This really should have been a 3 star review but I liked the place so much I'll give it a 5.

They do a great job at this Hampton. The staff was courteous. The room was spotless. Little notes and treats were left for me. The biz center printer worked. The herbal tea was stocked. The orange water was cold and refreshing. The Wi-Fi worked. Pillows and bed were comfortable. Water volume was good. Tub was not shallow.

I used 1 of my credit cards to reserve a room for my cousin and his family. On the booking notation, I detailed this, and said he'd pay when they got there. The hotel staff even sent me a text, acknowledging the payment arrangement. My cousin called me when they got home and told me his card wasn't charged for the room.

A good hotel near the airport. Clean rooms and friendly staff. Good pool, small exercise center. Breakfast is standard Hampton Inn, when it's stocked, which it wasn't. Most choices were gone by 9.

While the location isn’t all that, unless being by the airport is a priority, I have to say this is the nicest, cleanest Hampton I’ve ever in. The bed and sheets were so clean and comfy. Loved that my room was a cool 68 degrees when I got there. Good job staff!

Got into town on 4/20 and my wife had been having altitude issues causing her a lot of pain. The staff was nice enough to let us in early so I could get her some rest, they even reduced my rate to help out because all that was available was a room with 2 beds. All I can say is the staff her is great to work with, clean rooms and nice facility's.

Do not allow me change room type even have room available. Very bad expreience. Change in other hotels without any questions. Will never stay here any more.

Employees very nice but can't comment on hotel as the smell from the industrial company's fire across has blanketed the area and the whole hotel smells of smoke. Including my luggage and clothes.

It was a decent stay, this was the only place I could book last minute and there isn't a lot of choices, it's clean and the staff is friendly.

Staff is always friendly and helpful. Great location as right off the highway for access to many of the neighboring cities. Rooms are nice.

Enjoyed our stay at the Hampton Inn Montrose. It was very clean and the price was fair. Breakfast was good as well w lots of fresh fruits. Staff was very friendly and Debbie at the front desk was excellent and helpful with any of our needs. Would definitely recommend staying there.

Excellent experience here, very nice hotel, clean, smells good, and the staff were very nice and helpful. The staff here really seem to enjoy their job and it shows by how good they treated my wife and I. I would highly recommend staying here. Thanks Hampton Inn!

We were part of a tour, so our room was picked for us. However we both are routine Hampton inn guests, so this night was a pleasant surprise. The room was clean and we had enough towels. The breakfast was great.

The staff very friendly and accommodating. The hotel is quiet. In a nice location. The staff keeps the hotel very clean. I had no problems whatsoever here. In other hotels I always check for bed bugs which may sound kind of weird but I had bad experiences in other hotels. And I'm happy to say that I slept very comfortable knowing that looking through the beds they're very clean no problems whatsoever.

We are typically fans of Hilton branded hotels. I was not super impressed with this one and I felt that the price we paid was too much for this size room. With two beds, it felt quite small. The air was set on 66 but it took until the wee hours of the morning to fully cool the room. A pro: the room seemed quite clean.

Room was nice, bed super soft! Receptionists were friendly, breakfast wasn't really in point but it didn't ruin the stay for me. I'd definitely recommend this place to anyone.

Very nice, clean rooms that were also quiet, even with people in the halls. For people flying in, it's directly across the street from Atlantic. Staff was friendly.

It was very accommodating to my husband and I and to our boxer. To have the option to bring your fur child is a hotel worth 5 stars. Thank you so much. It was a pleasure to stay with you and see our human child.

It's a nice hotel not far from Black Canyon Neuronal Park. It feels a little old but it's clean and the staff is friendly. The breakfast is a typical Hampton Inn breakfast, which was more than enough for us. If you're planning on staying in Montrose, I'd recommend this hotel.

The service and personal touch is good. The location is good. The workout room has no weights! That's my only complaint.

Very clean, friendly and helpful. Limited parking and we were on a motorcycle, difficult to park in gravel overflow lot, staff was helpful and courteous in finding alternative solution. Would be happy to stay there again.

Wonderful stay! The staff was so attentive and kind! Couldn't of asked for a better night. I loved the snacks and hospitality! I left something behind and they were more than accommodating to get it mailed right out to me.

Be careful there is a front desk lady there that is named Eleen Garcia that is a hoe, that had relations with my father while he has doing business in Montrose and he stayed at this hotel. And now he is leaving us thanks to her! So be careful, she will take your man married or not.

This place is incredible. We had a flying exercise in Montrose with about 20 pilots and aircrew members staying for two nights here, and everyone remarked what a great place this was. The rooms were top notch with very comfortable beds and extremely effective air conditioning. My room was perfectly quiet. The breakfast was outstanding, from the waffles to the fresh fruit to the oatmeal to the omelettes, nothing was less than excellent. Really friendly staff who strives for excellence.

Nice amenities, loved the pool and hot tub and the breakfast was great! The only things were needed was a rack to hang your clothes and the waste baskets were too small.

We wouldnt even stay there and Hampton is usually our first choice! Rooms too small and no suites available! Sad sad hotel! What were u thinking Hampton.
