Very good place to stay nice people working here.

Their staff, educate them more just like Bryan told me. He calls himself a manager sorry sir you need to be educated more especially on how you treat customers. This hotel is not a very honest one… please please I recommend you not stay here. I wish I would've seen the reviews on here before!

The employees are friendly and very polite. The hotel is also very dog friendly.

We have visited this hotel regularly, until we learned that the housekeeping staff has thieves. An expensive item of mine was certainly stolen by a staff member here. The operations manager, William Jantzen, informed me that there was nothing he could do about it. Don’t stay here. Your stuff isn’t safe, and the management doesn’t care in the least. We will never be giving them our business again.

The evening/night staff was rude and not helpful for anything. We asked questions about the area and was brushed off and he was annoyed we even asked. Also failed to mention that the daily housekpeeing mentioned online does not happen now and you have to call down or go down if you need coffee, soap or towel refills. Simply not recommending this place due to the service, paying that price for a hotel comes with certain standards. You failed!

My sons GeoBee was cancelled and these guys won’t refund $425 in hotel fees, nor will they allow us to even change the date for another stay! Unbelievable! Terrible customer service! DO NOT book a room here if you plan on making ANY changes!

They charge $75 for non refundable dog fee. Guy at counter was rude! rooms are subpar!

We arrived at 8pm and our room was given away. We had our confirmation and proof we paid for the room already but that did not matter. We were put into another room after an hour and a half wait. I called to ask for extra bedding, since one of us had to sleep on the couch, and was told housekeeping was gone so I couldn’t get a blanket. The pull out couch was slanted and I had to sleep at an angle all night. This is definitely not the Hyatt I’m use to staying at. I was also told that their policy is they can book 101%. Capacity and hope people cancel. HOPE PEOPLE CANCEL! What happens when we don’t?

DONT STAY HERE! I had jewelry missing out of my room! And multiple ppl had things missing out of their rooms as well! Management gave zero fcks and did nothing. I even attempted going up chain of command and still, nothing. Belongings would've been safer at Motel 6!

Very convenient location. Front desk employees are very friendly. My favorite lady is a color lady that work on the breakfast area. I will stay here again in the future. Thank you Hyatt.

This place is awesome. They treat everyone as equal to each other. No discrimination of any kind. The food here was better than expected and delivered to my room in no time.

Stayed here for six nights recently. Breakfast was absolutely outstanding. Staff were helpful and polite. Rooms were cleaned and stocked everyday. Great experience.

Simple hotel and very clean and the breakfast was good all week. They offer a small bar, it's close to restaurants and Cherry Creek mall, plus offers free parking. I'll stay there again!

Very spacious clean room, friendly staff. Great view from the 11th floor but no roof top access. Pets allowed but no smoking. AC runs great. Free breakfast, no pool. Didn’t see a fitness center. Limited menu but food is good and so are the drinks.

I wish I could give this hotel 5 stars, because it is a lovely hotel. But while I was there for 5 nights, the fire alarms went off on two separate days and no one seemed to be in control, know how to communicate to their guests, and it was scary and terribly inconvenient to the guests to have to leave your room and stand outside in the heat and a wind storm until the firefighters told us it was safe to return. Many of the other guests found this to be upsetting. I contacted the management about this via email and have had no response to my email, which is disappointing. Good management seems to be lacking.

It's a convenient location for me as it is close to my regional office. However, it is conveniently located on the south side of the city off of Colorado Blvd. Rooms are clean and quiet in all sides of the hotel. I believe there is a premium for rooms that face the western slope/mountain view. East facing rooms have a view of Glendale. Breakfast is usually very good and inclusive.

Pretty good. We usually stay at B&B's, so this is a different sort of experience from our usual travelling experience. The room was clean, the amenities good (we really appreciated the iron and ironing board). The breakfast buffet was okay, if somewhat uninspired, but, to be fair, it was a busy weekend, which was sort of challenging. That the buffet ran out of coffee and coffee condiments (creamer, etc. ) was the source of some grumbling. For what it is, The Hyatt Cherry Creek is pretty good.

The place is nice… stayed on the 11th floor window started to leak water… don't think about bringing pets cause you can't leave them here by them myself. If they bark o my word you get complaints.

After a rough day of traveling and work I was pleasantly greeted by Cathy in the lobby. Although being away from home, Cathy made an excellent beverage and changed my day. I highly recommend this establishment.

The 2-room suite we stayed in was great. It has two firm queen beds and a pull out couch. They even had a Pack&Play for our little one. The bathroom was spacious with all the normal amenities. The free breakfast bar had a lot of great options from toast, cereal, & yogurt to oatmeal, eggs, bacon or sausage, and french toast or waffles. The staff was friendly. However, two things I sorely missed was a bellman to help with luggage and room service. Trying to wrestle luggage and two kids alone was a trial and having to take two small kids with me downstairs to carry up our dinner meal on a tray was a struggle. For that it loses a star. Otherwise, the location and room comfort were nice.

I don't usually rate hotels but this hotel was a new experience for me and deserves a few words said about it. The staff was very informed and helpful, more than willing to get us a room that met our needs. The rooms seem a lot bigger than the typical hotel room and have tvs that easily link to personal devices. The breakfast had choices for every dietary need and there were also free newspapers. I would choose this hotel again if I were in the area.

Cozy, clean room with great customer service. Only negative thing was no bottled water in room. Other than that great experience. Will stay here in the future.

There is nothing really wrong with this hotel, but there is absolutely nothing special or memorable about staying here. While the rooms are functional and reasonably maintained, there is nothing to do if you're a tired traveler. The only common area in the hotel is the ground floor bar, which lacks any trace of intimacy, character, or charm. They keep staff to a bare minimum, so if they're busy, you have to go downstairs to pick up your room service food. Even the gym was closed for maintenance while I was there.

We stayed at this hotel when we had a friend's wedding ceremony. The staff at the front desk were friendly and a warm welcome. The rooms were huge and very clean. Keep it up.

The location was easy to get to and parking was abundant. The rooms were clean and comfortable but could have been a little more roomy for 5 people with a sofa bed. The breakfast was very good.

Great place for New Years! Quiet… we had a king room with a beautiful view of the mountains! Breakfast was good on the Sunday, but really picked over Monday. Hotel staff was kind and courteous. We’ll be staying here again.

Great place. Nice staff when I was there. Easy parking. Walking distance to plenty of good food such as Whole Foods, Mod Market, and some local places. The only confusing thing is that there is a commercial office building right next door to the hotel but the Hyatt Place sign is on that building and not actually on the hotel building so if you're not careful you'll walk into an office building looking for the check in desk and there will be none to be found. The hotel building is the shorter eleven story building, not the much taller building with the Hyatt sign on it. Also I hid a $20 bill in room 702, if you can find it it's yours!

The room we booked was great! We had a room facing East so we go to see the sunrise one day but used the black out blinds another. Room was clean and breakfast bar had a nice spread that most anyone could find something to eat. Coffee was so so, but teas was Tazo brand.

The Hyatt is an elegantly measured hotel. The employees are nice year helpful.

Brianna went above and beyond to help me retain some information I needed. I really appreciate her help! The team at this Hyatt has also been a great help during all my stays. Great job Hyatt team.

This hotel conveniently located off Colorado and E Mississippi gave us access to Cherry Creek mall without the high price. The room was nice and the free breakfast was good. We had requested a late checkout and it was granted last minute, which was 1pm instead of 12 like most other hotels.

I wrote in the special instructions I needed a room on the first floor or on the second floor near a stairwell. We got there, and were assigned a room on the third floor. I explained our doesn't dog well in elevators (he often throws up) and had a lengthy conversation about getting a room by a stairwell. The front desk agent assigned us a room by the stairwell on the second floor — but failed to mention you cannot enter or exit that stairwell at ground floor. The other stairwell can be exited, but cannot be entered from the ground floor. So we would HAVE to use the elevator. When I told her this, she just said that's how the hotel was designed and there was nothing she could do. Except she could have told me upfront instead of letting me think I could use the stairwell before I unpacked half my luggage.

Stayed on the top floor, rooms were spacious, clean and very accommodating. Enjoyed my stay in a central location near to Denver and easy to hit a lot of breweries as well. Will stay again, nice location for food and drinks.

Huge shout out to the Hyatt Place Cherry Creek in Denver. I had a lovely King room but it only had a shower. I have had a recent injury and my legs are incredibly sore and I realized today I would really love to have a tub. In the past, I would have felt too self-conscious to ask to switch but today, I'm learning to choose self-care. I asked the amazing staff front desk (who have all been incredible so far) if it would be at all possible to switch. They graciously said yes a…nd told me unfortunately only the Queen bed rooms have tubs. I said that was totally fine. They switched me right away — even coming to move my bags for me. What a lovely way to start the day! Location of the hotel is great, staff is attentive and wonderful, breakfast is delicious as are their 24 hour cafe meals. I am glad we chose here for my first time in Denver from Calgary, Canada. Thank you!

The check in lady did not give directions to our room like the lady before us also wasn't told about breakfast. Went to the bar and waited ten minutes as the bar tender served a gentleman then she walk to the front and started a conversation with another employee before we had go up and ask about being served she then told us we have to order at the bar. What happened to good customer service.

Very good breakfast selection, nice clean room, helpful staff, and wonderful view of the mountains. Only complain is the bed is slightly firmer than I prefer.

Very clean and well kept. The staff is friendly and efficient. The cleaning staff has been wonderful with keeping the room clean and lots of towels.

Hotel was in a good location and appeared nice on the inside and that was about where the positives ended. We had an incident halfway through our stay where in the middle of the day a person attempted to get into our room while we were inside. Luckily we our latch across the top of the door so it could only open part way. I went out to the hallway to see if it was housecleaning and there was nobody to be seen. Went down to the front desk and they told me it wasn't house keepi…ng and that was "weird" that happened and offered a lunch voucher to make up for it? The situation kinda freaked us out and for them to say they didn't think it was a worker and then just offer a free 15 dollar lunch like that would make up for it was hilarious. I asked them to look into it which they said they would and gave us new room keys. I never heard anything so I checked again the next day which the worker at the front had no idea what I was talking about and offered free lunch again. I asked to have a manager call me and finally later that day I heard from them. Got passed around a few times and spoke with the GM named Jeff. I explained the situation to Jeff and he seemed to take it very nonchalant attitude towards it. He said he was sorry and that he would have to have a talk with his staff about what happened. The the thing that was really annoying was that he didn't know it was a staff member.

Great breakfast and 24 hr food options. Rooms were spacious and well layed out with ample storage. Staff was very helpful and courteous. Definitely will be back!

Just had the my very worst hotel experience ever at this hotel. All I wanted to do was go to sleep early because I had some important meetings today. FOR SOME REASON, this hotel thought it would be a good idea to do construction on their 2nd floor, AT NIGHT. AND, for some reason, put a guest in the room directly across from it. I had to call in a noise complaint at 11:30 PM, and the noise just continued. WHY a hotel would let workers talk loudly and run around a floor, WITH GUESTS TRYING TO SLEEP, in the middle of the night, is beyond me. To my knowledge they stayed until at least 1:30 AM. I also tried to get some work done this morning, and while I was on a call an absurdly loud smoke alarm (or some kind of alarm) went off. I knew it was accidental as I heard the workers talk about it. It stayed on for at least 10 minutes. When I went down to complain the hotel did offer to refund my stay, which is nice. But the damage was already done. If you need to conduct business in the area, I would stay somewhere else…

Incredible service and accommodations. Staff were helpful and made the experience was very pleasant. Breakfasts were included too! Would certainly recommend.

The hotel was clean and well cared for. The staff was friendly and helpful. The food was delicious. I'd definitely stay again. The only two disappointments for me were the construction noise from the floor below mine disputing my work and the complete lack of any good scotch at the bar.

Situated a few miles south of Denver in the suburban Cherry Creek area. Easy access to airport, shopping, downtown. Good complimentary breakfast, free outdoor parking lot on site. My king had a fridge, no microwave. Recommend!

Clean, spacious room for the price. Good breakfast included with the room. Walls are a bit thin, but overall not too noisy. Pleasant desk, kitchen, & cleaning staff. In-room mini fridge (no minibar tricks to avoid! ) and small coffee / tea service. Ice machines on odd-numbered floors. Our room had a king bed, desk & chair, & sitting area with couch. (Couch is comfy & could easily sleep another person. ) Our view was nice, even facing away from the mountains. Large picture window with both blackout shade and sun shade. Bathroom is shower-only, but it's not small or cramped feeling. Bathroom lighting is odd… No good light / mirror for makeup, but otherwise a great room!

Love this hotel and its location. The young lady at the front desk was so genuinely friendly and seemed to truly love her job! The hotel is beautiful. The rooms very nice and clean. Will stay here whenever in Denver and elsewhere.

Fantastic version of a Hyatt Place. Great location with free parking. Spacious rooms — excellent for a one night stay or for an extended period.

Attended professional class in one of the meeting rooms. Group of 35 required joining 2 rooms (folding divider). Long narrow space ill-suited to large groups, especially since hotel did not setup presenter with mic & their built-in pa system. First time to this hotel since change in ownership and remodel. New lobby very nice. Not dreary like previous lobby. The hotel staff was very courteous during my limited interactions. Ample free parking.

Stayed for a few days and was very happy with the room the cleanliness and the staff. The only two issues that I had is that there is no pool or spa and the town car service the hotel provided from the Denver Airport was a half hour late. Other than that's our stay was a pleasant one.

I really liked my stay here. The basics were fine: clean, helpful, friendly staff, decor ok. It has a decent gym with everything I need for a short workout. The rooms are pretty spacious. I thought the beds and pillows were comfortable. And I appreciate the small sustainability efforts they make: clean linens every 3 days instead of every single day, and no silly wrapping on the glasses in the room. And free breakfast at a nicer hotel!

Nice hotel with new and clean rooms. Good shower pressure and heads. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. They have a 24hr bar too so if you are get in late. One bad thing is that the walls are kinda thin and you can hear the people next door.

My room door broke and they went above and beyond by sticking my fridge with Pepsi as an apology. Would recommend this hotel to anyone!

The hotel is beautiful, and the room is incredibly clean. Someone in a room near me was smoking weed, buy staff did everything they could to take care of the issue. Very friendly staff, always willing to help.

Not only are they in a prime location, with a beautiful facility, Hyatt Place at Cherry Creek has unbeatable customer service! I was out with friends and left my ID at the room — with a simple call they were able to fax over my ID, which allowed me to enjoy my stay in Denver. Without question, they were able to solve my issue quickly and effectively. Thank you for being more than just a place to sleep! You guys rock!

Decently clean rooms and bathrooms, beds are comfortable. However if breakfast is a main factor in choosing your hotel, (the continental breakfast was 7-10) make sure to wake up early for it. I would not recommend going down during the last hour, the employees clean up early and will make you feel awkward for grabbing a plate.

Stayed here just 3 weeks ago about to book another stay so figured I'd chime in. AMAZING place to stay. They had hot breakfast, eggs, toast, fruit, fresh juice… everything I need to feel human. The staff was awesome. Great customer service.

Front desk personnel very easy to communicate with by telephone. Had to be transferred to Sarah (mgr) to assist with a reservation issue, and she was also very pleasant. Would recommend this hotel just based on ease of communication and friendliness of staff.

This Place is full of mechanical problems. The electrical and plumbing was out for the first 24 hours that I was there. The fire alarms were randomly going off at 5am. Second, after calling the front desk for assistance with a valuable item that fell and could not be reached behind the pinned down desk, I was basically told "too bad" and had no service response subsequently. I would rather have a tooth pulled then stay at this third world nation hotel in an area of Denver (not even close to Cherry Creek), were there is absolutely nothing to do… Terrible place…

VERY NICE Hyatt hotel! It can only be accompany by the GREAT customer service that they offer. As a official review traveler, I will recommend this hotel that is by far one of the most current hip trend style hotels in the Denver metro area. Oh yeah did I forget to mention some of the BEST VIEWS of the mountains.
