This hotel has a good price. The pool is not kept up. The area is not the best. Lots of strange people walking around at late hours. If you just need a place to rest and wash this place works. Staff was pleasant and the breakfast was ok.

I absolutely love my stay at this Quality Inn and had great back breakfast the beds were comfortable and for once they finally had unlimited hot water I am a fan of an unlimited hot water a lot of these hotels you go to don't have unlimited hot water and what I mean by unlimited hot water is an inline hot water heater that provides continuous hot water so you can take as long as shower as you want oh and I definitely enjoyed the fluffy eggs and sausage for breakfast as well and to top it off I got a free newspaper in the morning and the staff was friendly as can be.

Beware of roaches! Refused a refund but, better off going to motel 6. Overpriced disgustingly dirty room.

Dirty rooms. Found finger nails on ground among other disgusting things. Horrible customer service told me the room was clean when clearly it wasn't and would not relocate me.

If you are looking for a quality stay, my advice is do NOT stay at this hotel. Very small rooms, holes in the walls and doors, completely filthy. They have a major cockroach issue as well. They should honestly be reported to code enforcement and be forced to either clean it up or shut down. It was completely disgusting. We ended up asking for a different room thinking that maybe it was just that room. When they moved us, the next room was actually worse then the first, so we ended up demanding a refund and going to a different hotel. Aside from all of these deplorable issues, the staff is completely rude. I have never recieved such horrible service.

My husband is staying there was told that he couldn't get his hundred dollar deposited. That he had to wait until after the room was checked. He is checking out at 7am to go to daughters game. I have stayed at tons of hotels and never told to come back to get your cash deposit. And front desk was very rude. When asked for corporate number she said that the employees r not aloud to have that number. To call back at 9am manager would be there. I do not recommend this hotel for a stay.

Not a single thing of "quality" in this establishment. The girl at the front desk was rude and their breakfast looked disgusting. Their room is small and not very clean. There were stains on the bed sheets and the bathroom was disgusting. First and last time I stay at Quality Inn.

No frills but clean and comfortable. The fresh donuts for breakfast are a nice perk.

Nice and roomy. Friendly staff. Doesn't have refrigerator or microwave in room. But guests mind there own business and I like it that way. Wi-Fi is good.

Booked through expedia. Real disappointment, had no choice but to stay here the price that I'm paying should of been at least half of it,, to expensive for what it is. Out dated bad to worse conditions. This hotel should change the name, because Quality inn does not live up to it. Sorry but it's the truth. Never again will I throw my hard earned money away.

We felt safe. Mario was amazing. The coffee pot, iron and ironing board were broken. Phone cord was ripped out of the wall. The room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke.

It is a two-star hotel so we weren't expecting much. But it's clean, the folks at the front office are nice, and security is great too. Definitely a good experience! We booked last minute because we canceled our AirBnB (long story short the place was grimey and had spiders. One bit me. ) so it was nice to sleep in a clean bed in a clean room!

Very bad hotel breakfast is awful all things are old Don't make reservations you regret it.

Rooms need updated! Old CRT television, uncomfortable bed, and nasty carpet. Getting into the parking lot is a nightmare also. I was charged $100 deposit for this dump too. Instead of "authorizing" the deposit on my card and returning it upon checkout, they actually debit the account and then perform a refund meaning they hold onto your money for days longer than any other hotel… Stay here if you want, but it's worth the few bucks more to stay at the La Quinta across the street!

Thinking that because this was a Choice Hotel, to which I am a member, I booked a room and then upon arrival found out that it is one step down from Motel Six. The front desk closes at 9:00 and you have to check in through a window on the outside of the lobby. The process was slow at best. Once in the room I was shocked to find it dirty, smelly, cracks in the walls, and sink area, blood spots on the carpet and sheets, the TV is the old fashioned kind (large and bulky with a poor picture quality) and the remote did not work. People were in and out of their rooms all night long and doors slammed, smoke filled the pool area and a man and woman had a loud verbal altercation right outside in the courtyard. I took photos of the room but am not sure how to post them. I would have left but we checked in very late and it would have been difficult to find another hotel at that time of night. I can assure you that I won't be back there ever again!

Room is out dated too small for 2 people very dirty and ac didn't work. Just a train wreck. Stay some where else. Like ur car on the side of the highway. We travel alot. This is the worst we have ever stayed at!

Tiny room crappy TV they are here just to make money and care less about the property at all. Stay else where. FYI Also 100 charge for incedendals card or cash no debit This is a problem for some. Hope it helps you make informed decision.

This room hadn't been updated ever. It had stains all over the carpet, the comforters looked like they were at least 20 years old… faded and unclean looking. We slept on top of the beds by putting our own blankets down over the top because it was so bad. If it wouldn't have been so late I would have tried to find another place to stay. We sprayed lysol in the room trying to get rid of the smell. Dust in the Air Conditioning and it smelled musty. Chipped and scratched furniture. Dirt in every corner of the room. Pool was filthy and 2 car loads of non patrons pulled up and at least 20 kids got out and invaded the pool to swim. Finally an armed security came around and asked for room numbers for people in the pool and made the non guests leave… which emptied the pool area. Water was cloudy and couldn't see the bottom of the pool. DO NOT stay at this hotel. Awful room and experience.

Roaches! Beware! Checked in July 5th and left after 45 mins! When we entered the room immediately it stunk! Very unpleasant odor. Then while laying in the bed we spotted a roach crawling over the nightstand! I immediately got up and grabbed my bags and went to the front office. The gal working stated no refund but after arguing with her for 10 minutes she gave us our money back. She offered to put us in a different room but we refused. If you see one roach there will be more! The place looks nice outside but the inside is not pleasant. Will never return here again! Save your money and if you do stay check for roaches at night!

The rooms are small, dirty, and worst of all had mosquito dead and alive in the bed, on the pillow inside and out, we're also in the bed with 6 bed bugs very filthy. It seemed that they had never cleaned that room, lousy! We had to go out with my husband running from there…

It's affordable, good area, the rooms are clean. I love the fact that there is no pets allowed which can be messy and unpleasant. Never had a problem there and would recommend others. The staff at Quality inn are SUPER EASY GOING AND the breakfast MAKES IT an EVEN BETTER STAY.

The room was filthy. Staff had very poor attitude rude (Rosa Rojas). Upper management (Patricia Freeman) offers point if you're unhappy and your room looks like this.

Not much to like about this dump. Found feces in the bed. Switched us rooms. Door wouldn't stay closed without banging latch down. Bedding was frayed. Ants invaded the bathroom sink. Ruined the few snacks we had. Staff was mostly rude. Especially the manager, Rosa, at checkout. Security guard might have stolen my dog! I spent hours looking for him. Just a horrible place and horrible people. Do not ever stay here!

I stayed at this hotel for one night, originally was three nights I had to cancelled the rest of the night because someone broke into my car. I arrived the first night the front desk clerk was eating her food at the couch and came to the window with box of food in her hand and was chewing food while talking to me. The attitude she had was bad and unprofessional. I finally got my room key and went to my room. I noticed there were suspicious people stood at the parking lot in the dark and just randomly looking around. One of them was walking back and forth and went into one of the room and came out again while I was unloaded my stuff from the trunk. He even looked at me and my friend went into our room… and of course the next day morning I came out from the room found out my car was broken into and I had nothing in my car because I took everything with me into the room. I don't recommend this hotel to anyone if you don't want your vehicle get breaking into. This hotel isn't really cheaper if you are thinking about saving money. There are better choices around this particular area and only cost slightly higher and you can get way better security and service and of course the higher quality room!

Rooms are ok for the price. But I had to wait forever to print one paper that they even wanted to charge me $2 just for 1 paper. And after waiting so long withought anyone in line, the clerk finaly said that something was wrong and they couldnt print it. Even cheapest hotels have no problems printing and dont charge anything. You would think that all quality inns are supposed to be even better but… not this one at all…
