Wonderful accommodating staff! Great job on the COVID precautions! My son's were able to enjoy the pool and slides! Little pricey yes but all staff were so nice and pleasant to be around! We will be back! :)

Restaurants were closed, kids activities were only on the weekend, food was only available in one restaurant (a sports bar) and was overpriced for the quality. I received raw salmon and sent it back because I had ordered cooked salmon… my waitress tried to charge me for it! Our bathroom in our room smelled like a public urinal. For the price, I expected much much more.

We had the best family vacation and were very pleased with how clean everything was kept. Our room was beautiful and immaculate and the pool amenities exceeded our expectations. It's really close to all the off site activities that we were interested in and loved seeing all the bunnies around the property. There was one employee who stands out, Luis at the front desk was so helpful and kind. We were having such a good time we wanted to stay an extra day and he helped us make that happen. We will for sure be back!

We had mixed feelings about our stay last weekend. The hotel and pool itself are beautiful overall we enjoyed the time at the pool and had plenty activities to entertain ourselves. Staff was nice and helpful. HOWEVER I wouldn’t recommend going until the restrictions due to COVID loosen up a little more. It was a bummer not being able to spend more time at the pool because of the reservation system. We would have liked to be the the majority of the day as it’s the biggest attraction to the resort. The food was subpar and extremely overpriced. We paid the same amount in food for 3 meals as we did for our 2 night stay. Be prepared to eat the same thing for every meal because there is only one restaurant open. The drinks were also extremely over priced $15 for margarita in a small solo cup. Also, it’s ridiculous to charge $29/night for parking.

This was our first time to the resort. Had a great time on our mini vacation. Hotel was super clean, our room was nice and the staff were amazing. Our girls had a blast at the Waterpark! Was able to enjoy the Waterpark all 3 days of our stay. We will definitely be returning soon.

I have been missing out. We will never stay anywhere else when we come to Denver. Customer service is awesome, indoor waterpark, bars, and awesome customer service.

Overall awesome experience! The room was very nice. Friendly service. Loved the pools! Would definitely go back. Great view of the mountains. Highly recommend!

Only advice would be, that you allow your titanium or better members have first right for restaurant reservations. Otherwise the property is fantastic and we love it it will be here for 2 1/2 days with three rooms.

Still a few bugs to work out, but with the largest crowd to-date there, they did a good job. The people working there were very good. Great views of the mountains and downtown Denver. A lot to do for young and some for us old people too.

I was there for the Christmas Festivities and they were awesome! The ICE sculptures were overpriced but awesome. If my opinion matters I would recommend since they charged $35 per adults and $23 children the photos should be included but instead they charge $30-40 for your photos. If you don’t want to include photos then lower your prices $15 children and $25 adults. This helps accommodate large families so they can also enjoy! We had a family of 8 and we couldn’t do anything else because of how expensive this was just to walk through.

Website was very confusing when registering for the Christmas fun. Called and they did for me over the phone. When I looked at receipt they charged $250 more and I did not get 3 sets of tickets I wanted… so more like $500 more. When I called back the person just kept saying, “I’m sorry, I can’t help you” even though I make the reservation 5 minutes prior and they never once mentioned it was MUCH more expensive to book over the phone. Lesson learned. Last Marriott trip for me!

For the price, the rooms were like any other hotel. Most of the employees were AWESOME, Although in the sports bar, I had to clear our table, go to the bar three times to get a drink, our server often walked past our table, but failed to stop. Sadly, I would not recommend the food. The Steakhouse was incredible. I would rate the servers and food as near excellent. Sadly two employees left a bad taste in my mouth, one in the sports bar and other at the pool bar. Understanding that it is a fairly new hotel, perhaps they're still going through the growing pains?

I was at here for the Insights Conference & absolutely fell in love with everything here. What a beautiful resort with an incredible view. The food was amazing, loved the pool, lazy river, and shops. The staff was friendly and professional. I had a great experience and I look forward to coming back again and again.

The hotel remains AMAZING! Clean, attractive, well kept, great attractions. The restaurant with the big screen was not staffed good. There were not enough “table cleaning” or waitstaff. We waited for 20 minutes while tables were open but there weren’t enough workers. Perhaps it was because we came after lunch and before dinner.
The overall experience was great. The pool, outdoor area, basketball courts, water slide, etc was wonderful!

Amazing food fun place to explore even got a new hat they have a huge TV in one room and great staff. The rooms were great but the beds were hard and not soft for for me the pillows were just air no support. The steak restaurant was my fav a great rib eye steak was perfectly cooked and the sides were a great complement to the meal the Italian restaurant was great for breakfast and dinner and lunch the Asian restaurant was not my forte so I skipped that. The have a huge convention space as well. The water park was were the party was at, they had the music I liked and the fast water slide wow amazing place wish there was a look out spot on the 15th floor. And if you get a chance hit the spa best place to relax after that I thank there needs to be some activities planed for this place I got board super fast I would also like to see a church host a service at this resort so I do not have to drive far to get to one. Do not do the arcade it is a waste of money but a good place to stay I would recommend it to any one thanks for the new hotel.

I have visited a few Gaylord’s and this one certainly is not breath taking like the rest. It looks like it was rushed from features to flooring to windows. The rooms were very small. The design of the bathrooms are very odd. No room for nothing, no door for privacy. On to the food — our least favorite about the trip. There are only 1/3 of the rooms being booked with no conventions yet. The wait was over and hour, we waited another hour for our food. I can not imagine when they book all the rooms and convention. Will be a mad house. We paid $70 for 4 undercooked hamburgers with frozen fries. The pool was nice, however the hot tub was full of kids, at its capacity already. Again, I think it was rushed to open and no forethought of how can we accommodate a lot of people. Outside pool was closed, surprise the owners are from Florida. Things we enjoyed. Lots of quite places to sit and reflect. The pictures were nice. The music in the lobby. The workout place was nice. The Spa was great. The workers were very welcoming and friendly. Lots of presence from management and training going on.
