The toilet broke on the first flush. Poop water was less than an inch from overflowing into the floor. The front desk lady refused to call the repair man until the next morning, and refused to switch us rooms. My wife spent three hours on the phone with corporate getting them to call the hotel and change their mind. When the maintenance guy showed after 9pm he said this toilet broke all the time. The pool was super cloudy and over chlorinated. When we went to breakfast at 8am there were two muffins and six granola bars left and no more food coming, even though breakfast didn't end until 9. The hallways reeked of smoke even though there were no smoking signs everywhere. Worst part was we paid $150 for all this fun.

I would rather sleep in my car then stay at this place. It was disgusting, trash was everywhere and it smelled so nasty, don’t even get me started on the room. People were hanging around in the hallways and parking lot. We did not feel safe.

Linens and towels clean. Pet friendly. Outdoor pool. Within walking distance to restaurants. Better deals if you call ahead or on-line. Fills fast if events in Town.

The room was super clean. It had a fridge, microwave, kitchen sink, and access to a coffee pot. I wish I could find an apartment or house this good to live in. I will definitely come again.

This place appears nice. The rooms are a nice size. BUT, you can hear EVERYTHING if you are on the first floor. It stinks of cigarettes all through out the first floor completely making it hard to actually breath if you arent used to cigarettes. We heard an infant crying all night long and a dog barking uncontrollably. The pool needs to be clean and there is no access to it other then walking out the front doors. They have a "grab and go" breakfast that basically consists of granola bars and instant oatmeal. But at least there is coffee. They give you 1 abnormally tiny bottle of shampoo/conditioner and 1 bar of soap for the shower and washing your hands. Its fine for a night but other then that I would not stay longer then 1 night. It is for sure over priced and not worth what we spent on it. Also the side door that was closest to our room did not lock its self when you came in, which was concerning because anyone at that point could walk in.

This was THE WORST place I have ever stayed. Unfortunately, it was the only place available last minute that was pet friendly. We checked in late at night, and there were quite a few sketchy people walking around the property and through the parking lot. When we got to our room, there was hair on the stove, sugar spilled in a cabinet, and some kind of crumbs in one of the drawers. There was hair on the bathroom counter, hair in the tub, hair in the sheets. There were stains everywhere. The furniture looked as if it had never been wiped down thoroughly. The carpets were stained. I informed the front desk and was told there were no other rooms available (not that I think another room would be any better). The staff said they would leave a note for the morning. I went to the front desk around 8AM to remind them that the room was filthy. The staff assured they would send someone to clean. We left the room and returned around 1PM, and still no one came to clean. ON TOP OF THAT, we had no running water in the room. I called down to the front desk and asked what was going on and was told there was a leak somewhere and water would be back and running "soon". The woman said that notes were put on the doors. We never got a note. I also reminded her (again) that our room needed to be cleaned. She responded rather rudely that our room was "on the schedule". We left again and returned around 9PM.

The management at this particular Extended Stay were way more attentive than those at the Extended Stay on the Northern side of Belleview off of Quebex St in Denver CO.

. Really good hotel for the price. The only extended stay that I know that has a pool. Inside is beautiful. That's probably a little exaggerative but for the price and the type its worth it.

This has by far been the worst place I have ever stayed at ever! I haven’t even got to stay at because I’ve been waiting this whole time to get a room and let’s talk about this I was supposed be able to check in hours ago … early check in Is what I was trying to Get they said it was available come to find out it’s definitely not available not only is it not available I’ve been waiting out in the parking lot for my room for almost 6 hours now after being on the road for 9 1/2… The staff is stupid as stupid can be and It doesn’t matter how many times you call corporate and nothing is getting done still nothing. Had to hop over desk to use phone to call to get someone to desk all around stupid idea to waist your money here…

Good clean room. Comfy bed and the customer service was great! Will be staying here again when I need it!

You get what you pay for (strange and sometimes disturbing stains on the carpet, pot smoke, cigarette smoke, the weird fact that the lobby and stairwells always smell like fried catfish, pot smoke, cigarette smoke, the sounds of domestic violence, no hot water from time to time, approximately 50% of the light fixtures in your room not working, pot smoke, cigarette smoke and a breakfast bar that is cleared out and empty by 6:35 each morning). Yet, still not the worst place I've ever stayed in. The staff is generally helpful.

Expect to have to get everything yourself, room smelled like skunk weed and the smoke detector had been taped up. Only one roll of toilet paper that was already open and no trash can. Took over 15 minutes to get my dishes and the staff qere lazy and snoppy. Price is cheap so it gets a star.

Mrs. Meriam was a life savior one day when she brought me some medicine to lower my fever enough to get to the hospital. I have stayed in countless hotels across the U. S. And by far this is the best customer service, from any staff in customer service anywhere, ever. I clean my own room but if at any point I needed anything to make my space liveable they were more than happy to accommodate especially Bree. When my door was broken, everyday she had to come to my room on the third floor to personally open my room, sometimes two/three times a day and the elevator was down at the time. Excellent work guys.

I have to say that this is not like you would expect from an Extended Stay type hotel. It's more like a luxurious hotel that is run well thanks to a great staff and a management team that keeps it clean and respectable. Hats off to the good folks at Extended stay America Aurora North.

This place felt like a dump. The first room I got reeked of cigarette smoke. Moved to second floor, this room had a schedule for Showtime, but there was no cable. The is no ice machine. There are no dishes — you have to ask for them. They made me come down to the front desk for everything. The 4 times I called the front desk I was put on hold for 15 + minutes and hung up on. The carpet was stained and the towels had stains. It felt generally dirty and the linens were cheap and threadbare. I'm not usually a fussy person but it felt like every time I turned around I got less than I wanted and needed. Oh and not providing conditioner for hair is pretty bad for $70.00 a night.

No coffee, no clock, no conditioner, no soap, the room went from inferno to ice through out my stay. TV would work sometimes. No food, had to leave to eat. Staff was non existent. The one and only elevator was slow and disgusting. Not a clean place at all. At one point this was a nice hotel, but has gone down hill very fast. Not happy at all. Won't be back. Sad…

A very clean place. I was visiting my sister and I enjoy my visit every time. I noticed a young lady cleaning rooms and she was so professional. I noticed that her cleaning made the difference.

Omg this place is the best, the people are the best, always nice, after traveling, being pushed in the mud, thrown thru rocks this place is makes me feel right at home, I always stay here when I visit cause they take care of me, it's clean, comfy, & I always get the room I want, I thought my heater was broken & had asked for a small heater instead they had someone come up in 10 mins & fix it, wasn't even broken just the knobs were jumbled but that quick fix made my day though!

Great customer service. I stayed at two locations in Aurora. This one was in door and the room was clean. They have coffee in the morning.

If I could rate this place a zero I would. Honestly just walking in the place it was filthy. The person who "welcomed" was terrible. Even then we decided to stay we had babies and we were tired. The room was nasty the didn't even bother to sweep the trash. The blankets were filthy with something all over them. It was a scary situation. Save your money!

So my boyfriend and I stayed here and we didn’t notice this untill the next day but our towels had hidden trash in it also a bar soap with pupic hairs every where and just gross. They didn’t do nothing about it not even offer us a free night stay or discount just brushed it off like it was ok! Don’t stay here staff is rude as well.

This location has a good staff, for the most part. Unfortunately, the lack of cleanliness has taken a major hit over the past few months. In addition, the "fitness center" has always been a joke along with the swimming pool. The hallways and the stairwells have accumulated trash on a daily basis. There were numerous times that the noise seems to make one think a circus is near them. The parking lot has glass throughout it. This, however, doesn't seem to reflect on their prices. Beware, you are not getting a hotel room that is worth what they charge! The "breakfast" is a joke, that is when the staff has time to fill it up, granted your choices are muffins, granola bars and oatmeal. Drinks — coffee and hot tea. At one time there was fresh fruit, sadly not any more. I don't blame the staff, I blame the corporation, this location needs help, the front desk attendants should not be washing laundry and taking out trash. The staff needs help and corporate needs to realize the "facilities" are not adequate for the price they want to disillusion themselves with.

-⭐So dirty you can feel it, the shower had hair all over wall, and on the bed had human fluids. The floor was so bad, the cabinets needed to be fixed. I would not even stay their for 10 mins I had to check out. Don't be fooled out side is nice. The inside is bad.

Filthy place that would probably get shut down if it ever got health inspected. Everything and everywhere you look in the hotel including the rooms, you can find trash, cigarette butts, ketchup and throw up looks like on the walls. The elevator has dirt trash in it. The wood floors have not once been mopped and iv been here 3 weeks. I wish my company knew how dirty it is.

I first started going to Extended Stay America back in 2003. That first year was great even though it was Christmas. Clean rooms, clean hall ways, clean everything. Full breakfast bar, and I mean breakfast bar. Omlettes, cereal, sausage, drinks, etc. Over the next few years I started staying there every summer for a week or so to see family. And every time it got worse. Room wasn't cleaned when I got there, dirty sink, unmade bed, etc. Then the hallways started lining up with trash. Then the stairwell started to be dirty all the time. Bad customer service. Now I need to go back to that area to stay for a night, but because of all the current bad reviews, I'll have to find a different hotel.

I have been to my share of hotels. Can I give them 0 stars? How about — 1? This place is a dump! There is trash in the stairwell, the doors are broken, cigarette butts have not been cleaned in years, empty beer bottles and cans in the elevator, trash down the hall and it smells like gym socks, my rooms smoke detectors were yanked out of the ceiling, the button compartment in the elevator is being held up by tape. It is the most disgusting hotel I have been to. Housekeeping really needs a lesson on how to maintain cleanliness. They could also use a maintenance department. They say they have breakfast, that is a granola bar, muffin and coffee. I would not even consider getting on any of the exercise equipment, I am too afraid. Please spend the extra 20$ and get a decent place.

Stayed here based on cost. It seems you do get what you pay for. Appearance is OK. Front desk service OK but a bit slow. The room is good size. There's a good amount of furniture. Desks tables. Etc. The kitchen has a full size fridge, small microwave and 2 burner stove. It is stocked with less than the bare minimum. 4 forks 1 knife 1 spoon can opener spatula. 4 plates. No bowls no cups 2 plastic glasses. 2 Teflon pans. Nothing else. No paper towels. No soap No sponge. Our sheets were dirty The AC did not work well. Perhaps not at all. So OK. Considering price. Bring your own kitchen supplies.

When we first arrived it took quite awhile to check in. When I first made the reservation I had requested one double room and one queen room. When we got there they had no double rooms left. The front desk lady was rude and seemed like she had attitude. Not once did she even smile or say hello. Upon entering the elevator it had trash on the floor and the whole place looked run down. Upon getting to the second floor we exited the elevator to be immediately greeted with a terrible smell. We got to the first room, and was not impressed. The cupboards were all busted and broken, the drawers were falling apart. The overall feel was not pleasing or comfortable. When we entered the second room it was a bit better but we were comparing that to very little. The second room was still not comfortable. When going downstairs to ask for some cups she only had 4 to supply us with and we had 5 guests. We realized after putting stuff in the fridge that the fridge did not even work properly. The Freezer worked just fine, but the fridge was not getting cold. The second rooms toilet was loose on its base so if you moved the entire toilet moved with you. We spent the majority of the night in my car as it was more comfortable then being inside. There was supposed to be a pool open, but that was closed as well. Not that we would have swam in it anyway, due to the concerns of cleanliness. When coming back inside to our room we realized that half the hall lights on our floor were out.

Location was great for my needs really close to a lot of good places to eat rosies diner was awesome! Room was a secent size smell wasnt to pleasant but it works with a candle service was pretty good very good staff who go out of their way to help you out!

Dirty, smelly, outdated rooms. You can smell smoke every where in the hotel including the rooms. Checked our early and went to a different hotel. The only positive thing I can say about this place is that Samantha was polite and professional.

Really enjoyed the stay here so far, there workers are very nice an I feel welcome here! Very clean rooms, I would come stay here again anytime.

Omg so insurance company set us up at a NICE hotel esque (didn't make it past the lobby) it was the extended stay of America. Well they asked me for a second credit card. They had one on file. They said in case we damage or loss of property. I said you insinuating something he says I insinuat with every one So I say ok fine handed it over. So then he looks at my son and says and who is that!?! I said the patient my son He replied hmmmm Do you have a ID for him!? He looked down on us had a attitude and said if you don't feel comfortable here we can cancel your reservation I asked if we made him uncomfortable that he could say then ripped my card from his hand. I rather pay at a cheap hotel and be treated nice then to except free lodging and be looked down on…

Wish I could give it a Zero. Sheets looked like they hadn't been changed in weeks, the pillowcase had blood. The floors were filled with trash and carpet hadn't been vacuumed. The towels were grayish color and the place reeked of smoke. The floor in the elevator had trash and the whole place looked run down. The pool was filled with leaves from this winter. Nasty very nasty. When complained, front desk person didn't care. Told us we could bring the sheets and towels down and maybe we can get new ones. Left the place and found a very clean room for same price at Holiday Inn. Disgusting place to even stay. I recommend everyone to stay away.

The only reason this has one star is because there are no options for zero. I called the hotel, made a reservatiom, was charged. When I arrived around 2:30am I was told I had no reservations and there were no available rooms. Anywhere. I was then (as a young alone women in bad neighborhood) was told to wait outside. So I do. Then five police officers show up, summoned by front desk lady. Long story short they bring me back inside and tell her I can wait inside because it's unsafe. And there was eight or nine others in the same boat. An awful unapologetic business. Still have not gotten my money back.

Oh boy, where do I start? We were assigned a room and when I walked in (it hadnt even been locked) the sheets were on the floor, the floors had trash on them, and there was food in the sink. Not to mention the appallingly disgusting bathroom. We were told that check in was at 3, and we didn't get there until 4. We were not expecting rooms to not be cleaned at that point. So, my husband went to get us a new room, and the front desk staff was rude to him! As if he was supposed to just deal with the nasty room. We got a new room, and it smelled so bad of smoke. (Keep in mind the whole hotel is supposed to be non-smoking) my throat was burning after twenty minutes of being in our room. The floors were still nasty, carpets probably haven't been cleaned since they were installed. The fridge had been turned off at the breaker box, and it seemed to be glued shut from sticky food that has never been cleaned from the fridge. It is absolutely disgusting. And to spend $100/night, I would expect much better! I have stayed in extended stays before, and have never been so disappointed. I would NEVER recommend this hotel to anyone. If I had another option, I would be gone. But, I'm stuck in here until I can move into my house in a few days.

Bad service, pool is closed and 90 degrees weather, just coffe in the mornings is not free breakfast, just one towell on bath, if you need one more have to trade the used one, they said is no smoking but room stinks, not enough personal in place, save yourself a nightmare.

This place was HELL, good thing I brought clorox wipes and gloves. My bed sheets and comforter was gross, they was food all over the floors and tables, not to mention the grease on the kitchen floor where I almost died. There was strange gel like substance on the head board :xxx. The bathroom sink looked like My 3 year old had cleaned it for the past year. The chair had food and black sticky stuff on it. I asked to be moved of course the said we will try. So I got my gear and clean my own Damn room, took the dirty wipe to staff and then they offered me a room that was so rancid my eyes were watering and the window was open lol. We stayed in the first room for 3 hours and smelled like an episode of kitchen nightmares. At least they had the decency to offer me a full refund after I played housekeeper. I will never ever go back again. Omg the kitchen food on the walls the stove :#@$. I have done extended stay before but unless you want staph infections stay far far away.

Allowed me to book a room online, when they had no vacancy. Overnight clerk was extremely rude.

The location is easy to access from nearby highwaysand made it easy to find and access local businesses. The room was clean with all expected amenities and comforts. In all a good place to stay for the value.

Horrible experience. Do not go here. Highly uncourteous front desk personnel. Room they gave was filthy dirty and stench of stale milk was unbearable in the refrigerator. If you like throwing your money at a stinking dump, this is your choice!

Husband and I came in last wknd and will be here for work for 4-6wks or longer. We came to the Extended Stay after walking straight out of the Crestwood Suites due to its conditions. We were skeptical at first; however, Ms Rhonda was very nice and upfront with us about the area and everything. She made us feel welcomed as this is our 1st stay in Colorado. One thing I'll remember is that she not only asked me later on in the wk how's my stay here, she also Remembered my name. We've been staying at Extended Stays in different states that we work in since 2006, but this was the 1st time an Employee took time to remember my name. Thanks Ms Rhonda.

It was exactly what I was looking for in comfortably and price, and room amenities. Staff could use better training.

Do Not Go Here. This was the worst hotel I ever been in aside of a halfway house. The halls smelled like pee and dogs. The floors and doors nasty. Its not a place you want to stay. Stay Away. The lady at the desk was nice, but continued to tell me that this was not where she usually worked… Their ad reads Newly Renovated… Dont believe the hype.

Me and 7month old were bitten by bed bugs. Took baby to hospital due to allergic reaction. Mayaha the manager took over 8hrs to move my room with all my belongings destroyed. No offer to comp. So I called heist relations. Went through hell. Then I was comped my week back. That week was spent sanitizing and correcting issues due to their bed bugs. The staff are useless when you need anything. Unless you need attitude and eye rolls … they have plenty. Rooms had buggers still smeared on skirt of bed. No blow dryer table was laying on floor until they caMe to glue it to the wall. I waited around 40 minutes plus on most occasions for assistance. My baby skin is scared by the way.

TERRIBLE, I asked for towels and housekeeper comes banging on my door like the police, walks right in and demands to see my dirty towels, freaks out because I have a guest, then her and the manager come back demanding I check out with no refund because I had the attitude, I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone it's awful!

Extended Stay America Aurora North is where aspirations of a pleasant comfortable or clean room goes to die. Somehow rated number out of 51 hotels in Aurora, Colorado on TripAdvisor, Extended Stay America Aurora North somehow manages to beat out 22 other hotels with their brilliant combination of measured indifference, rude and confrontational staff, and apparent desire to conduct an experiment on how crappy a hotel they can run and still be featured on hotel sites. We did reach out to the general manager of the hotel and Extended Stay America Corporate. Corporate did eventually get back to us only after we went public on Twitter with a promise to look into our stay and to have the district manager contact us. They did state that the general manager of the hotel had no record of our stay, and he was very surprised that anyone had any kind of these issues. The general manager (Jason) did contact us 4 days after corporate and left a message stating that there had been another guest that had extended their stay and they didn’t have the room type we had requested, but rather than address the situation and reduce the room rate to the correct amount and apologize, they threatened us with calling the police! I have attempted to call him back multiple times, but he is never in the office (according to the front desk he is almost always at the bank, maybe something to do with all the special smokes the guests are smoking?

I think the service was good I asked Irma for pots and utensils because I noticed the room didnt have any, not only did she get them within 24 hours she had them delivered to my room. Excellent customer service as far as im concerned.

Staff is RUDE and the place is dirty and ghetto, once we left our room for the day we came back to half of our pillows gone, and nobody was willing to find us more. We couldn't take a morning shower because they wouldn't give us clean towels until 12 noon!

This hotel is a poor excuse for the extended stay america enterprises. The first thing I was frustrated with was the night shift attendent he was very rude and uninformational. Secondly when we got to our room there was only one garbage can, as well as there were no toiletries i. E soap, shampoo, lotion. As we explored the complex I noticed the lack of care for the property it was absolutly filthy. One afternoon I stepped outside to have a ciggarette and noticed that two very young children we taking out the trash as if they were house keeping, the one girl was so small the trash bag she was attempting to throw in the dumpster was larger then her! They both continued to walk around the parking lot picking up nasty trash. The morning we checked out I was interested in their "contential breakfast" which consited of cheap coffee and granola bars. I would never stay here again, and recomend somewhere, anywhere else other than this dump. Over priced for such a delapitated facilty.

I travel a lot on business. The king suite with kitchenette at these places has always appealed to me. This place was clean, but lacked the "apartment feel" touchs required in this type of hotel. no ice machine (and no ice tray in fridge/freezer) no dishes or silverware no shampoo no pots or pans and no towel service. I had to give up my dirty towels for clean ones. Even in a 90% full hotel I shouldnt have to do that. service clerks were rude free Wi-Fi listed was pay per use, not cool. missing furniture (one night stand) no hangers in closet no laundry bags it was as if I was paying just for room, literally. decor in room was nice, didnt smell, bed was good. It just ALL the little things were missing. and no water softener. All the ground water here in denver is hard; the soap we brought to shower did Not lather even a little.

Horrible! Don't ever stay here, had a family emergency and made a reservation at midnight. Took us awhile to figure out how to get there so we showed up in their lobby at 2am (2 hours later) only to be told we gave your rooms away because you were a no show. Now they refuse to refund our money on rooms we never even checked into or signed for! If you're are thinking of staying here don't bother. Nothing but a hassle and rude staff to deal with. Unprofessional staff is all you deal with.

Ur dollar I guess. I reserved this for 2 weeks. Breakfast served 6:30-9:30 am. Every morning I go down 7:30-830 nothing to eat. Coffee pots empty. Having ur room cleaned or fresh towels is a chore for days. Wen I cleaned my room cuz maid service is a chore for them, I found trash from the last guests food cloths. Really? There were lil grey legos every where. You cant smoke in any of the rooms. The t. V. Is pretty much useless nothing ever on unless u like adult swim. When I checked in u have to request dishes. 10 days into my stay I still have not gotten all pots n dishes. After requesting since I checked in. This is just terrible. They say they help people with cancer. Rolling. No they treated me pretty bad.

Bed Not Comfortable, I Beg To Have My Room Cleaned Weekly they careless about your safety. Anyone can walk in and out.

Terrible, book anywhere else. We're on the first floor, they rented every room above us to either Godzilla or Jabba the Hutt. ALL DAY all the way through the night — stomp stomp stomp, surprised the ceiling didn't fall into our 2 x 2 ft kitchen. Avoid this place like the plague, this week couldn't go fast enough for us.

This place is awesome the rooms indoor are more than what you expect its close to restaurants its huge very comfortable and clean.
