I had not been in here for years. I was a little amazed at how poorly it is maintained. Repairs needed every where. I was surprised Hilton had not pulled their name from this hotel. Management is not taking care of even the obvious flaws.

Hilton will always remain an average or below average hotel. No value for money. Hilton reminded me again why I love Hyatt Hotels. The classiness of Hyatt will not be matched by Hilton anytime soon.

Beautiful inside, in the middle of downtown. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Meeting rooms are all on one floor, easy access from the elevator. Has restaurant with bar, and fast food counter in lobby with take with you service. You can easily miss the ramp to go to parking.

The Hilton in Stockton is a hidden gem I must say! Such a serene atmosphere. Very quiet and service is great. In the AM there is a small Starbucks Cafe for your morning wake up and spacious sitting areas in the lobby with a flowing water feature to assist with calming your thoughts. I didn't stay in a room but I definitely plan on it after my visit.

Nice hotel, though is a little old. Safe was friendly and my room was a good size. Easy access to highway and staff is nice and pleasant.

Nice people. Very beautiful hotel. The Starbucks inside made the best caramel Frappuccino I've ever had. Beautiful fountain inside, nice food. There are geese all over outside and turtles in the canals. Very clean rooms. Make sure to tip your housekeeper.

First room was very nice, but, entrance overlooked the lobby, which if there’s an event going on, hope it ends early. You hear everything that goes on through the door. Plus if you’re unlucky enough to have a view of the front entrance beware! There’s a bar across the street. And it gets pretty noisy at night with music, loud talking and cars late at night. It’s a terrible design and location. I asked, and got another room in a quieter area. If you book, ask for a room not overlooking the street Or an entrance to the lobby! I was told it was the best hotel in town. For Stockton, I believe it. But there has to be better.

Sylvia Lomas was outstanding. She helped me with my stay and got me the room I really wanted. She went above and beyond for me. Best customer service by her and this staff. I've stayed here before and will continue to choose this hotel because of its customer service and cleanliness.

Hotel breakfast food was very good, but not complimentary without tockets. Many food and beverage options within walking distance of the hotel as well. Nice outdoor patios on southern facing rooms. Hot tub was great!

Room was good, need to upgrade in-room communication technology. Couldn't try pool, it was unheated. Executive Lounge was nice. Staff was excellent.

I am appalled at the condition of this Hilton. We walked down the hallway and it smelled like ammonia cleaners. As we came near the guest laundry room, the hallway carpet was wet. Our bathroom has mold or something black on the ceiling and the floor is sticky. The room heater sounds like 7 washing machines starting up. I heard traffic noise all night and then was reawakened at 7 45 by two employees outside my window speaking. I asked them to be quiet and it stopped until one returned with a walkie talkie now having a conversation by radio! I called the front desk and got a person named Erica who seems to think it was funny. I will be getting in touch with corporate. You can't give 0 stars or I would. 0 stars and I would advise you don't stay in this dirty dive.

Very nice but dated. Someone was smoking in the room next to me and the front desk handled it appropriately. Very welcome feel.

The room was very cute and was clean, I only stayed one night and I enjoyed myself. The hotel lobby is beautiful and the staff was very nice. If you're staying for business or sports (like I was) for a short while, I recommend.

Came here for a work training in one of the many large banquet rooms they have. Very clean, nice with a modern look on the inside. Nice hotel for being in Stockton. The food they served was buffet style but everything was really fresh and good. I would recommend this hotel if I knew anyone looking in this area. Staff was also really nice and friendly.

Every detail high end from the staff to the newly remodeled rooms! The event staff is amazing and our event was flawless! I highly recommend them for your next event.

Super nice place to stay. Yes they charge for breakfast, lunch, and dinner but it was worth it. The rooms are extremely well kept. Room service people take very good care of that. Its only a couple minutes away from stores and restaurants. I felt very safe here. Its worth the stay in 110%

Clock was not set right in room. We couldn't figure it out. Only thing it let you set was the alarm. Shower switch was difficult to move in shower position. Room was very nice. Personnel were all very nice. Food was good in sports bar.

Great stay. Comfortable bed. Lots of parking. Very helpful, friendly staff. They do need to put microwaves in all the rooms. A little dated, but a good place, over all.

I remember booking my hotel a week ahead and had ask the lady if I can check in early because I will be in town in the mornings and she said yes. When I got there I was told that I can’t check in until 3 but she’ll do what she can and get me an early room at 1. I did have plans that night so basically I was late to my event that I had to travel too (San Francisco). When I walked in the room, it had a very bad odor almost like poop smell. I wanted to take a warm bath but while turning on the water, it was dark brown. The water wasn’t clean and smelt like poop. I immediately called front desk and they sent maintenance to my room right away. He had told me to let the water go on for a bit and it’ll be clean after but it honestly seem like it didnt. He had told me that the side I stayed on had pipes that have something in them (can’t remember because I was so exhausted). My main question is that these water can harm sensitive skin so obviously I asked for a new room because it’s not safe. And how come they don’t fix the pipe right away so people don’t get harm from it. He had told me that if I took a shower instead of a bath it wouldn’t come dark anymore but that still didn’t make me want to stay. He then kindly switch me to the side that he said was “much better than this side”. Made me question myself for a bit. Don’t get me wrong, he was really kind. He also told he he’ll take 20% off my stay, which that was kind.

The room was supposed to come with slippers and bathrobes and only had one bathrobe & no slippers & No pen for the note paper in the room! But Very Nice room Very Comfortable with room and feel to it! Still worth it 100%

Attended a company holiday party hosted at the Hilton. The staff was friendly and the food was pretty good. Would recommend if you're looking for an off-site location to host a company function/event.

Hotel is great especially for Stockton. Very friendly staff. Food was great. Rooms were nice and clean. Drinks in the bar aren't overly priced like hotels have a tendency to do.

Service was nice. Some minor inconveniences like trashcans no where to be found in the party room and also the lobby closes around 11:30 PM and everyone who isnt staying a night in the hotel is to exit into the cold. But yeah, it was cool I guess.

Has a great bar and grill with decent food and drinks. Pizza rocks here, you can dine in, sit at the bar, or take up. A hidden gem.

Staff that we encountered while attending a party in the ballroom were very hospitable. The A/C works but in some spots almost too well (I guess we were right under it). Buffet with carving station was great, prime rib roast was marvelous.

One of the worst Hilton properties I've stayed at — I stay with hilton exclusively through work travel every week of the year. If you value quiet and your sleep stay somewhere else or request to stay in a room as far away as possible from the bar on Grand canal. You'll be woke every night by motorcycles and cars revving their engines. Don't bother complaining to the manager, she isn't helpful and will tell you there is nothing they can do. Don't stay here in summertime either because their air conditioning works poorly. Only positive of this property is the executive lounge.

The locations is nice. The rooms are nice. The services is very helpful and everyone is very nice. The pool may look big in the picture but when you see it in person it's actually small.

Absolutely gorgeous Lobby, it felt very comfy and upscale. No noise pollution which is on the top of my list. The concierge was very accommodating and helpful even at 1 a. M. When I got there. For the amenities and the price I would definitely stay here again.

The Hilton in Stockton is in my opinion by far the best hotel in Stockton. The staff is friendly, courteous and efficient and go out of their way to assist you with any needs that you might have. The rooms are very comfortable, clean, quiet and well maintained. The amenities exceeded my expectations. The building interior is open and airy with that feeling of an upscale hotel. One person in particular went out of their way to assist me and I wanted to say that Farisha Jung is a outstanding employee there at the Hilton and a true asset to their team. I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Our third stay here. Staff is very friendly and efficient. Easy to get to from freeway. First stays the hotel and rooms were very clean. We were surprised at such a great value in Stockton. Third stay the room was a little dirty.

This was a really nice hotel! It was very clean. You could eat off the floor but why would you when there like 7 different establishments across the street. The amenities were nice as well. A full gym, a pool with a jacuzzi, I think I saw a few different lounges, a few computers downstairs to use, and a bar that was open late to boot. My only real complaint was that there were people being super loud out at the pool which was right below my room. It would have been great if the staff would have intervened but that's not really their fault. I would have also loved for someone to have come and read goodnight moon or green eggs and ham, maybe Harold and the purple crayon. I love a bedtime story.

All of the employees are very friendly and professional.

This is our second time there, when we checked in it was very rushed lacked friendliness. But in the evening when we returned very helpful lady went over and got my grandson's milk for his bottle. I wish I had gotten her name. The worst of our experience was the noise till 2am and then again 530am. I think there was a event with alot of young people that forgot their manners at home. I did complain and received 50.00 Dollar discount. That was nice. But overall the only person that made of stay nice was the lady who got my grandson's milk.

To the Jubliare Women's Retreat Commitee "phenomenal" I enjoyed all the love, all the blessings that was poured out on us women this past weekend. The location was perfect, the rooms and conference rooms were in a great location. The commmitee was exceptional well organized and together everything flowed. The guest speakers fed our hearts and souls. I tell you I was truly blessed and I did not come back to Sacramento the same. Thank you for such an awesome experience. I enjoyed myself immensely.

Great rooms, good staff, very enjoyable stay.

I checked in around 3:30pm and had to wait 45 min for my room to be ready. It wasn't ideal since I had to be somewhere by 5pm and still needed time to get ready. Also, one of the lamps in my room didn't work and I had to unplug another lamp (on the night stand next to the bed) to plug my phone in since there were no extra outlets available. It was neat and clean though.

Room was great. Bed was extremely comfortable. Super fast check in. Breakfast buffet leaves a little to be desired. (came with room rate we chose… not always included)

I attended the Hilton hotel yesterday In honor of me graduating LVN school. It was in a huge room on the second floor. The service was great. That's why my school is constantly using them twice a year to host our graduations!

Awesome breakfast with real eggs, bacon, saugage and more, also a mini Starbucks. Very good restaurant with friendly staff. Best hotel gym around with lots of space, with up to 50lb dumbbells and a double weight plate tower. Beds are comfy and some rooms have balconies. Downside is that there aren't many rooms with fridges, and the doors let in a lot of sound in from the halls. Overall a nice hotel though.

Lobby is open and interesting. The bar food is quite good and there is much more than standard Hilton fare. Breakfast is underwhelming and overpriced. Rooms are clean though my tub was sort of backed up. Decent experience overall, really good experience for Stockton.

Nice hotel that seemed to be recently renovated. The only issue I had with the property was that the surrounding neighborhood was extremely noisy and work me up a a few times between 2 and 5 am.

No fridge. No microwave. Shower pressure too low. Digital key is too alow to use. This hilton is a joke.

Nice hotel with all the amenities you would expect and good location. Noticed some room service dishes sitting out in the hall for long periods of time (all day). Poor TV channel selection.

I went to the Hilton Stockton for a CPR class. The atmosphere was lovely. However, the ladies at the front desk gave horrible directions to the room the class was being held in. Thankfully, we were smart enough to wander around until we found the room with our instructor.

If there is less than one star I would give them that. It is by far the worst place to stay at, the worst people you deal with. Jennifer one of the managers has made our stay over there HELL. We BOOKED 15 rooms for a weeding through Jennifer we agreed on getting all the rooms with double beds. Yet when we arrived to check in front desk informed us all the rooms have been booked for King beds. We tried to get Jennifer to come down to front desk and talk to use she refused to do that. One of the guest had a baby and wanted a baby crib we went down to front desk to ask for one we got informed that all the cribs are locked in in a room and Jennifer is the one with they key for the room OKAY we asked where is Jennifer they said she is coming down in 10 minutes 10 minutes go by 15 minutes go by 20 minutes go by finally Jennifer showed up. She was very mean because it was late at night by then she said that the key is not with her and she will tray to get the crib to the room as soon as possible guess what? we got the crib 4:00 pm next day. Jennifer was the worst person that I'VE ever dealt with she is unprofessional, mean, un ethical, lair and we will never go back there, never recommend any one to stay there. Weeding is a special time most people go through once in their lives and we worked so hard on making sure every thing went as planed YET JENNIFER made sure to screw us in every possible way and she mad sure to make our stay HELL.

I have only been here an hour. These next 5 nights are going to suck. They never provided a fridge. There is only one microwave in the entire building. I can't even enjoy just relaxing and eating in my wife's food from home while I am on the road. They wouldn't even offer me a paper plate or paper towel when I asked after walking all the way to the front desk to use the single microwave. I would take the best western over this place, and it's cheaper.

Probably the worst hotel experience I have ever had — Always nice to have to change rooms in the middle of the night because your A/C sounds like it's about to explode… not. Oh, and guess what? You actually can't choose the temperature in your room because the coolest you're allowed is 69. It is now 77 degrees in our new room at 9:00 a. M. Also, the bathroom lighting is like a cave and there's no mini fridge, even in your "upgrade". This place is not worth the money, going back to the Hampton Inn in Lodi next time. Or maybe try a Marriott property.

The people there treated us very nice my daughtet Lizzy had a Beautiful Wedding there, very nice rooms and food.

I stayed one night to go swimming and I loved it theres an in door starbucks! I love the idea of smart water and the beds are extremely comfortable and its the only luxury hotel in stockton with a safe.

The pool area could be better. Driving up I wasn't very impressed either.

Nice hotel but the staff are unreasonable especially the security. If one person complains about something they make a big deal even when 14 other people don't care. I. E. Music near the pool. They even told me my ipod earbuds were too loud.

The rooms were clean. Complimentary water was left out to make coffee. The room we had was fairly large and included a lounge chair, coffee table and work desk. Sufficient outlets for all your electronic devices, Lcd tv. The bathroom was a little cramped but had updated fixtures. Self service laundry room.
