The front desk clerk was rude and condescending. He also did not speak English well enough to be understood the first couple times he said something. We kept asking him to repeat himself, which is frustrating when you’re tired and just want to check into your room. He refused to accept my AAA or military ID for a discount and charged my card for the room before I ever agreed to accept the room. Pushy foreigners should not be working the desk. The room was hot and stuffy. The bed was uncomfortably hard and lumpy. The Wi-Fi was incredibly slow. For the rates this place charges, you’d think your at a five star hotel, but this is not even close! Don’t stay here.

Overall my stay was OK. The property is clean and inviting. There was a musty smell in my room, that I was too tired to report until the morning. The driveway is extremely steep, but there is street parking if you are towing a vehicle.

Air conditioning kept shutting down in the middle of the night. The room was so warm we couldn't sleep. The motion sensor was a nucence. There was not anyway to turn it off. It kept on turning the light on with any movement in bed.

One of the better hotels in Willits. Clean and well kept. There is some road noise. They offer a continental breakfast. The staff are friendly and helpful.

We started two nights 6/22 — 6/23. Driving from IE to Eureka Me, Wife, and Daughter. (4) We had room 316, single king bed suite I have to say, compared to the local competing hotels, this is the best deal you will find. Very moderately priced, friendly staff, pool, spa, washer/dryer available, and all around good vibes. Clean rooms, great views, comfortable beds. We all slept really well. Parking was a bit cramped at night, but frees up in the am. Breakfast is included which looked great, but we went to the lumberjacks restaurant across the street. All and all, this is a perfect stop for the long trip up the 101 and a perfect way point to be able to rest up and create time to fall in love with the town check out the local sights. We will definitely be staying here again.

The hotel was fine if you don't end up having any issues. The owners of the hotel were completely dismissive of a drunk guest whom fell into my car and left a big dent. There were even witnesses checking into the hotel with one of the owners who heard the commotion. The owners denied hearing anything until they were confronted with a witness whom did hear the commotion and saw a bunch of people getting out of a cab, one of which was completely inebriated. The owners had denied hearing anything at all. I was just trying to gather information from them to give to my insurance company. After all of this I went searching through a bunch of Yelp reviews and came across a review who experienced a problem and received a very similar response from the owners, very dismissive. So the bottom line is if you don't end up having any problems and need the help of the owners your stay should be fine. However, if you do experience a problem don't expect any help from the owners. If you don't want to leave it to chance you can just stay at the Baechtel Creek Inn or the Super 8.

Room needed an update real bad. The AC looked like it was about to die. The bedding had gross polyester comforter and pillows that can't be washed easily so who knows when they were last cleaned. Place was quiet, just not up to par with the 20th century.

The beds were very comfortable the lady at the desk was very nice and I was bummed that we didn’t get to take advantage of the pool or hot tub but overall very nice and quite stay rooms are very spacious.

Nice room, spacious however door to adjoining room does NOT stop sounds. A/C is right next to hi-way so all sounds come totally right in. Good luck with that! trying to sleep. Oh yeah, I think that is why I rented the room. Grrr.

Nice and clean. Kind staff, good breakfast. Close to town. Laundry facilities were nice to have, since we'd been on the road for 4 days and needed clean clothes.

This is a very nice hotel located on a steep hill. So parking not good for vehicles towing trailers. Close to town and stores. It is on main street but did not notice a lot of noise. One reason did not give 5 stars is because they don't accept dogs and most Best Westerns do.

Wonderful couple who greeted us warmly and got us in our room. Wonderful breakfast spread with lots of variety and delicious ad healthy options. Rooms were very comfortable. They run a clean and friendly hotel.

Room was clean, bed was satisfactory. I would stay again. The manager was very helpful and attentive. Pretty sure they turned the heat on in our room before we got there because it was nice and toasty already and we had a late checkin.

I would not recommend this hotel. I would stay 20 minutes away in Ukiah first.

When I called the rate they offered over the phone was $10 more than what was displayed on their website. At the end of the conversation he did not offer me a confirmation number nor ask for my email to receive a confirmation I had to ask. When we got there my family was so disappointed because the hot tub was not working and after such a long drive we were all really looking forward to that but received no notification and the hot tub was the reason we chose this hotel. The light to our bathroom didnt work so we were constantly woken up by whoever had to get up in the middle of the night to use it. Also my husband and I woke up very sore from the quality of our mattress. I've always had a very pleasant experience at Best Westerns but unfortunately this one was not one of them. The breakfast selection was good though.

Overall good room. Clean and comfortable as always. I didnt like the three-arm adjustable shower head in the bathroom. This was new from our last stay. It wouldnt lock in place and leaked when we used it. Recommend getting a wand-type that is easier for both the customer’s use and housekeeping attendants in cleaning.

I visit this best western when ever my family and I go back hom in Willits, to see family. They are wonderful people who run the best western in Willits, and because of their nice rooms, comfortable beds, and loyalty to the community, it will always be our first choice.

Old fashion, noisy room (road and cupboard walls), connected room (noisy and drunk neighbour), poor choice at breakfast, no place to seat for braekfast… That was a pretty bad experience, in my opinion this doesn't meet the Best Western standards. I've tried many this one is definitely under.

I totally enjoyed my stay at Best Western Willits Inn. Rooms were spacious and clean. Had microwave and frig. The attendant at the front destination was very delightful (I checked in at at 930pm, ) in the morning: They had a really nice complimentary breakfast spread. (Haven't seen those in a long time) theirs had a few extras, I personally had English mcmuffins, and hard boiled eggs, coffee & orange jiuce while I saw other make waffles and other treats… the attendant at the front desk was full of positive energy, making sure he adressed everyone who came through to grab their coffee or breakfast. I would totally stay here again. You can't go wrong by choosing to stay here. Thank you best Western for the outstanding service I recieved. I stay at different hotels twice everyweek, so I know great service when I see it. Continue doing what yiur doing. — Norma Forteza.

I've stayed here several times. This hotel is clean, comfortable and centrally located. The entire staff is friendly, efficient and professional.

Meh. The bed was comfortable, the pillows not so much. The room was reasonably clean, but I found a two day old receipt in plain view on the floor. The towels varied in quality, one thin, one thick. The air conditioner, which we used for several hours was very noisy. All-in-all, mediocre at best.

Very clean, comfortable room. Great staff and hotel amenities. Enjoyed the continental breakfast with fresh waffles, yogurts, fresh fruits, etc. Very clean and well kept pool and hot tub. Well worth a couple bucks more to stay here. I am sold on the Best Western brand now.

Hotel itself was great, though the gentleman at check-in was not very kind. Room was clean, housekeeping staff was incredible and location was perfect. I booked the room for pool access and even called before my stay for business to ensure the pool would be open. It did not open for an hour and 15 minutes past posted opening time and when asking when it would open my partner and I were treated poorly. Overall a good stay though the front desk staffmember was unkind or caring of concerns.

It was a great place for a one night stay.

Our visit started with a pleasant conversation with the Manager of the facility, Rashon, who was able to accommodate my father (who is a disabled veteran) in an efficient and positive manner. Past the excellent service, the facilities themselves were exceptional. As someone who travels frequently I was very impressed with the modern, well cared for, comfortable rooms and the pool (which was also spotless) provided a relaxing way to end a day on the road. Overall I was extremely satisfied with my stay and the rooms, service, and price were all truly great.

Best place to stay in willits ca.

Room itself was excellent but the layout of the property was like they were trying to capture the worst parts of San Francisco. I. E steep all over with awkward parking and stairs. It probably wouldn't be so bad if it wasn't so crowded. Lack of customer service also contributed to the rating. Best Western is usually my resting place of choice for reliable standards, but this particular spot doesn't add up to the company name.

Good hotel. Great location as we started a trip to the redwoods and then did a day trip over to glass beach. Seemed newer. Funky layout, but great hotel to do laundry in. The parking lot is SUPER small. But lumberjacks across the street is a great restaurant. Good for the whole family.

Nice, clean, comfortable. Good variety of continental breakfast. We will definitely stay here again.
