My sister stays here when in town on business. Great location proximate to both downtown and old town Pasadena. The hotel looks like its had a decent refurb, but there is still popcorn ceilings in the guest rooms. Sister reports the gym is very good. The bar has been pretty dead on all my visits. Also, the valets are very aggressive outside.
Hotel was in a great area and was very nice. Awesome pool area and bar. Restaurant and bar were great. Plenty of things to do within walking distance or a short car ride.
The Westin Pasadena has excellent service, and such a warm environment. Beautiful hotel located just beside the City Hall, another amazing place to visit. Need to relax and practice your Spanish… just go there and let them pamper you. We had an event in the "Ventanas Restaurant" and it was a total success, amazing service, very helpful in all the requirements for the event, yummy food and a great ambiance.
