Although we received an email confirmation 48 hours before our stay, when we arrived management had overbooked their rooms and we were not able to accommodate us. When we arrived on site at 5PM not only where they not able to accommodate us, but management was not at the front desk and I was told they were coming shortly… but after waiting 20 minutes I had to call them since they didn't arrive at the front desk, only to become aware that we needed to find another place to stay. Since it was the weekend of July 4th, we paid 2 times what we expected for a motel down the street, good thing there was vacancy elsewhere! Beware of this place…

Great, comfortable, clean rooms. Friendly staff and long term residence! Were informed of problems with theft and break-ins in Gunnison, but had no problems and felt safe at this motel! Very accommodating to our travel plans and would definitely return! AND A CASH DISCOUNT!

I stayed her for a week last January. Clean rooms, the management was well staffed and the breakfast really sealed the deal. It was one of the most fun weeks that I've ever had! We agreed that the Gunnison Inn is the best motel that iv stayed at for a long time! It was a well cleaned and grate serves given the weather it was a grate stay. It was peaceful enufe helping me to get things in order to get a job.

This place is a dump! The water does not turn off, needs repair, dog poo in the walkways.

Good clean hotel and best rate around. But the best part about the Seasons is the staff. Stormy was awesome to deal with, truly cares about her guests and called us by name the entire time we stayed.

We stayed at this hotel and from the moment we entered the office to rent a room, Stormy greeted us with a smile and started to help us. The room offered was very cheap, and I expected a bad looking room for that price, however to my surprise the room was very clean and comfortable. We asked Stormy if there were any grills anywhere close to us, since my friend and I had been camping out the last few nights and had some steaks and charcoal left. She ended us lending us her personal grill for us to use. She also gave us information about the area and how best to get to crested butte, as well as some discounts that saved us money renting the equipment to ski at crested butte. The day that we went skiing to Crested Butte, she even offered to take care and took care of my dog for the whole day while we were skiing. I will definitely stay there again on my next visit to those mountains, and I will recommend this place to every one of my friends. I loved their hospitality.

New manager has greatly improved guest services. Excellent place to stay. Guests are made to feel right at home. Bargin price.

Stayed here in Oct 2012 — nice/comfy room and bed — private room side parking is a plus.

Stayed here after backpacking part of the Colorado Trail, best rate in town, and very nice clean rooms. Couldn't be better. Free continental breakfast and a mini fridge in the room too. (yes, for beer. ) Stay here.
