It seems to be one of those places is that is held at the standard of "you get what you pay for" feels in ever way like an average stay.

Stayed for a business trip. The room was very clean. The staff and the hostess were very friendly. I will definitely stay at this motel again when I am in Gunnison.

Friendly staff cute rooms. We got in later than expected and the lady that checked us in was very sweet about it since they usually close their office at night.

Good clean room good location breakfast was so so no bread need to work on that but they had pancakes.

Very clean rooms and facilities. Neighbors were friendly but the staff of the motel were rather hostile and gave little care about my families well being. They were more concerned with the condition of the room than how our stay was. We left the room in perfect condition, but I was told that my kids were cursed at for utilizing the free breakfast because of a malfunction of one of the oven makers that they had not used. We came to have a peaceful get-away, not to be ridiculed for trying to relax at a hotel like every person that stays at one.

Good Price. Clean room with soft sheets and towels. Homely feel. Awesome hostess stayed late to let me in. At some of these small town locations you have call to meet the hostess, And be on time, it's not 24 hr service.

We stayed here for our 10th wedding anniversary. The owners are fantastic people. Gave us great recommendations on where to eat and made sure we were taken care of in every way. Highly recommend to anyone.

Family owned and very sweet Polish couple (Ed and Christine). Great value, clean and spacious. I would stay here anytime over a chain hotel.

The owner, Ed Novac, will not refund my $92 room charge even though I cancelled my reservation with them over 2 weeks in advance. He wouldn't even reimburse me the $92 charge minus a Travalocity fee of $14 saying that since he was charged that $13.80 through Travalocity, he was not obligated to reimburse my room charge. do not go to this hotel.

Not only is this hotel clean and unique and has very spacious, sunny rooms, the owners are so genuine and kind! My sister, mom and I got robbed in NM, and yet the owner let us stay here for a night without a credit card while one was sent to us in the mail. I highly reccommend this place, and almost feel like it's a home away from home.

This place is perfect and a great bargain! I stayed here with my family while on a vacation to hike around the Black Canyon, and this motel is in a great location for a lot of fun activities. The rooms were big, clean, and comfortable, and the staff was super friendly. The jacuzzi was a real treat, but the complimentary breakfast waffles were unbeatable! I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in town.
