I quite enjoyed my stay. All types of people stay here. A few downers would be the smell of pot due to the local region and the people that stay often smoke it. Including in the rooms when there isn't supposed to be any smoking at all in the rooms. The elevator is kind of old and slightly sketchy due to the way it's built. As well as the vending machines are a bit pricey. However I would probably still stay at this hotel again if I ever saw the need again. It's a few blocks from hospital so if ever there were an emergency ones basis would be covered. It's also just down the road from a decent Mexican food restaurant as well as Randy' s doughnuts a very famous stop in California has been used in many films. There is also a safe inside the room in which valuables can be safely stored throughout ones stay. It's extremely clean and the staff was excellent. The pool and hot tub are also an amazing plus after a long California visiting day. I highly recommend this place to stay however.

Nice friendly staff. Good location close to airport and highways. Neighborhood is run down. Not much that can be done for that.

Great thing about this place is the check-in time of 1 PM! That is very helpful for nightshift people (like myself) who need to sleep before work. The woman who checked me in was very nice! The cons: My room keys didn't work, but that was an easy fix. There was a not so great musty smell in the room. There was a stain on the sash across the bed which made me apprehensive about the linen even though everything else looked clean. The lamp that had outlets to plug in your phone was across the room on the dresser instead of on the bedside tables. And after 10 minutes of waiting for the shower to warm up I gave up and took a cold shower (both times I took a shower). Had a nice, uneventful stay, but the place could definitely be better.

We’ve stayed in your hotel twice last year (July). It was indeed wonderful. The people were very friendly. The shuttle from the AirPort was superb. The room was clean, the beds were fine, nice pool and last but not least, gorgeous breakfast. With the fresh-made waffles… delicious.

Actually a nice hotel! The room was nice, clean and renovated recently. The Hotel staff was very friendly and the pool/ jacuzzi is usable. Overall a nice three or four star hotel with an awesome 24hr shuttle to the airport.

We have been loyal customers of Best Western for the last 10 years. Always choosing them whenever possible. We had built a level of trust with them, letting them be our home when we were away from home. This particular hotel however destroyed that trust in one day. They had maxed out their occupancy, tried calling us, but because we didn't answer they pushed our reservation to a smoking room. They didn't even leave us a phone message. With asthma and allergies in our family we have NEVER chosen a smoking room. We drove all the way down to LA, only to find out that we couldn't stay with them, and that every other hotel in the area was sold out. Nothing is quite as miserable as being stuck around LAX with your family and nowhere to stay the night. I thought Best Western was better than this, but it turns out you're just a number to them.

Stayed for a week at this hotel. Breakfast was great! Very clean rooms, Staff was very friendly. It's a good decent hotel if on a budget also area isn't so bad. We had a good stay.

Stayed for one night only as I waited for my flight and the hotel is close to the airport. I didn't expect much of it an was genuinely surprised. Best cost/benefit. The room is equipped with a minibar, a microwave oven and its own coffee maker. It might not be luxurious, but it's definitely cozy. The service was superb. Everyone was super nice and attentive. Since we were staying for one night only, we got one night parking for free. (The parking is charged apart. ) We enjoyed a great breakfast with many options. I'd stay at Best Western again, and strongly recommend for anyone who asks.

Nice, clean, and restful place to stay near to LAX. I use this motel every time I travel through LAX on my way to/from Hawaii as an overnight place to stay between flights. Wonderful people and always so polite. Being a single woman traveling alone it's wonderful to find somewhere consistently excellent to stay.

Decent Hotel with a sufficient cleanliness. Positioned too far out of hand. Little possibility of exercises to be able to eat in the vicinity, must be self equipped.

I stayed one night only. Had a good nights sleep. The room was clean and neat. The front desk was helpful. Didn't have any issue's.

Excellent stay, non-smoking rooms clean, tidy. Varied breakfast. Good location.

Reasonably priced. Iris checked me in and she was the best receptionist I have ever had. The outside looks decent. Parking is free but it’s very tight with the other cars. The room was really nice the beds were super comfortable. House keeping went out of there way and lined up my wife’s shoes. Free breakfast, it’s ok but it gets the job done. Super close to the airport, definitely come to this hotel if you can.

The people at Best Western Airpark Hotel are very friendly, but you don't really see them that often. The breakfast in the morning is in a specific room where you can find everything. That room is locked with the room key cards. The rooms are clean, but rather basic.

Very bad! It seemed that it was inside a movie of Narcos.

Friendly staff members and their employees have their own way of doing things like that I'm at home now feeling soon as you your checked in the best hotel in the WOOD and very convenient cause it's right next to the 405N exit on Manchester. Located in front of the famous soul food Restaurant chain Roscoe's chicken&waffles.

I liked it here. It was on Manchester which is a huge road that will take you along a stretch that could get you in the right direction on where to go. The hotel was clean and the staff was very nice. There is also conventional breakfast in the morning. If you'd like to save a few bucks every morning, then I suggest hitting that place up before you head out for the day. AND the staff will give you a to-go pack while you wait for the shuttle or check out! It includes water, apple, and granola bar. :) Enjoy your stay.

The staff were great and the accommodations were clean. Excellent shuttle service. The breakfast staff was so helpful and the breakfast variety was excellent. The motel was nice and close to the airport too. The only thing we would have liked is something more in walking distance for supper. There was basically a chicken and pizza place and a greasy spoon take out (small area also for eating in)

I give this 2 1/2 stars. It's a bare bones motel with exterior corridors that worked for me for a stopover day and a half in transit. They have breakfast but it's nothing to write home about. If you just want a place to sleep with a free airport shuttle and a couple of places to eat across the street, this will do just fine.

The area made me very uneasy — there are motels down the street that charged $60 or so a night, but I paid the $130 in order to stay at a "hotel, " which typically means higher security due to room entrances being inside an indoor, larger building. This was not the case — it is a motel. Within a couple hours, the other guests, noise, and continuous strange sounds coming from the room above had me so discouraged that I checked out, and returned to my home in San Diego the same day, completely missing the PhD interview I had traveled to Los Angeles to attend. I was still charged the full $130, and though the front desk staff were cordial, I deeply regret wasting this money and missing an important interview as a result. I would by no means recommend this motel to friends, or even those willing to handle the various inconveniences, because unfortunately, I doubt it would be in their budget. Thanks for the opportunity to leave feedback.

I’ve stayed here ten times or so; stayed at BW Airport Hotel on Centinela a couple of times before I found out this one was here on Manchester and like it much better; whole ambience is better! Clean, quiet, staff is friendly and helpful; not that the other wasn’t, just more Welcoming here!

Room clean, large but a bit noisy main roads on both sides and planes. The shuttle from the airport to the hotel leaves nothing to be desired, as there are probably only a few on the road and you can wait with pitch 1-1, 5h. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The staff is always wonderful and nice! I always stay here. Comfortable rooms wonderful staff breakfast is served hot as well. Hot tub pool. No complaints! The maids are nice too. Will stay again. Special shout out to Dee who always goes out of his way to make his guests stay amazing! Thanks.

Everything was very good just that in the Hotel Indian not charged me for the parking but I pass very well as a family.

Very friendly staff, nice and clean rooms. They let me have a late checkout as I arrived in the middle of the night and the next day I could work in the lobby before my next flight. Highly recommended!

I love this hotel. It is clean and the bed is really soft and nice! Besides, their rooms equip air control machine, and I had a warm and comfortable night. They offer variety breakfast for free, you can choose what you want to eat. It is a nice place to stay when you have to transfer flight at LA.

I booked this property through Best Western and not with the property directly. I was looking for a stay, park, & fly property. The booking agent with Best Western spent considerable time checking the data on this property. Unfortunately, the information was several years old and was not updated when the property stopped the park and fly program. It all worked out and I was able to find near the airport parking at $9/day which was only $2/day more than what I was expecting to pay with Best Western The room on arrival was too heavily doused with air freshener and the air conditioning ran loudly all night. However, the room was clean and the bed comfortable. We frequently fly out of LAX but live in NV, so we occasionally need a place to stay the night before we fly. We will not use this property again. The Best Western "Plus" designation is no longer a reliable indicator of a better quality motel property.

Nice room, clean and comfortable. Will stay again on a layover in LA. Easy shuttle from the airport and the shuttle leaves the hotel every hour, so it was an easy trip back to the airport. Staff was excellent even at midnight!

To spend a night, cheap. Nothing special.

This was a good pick for a concert at the Forum. Really great staff. Very comfortable rooms. Fair rate for LA. Though the hotel is near the airport (and has a good free shuttle), the noise was not really an issue. The rooms were quiet and nicely furnished. Breakfast was average BW fare. But the staff really stood out for being helpful and friendly.

Rooms are very clean, very comfortable. Dee and his staff go out of their way to woo with little extras such as finding corkscrews and bringing towels to the pool when we forgot ours in our room on the fourth floor! Breakfast is at decent hours, 6-9, and as you sit down, silverware and napkins are brought over and the food is hot and fresh. Hot tub is hot, pool is perfect for cooling down, and it's near a gas station, a couple corner stores, and some fast food places. I can't wait for my next vacation in LA so I can stay there again!

The hotel room was big and clean! I had an incredible experience. The manager Dee was great! He went out of his way to make sure my family and I had a good stay. He is very friendly and professional. He always has a smile on his face which makes everyone's day! Would highly recommend! 5/5 experience! Keep up the great work!

Wasn't till 11:00 they had my room ready for me! The breakfast was wonderful and the shuttle service to and from the airport was great! A special thanks to Ram one of the drivers for his kindness and generosity. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. Hey.

Staff was incredible! Room was great. Housekeeping was good! Lupe down at the Continental Breakfast was the TOP, A-1, Most Caring, On Point, Proud of Her Job, Smiles Every Minute Person I have EVER encountered at ANY hotel I have ever stayed in. This lady could not do enough for us our entire stay! Hats off to her!

Really enjoyed my stay at Best Western Airpark Hotel it's an older building that has a lot of upgrades. It was very clean convenient and the staff we are amazing very accommodating.

An old friend was in town and staying at the hotel. The room seemed clean and reasonable for the price. Also, it's in a good location.

The location was great. Close to stores and restaurants. The room was big and comfortable. It was strands of hair in the tub but that was a easy fix. I loved the free shuttle to the airport.

We stayed from 9 to 11 March 2016 in BW Airpark Hotel. Excellent clean rooms, reception people very friendly and cooperative and extremely attentive Lady in the breakfast room. Good 'shuttle' service. The truth a team of people who know how to do their job; We can not complain about anything. We are here again from 5 to 7 April 2016. F. R. W. Guadalajara, Mexico.

Very noisy, outside (next to freeway and main (thoroughfare) and inside (heater) but not bad price quality considering alternatives in this price range. Roscoe's Chicken n Waffles across the street, good soul food for this white girl, I felt safe, but take precautions as always in a big city. Shuttle to airport, microwave and frig, decent, but not luxury, digs.

We stayed here a couple of weeks ago. When I showed my girlfriend the pictures of where we were staying, we both agreed that the room were attractive. Robert was very attentive. The room was very clean and the pictures were true. The location was convenient and it was nice to be able to walk around the neighborhood. We would stay here again.

Friendly, professional, reasonably priced, clean room and beds, and free shuttle to/from airport. Room came with a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and, of course, TV with HBO. I called at the last minute from the airport they picked me up right away and had a shuttle to leave at 3am, which was on time. Will be staying there again. Also, Randy's Donuts is right down the street.

Stayed there 2 years plan on it again. Super staff, neighborhood wasn't too bad, decent rooms, super staff.

Very General hotel, a window to the side of the road, there's always big horsepower vehicles sped past, that is annoying! Regret staying at this hotel, the morning is also very simple…

Our first Motel in L. A. Right after the flight. Price and performance is good. Extensive choice at the Breakfast buffet. Wifi free of charge.
