I booked 3 2 bedroom suites on Mar 1st and was called a week before and the day of our arrival 4/1 asking if we wanted to switch one of our suites to 2 double bed rooms instead of the 3 BD suite because someone needed one of the rooms. Both times I declined stating we needed what we had booked because it’s for a big group. We arrived at midnight and low and behold they have 1 of 3 suites available. Take to the regional manager (That’s what he says he was) and his response was I’m sorry and can split you into other rooms. Which I did not want to do but what other option did we have. One room spelled like stale cigarettes and one room has a broken door that you can see in it appears that the door had been kick at some point because there was a hole on the outside of the door. I asked to be moved and the Regional manager MAX KIKER responded with the door does close and lock. I will never stay in another IHG hotel. I have never had this experience at any hotel nor have I ever felt such lack of concern and dissatisfaction. I definitely would not recommend this place.

We walked into our room and found the bed not changed and a dirty room. The hall way and elevators were dirty.
We have been here before but won't be back
we paid way too much money for this.

I called at the hotel making a reservation and no one told me that their pool was not working. I arrived and the saw the sign. I booked this hotel only for that as that was the desire of my daughter for the weekend. I asked to cancel my reservation and they said no. Terrible stay ever! No focus on customers at all! Nightmare of the weekend! So sad places like that! Do not recommend at all.

Great location minutes from downtown Denver. There's a Super Target across the street which we visited several times. We started in a two room, two bath suite which was the perfect size for our family. The beds and pillows were comfortable. Overall we had a good experience and would recommend this hotel.

Friendly customer service people at the front desk were very helpful. Rooms are very clean, comfortable 1 bedroom suites are nice with a kitchenette and have separate living room and bedroom. Hot breakfast buffet 7 days a week. Monday Tuesday Wednesday dinner with wine and beer very nice setup, food is delicious with a nice variety.

Horrible. We arrived at 9pm, delayed flight. We had a confirmed reservation for a family of four. They gave our room away because they said we weren't there by 6 p. M. Absolutely horrible customer service.

This is one of the very best hotels in Colorado since we come every year (other hotels we stayed at are incomparable) and this is our 3rd year!. We love the freebies, gourmet breakfast with variety selections, MTW dinner, happy hour free beer/wine, the free laundry/dryer, free 24hr coffee/tea/H2O, and the friendliest staff who helped me (Yolanda, Bob — General Mgr. And forgot other names, dark hair guy…) Cannot thank you enough! Such a very clean hotel. Even the housekeeping staff are all so nice and sweet. I will for sure book with you and bring our families and softball team to book and block rooms! Thank you Staybridge. Definitely the bridge to stay comfortably and having all the convenience! We love you!

If heaven is real, it has to be the Staybridge Suites in Glendale, CO. The free alcohol, friendly staff, and unlimited room key replacements were like no other. Whether they it know it or not the staff here are my family and I will absolutely invite them to my wedding. For real, the people are incredible. They went out of their way to make my stay here memorable. Stay here if you love life and being around the best hotel staff in the world! I will miss you Staybridge Suites. You are forever in my heart.

This hotel did not live up to my expectations-not worth the high rate for a suite. The AC was off when we arrived and the room was warm. The fridge’s temperature was on low and I did not notice till the next day when my fruit looked wasted. The hot tub did not work for several days and it took an hour one hot late Saturday morning to get the outdoor pool opened. There were no towels available…

Employees are great! Hannah is Awesome. Nice breakfast and nightly "meals" really are nice. Could be cleaner and updated. Great location if staying in Denver.

Great stay close to one of our favorite places. The fire pit was nice before bed. Comfortable bed and an nice kitchenette in the room. We appreciated the early check-in upon request since our event was the same time as the normal check-in time.

Clean, decent room. Not impressive by any means. Decent for the price. Great convenient location.

Do a walk through when you check in. Report any damage immediately and request another room. I did not and there was damage to a TV chest when I checked in (I didn't notice it until the next day). I reported it when I checked out so they would know about it and could address it. They then blamed me and charged me $200 for damage I reported, but did not cause. The manager promised an investigation, but did nothing. I've written to the USA headquarters and did not receive a response. I will no longer patronize IHG hotels as I can't afford to be assessed for damages caused by others. It's unfortunate as I do like staying in Staybridge Hotels.

For awaiting a flight the next day, this hotel is quite suitable, but also for longer stays it is a good option. The free complementary breakfast is nice and on weekdays (don't get to experience it myself) there's free dinner as well. The room is clean and is provided with all needs, like a full blown kitchen. Overal a great hotel.

It was well cared for and we were treated as a family. Also very good service and maintenance.

So many amenities packed into each suite. Beautiful common room. Complimentary dinner 3 nights a week. Free laundry services and gym. I love it here.

I've been here in the past, and upon walking in this time, the gentleman at the front desk remembered me and welcomed me by name. This hotel has lots of great places to explore nearby, an awesome walking trail outside it's front doors, and the rooms have always been great! An affordable way to get the experiences of the downtown Denver area without the exorbitant cost.

Nice hotel, friendly staff! Room was spacious and very clean. Free breakfast was better than most (included eggs and meat) hotels. Enjoyed our stay! Definitely recommend!

Staybridge Inn is great. Very clean, comfortable beds, great staff. Breakfast is very nice. My friends and I have a conference in Denver every spring. Since finding this hotel we don't stay anywhere else. We got the 2 bedroom suite and it was perfect!

The location is nice and the facilities are well kept. Near shopping and restaurants as well as the Cherry Creek paved trail. Really enjoyed our stay.

Mediocre rooms, with mediocre amenities. Fitness room is small. Hot tub was filthy. Breakfast was cheap and unhealthy. Requested a quiet room with a king, got a loud room right next to the elevator, with a queen bed. Studio room is an awkward setup. Moved rooms the second day because of the loud room. Both rooms had chips in the tubs and stains in the furniture and curtains. Definitely disappointed.

The one thing that sticks out the most is when you search for hotels with pools, their hotel comes up with an image of a indoor pool. So we booked the room based on what we had searched for. Come to find out that the picture is of a completely different pool not located there. They said they knew about it and it's a reported image and information. On top of that we stayed for two nights. On our second day we had sugar ants located in the bathroom and kitchen area. After inf…orming them of the problem, we got a message late on the last night before we left offering to move rooms. Upon leaving and calling to speak with management about charges and possible solutions to issues, my wife was hung up on for stating the difficulties and teying to find a resolution. Called back from her phone several times and was ignored. Called from my phone and was answered and still didn't achieve any solutions. Dealing with a corporate number now and was told that someone would call and a discounted rate on our room would be reimbursed within 24 hours. That was 3 days ago and still no response, email, or reimbursement. For as many motels that are around that area. Would recommend a different one.

Horrible! We had ants in our room and I have even called corporate and still have not gotten a resolution! My family and I will not ever be coming back and I will be telling our family and friends. Worst customer service I have ever received… Not to mention their site shows a different pool and the rooms are out dated…

This hotel is close to everything, down the street one can reach the main area and really explore. The hotel is nice, clean, and has an amazing staff and friendly environment. Has a basketball court and pool, and coffee available at all times. Definitely a wonderful place to stay for a long time.

This is a very friendly place. Clean and quiet. Everyone there loves kids and any type of pet is welcomed.

Great location. I stayed here in October of 2017. It is a beautiful hotel situated right next to the river. The continental breakfast is wonderful and it is varied from day to day. They also do evening meals for their patrons. The one thing that I would say is that their technology in the rooms is a little dated. The television was difficult to cut on and change channels, and it took a moment to respond when I would press the remote.

Timothy at the front desk was amazing! Room was comfortable and the breakfast buffet was fresh and hot.

The hotel is right nearby the target. So you won't have any problem on getting anything you need during your stay. The staff is nice and friendly. Hotel offers happy hour that comes with beers, salad, cookie and crackers. The breakfast is delicious as well. They vary the breakfast a little bit, so you won't be tire of the food. The room is clean and the bed is comfy. My room has the great view to oversee the cherry Creek. Over all, it's a great experience to stay at the hotel.

Room 105, 3 nights, work trip. Great comp breakfast. Clean rooms and facilities. Nice kitchenette in room with full size fridge. Definitely good place to stay.

This is an amazing place. There is a Pool Hot tub amazing continental breakfast so much food and they give you dinner like 3 nights a week. They have a girl and a patio area with a fire pit that's just awesome at night. It's in a great location right next to Shotgun Willies Target Chick-fil-A and so many other places I can't even think of it. It's a city-within-a-city. Pricey but worth it.

The rooms were very nice. Comfortable beds, fully equipped kitchen. Hide-away sofa bed. They serve complimentary breakfast every morning and dinner Monday through Wednesday evenings. The staff is great. The facilities include basketball & volleyball courts near the pool. Also great views of Cherry Creek & access to the walking trail.

Needs Maintains on doors wouldn't close properly. But staff and room met all of our expectations. Breakfast was great. Water and coffee at entrance. Loved that target was walking distant. Nice Trail by cherry creek.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. The rooms we had were in great shape. The location has easy access to the zoo. Definitely recommend it for a family stay.

Zero stars (Google made me click one). Staybridge was VERY aggressive about pursuing additional room charges. When my spouse and I called (both at separate times) to discuss and ask for the charges to be reversed, we understood why the charges were made. We then explained how and why the charges were unauthorized and made incorrectly (based on their statements and hotel policy). Staybridge refused to reverse the charges. I felt they were calling me and the other two veterans in the room liars. We will NEVER stay there again. Denver has many choices.

My family stays at the Staybridge when they come to visit. The rooms are clean and well equipped. The pool is nice. The breakfast is good, but not great. The pastries are always stale. The hotel is situated on the Cherry Creek Trail, which is very nice. It's convenient to Target and good food.

Excellent and friendly staff. Great breakfast selection. Mon, Tue and Wed they offer dinner for free with your choice of beer or wine. Sodas are also free. Nice atmosphere outside as well.

Was a nice room, but unfortunately they woke me up at 8am trying to clean the room! They expected it to be empty. They weren't very nice about it either.

The rooms are comfortable. The staff is cheerful and helpful. The location is good, but a little too far from downtown. The breakfast is okay, but not great.

This staybridge does not live up its name. I usually stay at these hotels and this is the first in a while that has been so far behind in amenity's and decor. The rooms need updating and the breakfast is lacking in comparison to other staybridge suites. Also the dinner is pretty much salad every night.

Rooms comfortable Hotel what you would expect from a staybridge. Breakfast sub-par compared to many other staybridges I've stayed at. Wifi absolutely garbage. Multiple devices tested. Constant request timeouts every 10 seconds, with hardly 2 Mb down. For being in the middle of a major city, this is extremely frustrating, as web pages will just refuse to load. Steam downloads would cap out at 350 kb/s speeds. Bathroom disgusting, spots all over the shower/tub and dirty towels.

The area is bad, but it is close to downtown. The place is clean, but there is a smell of grass very strong in many quarters.

The fact that the front entrance is on the opposite side of Public traffic, snack bar over priced, and unfriendly staff lacking knowledge of the venue and centers surrounding the hotel.

Good: really nice room, perfect location for dogs with huge grassy area next door. Bad: heater tied to motion sensor and was always off so room was 60 and everyone freezing. When we called to book, we asked about the hottub hours — the guy on the phone neglected to tell us that it had been broken for 2 weeks.

We stayed at a Staybridge in Nebraska and they definitely set the bar high, it was amazing! And coming to this location was shockingly disgusting. The rooms, elevators, and hallways are covered in filth. Some of the doors are damaged and they don't shut all the way. Our room had 3 appliances that were down, but the receptionist handled it well and it was all fixed in a few hours.

Excellent hotel for anyone who wants to be in the heart of the City near to a lot of activities. You are in the heart of the hilliest part of SF so be prepared to climb or plan for cab fare. Clean, spacious, nicely decorated rooms with kitchenette. Excellent prices for Glendale Rooms actually have walk in closets! Continental breakfast is strictly yogurt and cereal but sufficient. This is a vintage hotel that has been and is being renovated but it has an elevator (a real plus when you have heavy luggage) and has some parking available (first come first serve) for small compact cars. The staff are very friendly and helpful. There is a small market next door and a few doors down a nice neighborhood pub (Bacchus Kirk) with a great happy hour. I would HIGHLY recommend this place for anyone visiting Glendale.

Stayed in 2 BR suite. Plenty of room for all of us. Nice to have separate BR's. Very clean and comfortable and good value. Outdoor area plus for socializing as we were with another family. Grills to cook out, basketball court, fire pit and plenty of outdoor tables and chairs. We utilized this area a couple of evenings before/after we went out for the night. Location is OK. Only reason for 4 not 5 stars. Not many good restaurants in immediate area. Convenient to airport but a drive to downtown Denver, west and NW. Otherwise would definitely stay there again.

Absolutely fantastic place to stay if you're planning on being in the area! Close to shops/downtown Denver and the service/quality is impeccable! The value from this hotel is the best I've found in Denver so far and I cannot wait to return.

I got a great deal for this hotel on Travelocity, but was told when I checked in that all they had available was a smoking room. If I wanted to pay $20+ more I could upgrade to a bigger non-smoking room. I had never experienced this at a hotel before, but quickly realized the attitude I was given was because of the deal I got on Travelocity. "When you choose to book a hotel room with Travelocity, you get the best available room. A smoking room is my best available unless you want to pay to upgrade. " I won't be back.
