Very good customer service and I like the additional space that has been added to the fitness center. Rooms very clean and modern along with the pool area and hot-tub. For a hotel fitness center, very nice cardio machines and dumbbells. Great, I mean outstanding, breakfast buffet!

I love this hotel. The employees are are amazing, respectful, and always are willing to help you to the best of their abilities. If you have a question that they cant answer they'll do all they can to find it out for you!

I’ve been so pleased with my two week stay here! This hotel is location in the heart of beautiful downtown Pueblo within walking distances of great food, and the beautiful Riverwalk. Front desk staff are polite, knowledgeable, and helpful. Housekeeping is great, and my room has been clean through my entire stay. The Bistro in the lobby offers delicious food with healthy options for breakfast and dinner with great food/dining staff. It’s been overall a very comfortable and positive experience.

Hotel is nice. Room is spacious. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast this morning was very delicious. Pool is typical smaller pool, but nice. Walking distance to the riverwalk area and local restaurants.

You won't be disappointed. If you travel for work, or even traveling with your family, you'll be pleasantly surprised. Please disregard my mess in the photos, I have a habit of "putting everything everywhere" when I travel! The young redheaded gentleman at the counter was precise in describing my hotel experience. My contract with the company I work for prescribes a standard room only, which is VERY nice. I can only imagine what the suite for $8 more a night must be. The hotel is beautiful, and connected to the Pueblo convention center. There are plenty of nearby things to do. The room is excellent and the wait staff at the bistro is fantastic. If I could rate further than a 5 I certainly would. This will certainly be a favorite the next time I visit Pueblo. The hotel comes with a cover for the remote (my pet peeve so this is AWESOME) but you should note you must ask for a shower cap.

Showed up at 5:30 pm and our room wasn’t ready. Should’ve been able to be in our room as of 4:00 pm. Told us and our 4 kids to just wait. We waited 2 hours for them to forget about us to where we had to ask if our room was ready. They said oh yeah it’s ready. Terrible customer service.

This hotel nailed it! From the front desk's recommendations and customer service, the pool and the ease of navigation; it had it all. Our room was clean and welcoming, the facility was beautiful and the check in and out went smooth. I really enjoyed the help on what to do and where to eat. Some folks complained below about parking, but I didnt have that problem at all; even on the holiday weekend. Best part of the night for sure!

I don't care for this hotel and will not stay here again. I picked it based on prior reviews and was sadly surprised as to how much it cost and its NOT worth it. They do not give complementary breakfast. There is no "free" coffee in the morning. If you want any, you pay for it. Location was not great, as my view out the window was not 1, but 3 trash dumpsters (1 was huge) and a liquor store parking lot. The room itself is in need of updating (as is the hotel itself) but was clean. I had to go down to get cups, as they left none in the room. Bed is comfortable with nice pillows. Bathroom sink smelled absolutely awful and needs to have bleach poured down it to clean the pipe of odors. I've stayed in Pueblo many times, at hotels all over the city, and this one by far is not the best for what you pay. My advice is to stay across the street at the old Cambria Suites, now a Springhill Suites, that happenes to be owned by Marriott, or the north end of town at the Holiday Inn Express.

Excellent hotel. I spent a week there, only complaint is the lack of a restaurant/lounge area to have a true meal. But over all I very much enjoyed my stay.

Modern decor, friendly staff, walking distance from the river walk. All around pleasant.

Basic nice hotel. I enjoyed my stay here. Gave four stars only because finding a parking spot can be a little difficult because of it's crowded downtown location.

Hotel is decent, staff is great. They are refurbishing the rooms, but work quality not up to what I expect from a Marriott. Issues I saw: Caulking around fixtures has gaps that is going to allow water seepage; barn door style shower doors look great but in my room, the hanger wasn't level so the doors would slide open if barely bumped. My suggestion, get someone on quality checking the construction now. Bed was great and they even went the extra mile to make sure I had the pillow type I requested in my Rewards profile. TV reception in the room was spotty with even their in-house channel pixellating and freezing, but the Wi-Fi was pretty good with only minor lag at times.

Pleasant staff, nice rooms (equipped with microwave/mini fridge/coffee maker), comfortable beds, and convenient to the Riverwalk and courthouse. Parking is limited, which was concerning, but finding a spot not too far away wasn't difficult and the staff accommodates front door loading and unloading which helps.

Extremely clean. Wonderful staff and service. Perfect example of why I stay at Marriott's as much as possible.

Attractive and comfortable rooms. I really appreciated having lots of lamps and outlets and a refirigerator. All of the staff was very friendly, especially Jessica at the front desk who checked me in and remembered my name for my entire stay. The lobby is well-designed and appealing. My only complaint is that the food service is exttremely limited. There are very few breakfast and dinner options, and they don’t serve lunch.

Nice rooms and comfy feeling. Right downtown Pueblo. Can't go wrong here. You will enjoy your stay I am sure.

Stayed overnight on the way driving back home. Excellent stay and highly recommend. Everything was in order and just what we needed after a 13 hours drive. Ordered and nightcap from the bar and used the business center computer. Wake up call staff and service all top notch. Would definitely stay here again. Sign in the elevator humors myself as the marajauna legality and taxation begins to further sweep the Nation. That said I had to chuckle and take a picture. We stayed in the suite. King bed was nice, room was clean and well stocked. We ate breakfast that is cook to order and very good. One of the better courtyard we have stayed in.

We arrived late monday night after flying in from Florida to be with my dad in the last few hours of his life. They gave us a great deal on a brilliant room. Very clean, well maintained property. When we return from now on, this will definitely be where we look to for accommodations.

My fiance and I decided to stay here when we decided to visit Pueblo for a little vacation the week of Thanksgiving. The sweet front desk lady greeted and checked us in to an extra quiet room since we were staying there for a decent amount of time. The room was clean and stocked nicely with the standard hotel amenities. House keeping was very ptofessional and extremely pleasant to the point of writing notes wishing us a good day and letting us know we weren't a burden. It seemed like the few times we were in need of something the staff was more than willing to accomodate and we felt at home during the week we were there. Location is awesome! They are right in the heart of Pueblo and are within walking distance to multiple hotels, monuments, the riverwalk, and all kinds of local favorites when it comes to food and drinks which made our trip so much more fun not needing to drive too much in a town we are not familiar with. They are also right off the freeway, which made our mini trips yo CO Springs and Denver a breeze, but you would never know it by the lack of noise and traffic. We did try the Bistro and Starbucks for breakfast one morning and the Bistro for dinner one night and both times it seemed they were well priced and the food was tasteful. The 24 hour market down stairs was great for midnight snacks and the indoor pool and gym were clean and well maintained.

The staff is very friendly. Room are large comfortable and clean. Very affordable. Perfect location if you want to shop and see pueblo. We extended our trip as we were very pleased with the area and just needed more time to shop.

It has a wonderful parking lot that has a nearby poke-stop. It helped out my group and myself during the Pokemon GO Halloween event because we're able to capture a really nice Pikachu. Real safe neighborhood and plenty of night life activities like bars and restaurants. Or Pokemon GO if you're into that.

Nice accommodation's at a great price. Convenient to the downtown river walk and fine dining. We will deffinatly be returning.

Good room… pillows were not okay. There was not an executive lounge… this would have been nice in between events.

Nice clean hotel and the staff was very friendly. The only issue we had was the towels. THIN scratchy towels are just not my idea of the end to a nice hot shower.

Great staff super friendly and helpful. Common area next to the bar is great for gathering. Room was good and the bed was comfy. Most importantly the shower had awesome water pressure.

Overall the cleanliness of the hotel (which is always my top priority) was great! The staff were also friendly, especially the supervisor! The location of the hotel is also a very short walk to the river walk which is cute and worth checking out. However, the room walls were extremely thin! We could hear our neighbors conversations pretty clearly, which also means they could probably hear our crying babies. Another bummer was that the pool was ice cold! We tried to take our 16 month old daughter in (she LOVES water) and from the moment she got in she was shivering and her teeth were chattering. There is breakfast for an extra fee, but for $150 for one night, I think the breakfast should have been complimentary. No real problems, though. Out of the other choices this is still my top pick and I would stay again if I needed to.

I have stayed here several times. The hotel is right downtown with lots of places to go within walking distance and is even attached to the convention center. The rooms are spacious and we'll kept and the hotel staff is extremely courteous and helpful. I would recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Pueblo.

Rooms were good, but only had a restaurant instead of free breakfast.

I stayed here for 4 nights recently. Great place to stay right in downtown Pueblo. The staff was extra friendly and helpful and the rooms and beds were very comfortable. The breakfast is really good for a hotel. There is a nice bar to sit and have a drink at.

Highly recommend staying here if you visit Pueblo. We walked everywhere we needed to go in the downtown area. Clean and well furnished. The staff was helpful in person and on the phone. May be the best hotel in Pueblo and they well very nice about us keeping mountain bikes in our room and getting a late checkout. We will stay here again.

We loved our stay! It was a BEAUTIFUL hotel. Everything was very clean, modern, and the staff was all very friendly. It is right downtown and close to everything. The only suggestion I have is to turn up the heat in the pool. Staff said it was set for 80*, the kids and adults were freeeeeezing. The best part of a hotel is the pool for kids, make it a little more comfortable.

It was February 18, 2001 when my husband and I asked out children if they wanted to go on vacation. Our daughter was eight and our son was four. We packed all our bags and drove 3 miles to The Pueblo Marriott. We said, "We're here! " The children exclaimed, "Already?!? " We checked into our hotel room and it was all the kids ever wanted: room service and a swimming pool! It was nice for my husband too. We had a leisurely weekend and walk around the Pueblo River Walk. We sat by the pool and we had room service.
