad. Make sure to take their advice and visit the canal/river walk within walking distance. There is a cool brewhouse where you can eat outside or just walk around and roll down grassy hills. Lots of pretty waterfalls and artwork along the walk which is a mile around. There is a liquor store across the street if you choose to skip the pretty but pricier bar in the lobby. I chose a glass of wine to end a day of driving with kids! The breakfast is also a welcome change to the usual free breakfast at roadside hotels. Yes they have Fruit loops but they also have Greek yogurt with plenty of topping choices.

Stopped here on a long cross country trip. Arrived late at night. Front desk had a sign stating that attendant was away taking care of a guest issue. After waiting for 5 minutes, a woman out on the patio noticed me and came rushing over. She apologized for my wait and said it was a busy night. Room was generally clean but sink didn't drain. Staff was promptly responsive to this issue. However, when we pulled out the sofa bed for my daughter their was a pile of dirt and used glucometer strips on the mattress. It obviously had not been cleaned. My daughter ended up sleeping on the couch. Breakfast was great with variety including eggs, yogurt, and pastries.

Everything was wonderful except for the shower/tub, very slippery…

Stayed for two nights on a work trip. Hotel is well located near the Riverwalk. The king room was very spacious with a living area with couch and TV and a divider to the bedroom hosting a soft, comfy bed. I would definitely stay here again if I'm in Pueblo!

Great place to stay. Comfortable beds, nice spacious rooms with extra hot water for the showers. Nice spread of food for breakfast, coffee is good. Hotel is modern and convenient off the highway. Lots of parking options.

Very nice, clean rooms, welcoming staff. Had issue with one of two TVs in room, they changed it out before I returned. Good full breakfast included and a nice bar with an awesome bartender. Great central location with easy access to major roads.

Stayed here with my boys — twice — once on the way into Colorado and once on the way out. Nice and clean, well maintained, pleasant staff.

The hotel was well maintained and close to the river walk with many restaurant choices close by within walking distance.

This place was nice All the stuff is really nice and I enjoyed our room I really wish I would’ve made it to the pool though which is indoor.

The rooms we're great, the pool and hot tub were fun to chill in and the little snack bar was a good touch for when I needed a late night snack. The receptionist was friendly and rooms we're quiet. Wi-Fi was a little difficult to find which one was legitimate and then log into though.

Easily accessible location downtown… right off the interstate. Clean comfortable rooms. Great breakfast buffet in the morning.

We had a wonderful stay here! The rooms and bathrooms were spotless! The shower maintained the temperature and pressure. It was perfect! Breakfast was good and plentiful! We were very satisfied with our stay and would highly recommend this hotel to friends and family!

Everyone is very pleasant and nice! Having a good time enjoying the television and beds. Going to check there pool out later on today! Very cozy place.

The walls are paper thin. I don’t think I will be staying here again. I recommend if you enjoy your sleep. Stay somewhere else! If your with the party crowd than this might be the place for you. Otherwise a very well kept clean facility.

If I could give a less then zero I would. I reserved a room for a local cheer competition. I was unable to get the night off work so I had to cancel the morning before the night I was supposed to arrive, giving more then a 24 hour notice. They literally charged my account while I was on the phone cancelling my reservation. The debit posted to my account before I even hung up the phone. Had they been decent human beings they could have simply cancelled my reservation. I was already upset enough about missing my daughters competition as it was. The woman was so rude and heartless. I will NEVER ever book a room with them again. I am a Marriott rewards member, however after dealing with this place I will probably never stay at one again. Worst customer service EVER!

I really dig this hotel, the rooms are spacious, the breakfast is great, but no 5 stars because you can easily hear people above you, next to you, in the hallways. I barely got any sleep here due to the amount of noise. But other than that, it's a great place.

Convenient location for business related trips. Rooms are getting a little dated but are well kept (sound travels easily through walls and floor/ceiling). Friendly staff.

The staff is so friendly! Enjoyed meeting people that was part of the staff along with guests. Rooms are great and roomy! We have stayed here about 4 times and will continue to do so!

It has such nice structure and really beautiful rooms, the only thing that bollered me was that the pool had too much clorine.

These little hotels are getting better and better the room was excellent the food was great in the morning and it was easy to park right close.

If you don't like hearing every noise everyone else around you is making, find a different hotel! I have traveled to 4 hotels in 2 weeks, this one the most expensive and supposedly the nicest. You can hear every move your neighbors make, hear water running LOUDLY through the walls, and God help you if the person above you is heavy footed! If you can move past a very noisy stay, this place is great! Staff is friendly, the breakfast is delicious, very clean and the rooms are wonderful. If it weren't for the noise, I would have given 5 stars, but I really like peaceful sleep.

It's no wonder that this hotel has a 3.9 rating. Some of my belongings got thrown away or stolen yesterday by housekeeping. The staff told me yesterday I'd be getting a call from the housekeeping manager Ruby; come to find out the manager wasn't even going to be IN today. The staff called her at home and they turned my missing belongings into a "hearsay" situation where their housekeepers supposedly remember our room and KNOW that everything on the table wasn't thrown away if it wasn't trash. They aren't willing to replace it nor investigate further and are just taking their housekeeper's word for it. Tsk tsk, the customer is always right! I will not be returning and I will be contacting corporate since the manager was not willing to accommodate.

I was part of an event held at the Springhill Suites. The hotel was clean, and all staff were courteous and helpful.

Rooms were nice (Springhill is a very consistent brand; all the rooms are similar). Service was great, especially breakfast staff. Location is convenient because of proximity to the interstate, but the liquor store across the street was robbed the night we stayed. Kind of a nice hotel in a bad neighborhood.

Very comfortable, with lots of amenities. Hot breakfast with bacon, eggs, potatoes, and waffles. The Wi-Fi is slow unless you pay an extra $5. But, overall, very pleased!

I am a Platinum Premier member so I stay at a lot of hotels. Thus is one of my favorite properties. The location is convenient, the rooms very clean and organized. The best part is the bartender David. He is always a pleasure to talk with.

I just received terrible customer service from the general manager at this hotel, Katera (sp? ). We stayed from 5/10-5/12/15 and the stay was fine, but when I called and discussed an incorrect charge on my credit card today, she got very angry on the phone and told me "I should do a better job of keeping track of my reservations next time. " when I asked to speak to the owner of the hotel, she said, "her name is Kena and she is going to tell you the same thing I did assuming you can even get a hold of her. " I called Katera (sp? ) on 5/7/15 to confirm my 5 rooms for a larger group that was going to Pueblo for the state tennis tournament. She confirmed our 5 rooms for 2-nights each, but then, one of her staff, took a previously booked reservation and changed it to a more current date, which caused a 6th reservation to be booked, and a room to be held. I tried to professionally explain everything that happened and this general manager continued to yell at me and treat me like dirt. I have always had good experienced w/ Marriott overall, but this by far, was the worst customer experience I have had by any hotel. If you are going to stay at this hotel, I would call them several times in advance to make sure they confirm everything with your reservation so you don't have to speak to their manager about an incorrect charge.
