Review of Grand Hyatt Denver 4*

I would like to start off by saying that this was my family's first time in Denver. We came in for a family wedding this Easter passed (April 2014). Our families have came from all over the States as well as Canada. The moment we arrived to the hotel we were greeted by Friendly Porters. They asked if we wanted help but there was enough of us to do it ourselves. They did however direct us to the front desk. When we arrived to the front desk we were greeted by Friendly Front Desk Hosts. We did have a little mix up at first but it was quickly resolved. When we got to our rooms we found them to be very clean and up dated. We had everything we needed to make us feel comfortable. I was VERY IMPRESSED by how FRIENDLY and PROFESSIONAL the House Keeping Ladies were. Whenever we needed coffee or towels etc, the ladies were Very Quick to help as well as Very Kind about doing so. They always had smiles on their faces and greeted us with Hellos. They also seemed very helpful towards each other in organizing their jobs. I can't tell you enough how Amazing they where. It seems as though we take advantage of how hard the housekeeping people work to keep our rooms clean and welcoming for us so we can feel comfortable while being away from home. My family and I would like to say Thank You to them for all their hard work. We would also like to say Thank You to the Hotel for allowing our families to be able to have a quite meeting room on the Third Floor for our Easter Sunday Serves. You have no idea how thoughtful that was of the hotel to do that for us. Easter being a Very Important Holiday for us and it being a VERY BUSY WEEKEND with Weddings, 4/20 Weekend and a lot of other things going on, the hotel didn't have to do that for us however they did! This Hotel Truly made us feel welcome every time we were greeted by a staff member. Thank You to the Kind Staff Members of this Hotel. We will have to say if we come back to Denver we would Definitely Stay at THE GRAND HYATT HOTEL in Downtown Denver.
