Estabamos en los cuartos mas grandes de dos recameras y dos banos Eran muy comodos, per cuando entramos, los piesos Estaban mugres, olian a de marajuana. En general, no estaban limpio, pero la empleados Eran muy hamables.

A quite decent hotel for only being a 2-star. The staff were okay on friendliness. The breakfast only had a few things like pastries, milk, yogurt, and cereal. The room was not bad at all, very clean inside, no damage, clean sheets and pillows, etc. A little expensive, I paid $605 for 5 nights in a loft room. The hallways were a little dirty and a lot of the guests were smoking anyways even though it was a no smoking hotel. The parking lot was crammed in the basement but overall very pleasant stay and experience I highly recommend staying here.

Smell is not the greatest. Rhwy need to replace the carpet. Bed is good everything else is dated.

Dirty, cigarette stained, very OLD hotel. The smell made me nauseous. Worst reception desk… they sleep in the back I guess. Was $141 for the night — ‘breakfast’ was bread in a plastic display bin by the front desk. I truly feel this building needs to be TORN DOWN or fully remodeled. It’s a ‼️safety and health hazard‼️ but that wont happen because its just a money source for them. Elevators shake when in use and freeze up sometimes making you feel locked/stuck inside (HAS A SIGN SAYING: DONT PANICK ITS NORMAL) Floors are weak and giving in. People smoking inside, place is falling apart seems like it would never pass a… *proper legal inspection*.

Very modern clean room. Only the manager attitude needs improvement. Very un happy person.

The rooms were clean and beautiful. Have fridge and machine to make coffee. The price is not much and you will spend well.

Had a late check in and it took awhile for someone to come to the counter (No bell). Wasn't given any code for the Wi-Fi, air conditioning/ heater didn't work, no refrigerator, parking was VERY limited, and breakfast choices (wasn't any). However, for the price, it was ok.

The room was clean and nice but reeked of cigarettes and when I checked out they refused to give me back my deposit. The clerk wasn't the lady who checked me in and was very rude.

Room was clean, bathroom was clean. Shower/bath was plumbed backwards, turn the knob the whole way (like normal) gives you ice cold water, barely crack it, blazing hot. Overall the hotel itself and staff were great… other guests were the issue. Screaming and banging into walls all night, then final at around 2 in the morning the guy in the adjoining room decided to see where our shared door would lead him… Luckily the deadbolt held against his mightiest attempts. Travelodge, good job. Gardena CA, you've got some work to do.

Ghetto hotel and front desk host. So much to say but I will narrow it down. It is right next to the busiest freeway, 405, in Los Angeles but what makes it worse is that there is a exit right next the rooms making it loud and busy, lights coming in through your window. Second since it was so close to the freeway and underpass homeless people walk through the hotel freely as the gates leading to the premises are open because the locks are either broken or have been stolen. This leads to what I physically saw for a week straight. Monday upon checking in someone had deficated in the smokers area and rather than picking it up the hotel covered it with kitty litter until I checked out on Friday. Horrible. Not only could they not keep the homeless but can not clean up after them either. Third, there was a room door open on the 1st floor, again noticed on Monday didn't think much of it until I had a guest stay at the hotel, we stayed in the room next to the one with the open door. I asked about the room door next to us staying open and the gates staying open and random people just walking in during the night using the door in between to get in to our room. They assured that was not going to happen but about midnight is exactly what happened. But because the deadbolt was closed from my side they could not open it. I awoke and yelled at them and it stopped. I could go on and on but I'm done. Don't stay here. Beware.

Needs to upgrade every room for its price. The gardena terrance inn is more affordable and updated amd close by. The bi level suite room 209 was really out dated and old and waste of money. Fireplace did not work and heater on a/c didnt either. Refridgerator light did not work, the walls and decor felt old and moldy. Just a waste of money if you arent getting the 1 out 3 updated room they have for bi level suite.

Doesn’t even deserve one star. Rooms had a terrible odor and were filthy. Didn’t sleep a wink in the three nights I had to be there due to loud neighbors in other rooms. I asked reception to take care of that and nothing happened. Absolutely the most horrible hotel experience I’ve ever had.

A good balance quality — price.

The price is amazing the hotel room was super cute and comfortable. Definitely a bang for your buck… now of course this is not a 5 Star hotel but when I say cute comfortable and you won't be disappointed! Breakfast was your basic continental. Don't judge by the outside of the building because the inside updates are modern and fresh. The staff was nice perfect for a weekend get away also kid friendly.

Beautiful suite! The location is very convenient with food and attractions nearby! Definitely would come back!

Dust covering the air vents on the A/C and in the bathroom. Towels, sheets, and pillows were stained, and were obviously used many times before they got to me. Most unsettlingly, there were bugs. I didn't know what kinds of bugs these were, and they freaked me out. It's not like the room was crawling with bugs — — I saw 1 or 2 of them on the average day there. Looking back, I should have tried to get my money back, and then stay elsewhere.

Warning! Please, do not go here is a scam hotel. I booked online a week ago for 2 nights than when I got there late midnight, I see the lobby's light was off and no one was there. I have been so many hotels and business trips, I thought they must have a 24 hour person there. So I had to drive around was looking for another place to stay. The next morning, I drop by the place and tell I was here and they said they already got people 24 hour. I told I waited for like 15 min and they said maybe they were on the back. The light was off. So I tell them I will stay for tonight then, they told they would charge me two nights anyway because that what I booked for how can of I was not there and stay no one checked me in. So I looked for another hotel, but I called the manager of this place, and he won't do anything. Even they take my money, so please don't book this hotel, very unfriendly and won't help anything!

Terrible place! Had to check out in 30 mins. In the first room, I turned on the air conditioner and smelled wires burning. The air conditioner plug was melted as well as the ac outlet on the wall for the unit. That's a fire hazard. Also there was no screen for the window, but someone had left the window wide open. The front office changed our room after I explained the situation. The second room was no better. It smelled like the room was cleaned with dirty mop water, the screen in the downstairs windows was badly damaged. The upstairs window was caulked into place with about a half inch gap between the sash and the glass. Unfortunately, in all the chaos, I remembered I had left my wallet on the bed in the first room. When I went back for it, management had said the maid had gone through to clean and found nothing. Yeah right! Do yourself a favor. Save your time and money, steer clear from this place.

Arrived late at night with my friend and 2 children. Tired and wanting to rest and take a hot bath. The room was filthy! I spent most of my time cleaning the room it was so gross. Get in the bath and look up to find BLACK MOLD all over the ceiling! The front desk employee was nice but very young and tried to help. Tried moving us to 2 different rooms pulling my sleeping kids out of bed. Both rooms they showed us were NOT SAFE! One smelled so bad of gas (SCARY) and the other one also had black mold! Exausted we took our chances and had the mold cleaned from the bathroom with bleach and stayed the night being told we would get a full refund. Went to bed with scary yelling and screaming from the room next to us. Woke up to disgusting slices of bread and milk that smelled rotten. The next day the manager refused to refund us since the employee that was working that night did not have authorization to do that. She was kind and tried to make it right but her Boss is an awful person who could learn from the employee. I guess I take me many photos I took of their black mold and call the Health Department. How do these people sleep at night?! So wrong! They need to be shut down asap! Run as fast as you can from this dump!

Only one problem after Booking the room three days before the date I wanted to arrive. They didn't tell me about $100 deposit but Will be Return when checked if nothing Wrong with the room … love the room close to food restaurant. Update when I check out. Update The room was nice I had a great stay with my husband not everyone going get a good room but we did.

I went to visit a friend and she never came out or answered the phone so it was a waste of time…

I really think this hotel deserves a better rating than the suggested 2 star, when I got here the out side was not as nice as I wished and just having a horrible experience I thought the worst. Thankfully I was wrong, the room was super huge, kitchen flat screen, nice bed, fireplacebasically a studio, but better than some studios. Only drawbacks is area kinda run down, but that's the general area, no pool. Don't care about that… one complaint was lacks microwave. Has so much but no microwave thought that was just odd.

Clean and organized room. The little kitchen was an added nice touch. It is right off the freeway, but you can't hear it.

The floor of the room I was staying at literally turned my feet black within a couple of minutes of walking around in it. There was also someone cutting wood in the parking lot… Everything smells like cleaning products leaving me to conclude that this hotel might be a good place to murder someone…

Conveniently located near freeway.

Clean facility with a flat screen that has HDMI. You'd be surprised how many establishments havent upgraded and then you can use your own equipment. Room was decently priced. Large enough to be comfortable for 2 people. They do serve continental breakfast. Close enough to have food delivered. Easy for a lazy vacation.

The first notable feature was the free underground parking. There were always available spots and it was just several-yards-length walk away from the lobby. Great staff, too.

The large rooms that aren't renovated — which is most of them — are filthy, rundown, noisy, and infested with drain flies, ants, cockroaches and yellow sac spiders. Instead of closing and completely renovating single floors or rooms, this property has been slowly undergoing renovations for two years. Unimportant things like the TV are upgraded while the carpet blackens your feet. Some rooms seem better than others, but it's a roll of the dice and nothing feels clean. It seems to be taking a very long time to get the rooms up to a livable standard. Advertised stoves in rooms do not work, parking is quite cramped and poorly arranged with not enough available for all guests. If you get a bad room, the feeling of staying here is one of disgust. Saving ten dollars is not worth it.

You cant find anything close to the value of this hotel. The suites are setup to make you feel like you was at home. Fireplace, Kitchen and the way the rooms setup makes your stay totally comfortable weather your here for business or on vacation at the days end great place to stay. Staff is very attentive and the rooms are really clean. Holiday Inn or Radisons are the same price but not the same value.

I was calling to make a reservation I was on hold for 10 min. So I just hung up and went else where. I seen the reviews the service really sucks.

The internet pics give it too much credit, but the bed was great.
