Rude owners. Marginally clean room. Fridge not working. Wi-Fi doesn't assign an IP address. Shower felt like getting blasted by hot needles (seriously awful shower heads) Hot tub hours seem to suggest they really don't want you to use it. Parking lot is a overcrowded. If you're O&G like it seems most of the guests are, you could do worse, but not by much. If you're traveling for recreation, I would find somewhere else to stay.

Cute, quaint, roadside motel — — worth the money! Very clean roms, perfectly located a block from the center of Gunnison, great view of the big white "W" hill outside town. Very friendly proprietor, beautifully landscaped with blooming perennials.

Insanely rude! Answered the phone yelling at me. When I asked about a reservation she yelled and told me they didn’t have have one for me. I never told them a name or a confirmation number. Was yelling at me about them not allowing pets even though I never asked her about their pet policy. Yelled at me for making a reservation on Expedia, even though I didn’t the reservation was made through their website. The lady never asked for the name on the reservation and had no idea who I was but was yelling at me like she knew who I was. I get it working with the public is testing and you have bad days, but this was way over bored. She hung up on me before I ever even got to tell her my confirmation number or name. By the way this call started at 10:37 pm on 05/30/18

Caution: Anna the innkeeper is volatile. After check out she accused us of stealing refrigerator. She followed us to laundry down the street, took pictures of us and car, then began yelling. I followed her back to hotel to inspect room. Guess what? Refrigerator still in room where we found and left it. She refused to apologize hence review. We notified BBB, Chamber of Commerce, and Police. Be warned! Craig T, USAF MSgt Retired P. S. In her response to my review she again makes another unfounded accusation instead of simply apologizing for the original misunderstanding. Enough said.

Nice, clean room in a basic motel. Nothing fancy, but we had a TV, coffee maker, small microwave, and mini fridge in our room. They have a hot tub for guests, but we didn't have time to use it. Front desk employee was very helpful as far as routes to ride for sightseeing. She also made our stay much better with restaurant recommendations for our group of 16 people on 9 motorcycles, plus 4 in a vehicle. We will definitely stray here again off we're in the area, and would recommend this motel to any of our friends.

Great motel experience! The husband and wife owners are very personable and helpful. The rooms are clean and very well maintained and reasonably priced. Our Corvette club stays here every year during the annual Cool Mountains Cool Cars car show. Highly Recommended!

Very surprised. This was an old school hotel and we didn’t expect much. We we’re just passing through traveling back to Golden. Wow. This place was spotless. Like old but perfect. Everything was like brand new (1960’s new but new). I would difenetly recommend this place for people passing through. The management seems to be Old World (Europe) so that explains the cleanness. The price was reasonable and we felt safe.

We will stay at this motel again. Great price! Comfortable, clean rooms. The breakfast was simple which was perfect for us. Sonic was just a few steps away if we wanted more which we didn't. The best thing about this motel was the nice man at the front desk. He was friendly and helpful. Perfect!
