Room was clean, bed was a bit small for my height. I booked off Priceline so I didn't get a choice of size. Otherwise great hotel, easy access to the freeway and conviently located.

Priceline rated 2-1/2 stars. Very overrated. Small rooms, shower only, very small bed… not even a full, oversize twin at best. Very difficult to sleep 2 persons. Old rough towels. Poor TV channels with small darkTV. Overrating must be because of kitchenette. Old carpet, hotel needs significant upgrade.

Very nice hotel very clean great customer service lots of amenities at the hotel and around the area many great places to eat entertainment and fun for the kids within 5 miles!

We booked our room for the wrong night, but were allowed to stay the night we showed up because our room was paid for. The room was clean and big. The guest service was really helpful and understanding. I would definitely recommend going here and plan on going back!

Room was big with lots of ammenities. Also any extra stuff I needed was given to me by thr front desk no hassle.

Good location, staff was very accommodating regarding an early check in and a late check out. Room was clean and hotel premises was neat as well. The grab and go breakfast was coffee and oatmeal. I'd stay again.

My best friend did that for my birthday March 13th half a big ass room double beds with the kitchen all night love you best friend.

For a one night stay ok. Room's are very clean but old, Outdated. Not what I expected. However, concierge/reception person was very nice, and professional.

Hate this place! Our neighbors smoking weed all night had our smelling and TV sooo loud my family could not sleep and that includes a newborn. Thumbing the walls I don't know if they were fighting or moving furniture. The manager was really nice about it and gave us a free night stay at any Extended Stay any room. She was great and was truly sorry but other than that I would never stay here.

Worst Extended Stay I have been to. Poor Location, Dirty Ambiance. Avoid if possible.

It was a pretty standard hotel room to me. My room key was a little difficult to get to work though, that was kinda frustrating. But I'd stay here again, it was totally fine.

This hotel is in a very quiet location and it's not really noticeable unless your the one looking for it. The employees are very friendly and they have a grab and go for breakfast. That's a station they set up every morning from 6-9:30am it has coffee, tea, hot chocolate, granola bars and oatmeal so you can serve your self. The room I have is small the restroom is big, the kitchen area is also small with a big refrigerator. They have not cable just basic TV. There's a lot of parking and it's free. Over all its a nice quiet place.

NOTE: Check out time is 11 am and check in time is 3 pm There's a 4 hour gap between when the last guest checked out and the next guest to check in; yet our room was NOT ready when we checked in. The front desk staff we first encountered was NOT friendly, DID NOT inform us on when and where breakfast took place. Every part of the building SMELLED. As we were checking in a guest complained about a BREAK IN on her vehicle. There were NO trash cans in the room. The tub was DIRTY AND RUSTY, the toilet seat had BURNS on it. There was NO 'Do Not Disturb' sign in our room. WE HAD TO EVEN PICK UP ALL THESE THINGS AT THE FRONT DESK, when they are suppose to already be in our room.

Terrible customer service, very unfriendly at the front desk. Thry had BED BUGS had to change room, wasn't willing to give money back or free room or credit or anything. Very lazy and unhelpful employees. Will never go there again or do I recommended to anyone.

Where do I begin? I'll keep this straight forward. CONS: Dirty looking floors, old furniture, TV remote didn't work and had to get a replacement, toilet didn't flush so I had to call that in too. Paint wasn't in the best shape either. Beds were harder than any other hotel I've stayed in (I travel a lot too). Oh and their 'grab and go continental breakfast' is literally just coffee, muffins, and the single bar packets of Nature Valley bars. Shower vent looked like it had never cleaned out either. Biggest issue was found later on on our first night. We noticed the shower wouldn't drain so I called the front desk and, since it was late (probably 8pm) maintenance wasn't around so they said they'd look into it in the morning. Understandable seeing as it was late at night. Thinking that they had put it in their system they'd get to it in the morning… Right? Wrong. We went about our business the following day and later that night we noticed it wasn't even looked at. Needless to say, we didn't stay all nights we originally booked. Pros: they have friendly staff. Not staying here again.

My room was big. Not complains. Clean. Usual extended stay. Desk people nice.

Would not recommend too anyone! place was very dirty dusty smelly uncleaned and nonliving condition! rooms are very small and not luxury for the price of 140 more like 60$

Basic queen rooms are completely smaller than any other location and only have showers no actual tubs for babies/toddlers, also don’t have many channel options unlike the other location I used to work for. No drawers in the kitchen for utensils. Besides that everything was ok, I guess.

Broken lamp. Missing ironing board. Small rooms with old furniture. No counter in bathroom to place toiletry bag. Front desk won't answer phone calls. Side door wouldn't let us key in. At least I haven't seen any bugs… yet. Breakfast bar consisted of regular coffee, oatmeal, granola bar, and prepackaged mini muffins. Not bottled water, fruit, or decaf coffee.

Rooms are dirty and I did not get the room I paid for when I made the reservation. Why ask me to choose when I really do not have a choice. Front desk not helpful. They do not answer your calls. Had to go down to the lobby to get my own kitchenware when they clearly state that they will deliver it to your room when you request them. Will not stay at this location again.

For the price in this area it's great. The "breakfast" leaves a lot to be desired and the neighborhood is iffy but the rooms are clean and decent sized.

Listen to these reviews… I would honestly never stay here again. The pictures do not do justice. Firstly, it's dirty and had a weird smell to the room. There wasn't enough lighting, no hair dryer, stains on the bed, stains on the floor. They have a small kitchen but don't have any utensils or kitchenware. And last but not least, THERE ARE BED BUGS! I got bitten all over my body. So disgusting.

Customer service was amazing! Very sweet and eager to help! My problem was with the room itself. Room was small, lights flickered, floors were dirty, the bed sheets felt like they were not changed. As far as bathroom supplies they only provide hand soap. They mention that there is free grab and go breakfast and only a small coffee was available. Lastly, you can here people stomping above, below, and in the hallways.

My mother was visiting for the fourth of July and she booked a room here. It's pretty quiet and clean she said she would stay here again. She said she wished the beds where a little bit bigger and that when she asked for an extra blanket they only brought her a sheet which is all they will offer extra. That was the only downside.

Love my stay. Walls a bit thin though.

Friendly staff and good prices but the hallway smelled bad. The free Wi-Fi was too slow basically unusable. If you want high speed Wi-Fi they want you to pay for it. When you see a hotel charging for Wi-Fi avoid it, its a bad sign.

The morning staff and mgmt are rude, not helpful and when you call to ask for anything it's like you are burdening them. Older hotel with mostly full beds no kings at this location the rooms are extremely small unless you pay an additional $20 a day for bigger room. Go-to Extended Stay on Carson price line is the way to go the rooms are less expensive newer and nicer and only offer queen or kings not a small room with small bed. This location isn't accommodating.

I booked the same day and had to pay an exorbitant $235 for a smelly one-bed room. But the worst part was, I had to check-in late after a long travel. When I reached the reception, the receptionist said my reservation didn't come through and that all rooms were booked though I had a confirmation number. When I said, I have a confirmation number and that I've paid already, she said, "No problem, it will be refunded". Then she asked me wait for 30 minutes in the lobby mentioning that they were going through some "routine nightly audit". I really don't know what it meant. It was already 2.00 AM at night and I was too tired. So anyone who tries to check-in when their "routine nightly audit" happens has to wait for 30 minutes? And the receptionist was remorseless about the whole thing; that was what irritated me the most. Finally after 30 so-minutes, I was let-in. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone. Even earlier, I had a friend staying at Extend Stay America and he too wasn't happy with the hotel.

Good clean room staff was helpful only thing I can say bugged a bit was the key cards wouldn't open the door right away. Other then that everything was perfect I would recommend this hotel.

Be prepared for some corkroach encounters… otherwise the staffs are friendly and courteous. The place is close by to all attractions.

Overall great stay for what we needed, dinner, sleep and shower after thinking it was a litlle shady at check in. I was concerned about noise for the night because a few guests seemed to be there to party the night away. But I was wrong it was quiet and we got a good nights sleep! Happy to have laundry available because of basketball uniforms needing wash for next morning games. Myesha at front counter was so nice and helpful anytime I came down or called her through the evening. One improvement would be to upgrade the kitchen, fridge was old and leaking through the night, I used a towel to keep it up but advised front desk at check out. The stove top could use upgrade as well. Overall got the job done for us!

The location was great not far from LAX and downtown Los Angeles. The rooms were very clean and the shower had great pressure. I would highly recommend staying here.

The bed is so effed up. It squeeks like a giant just fell on it. Nope. I'm not fat. Their carpet was so dirty. I got it cheap but it does really show why they offered it cheap. Only I think 2 women are running the whole entire building. Their the receptionists and cleaning people as well. Water runs so slow. Bummer.

I recently stayed here I was charged a penalty for smoking when I'm not a tobacco user please if u have a room check it throughout and make sure its what advertised cause they will charge u without warning avoid this hotel please.

We stayed here for 3 days in December 2015. The rooms are dated and unclean. During reservation, the receptionist mentioned as non smoking rooms. But the allotted rooms were full of cigarette smoke. The corridor was completely smelling meat. The breakfast is mentioned as complimentary. But breakfast area is very small and always empty. One has to request receptionist to fill it everytime.

I had a fantastic stay and thought Robert was absolutely a gem! Definitely Recommend. Clean, quaint, GREAT coffee, nice little breakfast. This hotel is a bargain for all that you get.

Rooms look shady and not clean. Not recommended for a family.

Old run down place stayed for 2 nights. Sheets were as old as they can get. A/C will work on own timetable. People smoking at all exit doors even though signs are visible for no smoking. Very Small beds and make noise when you move. Very poor customer service.

Extended Stay America — Los Angeles South is a not too good not too bad, Okay-Okay place to stay. I stayed for one week, this hotel is in a convenient location, close to free way but surprisingly not noisy at all. It's safe and quiet inside the hotel, not sure about the outside neighborhood. And that is all this hotel is about. Some CONs I can list: 1) my room had a smell of stinky feet. I think it's because the hotel is just old. 2) the Wi-Fi is a joke and too slow. 3) About the free grab-N-go breakfast. The supply is very limited and you need to get up at 6AM to grab something because there won't be anything left by 7AM though the hotel claims the breakfast is served between 6 to 9. Overall I think 3 stars out 5 is a very fair score for this hotel. If you have choice please consider another hotel Extended Stay America — Harbor gateway which is just 3 miles away. That one is WAY BETTER than this one and sells at similar price.

Do not visit I was rolling a join of weed in my room to walk up vermont for medical uses and he charged me 250! sir. There is a difference in the smell of weed on fire and just broken up weed he's a jerk and hope this place shuts down.

I have stayed at this very hotel for some time. I have seen managers and employees come and go, but this new manager is a whole new monster. He listens at your door saying he is smelling for weed. He is so concerned with the weed smoke, (in Cali it is legal) that he has called the police over 50 times on guest. To my surprise he has called child welfare on a guest as well. He is so obsessed with this that he cannot take care of the many other problems the hotel has. Like the water pressure or the bugs or the dog poo all over the hotel grounds, even in the hotel hallways. The hotel use to be clean but he fired the porter so now this hotel is disgusting and nothing gets done in a reasonable amount of time. The poor maintenance man is treated like a slave and is yelled at all day long. He takes the 100 deposits people put on the room, stating they smoked weed in a smoking room! Mr OROZCO, is rude and dismissive, and will ignore you when trying to speak with him. Mr. Rick Orozco, will call the police on you and then run away when the officer wants to speak with him. RICK is running this hotel into the ground! I have never seen this place so nasty and unlivable in my stay here. Rick was talking ABOUT QUEST TO OTHER QUEST! I have been in the lobby and Rick was talking about a guest very badly, while the quest was standing right there.

This hotel has No No No customer Service. I was put in a room went I check in I didn't ask or requested this room but was put in I guess it was a upgrade but went I extended my stay I was told if I wanted to stay in that room I would have to paid for the updated I told the front desk I didn't requested this the front desk girl was nice and gave it to me and NOW I am being punished I have to move to other room. Never will come to this propery.

Not a typical full sized extended stay hotel rooms. The rooms are like regular hotel rooms, only with a stove-top and a small fridge. I only recieved PARTIAL room service during my once-a-week room service, and the cleaning ladies threw out my personal soap in the bathroom. Breakfast is granola bars, oranges, and apples. You have to pay for laundry (not the case in many other Extended Stays) No gym, no pool. No deals for local gyms or local pools. Staff is friendly but not on-the-ball.

I don't usually write reviews about my hotel experiences because most are aberrations — — good, bad or indifferent. This is about our great experience at Extended Stay America. Imagine being suddenly stuck in a bad place financially — — not knowing how you were going to pay your hotel bill. Now imagine a hotel whose primary objective is to make money. After all that's why they're in business. But add a little compassion to the objective and you have Extended Stay America. They didn't let us stay for free so don't go try and hustle them but they did diligently work with us. They're staff is "first class. " I will always remember their kind, compassionate hospitality.

Lol poor — fair no thats still high for this extended stay this hotel is a joke it stinks the mangement is very rude, disrespectfu (RAY) l I was in the office waiting to get my toilet paper since the maid was being so rude about it and would not give me any so I had to stand in a long line of people to here the management talking about a guest. The funny part was that guest had not even went up the elevator yet it was so sad I felt bad for the poor guy its ashame that people are like that you would never think a manager would be like that and who is he to feel like he had the right to put someone down like that with other guest around! I guess it all comes down to poor mangement but I will tell you one thing I will never come back to that extened stay that place has no business being a hotel or maybe its not the hotel maybe its the a bad manager that has no clue what the hell he is doing!
