Horrible! Book at your own risk. Bring your own towels, toilet paper, and cooking utensils. The floors are dirty and the hotel has an odd smell. The staff are friendly but the hotel policies are unfair.

Do not stay here! The first thing I noticed was the terrible odor. Once checked in, I walked down the hallway with nasty, stained carpet towards my room. Silly me, thinking that entering my room would liberate me from the odor, instead I find the room to have its own distinct, disgusting odor. On top of that, the room is in shambles. The curtain rods are falling out of the walls, the kitchen cabinets are falling apart and missing drawers, there is a hole in the ceiling. Then I notice there is no toilet paper to be found anywhere in the room. There were two bars of soap, but no shampoo. I decide to go get some dinner to avoid being in the room any longer than I need to be, and on my way out, I walk past the elevator with an "out of order" sign in it. I wonder how long it's seen like that. The owner of this establishment clearly puts zero money back into their business and is just going to ride it out until the building eventually crumbles to the ground. I repeat, DO NOT STAY HERE!

This place was alright in the beginning wasn’t bad wasn’t great either but when I went to extend my stay 3 days prior to check out the girl at the front desk said that they would send me the info online to extend the stay another week. I never received any info so the following day 2 days before check out I went back in and they told me to just come in on check out day and they would extend my stay another week. So I went in this morning to extend the stay and they tell me that there is no rooms available but if I’m willing to pay more per day I would be able to stay. The front desk manager was extremely rude and asked me to vacate the property after I told him that he needs to get with the front desk people and train them better and to not mislead people.

The Denver one was okay but after my experience with the ones in Nashville TN, I will never stay at one again. Thank God that there are many other type entended stay suites being built all the time and much nicer ones to boot. Over the past few years, I have had to travel all over the country and I have found that it is really nice to stay at a hotel where you are treated like they are really grateful for your support and business. They don't allow pets, even if they are service dogs. I could have raised cain, but who wants to stay at a place like that. Some day they will get sued for the service dog thing because that is against federal law. As for myself, I will never stay where I am not wanted. I will take my business to Woodspring Suites, where they accept all animals. I'm a disabled veteran and I would never recommend them to another vet.

I would put no stars if possible. I wasn't expecting the Ritz but seriously the carpets are moldy and gross. This place smells like nasty cigarette smoke even though it's "no smoking". Our room the toilet is broken and has been for two days, our sheets were stained and the smell is awful. Also clean out your air conditioners they are full of dust. Even for the price it should still be clean… that's just common human decency especially when someone is paying. I don't see how this place is even still open in conditions like this. I have stayed in some ghetto places but this just about takes the cake.

I would have give. It a “0” star if there was a possibility. Worst motel ever, upon checkin receptionist asked us to run and check the room if it’s clean and available. The elevator was broken we had to run up and down on 3rd floor to check the room. After all the checking the room was still filthy There were no toiletries no soap most disgusting counter tops and cabinets as soon as you walk in the room you would want to throw up. We had to buy our own bedding even before sitting on that bed. Plus there was other people’s hairs and bodily fluids on the PILLOWS YUKHHH.! This was the worst experience STAY AS FAR AWAY AS POSSIBLE. I had never written a review for any place but for this one I had to make an exception.

WARNING:DO NOT STAY HERE! This is the absolute worst motel I have ever stayed at. Even if we had complained about the cleanliness of this place, it couldn’t have been cleaned well enough for us to feel comfortable to stay! The pictures shown of this place are not what it really looks like. Not only did we have personal medical reasons for wanting to book a different hotel, but this place was a dump. The counters, cabinets, and appliances were all entirely worn out! There was sticky gunk on the cabinet, and some of the cabinets literally have wood pieces missing. The bedding has cigarette burns in it, there is no coffee pot, no dishes, nothing! We paid for an entire week stay at this place since a family member was having a surgery. If you do your research and read this please don’t take it lightly! When I say it was really that bad, it was THAT bad. I would rather sleep in my car than stay the night in one of those beds!

I will never stay here again the hotel manager Chris was very unprofessional, rude, incompetent, a thief and a disgrace to the hotel community! InTown suites corporate should definitely do an investigation on him as well as the other staff that seems extremely scared of him because of fear of losing their jobs.

Filthy, I understand how a place like this can easily get run down BUT the cleanliness and HEALTH of guests should be more of a concern. I shouldn't be seeing pubic hairs in the restroom upon check-in. They claim they 'clean once a week and are required to check 'safety' stuff once a week. They do NOT replace tissue or towels/linens AND DO NOT MOVE personal belongings to clean however are REQUIRED TO SNOOP the room once a week. Again I understand not everyone cares to be clean and extended stay motels are typically all the same DIRTY. BUT I am paying good money to stay here I should have AT LEAST A CLEAN ROOM UPON CHECK IN. You can tell they change the towels, tp, and bar of soap. They do not clean toilets, tubs, or even wipe anything down before new guests check in! I immediately got my own cleaning supplies, stripped the bed, wiped e everything down with bleach and sprayed everything with disinfectant! you have to think of the saftey and health of guests! other people hair and bodily fluids! no thanks! yuk!

This was a roach infested terrible smelling place. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! We were booked for a week and stayed a night. Luckly we paid for travel insurance and got our money back. Wish I could do no stars as that is what they deserve.

Nice quite place. Manager Chris is one of the nicest guys I've met. Definitely recommend staying here.

Don't waist your tym energy or money you are worth more, if you don't think you're worth it go stay somewhere on Colfax then and find your worth.

Not the best but serves it purpose. Could definetly be cleaner and less smelly. The best thing about our stay was Chris, the manager.

My parents moved here when times got hard. Staff has always been courteous an polite to. The three of us. My mom passed a way about a month ago. Her ashes was returned to us and the hotel manager maintenance and some of the housekeeping staff brought her ashes to my dad. That is going above and beyond d their job description. Any time we have a maintenance issue or any other issue staff is quick to remedy whatever the problem is. I'd recommend this place to everyone. Ty inn town suites u rock!

Very friendly staff. Decent size rooms. Enormous tv. Windows actually open instead of only opening an inch. Love always having someone on premises. Edit: it is coming up on my 2 months here. I just went to move something on top of the cabinets and I felt something. A condom. Then I got up on the table and found 3 crack pipes up there. Check the tops of the cabinets. I almost threw up. Took a shower and brought them down. Guy at the desk is nice but he just said "sorry. Hopefully there are no more surprises up there for you". He said that's all he can do so im not mad at him, but no compensation? Like I'm struggling right now. A discount would have been a blessing. Or even just send housekeeping today (monday) and on our normal thursday.

Terrible! Dirty smelly run down just all in all nasty! We were given 2 tiny towels for the 2 of us for 5 nights! When I asked the housekeeper for more she said "we don't do towels you have to bring them to the laundromat and wash them yourself! " SERIOUSLY? Oh and don't try to ask the front desk for anything because they are only there a few hours a day! Next time we visit the area we will opt to sleep in our car over this place… The dumpster behind Walmart might be a cleaner option with nicer amenities! They do have a nice slideshow playing in the lobby with photos like on the internet and I was told " that's what it's supposed to look like AFTER the renovations! RUN AWAY! REALLY!

Do not come to this place it is terrible the first day I was sleeping and the room next they were yelling and screaming, next the power went out. It smells like wild animals live there. The one star that I'm ratin6 this place is a very gerenous rating.

The lady at the front desk was very nice and friendly! The place is very old. Old dirty sofa/curtins/stove look like it came out a dumpster. Everything is old. The place needs to be updated/rebuild. Other than that it's an ok place.

On arriving at the hotel I was told the reception was closed even though I told them I would be late arriving. So I had to find another hotel for one night at extra cost. Then when I went back in the morning to check in at in town suites I was informed my stay had been cancelled, so I had to rebook for the rest of my holiday which cost me over 100 dollars more than I had originally booked for plus the extra first night in the other hotel. The staff did not seem bothered that this had happened. Also you have to wash the towels and sheets yourself and I did not get my room cleaned for the whole time I was there, no extra toiletries either you had to buy them yourself where you would think spending so much money on accommodation for your holiday you would get.

If I could leave zero stars I would. I stayed here for two weeks and just a few days after arriving and sleeping in their beds, my entire body was covered in bites. I originally thought they were stress hives but they kept getting worse. After checking out of the hotel, I had no other option than to go to the emergency room because the bites were spreading and itching so badly. After visiting the ER, I was told by THREE medical professionals that I had BED BUGS. I literally have about 40 of them all over my body. When we contacted the general manager of this hotel named Chris, he rudely said we don't have bed bugs and hung up on us. We are in the process of contacting corporate and are also contacting the board of health. This place is disgusting. You will get bed bugs here. Do not stay here. This place screwed with the wrong family, we'll be hiring a lawyer if our money we spent on the room (plus my medical bills! ) is not reimbursed. Worst hotel experience ever. The streets of Denver are cleaner than this place!

DO NOT waste your time or your money! Stayed here once back in April, for about 15 minutes until we looked at the awful stains on the chair, what looked like pubic hairs all over the "kitchen" counter, not to mention the screaming & yelling throughout the rooms while walking to our room & the distinct smell of a Walmart bathroom right as you walk through the doors that makes you immediately sick to your stomach. Of course we decided we were not staying there, so we called to the front desk to ensure we'd be refunded our money. Needless to say many phone calls & months later — they are refusing to refund us the $70 that it cost us to get a stomachache, a migraine, & an awful experience. Spend the extra $$$ & stay at the Holiday Inn down the road.

Great experience so far. I locked my keys in the room at 7:00 am and had work at 7:30. Fortunately there was someone on sight before office hours to unlock my door. Very respectable staff members. They cleaned the room & didnt touch my stuff at all. Also paid for a smaller room & it wasnt available so they accommodated me with a bigger room right away. Great service overall.

Visited a long term guest recently. Looks clean, cheap fixtures, AC worked well. Said guest happy to report they've found no bugs. Didn't see the bathroom. For the price, would definitely consider staying here myself.

What a dump. Doesn't even deserve one star. Room really beat-up and way overdue for major renovation. Lots of low-life scumbag neanderthals smoking pot and cigarettes in rooms and hallways. I'm guessing there might be a prostitution ring there as well. ("Jus sayin"). Yuk.

Not a bad place to sleep. It defiantly reflects the price you pay for the room.

I hate it here. Kicked us out right before Christmas. With only a few day notice. I have kids and dog and only a few days to look for somewhere to stay. While working. Heartless people. If I was you I wouldn't stay here. Go somewhere else. In the picture you see on their website, the rooms don't look like that. Their also, don't let pet.

Disgusting. If you want bedbugs and low life people banging on your door asking for money or cigarette then Crestwood is the place for you. Doesn't even deserve a one star rating. This place is a dump!

Big rooms. Lots of space and a desk area. However my room was dirty. Check under the bed before you say yes to the room. I thought the blue on the counter was a stain (oh well) NOPE is was dirty and wiped right off. Elevator rarely works. Dryers overheat and stop. You lose your time and money. And the credit card slots dont work for washers or dryers. The staff was nice though.

When we checked in they said it was under new management and was. Bought by a new hotel company. That they was improving the place and getting rid of the rif raf. Will we was in a job and was there for a month. It was the worst place I have ever stayed. It is dirty they dont clean. They won't make people be quite. Loud til wee hours of morning. Discusting. Will never stay in this place again.

This place was just awful. We stayed for a week and booked the hotel a couple days before we drove all the way from south Texas. The website said they were pet friendly and after driving over 1000 miles, we get there and we're told that they no longer accept pets. Even though there were dogs and pets everywhere. We had to give up our deposit because of this because we had already paid for the room. It also took us 15 minutes to find someone to check us in. People kept stealing our "Do Not Disturb" sign (we went through like 4 of them) and when we asked if we could get another one after we lost our last one, they said they'd bring one up to us. They didn't. The rooms were dirty and the beds weren't even made and we had booked both beds. They gave us sheets so that we could make our own beds. Also, there were barely any kitchen supplies like it said on the website. I would never suggest this place. There are better and cheaper places than this one.

Horrible, they allow drug dealers, and hookers to stay for months at a time. Several people were attacked, and a few died in the couple months we were there. Google it. the staff made jokes about a deceased person. Found by the bed.

If I could give this dump zero stars, I would. Rooms were filthy, stunk beyond tolerance, and the staff was rude and very uncooperative. I asked to leave the hotel early the next morning, canceling my second night, and they were not decent enough to afford a refund.

This place is GARBAGE! I will never stay here and never recommend anyone else too either. I had family in town, when they checked out and flew back home they realized they left the keys to everything in the room. So I rushed there after work in rush hour to pick them up! I ran in because I had to use the bathroom badly! I smiled and told the lady working the front desk I was there to pick up keys. As she gave them to me she rolled her eyes. Her friends were there hanging out in the front lobby with babies crawling all over the counter, and not to mention she was eating chinese take out right there on the front desk. I asked her where the bathroom was, she flat out laughed and said no public bathroom, and my family had just stayed there a full week. I called to speak to amanager when I got home, of course no manager available and voicemail kept disconnecting. Called back today, I was told the manager just stepped out, I explained everything to the lady who took the call. She said sorry and that they will speak to the front desk clerk about her behavior. Needless to say do not stay here.

It's a place to rest your head. I stayed in a Studio room with a kitchenette. The main counter had stains all over it, had a sloppy Caulking job done to the splash, there was no lotion or cotton swabs (I'm used to these items being in hotels/motels when I'm just doing a quick day turn around trip so I don't have to bring mine). I arrived to find the counter clerk sitting back in a chair playing on her Cell Phone. Once my room was set up, she didn't even tell me how to get there. I ended up going the wrong way since there are no Room Sign indicators up anywhere. The toilet paper roll was down to nearly 10 sheets. If you just need a dirt cheap motel and a place to sleep and you dont' really care about room quality, then this is the place for you.

Booked this hotel over night went to check in then looked at the room it was PUREEEEE SHIT! there were white oozing stains on the mattress, the room smelled of smoke, the floor was disgusting, there were stains on the walls it was just the most nastiest suite ii had ever seen my husband was going to give it a chance so he went down stais to get a new sheet to cover the bed all the way up and he also grabbed 2 extra pillows because they only give you 2 mind you ii was only there for 20 mins we finally decided it was unsanitary for our young son so we went back down stairs and wanted our money back but the man at the front desk was so interested in being tough to impress a girl he was talking to he would only give us back $25 out of $78 (ii cant believe they even charged this much the placed is horrid) so we called the police they wouldnt do anything then we demanded him call his boss and tell him what was going on after he repetely tried to tell us he could not refund us our money he was just so rude he was laughing in our face in the end his boss made him refund the money thank god we kept our cool but that was just the worst customer service ever if you ever read the reviews please believe what ppl are saying DO NOT COME HERE THIS PLACE IS GOD AWFUL! I RATE IT A 0.

VERY VERY VERY BAD SERVICE EXTREMELY RUDE I wouldn't mind not so nice rooms for the price but the service was absolutely horrendous. We reserved a room online through Expedia earlier in the day, we had a reservation number, we even had a manager confirmation number but when we arrived the hotel was overbooked. We sat in the lobby and tried to find out why we didn't have a room and where else we could stay. Anthony the "courtesy officer" was there and told us to leave the lobby because weren't guests and if we didn't leave he would call the police Looking at previous reviews it seems to be a common empty threat. He was very belligerent, saying the hotel was "closed, " really, a hotel, closed? He kept telling us to "get off the property" followed by a ridiculous chain of threats. We spent maybe a total of fifteen minutes in the lobby simply trying to figure out what was going on. I've never experienced treatment like that from a service worker. Wouldn't recommend to an enemy to go through that ordeal. Is there anyway to give 0 stars.

My wife and I stayed here for approximately 2 1/2 months. We wouldn't have stayed past the first week if we weren't in a horrible position, with my wife being in hospital and not in a position to move around. The place was filthy, noisy and either the police or fire dept. Were there almost every day. I gave the desk my credit card info, assuming it would be charged weekly until I told them otherwise …. Wrong. When I didn't pay by 11:00 A. M. I was locked out and charged for an extra day with a $20 late fee. I confronted the manager, stating that this was a lousy way to treat people and in response he told me that because I disrespected him I had 1 hour to vacate or he would call the Aurora police. I tried explaining to him that my wife was just released from the hospital and I couldn't be out in 1 hour. I was told that was the way it was. Bad experience.

I stayed here for 8 weeks in late 2007. It was affordable and they allowed cats. In those 8 weeks though. Squirrels running through the attic, false fire alarm on Halloween night, could hear the neighbors making whoppie, construction workers peeing in the parking lot, transvestite prostitute just down the hall shocked one of "her" clients at 4 am and had to hear him scream for an hour, elevator smelled, back door was broken so people without keys could get in from the back, etc. Hey, but is was affordable. The sad thing is that two years later I went back for another stay, but the place had deteriorated so badly that not even my cat was willing to stay there. The headboard was covered in sticky fingerprints, the garbage disposal smelled like vomit, there were blood splatters on the bathroom walls, the carpet was sticky, etc. My poor cat was screaming to get out of there. The manager showed me another room, but it was even worse. She then very nicely gave me my money back and we went across the street to the Extend Stay Hotel, which was around 30% more expensive, but it was very clean and my cat liked it. I gave it more than one star because there was a time when it was a three star place, but later a one star.

This place is TRASHY! The carpet in my room was heavily stained and might have been vacuumed; the carpet in the hallway must rarely be vacuumed and there were bits of trash on the floor in the hall. The bathroom floor was a little sticky and the shower was small. The bed was solid and unrelenting, had no mattress pad, and the blanket had cuts in it that appeared to have been made by a knife or scissors. The floors are really thin so you can hear even the lightest of footsteps above you. There are no signs in the hallway to tell you where your room is. I could have sworn I was going to die on the elevator. The Wi-Fi crawls at an agonizingly sluggish speed if it ever loads anything at all. The whole place had a feeling of filth that made me not want to touch anything and keep my shoes on to avoid walking barefoot. It's clear that there's a horde of lowlifes who live in this place long term. I was concerned that someone might try to mug me or break into my room to steal stuff. There seemed to be some drama with the residents that the woman attending the front desk was trying to sort out. Check out is at eleven, and even though I had the "Do Not Disturb" sign out on the door, they were pounding on my door at ten to see if I was leaving, and they came back at 10:45 and pounded on the door again to see if I was out yet. Just keep away from this place.
