Excellent hotel. Very good service. Clean rooms and hallways. Pros — great location and late check out. Cons — I wish breakfast was better. Family friendly. I highly recommend it.

Nice hotel in a not so nice neighborhood. Rooms are clean, service friendly and the room rate is good. Breakfast is what you'd expect. Nice little market inside with snacks and sodas. Parking is under the building and can get tight if driving a full size car or SUV. Convenient to the highway.

Nice place to stay for a night or two. Airport shuttle service is really nice to have if you don't want to rent a car, and you avoid both the pick up and drop off ordeals. Rooms are comfortable and have lots of space to spread stuff out if you want to do that. Front desk is attentive and helpful. Breakfast is a really nice amenity and has a great selection of foods to choose from.

This hotel was very clean and well kept. The rooms had everything necessary for a great night's sleep. I had Wi-Fi issues while there which meant the business center came in extremely handy! The breakfast was a bit underwhelming but there is a Starbucks across the street! ||Noise level was good - I expected to hear planes at night but didn't. There was a nice outside pool and green area as well.

This is a great place to stay it is very nice and very clean and a very fresh clean smell and everyone is so nice and friendly and helpful. I brought a group of 60 people and we stayed a total of three nights we went on a 14 day cruise out of Long Beach, CA . I’m so thankful that this is where we stayed because it was so clean and beautiful. We were all very happy and satisfied. I give it the highest star you can get …..

The motel is nice especially when you have dogs. They set up an area of grass for the dogs and have extra bags for the clean up. This motel also has a good laundry facility for the guests to use 24 hours a day. The only problem I had during my stay was that they re-paved the parking lot with new asphalt and the smell made me ill.

This place is fantastic. You have luxuries you do not pay for. I kind from Long Beach and stay in a motel there if I tell you it was a dump homeless wouldn't live in it. It cost the same price so this place is reasonably priced the rooms are very clean, very The housekeeping is good and very helpful. The rooms are decorated nicely and have even a little table to sit at just to play cards or with your computer. The staff that work here at the regristration counter are great!

I stay in hotels frequently and this location has the best, most professional, and courteous staff I've ever encountered. Consistently went above and beyond. Rosie was so thoughtful and engaged. I encountered her as the shuttle driver, the front desk, and throughout the facility and she was always smiling.

Stayed here overnight before a cruise. The room was fabulous. The breakfast was good and the service was very helpful. There are lots of restaurants and shops nearby.

We had a wonderful stay here! It was perfect with an infant and a short drive to Disneyland! We found the room quirky, cute and clean. Staff was lovely and very accommodating. We highly recommend!

It's a clean covid place a bit pricey considering you can b charge no mask n caught is $100 n I thought is cool but no smoking of vapes.
Marijuana and cigarettes is $100 if you steal or damage towels n sheets theres a fee no pool is closed no breakfast they should have drop price n add smoking floor but other then that is nice n I will go again.

Stayed one night before our flight. King room at end of hall facing mountains. Absolutely clean. No others around us so very quiet. Window will open about 2 inches for fresh air. Room was ready in the morning. We had a microwave and fridge. So pretty much everything I need. Will stay here again.

Surprisingly this was a great hotel, last minute for us as we are owners with another franchise. But circumstances forced us here and it was not disappointing. Clean rooms plenty of space, friendly and helpful staff, great location with tons of food and shopping options very close, pool kinda sucks but the beach is too close to care. Price isn't most favorable but you could do so much worse then here. It's safe and clean.

We stayed in a downtown-facing suite which was absolutely gorgeous. The view was incredible, and the amenities were above and beyond average. The bathroom had several complimentary kits, a robe, slippers, and soft towels. The couch in the living room was very comfortable, the TV was nice, and they also had a Keurig and K-cups in the room (which were not a part of the mini-bar, totally included). The rooms were clean and the shower was even nicer than mine at home. We loved InterContinental.

Met friends who were staying as hotel guests and we decided to stay at the property for dinner. I ordered the salmon entree and split it with my friend who ordered the sea bass. Both dishes were delicious and the service was great. It was a relaxing atmosphere, and being able to eat and watch our college sports on the TVs in the lounge area was a plus. I would come back again.

Location is nice, right off the freeway, but inside a shopping center so keep your eyes peeled. Rooms and grounds were pretty clean and well kept from what I saw. I was visiting a friend and he is very happy with the rooms and stays there often for a week or two at a time.

The best affordable decorative hotel I have been in. If you want to pay less than $100 this is the place. I highly recommend. You won’t be sorry! No bed bugs, roaches or flies (unless you keep you door open) Air condition gets super cold which is outstanding.
