I found bugs in the Quality Inn in Dumas Texas in my bed AFTER sleeping in it. I told the staff and showed a video of the bugs and was told the manager would get back to me. It was almost two months until I got a response and it wasn't even from Quality Inn! 0/10 would NOT recommend.

Clean place. Nice rooms, comfortable beds and the staff is extra friendly. Love all of them. They have a great free breakfast in the morning. The pool and hot tub are a great pass time also. Semi truck parking in the back!

Our stay waa good. The breakfast was great. The lady helping with breakfast was so friendly! The only problem was the air conditioner was loud when it kicked on.

Great hotel for the price. The kids enjoyed the nice indoor pool. The layout of the room we had was a little bit strange, was two doors opening two different hallways and no window to the outside. Beds were pretty comfortable. The breakfast was great, and the restaurant attached to the hotel was surprisingly good as well.

Very nice place. I attended a prayer breakfast here and everything was set up very nicely and professionally. Kind staff and fresh, clean look.

The Clarion in Craigs Colorado is a great hotel to stay at. The accommodations are fine, but the cusomer service was superb. My son started throwing up in the middle of the night, of course on our bed, and the front desk brought us everything we needed. They were so nice. I apologized for the mess and they said don’t worry, it happens. Such kind and wonderful people.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. A clean simple hotel that is great for a touring family. Special mention of the restaurant manager Lisa who takes good care of the visitors.

The staff was pleasant the room was clean and comfortable! Breakfast was nice and.

Awesome stay. We had a suite it was perfect. Very clean. The hotel has cleaning ninjas! We would leave for a few minutes come back and our beds were made!

Okay place for the price. BUT I have stayed in 9 hotels in the last 2 months by far the worse internet. I would suggest they updating their flintstone service. Found it so entirely irritating just logging in to MSN. Why would a hotel invest into the different things a hotel needs to operate and be so cheap with that? I will not stay here again because of it. I would rather spend 10 more bucks than have that kind of frustration.

Horrible place to stay, unfriendly staff. Rooms were dirty. Pool was nasty.

Haven't stayed at the Clarion but the bar and restaurant are great. Friendly staff and nice atmosphere. The people are from all over so it's always a good conversation.

Love this bar when they have a dj, need to more advertising to let the public know what's up, let peoe know where your at and what's going on, great more fun for this Barron town.

Good environment. The pool heater was broken when we stayed last so the kids were super bummed!

I love everything about this hotel. They cater to your every need they give you amazing food they have an awesome pool and hot tub and my family loves it here.

It's a motel it's the heating system is noisy but it's good and hot the restaurant food was okay not too expensive.

We were originally at the hotel to attend a business meeting/ dinner for my husband's work, but decided to stay overnight afterwards. The meeting room was a little warm, but they tried to cool it down (which is fine, because it was December lol) The lighting could have been better (had a Stephen King kinda feel to it), but who needs lights when you're exhausted? lol The hotel room itself was nice and clean, if a bit dated. I was under the weather, so I immediately went to bed, and it felt fantastic. My husband, on the other hand, said the bed felt hard to him (I'm usually the soft-bed connoisseur, and I loved it, so…) The towels were plentiful and very lush. Made for a wonderful hot bath before bed. They have an indoor pool and hot tub, which I was not up to trying, unfortunately. They looked very clean, and are located very close to the lobby, inside the middle of the first floor. I did notice that the windows in the rooms (at least on the first floor) opened all the way, which I really appreciated. But make sure it's locked, if you have small children. The free breakfast was kinda … meh. They write down the room number and bring you your juice. The roasted potatoes were hard and inedible, but the waffle was nice. The coffee was pretty terrible, but the orange juice was delicious. To be honest, it's not a vacation destination in itself, nor does it claim to be. But when you just need to rest in a nice clean bed, this is the place to go.

Cassidy's Bar & Grill was awesome! More new menu items. Prime Rib tonight was excellent! I will be back next month too. I wouldn't stay anywhere else.

Bar/restaurant was very busy tonight. It took two hours to get our food. When we got it, it was good. Our waitress was not nearly as good as the previous night.

I stayed in one of the king suites. Very roomy and comfortable. Are us quiet and rooms was clean. Didn't have much of a chance to use the other amenities they offered but it looked nice. Also convenient with full service bar and restaurant available. Will stay here again.

My father is a long distance driver and was treated with utter disrespect, rudeness and zero consideration. He checked in at 3 am, as he is only allowed to drive so many hours before he is required to rest. At 10:30, someone banged on the door to clean the room. He explained he was sleeping and would be using the room awhile longer. 30 minutes later, the attendant returned, waking him again. Upon leaving, the receptionist was rude. The facility is also in a general state of disrepair, with stacked pallets serving as some sort of makeshift wall.

Great hotel, the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Nice rooms and great price. I would definitely stay there again.

Do not stay at this hotel. Second poor experience. Poor and slow customer service. Did not seem to want to be bothered. Dishonest workers. Said we could not eat breakfast in room but told other patrons it was ok. Non smoking room smelled like smoke. Ice machine noisy.

Had to check out sooner at clarion due to BEDBUGS! Front desk clerks were both very nice and helpful. I will be reporting the bedbug issue further. Room did have a lot of bedbug feces on the wall beside the bed closest to the bathroom and along the baseboards (we freaked out and inspected every inch of the room) Other than the horrible and traumatic little pests everything else was nice.

Clean and quite, hot tub, pool, and mini gym made the price a little bit more worth it. Had no problems with my stay, my bathroom door I had to pull and push pretty hard to close and open but not a big deal. Would also like to appreciate all housekeeping for everything, they do an amazing job.

My husband, friend's and I had dinner last night "4/14/17" My friend's both order New York steak "cooked WELL DONE" and I ordered a sirloin steak medium rare. Our steaks came back cooked wrong. I sent mine back to cook it a bit. It was returned the same. I was surprised the dinner wasn't good because all the other times I ate there it was delicious. Did you have a different cook that night? We were not pleased at all.

To be honest I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the entire place! The stairs wells smelled and looked clean. Always saw some one cleaning the place. The room was awesome but the bed was HUGE very comfortable. The food in the attached restaurant was very tasty. The steak was cooked to perfection the mashed potatoes were spot on. One down fall was the salad. Everything else and I mean EVERYTHING ELSE was top notch. Five stars. FYI Strawberry Springs is OVER RATED.

The bar and restaurant seem outrageously understaffed and overwhelmed. Some of the bartenders are rude to us because they cannot handle the amount of business we bring. We understand they are busy and we are very patient people we just wish they had the attitude that they are happy we are there giving them our business and are happy to serve us. The restaurant and bar both frequently close earlier than they have advertised. They also run out of beer forcing us to go out and buy our own elsewhere and bring it in, that's a big money making opportunity missed. I don't understand why they do not appreciate the money and business we are willing to give them. We have been contacted by a competing hotel in town offering us a lower rate. We do not want to start staying anywhere else but if things get any worse we may have to. That being said, the rooms are nice, the maids are nice and the front desk people are always friendly and accommodating. The food is also very good.

We have stayed at the clarion several times during our travels over the last year, and each time has been quite nice. However we stayed here last night and were less than impressed. The rooms were quality as always and the staff member who checked us in was professional and kind. We have always had breakfast at the hotel, and on our last stay my children and I had lunch in the bar and the food and service were both excellent. Last night we decided to give the steak house a try. Let me start by saying that THE FOOD WAS AMAZING, probably the best steak I've had in my life. BUT the dining area was freezing! Before our food arrived everyone in our party (5 of us, and another family of 3 not staying at the hotel we had invited to dinner), had to return to our room for coats and the children were still cold. The server neglected to mention the self serve soup and salad when we placed out orders (we couldn't see it from our table), so we didn't get it until our food was arriving. One of the children asked for your cheese pizza kids meal, the server returned to tell him there was only pepperoni pizza which he was fine with, but then came back again to tell him that there was no pizza at all and he would have to choose something else. When our food arrived the server only left catsup for condiments, I flagged down another server to ask for steak sauce and ranch for the kids who ordered chicken strips, by the time it arrived we had nearly finished our meal.

The suite was clean and comfortable for family of 5. Loved the separate bed and living room spaces. Worked perfectly for our needs. Staff in breakfast area was so attentive and polite food was great and they had an omelette station! So much more than I expected for the price. Will definitely stay again next time I'm in Craig.

Thank you for the wonderful Mother's Day buffet. Our family thoroughly enjoyed the food, service and music. The only thing I would suggest is that beef could be on the menu, too… this is cattle country after all! I will recommend any future buffets to my friends. Thanks again for a such a lovely event and the truffles are to die for.
