Our condo was very nice and spacious. Looked very recently updated, and super clean. The entertainment on site was awesome. Basketball, pool, spa, playground, ping pong… Very clean and well kept! Helpful and available staff, quiet overall complex. Only minutes from Bass Lake. Would a million times recommend this resort.

Wonderful resort! Small, quiet and Beautiful! Short walk to the lakeside. Pool & hot tub were clean and well kept. They had a nice playground and a basketball court too!
Staff were very courteous and helpful! They were always willing to answer our questions about the area.

The manager Ramona was extremely rude and delivered the worse customer service I have had in my 21 years of worldmark ownership. She lacks professionalism and respect for owners. She yells at and threatens customers when they simply ask about process changes.
She needs some training on how to work in a customer service environment and maybe she needs a vacation for herself so she doesn’t act up the way she did today. I feel bad for any owners who have to experience her. She doesn’t reflect the brand name of Worldmark that I experience at other resorts. Maybe they could promote Brian to mgr as he exhibited the best service here before I arrived and during. He represented Worldmark well.

Wonderful resort to be with family! So close to everything! Great room service.

The resort is away from all the buzz but close enough to everything if you need some city vibes. The unit we’re staying at is newly renovated, spacious and comfortable. The grounds are well kept. It’s within walking distance to the lake where the view is magnificent. The staff is very nice and the check-in was seamless.

Wonderful place to stay. Hot tub was amazing way to end your day.

Great place to stay while at Bass Lake. We rented a beautiful 2 bedroom unit. In great shape. Much nicer than the pictures would indicate. Super friendly and helpful staff. A short walk to the lake, and a great pool / jacuzzi area.

Such a nice place to stay. The staff go the extra mile to ensure that you have a nice and relaxing vacation. Couldn't ask for a better place to have a getaway. The units have all amenities and you feel like you're at a home away from home. Love this place.

The most super awesome condominium rentals ever. They have everything very impressed my accommodations. We did lose some property at the pool though. Be careful always watch your stuff were to the wiser California.

Unit we stayed was spacious, clean and we'll maintained. You can walk to bass lake which is great. Only negative is that it is not close to yosemite or others parks.

It's very clean and modern. We had a 2 bedroom + 1 Murphy bed for 6 people and we weren't packed at all. We were the closest apartment to the lake. Do not expect to swim in it here because it's not deep. But you can enjoy the pool with spa instead.

The location is only 1 hour away from Yosemite national park which is an exceptional drive filled with spectacular scenaries. The rooms are comfortable and makes you feel at home with 24 hour check-in times which allows you to make your trip flexible.

So far our stay has been great! Having the space of a condo is perfect for vacationing with kids. The access to the lake is awesome — it's right on the lake with private access. The condo is clean and has everything we need. We'd recommend it to anyone!

Service staff has been great. Easy access to the lake with private parking. Each condo has its own grill which is great. Plenty of space, it's been a great stay with my four kids. There have been a few insects inside the condo, but that's somewhat to be expected in a natural location like Bass Lake. Internet is kinda slow.

I really, really enjoyed my stay here. Everything was fresh & felt clean & nice. There was no funky old dusty feeling. Our stay was GREAT! The staff was extreamly nice & happy it seemed. The pool & everything I experienced was clean & refreshing. Also I noticed not a lot of bugs which I was greatful for. I would love to stay here again. Thank you.

As a WM owner, I'm happy to say this is one of the best resorts. Customer service was great. Walking distance to the lake. A few minutes to shopping center. Room is fully loaded. My kids love the pool. Lastly, no update!

This is part of our Wyndham timeshare. We used Bass Lake as our Yosemite base of operations, and we were pleased. It has been recently renovated. The staff is great here, except for one lady who is not nice.

Quiet, relaxing and peaceful. Hiking trail near by and great local thrift shops 15 minutes away.

Newly remodeled and modern townhome units. Crystal at the front desk was extremely helpful to explain amenities and features to help us become situated. I noticed my low pressure light came on due to the colder weather. As I was pumping up all my tires a worker named Wesley offered the use of their air compressor. Even though my car was almost done I appreciated that he tried to help! They have Wi-Fi for 2 devices $16 for 10 days. It’s about 1Mbps, usable but not fast by any means. Glad it’s an option as T-Mobile does not get reception out here.

As an owner it's sad that we always had trouble getting a reservation here. But at last our time has come, for at least a night. We left Angel's Camp and then came here. I love the townhouse feel, which I live in one so this felt quite homey. It allows you to entertain without having your bedrooms in view of your guest. We stayed in the 2bdrm, 2 1/2ba suite. The 1/2ba and murphy bed in lvrm was on the 1st flr along with fireplace, kitchen and w/d unit. The 2nd flr had the 2bdrms with master en suite. Best part was the fireplace. And the worst part, getting a few calls because we were late leaving the room and being told we were subject to being charged an additional fee. That part of customer service is awful and not to mention the amount of vacancies they had for the remainder of the week. But worst than that the integrity of the staff. I am 100% sure I left my Bluetooth on the counter top and when called back, no one reported it being recover while cleaning. Otherwise, I will definitely be back, now that there's a new ceo we should be able to come more.

Great condos and great staff.

The condos are large and they give you a choice of a queen or two twins on check in for the 2nd room. It was very clean and the staff were all very helpful and willing to answer questions about the area. It is only an hour or so drive from Yosemite. Great place to stay.

The Bass Lake Worldmark had the same great formula as all Worldmark. Great location. Great amenities. Each unit has two bedrooms and a fold down queen bed in the living room. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, utensils, cooking implements, and appliances. Each unit also has washer and dryer and one and a half bathrooms. All the rooms have nice flat screen TVs. There is even a gas fireplace in the livingroom. As comfortable as a second home.

Wonderful place to stay. Wonderful accommodations. Super close to the lake.

Nice place. The lake did not have too much water, it fills after the snow melts in summer.

Really enjoying our time off at Bass Lake. It's beautiful here. Can't wait to get to Yosemite! Sunday morning, it's 40° outside and the fireplace is turned on!

Great place every year for family get togethers for the last 4 years.

Townhouse style units close to the lake. Spacious and nicely updated. Trail to the lake is easy to locate, and it's a little and quick walk. Large hottub and nice pool. Would definitely return if we had the chance.

This is a great place to relax. Nice layout for a two bedroom unit. The walk in closet in the master was large enough to put an airbed for extra sleeping space. Beds aren't fantastic or we would have given 5 stars. Nice front desk. Pools, tennis courts, basket ball. Our unit had a view of the lake! Will come again.

This resort is amazing, it's just a short walk to the water and bass lake is one of my favorites. It's so warm compared to a lot of the lakes I've been to. There is a pool and hot tub if you don't like going in the lake, as well as a basketball court and they even do a movie night under the stars every week (I think on Tuesdays) The rooms are very spacious, like a big condo with a full kitchen and very accommodating living spaces! I can't wait to come back!

We just got to the resort last night but the condo is great, other than not having a directory in our room like usual. The beds are soft and comfy and the AC unit makes the whole house cool.

People were nice and prices were okay.

Towel rack fell off that bathroom wall. Toilet seats are cheap plastic. Hot water in shower has poor control mechanism. Room, beds were satisfactory. Outside grill would not light and had to be repaired. Nice accommodations, generally, but not exceptional.

We stayed with friends in a two bedroom condo. Very comfortable beds. Decor a little dated.

Love this place. Very quiet. If you just need to wind down and relax. Plenty of outdoor stuff to do. Less than 15 miles to the Yosemite Park gate.

As most of my family and friends know, my wife's idea of 'roughing it" is a place with a hot tub and full kitchen in which someone else (me) does the cooking. Bass Lake fits that description to a Tee. The clean, spacious rooms, pool & hot tub and nearness to the lake and Yosemite all add to this being one of our favorites. The 'cherry' on the top of this treat is the marvelous and welcoming staff. Everyone here does their absolute best to make you stay as comfortable and enjoyable as they can. Kudos to all.

This is our third stay at this resort, the second time in four years. Like most WorldMark resorts, the ground is well maintained and units well equipped. Units in this place are all two-bedroom and particularly spacious. (If you do not know, all WorldMark units also have a bunker bed in the living room, so a 2-bedroom unit sleeps a maximum of 6. ) Each unit here has a fully equipped kitchen, washer, dryer, and a gas grill on the patio. The site also has a swim pool and jacuzzi. The site is less than 300m (yards) from waterfront in normal years. Even in drought, water is less than 500m away. There is a small grove in between, extremely beautiful when there is snow. Driving to Yosemite Village takes one and half hour. Staff here are very friendly and helpful. They know a lot about local resources, so don't be afraid to ask.

By breadth, cleanliness, location, I am looking to return in November … recommended.
