Nice friendly quite Clem place to stay.

The Rivera Motel is the nastiest motel I have ever stayed at. It carpets are dirty, there were cockroaches in the bathroom. The lady the houses drug addicts and homeless people. She also has a websit to were she asked for donating for food and money. She also charged her monthly renters to much money to stay there. Problems with the sewer also she has her homeless people cleaning rooms. So if you are traveling through Florence Colorado don’t stay at the Rivera Motel I was bitten by bed bugs.

If u need a place to crash she will help you with your problem… but not after 9pm… she is a very good person.

Whoa! Am I BLOWN AWAY! After my lodging plans fell through I had no choice but to walk right in to the Motel Riviera — and Thank God I made it! You're looking at this place thinking some shifty stuff has to be going down but you never expected the friendly staff, welcoming community, inviting atmosphere, clean everything — and nobody griping about anything the whole 2 weeks I was there! Even the maintenance staff is on top of their game at this sleeper hit motel which sits c…onveniently 1 block off Main Street. Do you like antiques and fine dining? Well then GO TO FLORENCE and STAY AT THE RIVIERA. DO NOT MISS THE OPPORUNITY TO EXPERIENCE THE SPECIAL ACCOMODATIONS afforded for you at this ever charming destination in the high hills of Colorado, the Motel Riviera. Note: This review ecompasses a 2 week tenure in room No odd dreams, strange noises, crazy neighbors, underbed people, weirdos, assholes OR freaks!

Great family place with a community kitchen and free laundry for guests and residents. Friendly on site maintenance and cleaning crew. Usually half full with monthly guests. Close to shopping. Grocery store, family dollar and carls, lol. Bars and restaurants liquor stores including a micro brewery within one block. Ask for a ride to canon city or take one of the bikes. The staff are super friendly. Pet friendly.

Lovely little piece of history in a beautiful historic town. The owners couldn't be nicer and the rooms are very well kept. Themed rooms coming soon! Don't miss your chance to stay in this historical establishment when you come to Florence!

The room we stayed in was small room with large furniture, except for the bed. I was told it was a queen bed but it was not that big. But it was a very comfortable matress. Ther was a large throw rug that was held in place by a very heavy dresser and the rug would bunch up and cause a trip risk. The bath room was good size. The shower took sometime to get warm and presser was a big issue. The lady that ran the place was one of the nicest most car ring mangers I have dealt with. However we were there for 5 weeks. The housekeeper never checked with us. We would have to track her down for sheets and towels. The maintenance guys were nice but always seamed very busy. It was for the most part a good place to stay for the rate we paid.

Decent place to stay in the little town of floerence.

The rooms are clean and nicely decorated; the beds are firm and comfortable; and the staff treat you like family. Ruthie was especially helpful and friendly. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Always a nice comfortable stay at the Riv. Rooms are clean and great location off Main St. The owner, office lady is very nice and welcoming. One issue is they are not pet friendly. Even if they reserved 2 rooms to be pet friendly that would be great. My doggie is trained and little and goes everywhere with me. Having to smuggle her in and out makes for an interesting stay that can be easier if pet friendly. Otherwise all is great at The Riviera Inn in Florence, Colo. A. Bayles 4/22/17 Guest of R. The room was nice and clean. The rates were decent and the office crew even invited us to have some Thanksgiving dinner! We felt very comfortable there.

Cute motel with friendly staff. Only issue was with the door locks, they should probably be replaced. I would still recommend this place though.

Wonderful place to stay in Colorado. Definitely exceeded my expectations, especially with cleanliness, friendliness and the owner's caring and helpful attitude. Great place to stay and drive to all the beautiful areas in Colorado.

Liked the experience. Had everything clean. But I noticed that they had a "no dogs sign" and while I was there I realized that a few of the people actually had dogs! I am allurgic to dogs and decided to go to a different motel. Would have definatly extended me stay, but seeing that the motel didn't enforce their own policy was a major set back for me.

Nice, clean, safe, good town, affordable, bare minimum of what you need to shower, sleep, and then go see sites.

Wonderful and clean place to be inn if you are in Florence… the place is located behind main street thus away from the noise of the traffic … yet. With in walking distance from a wonderful array of antique furniture stores and more. The Riviera Inn is ran by a lovely and friendly polish lady who is also the owner… she will make you feel right at home. There are several different size of rooms to choose from while they are all functional and equally clean … the Riviera Inn is your best and most logical choice for hotels in Florence… (very reasonably priced)
